We just recently moved into The Providence In The Park. We have been hunting for the right apartment for a few months and we can say that we have finally found the right place. It was a great experience touring the property with Nataly Cruz, one of the property's leasing consultants. She was very helpful with information regarding the apartment complex and surrounding businesses, stores, etc. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions and concerns. Finally the day came for us to move into our apartment and it was a very easy process. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Thank you Nataly Cruz for all your help and making the leasing process a smooth transition and an easy move.

I went to view the apartments. It’s a well kept location, close to the outlets and shopping. The staff was very accommodating, explained lease terms, gave me a tour, and help me decide on the best location for me. I thought it was informative to say, a lot of locations are limited to the way they show you a property, due to Covid, and I was grateful the team here showed me the difference. I’m old school, so making a decision is still based on how I’m treated and the accommodations the location provides. The team at Providence stood out! And I will be looking to lease soon.

I’ve been living here for two years. Maintenance request are resolved in a timely manner, friendly staff and frequent updates with events and need to knows. I’ve noticed a great deal of improvement with the apartment grounds and upcoming renovations!

I have been living here about 5 years now and this has been a great home for me and my girls. Any help we have ever needed management is always available and ready to help. They always have events for the community to help us get to know the management team as well as our neighbors. The community is safe, well kept, we enjoy walking most mornings. I especially love Tara, she responds to all of my emails and always makes me feel like a priority. So we are definitely grateful to live in such an amazing complex.

I recently just moved in and so far couldn’t be more pleased! I dealt with Alaina when finding my new home and she was awesome to work with, answered all my questions and was very good at following up with me. Which is something I was dealing with when looking at other places Is the leasing agents wouldn’t follow up with me in a timely manner. Alaina helped me find an apartment WITH a garage which was personally a deal breaker for me and so far couldn’t be happier. I’m also surprised with the amenities that comes with the place. The two pools, gym and IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER which was another deal breaker for me and very pleased I have that!

I’m very familiar with this property. All of the employees are very friendly. Their lead maintenance, Christopher Jackson is the man that I deal with upon each visit. I’ve never met a more dedicated and hard working person at any property that I service. This man cares so much about his resident’s well-being, the safety of his staff and the upkeep around the property. He is on point! Thank you, Chris for all you’re doing in the Multifamily industry!

Since management has changed, I have noticed an improvement in maintenance, the upkeep of the property and the security gate stays closed unless it is routine maintenance being done! I know there are still changes being done...I am hoping that one of them will be the hot tub staying open year around!

This is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve seen in the area. I just moved here 2 months ago and they have been nothing but the best. Maurice says he’s the best and I suppose I can vouch for that🤩 maintenance is always outside doing something, and the valet trash they offer is awesome as well. The amenities are exactly what you would expect, AMAZING😈 nothing but good words for this place.

What I enjoy most about Providence is its location extremely accessible to anything you need! Management has changed multiple times, but the I ran into Chris Jackson and he has always helped us with any issues that may have come up. I have seen him on my way to work a few times and he always asks how we are doing, if we need anything, are there any issues within our building, its nice to live in a place that checks in from time to time and I don't have to hunt someone down when I have an issue, awesome help. We enjoy the community. the gated entrance helps with most criminal activity around the area. There are always a few people in apartments that ruin it for the bunch but Providence has done a good job of weeding those type of people out of the neighborhood.

I absolutely love The Providence In The Park! Chris Jackson maintains the property to perfection! It always looks amazing and clean. He is always willing to help you no matter the circumstances , with a smile on his face! I lived here for 5 years and am sad to go. Management is stellar, Tara Donahue is amazing. She responds promptly to emails and always has a positive attitude. I've lived in places were management was very rude. Have not had that experience here. The grounds are well kept, there's a lot of places to walk your dog(s) and there are a couple of nice dog parks. A dog spa as well! Obviously, very dog friendly. In the last 5 years that I lived here, I haven't had any safety issues as far as break-ins, etc. It's a safe environment to live in. Again, Tara thank you so much! I will miss it here.

I loved my apartment at Providence In The Park. I lived in the Aspen floorplan. Spacious kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry. You don’t find a kitchen of that size in very many apartment homes.

I have been living in Providence for nearly a year and it has been a great experience. No apartments are perfect, however the management and leasing staff are very kind and attentive. They address concerns in a timely manner, provide feedback, and are always willing to help. The apartments are now under new management; Cortland and they are already making some major changes!! I love our apartment, and we will definitely be renewing our lease!!

We are very happy with our Providence in the Park apartment! It's close to all amenities and dining, but also fairly quiet with nice landscaping. They are pet friendly and offer a lot of helpful services.

I have always been pleased with the service of the staff. The property is well maintained. My greatest complaint is the inability for management to solve the entrance gate problem. One of the reasons I moved here was for the added security.
