This is about an event held here by the staff (Thirsty Thursday's). I'm new to the community and haven't a chance to meet other residents here. This event gave me the opportunity to meet other residents. The staff did a great job and I really enjoyed myself. The short time I have been living here has been great. I look forward to other events held here and again I can't say enough how great the staff have been to me and making me feel welcomed and part of the community.

Sunbury ridge is a pleasant place to stay. The staff is always nice and helpful and the apartments are nice on the interior and landscaping is kept up. During the summer they sometimes have food trucks and different events in the community which is nice.

The staff at Sunbury Ridge are a cut above the rest. The office and the maintenance staff are professional, respectful, and kind. The units are well maintained. The work orders are completed within 24hours sometimes the same day. The office staff although it’s a business they still operate with the human factor meaning they care.

I had a very good experience! The lady who did my orientation was very nice and definitely went into detail with everything I appreciated it. The apartment is nice and I can’t wait to experience living in one of your facilities!

There’s a reason why this place has almost a 5 star rating on Google. I lived here for almost a year before moving. I didn’t have too many issues while living here. Any issues I did have were resolved quickly for the most part. It’s a great community (especially if you have a dog) and the staff is amazing. I moved to a different state before my lease ended. Since I moved to another Cortland property, it was not considered breaking my lease. Their transfer process made it pretty easy to relocate.

Management is willing to cooperate. And I think that this is an important key factor, as word spreads about this quality and how they respond to renters . They greet or welcome you with kind courtesy. I think this location in Columbus is doing well in looking to improve better services. And I hope this continues so that they may excel. Thank you.

We have been living at Sunbury Ridge for almost 4 years and we really like living here. PROS; Management is attentive and personable. The maintenance crew is AMAZING! They always greet you and fix any issues you might have super fast! Location is perfect! 10mins away from downtown and Easton. The grass is always well kept and they just gave the pavement a new look! I truly feel like I’m getting my money’s worth here! CONS; None really. A few bad apples here and there but that’s everywhere 🤷🏽‍♀️.
