I had a great experience with the maintenance service. Ajay quickly identified and fixed a leak in my garbage disposal, which had been causing issues with my sink. He was professional, efficient, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Not only did he do an excellent job repairing the problem, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning the area under my sink—something he didn’t have to do, but took the extra time to handle anyway. I really appreciated his friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Ajay to others.

I've been living here for the past three months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community here is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. From day one, they made me feel right at home and have been super accommodating with any needs I may have. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living space. I particularly appreciate the modern amenities such as the free gym, pool, and in-unit washer/dryer. The complex is also kept very clean, and I’ve noticed they’re always working hard to keep the grounds looking nice. One of the highlights for me has been the peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's close to the city. it still feels like a quiet retreat with everything you could ask for within a 10 minute distance (Short North, Easton Township, and a ton of parks within walking distance!) Property management has great communicative workers/system who are patient and very willing to help in any way. Alanna @ Sunbury Ridge did a great job of answering my questions and adjusting my leasing options multiple times as I sorted out my financials in the move-in decision process. I would recommend living here as it is grad student friendly!
