I want to give a huge thank you to James from the maintenance team for his outstanding service. I have been wanting and needing my stove top repaired since I moved in. From the moment James came he was professional, courteous, and responsive. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cares about the residents. He didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was safe and working properly. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. It’s reassuring to know that he takes pride in his work and truly values the people who live here. Excellent service all around!

I moved here in 2023 because I needed a more safer place with no steps for my dad. I love it here, it’s nice and quiet. I love the classes and community interaction events offered. I recently met Tina in the office for our Hot Cocoa event, of course I chatted her head off about my new granddaughter and shared plenty of pictures. She was so delightful and very helpful in assisting me with the Hot Cocoa. She was also interested and very engaging in conversation about my new edition to the family. Thank you for being so friendly. 💗 Our maintenance team is definitely on point now than when I first moved in. I met Alex first and he is such a help whenever I call for any issues I never had to wait. I met James after another maintenance call where my ceiling was leaking water and he and Alex made sure it was fixed in a matter of days. Alex and James are some of the greatest maintenance guys I’ve seen since living here. We have several that do a great job but these 2 are exceptional in answering and fixing any proble

I genuinely like the property. I love the classes and community events. Various beetles have been coming inside due to weather and all the work going on outside. I can see the renovations and improvements to the grounds. My sole complaint is that there are weeks where the trash compactor will not function and piles of trash will sit for days. This has happened several times over the past 2 months.

I have had a couple of maintenance issues recently. James is amazing to work with! He is very courteous and professional. Issues have been resolved in a timely manner. I absolutely appreciate having someone knowledgeable and respectful working in my home.

I’ve lived here since August, and my family absolutely loves it. We’ve already seen so many great improvements since the new management took over. The landscaping is being updated and looks more beautiful every day, and the clubhouse now offers a variety of fun activities for the whole family each month. The front office staff and maintenance team are always responsive, friendly, and helpful. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I’d definitely recommend checking out this community!

I recently had an issue with my washer and the electrical outlet in my main bedroom. James was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. He not only made sure the issues were properly fixed, but also took the time to explain what caused them and offered helpful suggestions to prevent them from happening again. In the past, maintenance requests have sometimes taken a while or felt only partially resolved, so I truly appreciate the quality of service and care James provided this time. His professionalism and thoroughness really stood out. Thank you, James, for going above and beyond!

My daughter recently moved into Summermill and we found the staff to be amazing! They were informative and flexible in meeting her needs. She/we feel like she made a great choice for location, safety, and quaintness. Her unit has character and has immediately felt like home.

I lived at Summermill for 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The apartments are in a great location, close to shopping centers, and schools. The apartments are also well maintained and the office staff is very attentive and professional. Anytime I submitted a service request, maintenance took care of it in a timely manner and they were very friendly. Corbin is the property manager there and he’s a really great guy. He’s good at responding to every inquiry and he keeps his word. I honestly have nothing negative to say about Summermill, this is a great property.
