Still very much loving our experience here after 3 years been a college student finally almost done and I couldn’t have chosen a better neighborhood. Pleasants was great and now works for other communities and when she left the office didn’t leave us hanging Emma is great. We don’t have many community events anymore but I did love the food trucks and pool parties we used to have. Maintenance has always been same day.

Staff 10/10, Pleasant was always super nice and knowledgeable. Living here was really lovely and they hosted some awesome events to bring the community together. The 2 Gig internet from AT&T made working from home a breeze. Can't compete with the price either!

Very nice and quiet complex, in a great area, and 15 minutes from every mall. Pleasants is a wonderful REM and I’m glad ya’ll promoted her. She’s been running the whole leasing office by herself for a while now and doing a wonderful job. Ya’ll need to give her a big raise or bonus cause she doing the work of 2 people and not too many people can be overworked and still have that positive energy and willingness to help so I want to give her her props! And Ms. Donna is a great Senior Community Manager as well! They both have been quick to resolve any issues or concerns that I have.

I toured perimeter circle with Jonquil last week and had a great experience! She was knowledgable and answered all my questions. The community itself was very clean, nice and quiet which I liked and the apartments themselves were nice. Compared to other complexes in the area the prices were great for the space.

I visited Cortland Glenridge today as a prospective renter. I was greeted by an extremely cordial and helpful young lady in the leasing office by the name of Pleasants. She was most knowledgeable, attentive, very willing to listen to my needs, showed me the property and more than one unit. Just based on her alone, I believe that Cortland Glenridge would be a wonderful place to live. I will continue to be in touch with her until the unit I need is available. Surprisingly, this was in stark contrast to the Charleston Courts, just next door, a property that describes itself as a "luxury" property. No contest!

I absolutely love this complex! I'm impressed with all the upgrades in my apartment. The amenities are awesome as well. I work from home everyday and have never had an issue with noise levels or connectivity! The apartment management staff is amazing as well; very responsive!

I've lived at this community going on 1 year and so far, so good! Very peaceful and in a great location. The two office staff ladies always go above and beyond to make sure the residents needs are met. I love living here and highly recommend this place.

Been here for three months. Complex is nice, convenient to the Perimeter - restaurants, grocery, medical. Traffic isn't bad if timing is good. Complex on-site management is excellent. Shawn and Pleasants are fantastic - respond quickly and if they don't know the answer, then they will find it quickly. Already extended lease for a year. A few maintenance issues occurred in my apartment and resolved quickly. The management cares about safety and communications to ensure residents are aware of what is going on (gate entry repair, community wide sprinkler and extinguisher inspections, power washing breezeways, bad weather preparations).

I came to look at these apartments back in August, and was really impressed with the property and the customer service. I was welcomed by (Pleasant) she showed me around the property and showed me two different apartments. I fell in love with the apartments and the amenities. I finally made a decision back in October and so far I’ve been here for a month and I haven’t felt more heard or taken care of by any of my previous apartment complexes until now. They have events at the leasing office like a taco Tuesdays and they had a Halloween party with a Halloween trail that you could walk and etc. The leasing agents here are very hands on and they care about the people in this community. Ms. Annette and Shawn are very attentive and had solutions to all of my problems. I had a few things that needed to be fixed around my apartment as well and when I went into the office to speak to someone Kurt heard me out I put in my work orders -and they got fixed in record timing. I am blown away by the level of customer service and enthusiasm provided by the staff. I stopped by the leasing office for a tour and I was actually greeted so kindly by both the assistant manager and the property manager and both of them were so kind and welcoming.
