Sunbury Ridge is a lovely neighborhood to live in. I have several friends who have lived here or who are currently living as my neighbor in the community. It’s a quiet community, full of residents who look out for each other. The Cortland Team is amazing as well. The leasing office is full of friendly faces and helpful hands. Maintenance requests often have a quick turnaround, which is RARE for a living community as large as this one. You should definitely apply if you’re on the fence.

I moved to Sunbury Ridge in January, apt is little pricey but I love being here.The kitchen style is modern same like the bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with nice people, plus you will enjoy the trail if you like to walk or bike .

I have been a resident for about 3-4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this company/property. For planning purposes, the yearly increases are very reasonable and coincide with typical best practices for property management companies. Versus some of the competition around us who take advantage of market prices increasing rent $300 plus after signing a new lease. Which is the #1 reason why I have stayed with Cortland Properties. The cleanliness of the property is amazing, I never really see trash in the walk ways or in general. And very pet friendly, I love the trail that's located in front of the property to utilize and the dog park! The on-site management team is very attentive and responsive to any needs I may have. Additionally, the maintenance team is always so kind and informing. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend!

Marc is totally awesome!!! I am so proud of and glad that the landscaping is being addressed. I've never had a problem in this apartment community since moving in about 6 years ago. The newest office team member named Chris is also pleasant and a joy to talk to. They are very personable and professional.

I moved from northern Ohio a year ago during the height of COVID-19. I was searching with no ideal where in Columbus I would relocate. Sunbury by Cortland was recommended to me, so I phoned. I was kindly provided with a virtual tour of one of the townhomes and information regarding all the amenities by Mgr. Mark C., he has been awesome throughout my year stay. The office staff and maintenance have made Sunbury by Cortland a residency that I am happy and proud to call home. They’ve made sure that the place is beautified; keeping the trash contained, gutters cleaned out, patios power washed and painted, landscape manicured, asphalt redone, and most importantly security for safety. I have not had any problems with rodents. The staff is very kind and approachable, anything you request they are speedy in there response to ensure your request is met. KUDOS to management and all the staff at Sunbury by Cortland.

Beautiful place to live. The dog park is a nice size convenient and also the location right off the bike trail is great! I appreciate the managers and maintenance crew there they give it there all and always try to put the community first with fast response time, and wholesome service.

I first found Cortland through my sister who lived at a different location. I moved from out of state and never saw this location where I'd be living before I arrived. Upon arrival I was so happy right from the start! Sunbury Ridge is in the perfect location with a very long path along the river. A 5 min easy drive to the nearest highway and 8 minutes from anything else you would need. I also feel very safe with my neighbors and the community around. I would love to give a huge shout out to Marc, the community manager, who continuously will go the extra mile. From the start of the moving process he has always approached things with kindness and respect. Anytime I needed anything throughout the time I've been living here he has been very supportive and accommodating. He always makes anything you need feel heard and important, never leaving a request or task forgotten and makes you genuinely feel that he making it his first priority. Sunbury Ridge has been my home for a very long time. I have also worked for the management companies that have owned the properties (except Cortland), even Sunbury Ridge. This place has the best Leasing Staff and Maintenance Techs that any resident could ask for. It is clean, quite, beautiful, and friendly.

I am from Northern Ohio. I was planning to move but hadn't found a location. It was during the height of COVID-19. My godson knew what I was looking for in a place and he lives in a by Cortland complex. He recommended Sunbury by Cortland. Mgr. Mark C. was accommodating by giving me a virtual tour and I was sold on it. Wow! It's been her a year February, 2022. When it was time to make a decision to remain at Sunbury by Cortland or not, without hesitation I signed a fifteen (15) month lease. I love the fact that Mark C. and his staff (office and maintenance staff) are very approachable, nice, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that the residents are in a clean, well kept, and safe environment. We are kept abreast by newsletter, text, and/or a phone call.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. After three years I can Say that the longer I have lived her the more and more impressed I am. The management team is diligent hard working and attentive and the maintenance crew always shows up in a timely manner. The apartments have nice lay outs and a small balcony on the rear.

Living here at Sunbury Ridge has been very homesome. During my move in process Marc and the team were so family friendly and helpful during the entire process. The unit is beautiful and comfortable making it my safe place to call home. The maintenance crew is also pleasant when interacting with them as well. I can truly say I really enjoy living here. It’s clean, quite and peaceful. Overall a great place to call home.

I have been living here since May 2021 and so far I absolutely love calling this community my home. From my neighbors, to the office workers, maintenance men I just love it. We have such a great time at the pool in the summer and I enjoy seeing everyone walk there dog or playing at the dog park. I wish they had a park for the children to play but everything else is great.

I lived at Sunbury Ridge for a few years in two different units, moved away for 2 years, and came right back! Mike and the maintenance team are fantastic; they have been the best & fastest with maintenance out of any apartment community I have lived in. Marc in the office is also super helpful and responsive if you need anything. They community is pet friendly (including for large breed dogs) and has a great dog park! Each building also has plenty of grass nearby for dog walking and bathroom breaks, which is a huge perk.

I lived in Cortland North Dallas prior to moving to Columbus a few months ago, and having just virtually toured Sunbury Ridge today, I've gotta say that I'm EXCITED! I'm really looking forward to being back in a Cortland community. Mylie was super helpful on my tour today and the leasing process was really straightforward. No issues. The apartments are beautiful and I can't wait to call this place home.

After a few frustrating encounters with a previous property manager I had Initially had a bad taste in my mouth about the management team. After filling out a survey Marc called me the next morning and I came To the office and we had a great talk. He was more than happy to hear and understand my concerns and was willing to listen and look for solutions to my issues with the actual property. He was super professional and everything is being handled and completed in a timely manner. I would now recommend anyone come make it home.

This is a great place to live. I have lived here for two years. The apartments are clean, and in a nice area located near Easton and OSU. The staff is friendly, supportive and professional. Absolutely love living at Sunbury Ridge! Management is absolutely amazing and are extremely accommodating. I used to live by JFK Airport so the passing planes makes me feel a bit like back home. The area is safe and quiet. But the best part for us, is that this place is PET FRIENDLY. Love the dog park and my dogs do too! We will be renewing our lease for another year!

This is a great place to live. Clean, nice area, updated and has beautiful birds in the area. Staff is friendly and professional. a playground for the kids is the only thing missing. No room to play because cars come thru constantly.

Still loving this community, which is super close to Alum Creek Trail, 5 minutes from Easton and the Airport. My commute to work is a breeze and I only spend about 5 minutes at most on the freeway. I am at work in 15 minutes and no more than 20 on a busy day. The leasing staff are professional and work hard at keeping residents happy, so I am well as can be expected in this COVID19 Pandemic on this property.

I moved in September with my husband and Australian Cattle dog and have nothing but positive things to say! Moving during COVID can be complicated but the office team made it super simple and as contactless as possible. Shoutout to Marc, Sarah, and Jim who were so helpful! Also to Mike and Tyler, I love how they say hello whenever I see them getting the trash. Besides the team, my apartment is great as well! I picked the second floor option specifically because of the vaulted ceilings and I’m so happy I did! I’m downsizing by moving here, but the height of the ceilings makes it seem so much bigger. Besides the vaulted ceiling, the other thing that made me select Sunbury was it’s right on Alum Creek Trail! It’s gorgeous and perfect to take the dog for walks or go biking.

And so far is a pretty diverse community. The area is pretty safe and know especially with COVID I feel like the department has taken good steps in keeping the whole community safe by keeping us informed with daily information and posts.
