I have had a great experience here at The Bend at Broad. The rent is relatively inexpensive, the apartments are nice and the staff is always helpful. The grounds are always on point, and whenever I have a device request, it's always handled quickly and correctly.

This is an absolutely great place to live! People are friendly, the office team is responsive and goes out of their way to help, and the dog park definitely made the choice to live at the Bend at Broad even easier

I've been a resident here at The Bend at Broad since 2013 and I couldn't be happier. The staff- Ariana, Austin, Jack and Tarah- are like family to me and genuinely care about the well being of their residents. I love the location and how convenient it is to grocery stores, shopping, the hospital, etc. The amenities are great and I especially love the bark park for my beloved shitzu, Molly. Maintenance is wonderful too and complete work orders within 24 hours. I plan to live here for the rest of my days. Couldn't recommend this community more.

We LOVE our apartment! We moved in about 6 months ago, and living here has been the best. The apartment is beautiful, and everything is brand new. We have never even seen a bug in our apartment. It is so close to everything. Everyone in the office is super friendly, and it's always a pleasure speaking to them. Whenever we submit a maintenance request, it is always fixed the next day, which we appreciate so much, even if it's something small. I don't see how anyone can have a complaint everything is perfect. We love the Bend at Broad!

My experience has been great. The management team has always been on top of any concerns Ive had and always very friendly. The renovations already looked great when I moved in last March but with the additions of the backsplash and extra counter tops as well as changes in the bathroom it looks that much better! I resigned my lease without hesitation and Im looking forward to another year here!

Very nice apartments. Nice area, clean. Management and office workers are very polite/friendly, on top of the job. Maintenance respond quickly, never kept me waiting. They take your trash out for you, they have salt trucks and have visitor parking spots. They keep you updated about any problems if there are any (very rare), and they show they really care about you, send you emails on how to go about the weather outside to avoid any problems. Renovations are very nice. 10/10.
