Just stopped to leave a review for maintenance Mark Anthony! I requested service for some issues and they responded within a good 24 hours. He assessed the issues and quickly had them fixed! One thing I will say is maintenance responds pretty quick when i have issues..

Park West Apartments are safe, peaceful, and affordable, located right in the heart of the city near the Beltline, Midtown restaurants, and shopping. The apartments are clean, and the maintenance team is always responsive and timely. I truly love living here and plan to stay for a while!

I could not let this year end without telling what a wonderful person Jay Nicolas, (watche keeper)was doing the summer, I got over heated coming into the building with my packages. I felt faint and just made it to the counter, (there were no chairs, ). Jay saw me and rushed over, he gave me some water, after a while I felt much better, he also carried my packages up stairs for me, He was very kind to me. Just wanted to say publicly THANK YOU, Never forget that day.

I visited here two years ago and ms Vivian was extremely nice I came for the waiting list but the dates were wrong and I was supposed to return but didn’t because I live in Charleston SC . I am wondering are they still based on income /Section8 or is it straight rent now ? I would love to move here if anything because the staff especially ms Vivian was sweet and amazing ! And it’s so quiet and I love that it’s gated !

Ms. Vivian in the leasing office is still Great and has kept the same uplifting spirit from the beginning till now. I have since met Brandy in the leasing office she doesn’t smile much but my overall experience with her has been very informative. She’s nice and straight to the point as she should be. The maintenance guy Frank is good at his job and knows what he’s doing. I love that the leasing staff i have come into contact with this far has been welcoming whenever I visit the office. I will definitely update when I’ve invested Real Time , I’m still fresh right now.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community. The neighbors are friendly, and the management team goes above and beyond to accommodate with any questions or concerns I may have. Location-wise, this apartment couldn't be better, the easy access to public transportation and major highways makes commuting a breeze. If your looking for an affordable place in the Atlanta area this is where it’s at. The process was fast and easy. I applied on a Friday and was approved on Monday. Ms. Vivian was amazing!!!! She was kind, professional, and so understanding. She helped me, every step of the way. She took her time to introduced me to everyone, to make sure I knew who to speak with, if I ever needed anything. The apartments are nice and affordable!I’m happy to be calling this places home. If you stop by ask for Ms. Vivian, she will get you right!

So far I been living here since February and I haven’t had any complaints. Brandye was very helpful during my move in process and got me in fast! Any maintenance problems I had and it was very minor was fixed within the same week. I’ve put in a maintenance request and Terrance came the next day to fix my issues. Very Good Experience so far!

I am currently a resident here, and I absolutely love it so far. Ive only been here for a few months and I have absolutely no complaints. I enjoy the peaceful environment. I put in a list of maintenance request with Jarrod an the next day he had Terrence who is very Amazing will come help you anytime. Knowing that the apartment management cares about me feels good coming from a previous apartment that was terrible. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a peace of mind and security with it being off bankhead it's definitely awesome.

This is one of the most professional, and courteous staff from start to finish I have spoken with. I meet with the manager Ms. Wallace she stuck her head in just to meet me. This was very reassuring and friendly, we spoke briefly about the way it was going at that point, i knew I was at home, and I would be in good hands. I moved across the country and was a bit nervous about everything , but the moment I toured Amp lofts with Sam I felt a since of comfort . Sam has been so attentive and patient ( with all my questions and concerns) . I had an issue with my stove the day of my move in and by the next morning it was fixed! I highly recommend Amp lofts .

My experience living here has been great! Maintenance is professional, and the quality of work is amazing. The Amazon hub makes receiving online shopping items much less stressful. The pools are in great condition and very nice, and the overall groundskeeping is very good. Also a very quiet community, not much disturbance or noise during day or night. I am very impressed with the quality of the property and staff, and highly recommend living here!

We have been living here for almost 4 years and absolutely love it! The only thing that was difficult is during the pandemic the amenities were closed down, but they have opened everything except the clubhouse area for free access. You can still rent it out though. We love our neighbors and the leasing office and maintenance people are amazing. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live! I feel bad for the people that have bad experiences here because we have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Having lived in many apartment communities around the SF Bay Area, The Russell is the place I've been happiest to call home. The location is stellar, it's really hard to emphasize that enough. I believe this is the best apartment location in terms of access to places you'd want to go, outside the SF city limits. Moved late August 2022 into West Koenig Flats and I am loving it so far. Staff like Emily and Amanda are super helpful and makes this place feel like home. The Alcove team is super friendly & caring. The property is kept up very well. Its always being cleaned (every inch of the property) from the landscape to the stair cases to the clubhouse. I seldom need something fixed because everything is so modern. If I do ever call maintenance they are there to take care of it. Couldnt be happier with the team at Alcove & my apartment.

