It’s a very nice place to live. I appreciate that there’s a lot of parking. The trash compactor is very nice especially when you first move in and you have a lot of boxes. The location is nice. I would recommend living here to friends.

Our furnace quit at 10pm when it was 10 degrees outside, we called the emergency maintenance number and our furnace was fixed within an hour of placing the call. Shared spaces are clean and well kept, beautiful pool. Airport noise can be a lot at times, but isn't much of an issue after a while. I've been living here for the past three months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community here is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. From day one, they made me feel right at home and have been super accommodating with any needs I may have. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living space. I particularly appreciate the modern amenities such as the free gym, pool, and in-unit washer/dryer. The complex is also kept very clean, and I’ve noticed they’re always working hard to keep the grounds looking nice. One of the highlights for me has been the peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's close to the city. it still feels like a quiet retreat with everything you could ask for within a 10 minute distance (Short North, Easton Township, and a ton of parks within walking distance!) My experience at Sunbury Ridge was good, the maintenance is very good and efficient, sometimes there were things that needed maintenance in my apartment and in less than 24 hours it was fixed, honestly it is difficult to find an apartment that works like that. For the price it is worth it. It is comfortable to live, the community is very calm and friendly. The administration is very active, they are always friendly, or if you have questions or need help, they look for a way to help you in the best and most efficient way, I give them 5 stars. I highly recommend Sumbury Ridge, it is one of the apartments that I would like to live in but for work reasons I have to move. But if I return to the area again in the future, it will be one of my first choice to rent.

We just moved in this weekend and we are SO HAPPY. The move in process was a breeze, the lease was clear and reasonable, and everyone we've talked to has been so responsive and so nice. I attached pics of our empty unit at move in. They told us to let them know if there were any minor things wrong with our unit at move in that they could fix up for us to improve our experience, and we let them know about a very small issue. They had it fixed the next business day. Our neighbor came and said hi to us as we were moving in and informed us that the place is really nice and that the biggest problem he's experienced since moving in is raccoons. A small price to pay to be so close to nature!!!

This is about an event held here by the staff (Thirsty Thursday's). I'm new to the community and haven't a chance to meet other residents here. This event gave me the opportunity to meet other residents. The staff did a great job and I really enjoyed myself. The short time I have been living here has been great. I look forward to other events held here and again I can't say enough how great the staff have been to me and making me feel welcomed and part of the community.

The staff at Sunbury Ridge are a cut above the rest. The office and the maintenance staff are professional, respectful, and kind. The units are well maintained. The work orders are completed within 24hours sometimes the same day. The office staff although it’s a business they still operate with the human factor meaning they care.

There’s a reason why this place has almost a 5 star rating on Google. I lived here for almost a year before moving. I didn’t have too many issues while living here. Any issues I did have were resolved quickly for the most part. It’s a great community (especially if you have a dog) and the staff is amazing. I moved to a different state before my lease ended. Since I moved to another Cortland property, it was not considered breaking my lease. Their transfer process made it pretty easy to relocate.

We have been living at Sunbury Ridge for almost 4 years and we really like living here. PROS; Management is attentive and personable. The maintenance crew is AMAZING! They always greet you and fix any issues you might have super fast! Location is perfect! 10mins away from downtown and Easton. The grass is always well kept and they just gave the pavement a new look! I truly feel like I’m getting my money’s worth here! CONS; None really. A few bad apples here and there but that’s everywhere 🤷🏽♀️.

Kelsey in the leasing office is great! She has been amazing to work with from the first day I talked to her about renting. Amenities are great compared to most other apartment complexes. I feel very safe with the security that is in place as well.

Community is kept incredibly clean and really is beautiful. They stay on top of the landscaping really well. Kelsey has been an incredible help since day 1 and is so diligent and attentive! Maintenance comes same day every time. Neighbors are quiet 95% of the time (there’s always 1 bad apple). Dog park is cute! Pool is clean. This complex and its staff definitely deserve 5 stars.

Sunbury Ridge is a lovely neighborhood to live in. I have several friends who have lived here or who are currently living as my neighbor in the community. It’s a quiet community, full of residents who look out for each other. The Cortland Team is amazing as well. The leasing office is full of friendly faces and helpful hands. Maintenance requests often have a quick turnaround, which is RARE for a living community as large as this one. You should definitely apply if you’re on the fence.

I have been a resident for about 3-4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this company/property. For planning purposes, the yearly increases are very reasonable and coincide with typical best practices for property management companies. Versus some of the competition around us who take advantage of market prices increasing rent $300 plus after signing a new lease. Which is the #1 reason why I have stayed with Cortland Properties. The cleanliness of the property is amazing, I never really see trash in the walk ways or in general. And very pet friendly, I love the trail that's located in front of the property to utilize and the dog park! The on-site management team is very attentive and responsive to any needs I may have. Additionally, the maintenance team is always so kind and informing. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend!

