I am having a great experience with Lakes Edge by Cortland! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. I also appreciate how convenient the location is and how comfortable it feels living here. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lakes Edge by Cortland to anyone looking for a nice place to call home! My son and I feel very welcomed with smiles each morning no complaints simply happy

My family and I moved recently to this complex and the office staff were extremely helpful. They answered our questions and walked us every step of the way. Karen & Kevin among the rest of the staff helped us tremendously and we greatly appreciate it.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is well maintained, the community is quiet, and any issues that come up are handled quickly. The biggest reason for my 5 star review is Dayna. She is extremely helpful with everything we’ve ever needed and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have to say, that Karen who took us for our tour, was so amazing, and took her time in answering our questions and concerns for two different properties! I really think she did more for us because we are new to Ohio, coming from California, and she went above and beyond, in making sure we understood our options and the costs behind it! She called to follow up with us, and offered to call back when we were ready to proceed with a move in September.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and my experience has been great. Some of the great things are security patrol at night, proper trash management and responsive maintenance. The area is also central to almost anything you would need shopping wise. Can’t complain so far and the rent price is competitive for the size of the units.

After having a horrific move in else where and having to find somewhere else to live asap, reserve at Abbie lakes has been such a blessing!! Kate and Chantell have been amazing! They were able to get family into a home within a week. Very quick and easy process for move in. I have no complaints!! They have been very helpful and kind. I would recommend this community to friends and family!

I really like Reserves’s at Abbie lake’s. The staff is great and maintenance is always timely. I love my apartment it’s so cozy. They’re always doing special things for their residents, they kept the community together by paving parking lots, power washing apartments, it’s a great place to live

Recently my microwave in my apartment wasn’t heating food properly and other minor things needed to be fixed or replaced like a leaky faucet and broken toilet seat. I put in the work order and to my surprise I got a call and was visited the very next day. David from the maintenance team arrived, replaced everything quickly and was very patient, kind and courteous. I have to say I am very impressed with the quick response and professionalism! Thank you David, Katelynn and Cortland team!

I have lived here for over 2 years, and the staff and the complex itself have been great! I’ve had minor issues that are usually fixed within the same day, and when there are larger issues they are handled quickly and professionally. The only reason I am moving out is to be closer to work. I would continue living here if I could!

I recently moved into The Reserve at Abbie Lakes and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Kate at the leasing office has been incredible, and has walked me through everything step by step. She answered all of my questions, and continued to reach out to me throughout the process to see if I had any questions as well. Move-in was a breeze! So far, things have been great, and I'm excited to continue to call this place my home!

I’ve lived here for a fews months now and I’ve really enjoyed my stay so far. It’s been quiet, office staff has been friendly and communicates well. The unit is clean and in good condition. The only complaint I have is the trash compactor is often overfilled and piles of trash start to pile up outside of it. Not only does it look really bad, it can be inconvenient during the weekends and holidays when the trash service isn’t running.

We moved into Abbie lakes around April and the experience has been amazing since! The leasing office has great communication and pleasant to work with! Kate has been amazing and is literally the sweetest! I love the community overall they do have occasional food truck events and this month they did a raffle for a Halloween basket it’s so great that they are involved with the community and is aware of what’s going on! I would recommend living here! Maintenance is on point and the neighbor hood is overall peaceful! This place is definitely a rare find compared to most and it’s all because of the great people who work here! Keep up the great work!
