First Apartment & I love it! Move here but only if you like clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and transparent. No gimmicks or money holes to fall into. My rent is the expected price each month. It is quiet and cozy so you get extra attention when you need maintenance repairs. (I did have 3 repairs in the first two months but very fast same day responses by JD) No bugs AT ALL. I moved in Oct 2023 and it is April 2024 and I haven’t seen one spider roach or ant. I do have plants so I put bleach in my drain for possible gnats. The hallways and walkways are clean and the trash doesn’t pile up. The gym is intimate and cozy so more than two people feels crowded however I go in the evening so it’s like having my own private gym. Also the gym is barely ever occupied I’ve only worked at with one person at a time and it’s comfortable. The gates are closed and locked I feel safe to live alone as a woman. Grocery stores are less than 10mins away Publix Kroger and Whole Foods. The mall is one exit away for shopping f

Been at Perimeter 5550 since May of 2023, it’s been a great stay so far. Very small community, great location and the price is great! The staff is very friendly and hospitable . Maintenance is always prompt and it doest’t take them long to respond. Not a lot of noise and neighbors are very respectful.

Moved here a couple months ago or so. I absolutely love it. I was a bit worried because I was told my unit had not yet been renovated, but I can't even tell the difference. I love this place, sure there is a lot of different work being done but everything seems to be finished fairly quickly and I do get notified anytime there are renovations or changes that are to take place. The complex is clean and doggie bags always filled up, and THEY RECYCLE! Most of all though I have to say that the maintenance crew is awesome, they have taken care of all the issues if had so quickly I was shocked, even on holidays. The maintenance person I've delt with the most is JD and he's been awesome

I have received the best treatment from the beginning to now. The apartment was rented online without seeing it, and it exceeded my expectations. The 2 repairs I needed were done the next day after requesting them. Trash pickup is a nice feature that saves me time. The grounds are well kept. The staff is courteous and professional. Neighbors are more on the professional level and have not had a single bad experience since moving in Jan 2024. I would highly recommend this as a place to live. I feel welcomed and at home.

***UPDATE**** 2024: I have been here for just over two years now and I am sadly leaving. This apartment complex has been amazing to live at. Quiet, nothing crazy ever happens and management has been great. Really sad to be leaving but I am so happy I chose to rent here for the time being. Definitely recommended this location! 2021: Oksana has been the best help with my time here! I toured with her early on and we kept in touch while I was still deciding on where to move and she is part of the reason I wanted to lease here - so helpful and you can tell she cares about the residents. My move in was a breeze, the area is absolutely fantastic and I love the set up the apartments. Would definitely recommend! The Maintenance team is also amazing! I had a slight issue with my garbage disposal and I put in a request as low priority....they were at my door an hour or so later and done within 20 mins! It was great and nice to know the team here is reliable.

Today's Date: 10/3/2023: Since Google wouldn't allow me to create a new review, after posting the one below two months ago, I had to write this one! J.D. did a great job once again! He repaired our bathtub's drain and kitchen sink's drain that were clogged, as well as our microwave that stopped working! The guy is just a genius and is very kind! He can repair anything! I thank God for him and for our Apartment's Management team! They are reliable and care about us! I recommend Perimeter 5550 to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay! ....................................................................... I had an issue with two of my doorknobs malfunctioning and after I called Management to repair them, J.D. arrived quickly and fixed them within minutes! He was very professional and did a great job!