I first found Cortland through my sister who lived at a different location. I moved from out of state and never saw this location where I'd be living before I arrived. Upon arrival I was so happy right from the start! Sunbury Ridge is in the perfect location with a very long path along the river. A 5 min easy drive to the nearest highway and 8 minutes from anything else you would need. I also feel very safe with my neighbors and the community around. I would love to give a huge shout out to Marc, the community manager, who continuously will go the extra mile. From the start of the moving process he has always approached things with kindness and respect. Anytime I needed anything throughout the time I've been living here he has been very supportive and accommodating. My godson knew what I was looking for in a place and he lives in a by Cortland complex. He recommended Sunbury by Cortland. Mgr. Mark C. was accommodating by giving me a virtual tour and I was sold on it. Wow! It's been her a year February, 2022. When it was time to make a decision to remain at Sunbury by Cortland or not, without hesitation I signed a fifteen (15) month lease. I love the fact that Mark C. and his staff (office and maintenance staff) are very approachable, nice, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that the residents are in a clean, well kept, and safe environment. We are kept abreast by newsletter, text, and/or a phone call.

I have been living here since May 2021 and so far I absolutely love calling this community my home. From my neighbors, to the office workers, maintenance men I just love it. We have such a great time at the pool in the summer and I enjoy seeing everyone walk there dog or playing at the dog park. I wish they had a park for the children to play but everything else is great.

I lived at Sunbury Ridge for a few years in two different units, moved away for 2 years, and came right back! Mike and the maintenance team are fantastic; they have been the best & fastest with maintenance out of any apartment community I have lived in. Marc in the office is also super helpful and responsive if you need anything. They community is pet friendly (including for large breed dogs) and has a great dog park! Each building also has plenty of grass nearby for dog walking and bathroom breaks, which is a huge perk.

I lived in Cortland North Dallas prior to moving to Columbus a few months ago, and having just virtually toured Sunbury Ridge today, I've gotta say that I'm EXCITED! I'm really looking forward to being back in a Cortland community. Mylie was super helpful on my tour today and the leasing process was really straightforward. No issues. After a few frustrating encounters with a previous property manager I had Initially had a bad taste in my mouth about the management team. After filling out a survey Marc called me the next morning and I came To the office and we had a great talk. He was more than happy to hear and understand my concerns and was willing to listen and look for solutions to my issues with the actual property. He was super professional and everything is being handled and completed in a timely manner. I would now recommend anyone come make it home.

This is a great place to live. I have lived here for two years. The apartments are clean, and in a nice area located near Easton and OSU. The staff is friendly, supportive and professional. Maintenance comes to resolve issues in a timely fashion. There's a trail at the beginning of the complex so that you can explore nature. A nice place to call home. Current Resident

Absolutely love living at Sunbury Ridge! Management is absolutely amazing and are extremely accommodating. I used to live by JFK Airport so the passing planes makes me feel a bit like back home. The area is safe and quiet. But the best part for us, is that this place is PET FRIENDLY. Love the dog park and my dogs do too! We will be renewing our lease for another year!

This is a great place to live. Clean, nice area, updated and has beautiful birds in the area. Staff is friendly and professional. a playground for the kids is the only thing missing. No room to play because cars come thru constantly.

Still loving this community, which is super close to Alum Creek Trail, 5 minutes from Easton and the Airport. My commute to work is a breeze and I only spend about 5 minutes at most on the freeway. I am at work in 15 minutes and no more than 20 on a busy day. The leasing staff are professional and work hard at keeping residents happy, so I am well as can be expected in this COVID19 Pandemic on this property.

Nothing but great things to say! I have never had a better experience with Apartment Management. The staff is so warm & welcoming. Maintenance is always on top of handling work orders. The community is so nice and in a great area close to Easton! Apartments are modern and homey. I absolutely love it!

I moved in September with my husband and Australian Cattle dog and have nothing but positive things to say! Moving during COVID can be complicated but the office team made it super simple and as contactless as possible. Shoutout to Marc, Sarah, and Jim who were so helpful! Also to Mike and Tyler, I love how they say hello whenever I see them getting the trash. Besides the team, my apartment is great as well! I picked the second floor option specifically because of the vaulted ceilings and I’m so happy I did! I’m downsizing by moving here, but the height of the ceilings makes it seem so much bigger. Besides the vaulted ceiling, the other thing that made me select Sunbury was it’s right on Alum Creek Trail! It’s gorgeous and perfect to take the dog for walks or go biking.

I have been living here for over three years and honestly it’s one of the best places I have ever lived. The apartments are clean, organized , and perfectly made. And so far is a pretty diverse community. The area is pretty safe and know especially with COVID I feel like the department has taken good steps in keeping the whole community safe by keeping us informed with daily information and posts.

Been here a year and Marc and the staff have been great. Got 2 of my friends to move in even! Had a peaty gnat issue but other than that they’re pretty nice. Location is my favorite part.

I have been a resident for almost a year now. Jim A. and Marc D. have both been very helpful and reliable during my stay here. By far the best experience I’ve had with a leasing property. Office manager Marc has been nothing but accommodating and kind since the first tour I set up to view the property.