Recently moved into this property located in the CENTER of Austin. The manager Cornelius is awesome, as is Emily in the leasing office. I have felt super-supported since I moved in. I had one small maintenance issue, and Jack took care of it immediately and effectively solved the problem very quickly. I’m blown away by Jack’s knowledge and problem-solving skills. Although I’ve lived here for a short time, I can highly recommend WKF to anyone looking for a quality experience in a good location. The only complaint I have is that I live on the 4th (top) floor , and it’s been a little warmer in the hallways in the summer months, but my apartment temp is spot on. Thanks to the caring and professional staff for making my experience very pleasant overall.

I like Eagle Point is in a great location in town the only bad thing which is a negative is the updates the upgrades my electricity bill in the summer is overwhelming because I have an outdated very outdated system my AC system is over 15 years old

Note: You will likely see the contents of this review on other review platforms. Looking at the Oasis rent prices, I was concerned about the cost of staying here until I did the math. I previously stayed at FAMU village so I added the cost of staying there with the mandatory meal plan. The amount FAMU charged for staying on campus was well above the cost of rent, utilities, and rental furniture (if you need it) for staying at the Oasis. Factoring in groceries and necessary expenses, I am still saving a significant amount compared to my on-campus living expenses. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop right across the street from the commons. To get on campus, it will require one transfer for a total commute of around 1 hour. The area is pretty safe, and the apartments are family friendly. Moving in, the staff in the leasing office are very friendly. Georges in particular helped me through every step of the process, from conducting my initial tour to handing me my welcome basket on move-in day. The main

Having lived at LJM for two years with roommates before moving into my own apartment here, I've enjoyed my time here thoroughly. Maintenance staff is extremely responsive and helpful, management is respectful, and the apartments are a good value.

The Lofts provides a nice home for competitive prices. In comparison to the rent of nearby student apartments, the Lofts are one of the cheaper ones. Maintenance isn’t too fast which is a bummer, but overall it is solid.

Close to campus and walking distance to many stores (5 minutes to Walmart, Pizza Joint, Olive Garden, Checkers), it is an excellent location for your Knight! Fair price and the amenities are perfect, and also (very important) the staff at the office is super friendly. It is great that they are dog friendly, we even spend last Thanksgiving there. They are renovating the main office and the gym now, and I love that they have so many activities on-site all the time (food trucks, giveaways, scavenger hunts, raffles). My son and now also my niece just moved in. They are really happy there.

I enjoyed my stay at Oasis and highly recommend it. The community is relatively super quiet and in a great location. Between office and maintenance, everyone is super helpful. I can’t remember the pregnant girls name that works in the office but I wish her the best of luck. She is sweet!

Okay, I’ve been here for 3 months so far so I’m deciding to do my review. Park West has been great to me and my toddler so far. If I have a maintenance issue, maintenance comes and fixes it immediately. I saw other reviews mention the kids and yes.. other people’s children can be an issue but it isn’t much that can be done about that. Overall, it is very quiet. Maintenance is amazing and deserve their flowers. Didn’t give 5 stars because of the issue with children but that is it. It’s a lovely complex.

Was a visitor. A hugh complex, easy to get lost. They have lots of parking. Try to go during the day to find where you're going, can be confusing. Took 30 minutes in the dark for me to find first time.

Ms. Coral, in the maintenance department is so amazing! She knows her job. She is very skilled! She is always so kind to my grandma. She treat the tenant like family. She is a very hard worker. I never see her lollygaging. She is always respectful! We truly appreciate her!

Nice property in a very convenient location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in Cobb County and 15 minutes from State Farm and Mercedes Benz stadiums. Best of all is the staff is awesome! No complaints!!!

I've been at Park West for almost 2 year's and it's been great. Haven't had any problems in my unit. The office staff is amazing along with the maintenance crew. They keep the area clean and is very informative about what's going on. I recommend Park West for anybody the seniors, family, or single great place to live.

I have been a residence at Park West for about 8 plus years now. I’m very happy here. I love my apartment and it’s very affordable. It’s a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Van the manager also takes care of me with any maintenance issues that I may have. Neymie the community manager also makes sure that her residence are enjoying their stay and that all issues (if any) have been resolved. I can’t speak for anyone else here but I can speak from my experience here at Park West which has been an excellent stay. I’ve already been living here for almost a decade now and from the looks of it, I don’t plan on going anywhere NO TIME SOON!! Thanks to the Leasing Office for making my living experience here wonderful and for me having a great place that I can call HOME!! Thank you!!

Currently living in Park West it’s been about a year and I can honestly say this is by far the best apartments I’ve leased. I was helped by Van and I make sure to speak with her EVERYTIME. I applied there almost a week ago and my application was denied on my behalf but never the less the office staff was amazing. They explained to me my reason for my denial also tried to help with finding another place to call home. I’ve been in the community for about 3yrs and I must say I still enjoy it! It’s in the heart of everything about 10 mins from downtown and quick access to the expressway! The staff is wondering and always helpful big shoutouts to Ms. Van she’s so patient with everything she does ,usually after dealing with so many people a day you can become grouchy but she’s always going over the top for me, and for that I appreciate her.
