Been here only a short while but it's been a great experience thus far! Karie was an amazing help with our moving process. She made sure everything was in place when it needed to be. Since moving in, we ran into an issue with a leaking kitchen sink and the dishwasher malfunctioning. Nothing they could've known about prior to move in. I put in a service order for both at 10:30pm and it was completed by 11:30am the next day! Replaced the faulty sink components and the dishwasher completes its full cycle now. That and the water under the sink was cleaned up. I wasn't really expecting that but it's appreciated! I couldn't quite make out the name signed on the completion sheet but thank you for this being done in a timely manner! To be objective, not a ton of storage space but we figured it out with a couple small storage purchases. Time will tell but, ultimately, no genuine complaints!

So far it has been off to a good start. I haven’t had any maintenance issues. Parking is an issue but corporate must be the one to address that problem. The staff is nice, I made some suggestions and hope they are addressed, but no place is perfect, but this is one of the best places I have lived.

Karie was absolutely amazing to work with!! When I do anything serious (like choosing a place to stay,) I like to be on top of things. Karie was super fast with responses, put up with my millions of questions, and the entire time, made the process easy. We even ran into a snag with leasing dates, but she stayed on the phone with me and brainstormed a solution which we went with, solving the issue. I truly appreciate her and am looking forward to officially moving in shortly! Thanks for everything!!!

If you want a place that the staff and management really take the time to know you then this is the place to go! They throw monthly events including various food trucks and additional snack and drinks with the occasional prize and giveaways! It’s a fairly quiet place but right next to everything you could want!

Karie and Kyle are very helpful when it comes to any issues we’ve had since moving here. They have a decent sized dog park that our dog loves and a nice walking trail behind the apartments. If you have a dog there’s plenty of grass for them to walk around and sniff.

This is my first apartment and Karie and Jim made the process go very smoothly. They were both very kind, understanding, and patient and walked us through everything. If we had any problems or questions they answered quickly! The neighborhood is very nice and quite and they have a awesome dog park that I take my dogs to! The apartment I moved into was clean with no problems at move in! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! :)

We have lived at Lake Ridge since Jan 2017. We couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment and place to start our family in. Quiet neighborhood, off Roberts so close to everything on HRR and the highway. Karie the leasing agent has always been so kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have reached out for. And Kyle who is the maintenance guy is so quick to answer our maintenance requests and needs. Usually within an hour or two he’s knocking at the door and is swift and friendly while doing so! The neighbors are all so kind and courteous. There’s a small dog park behind the office and plenty of doggy pick up places around the complex. We will definitely be staying here as long as we can!

We moved to Lake Ridge over six months ago, and we’ve had a great experience here! Karie has been very helpful and communicative with any issues that we’ve had, and maintenance is quick to respond as well. There’s also a dog park at the complex and a walking trail just behind it that is wonderful for our high-energy dog!

I'd highly recommend Lake Ridge community for anyone looking for housing in the Hilliard area. Management is very responsive and pleasant to work with. The size of the property makes you feel like you really are part of a community rather than just a number. Parking is never an issue and you feel safe parking anywhere. If you're an outdoor lover, there's easy access to a wooded trail on one side, and pedestrian/bike friendly neighborhoods on the other side right outside the property. Welcome to Lake Ridge!

Lake Ridge is great if you have pets, especially dogs! They have a nice dog park and plenty of place to walk your dog in grass or on the trails nearby. Karie and maintenance have been very helpful with any issues we’ve had since moving in.

My experience in this community is absolutely been beyond amazing. Tarah Grennell, the manager is the kindest woman you could meet. Along with Anita Foster, they send out reminders and help the community function well. Even when we call Maintenance, it is often done in a timely manner. And the guy who does trash Kelvin, is very friendly and stops to help with our trash needs even when he is busy. We love living here and it has been the best experience imaginable.

When I renew my lease in July 2021 it will be the fourth year that I've lived at Lake Ridge apartments or their property in Blacklick Ohio. I like everything about this place. The staff is numero uno. The property is kept clean. There are plenty of opportunities to interact with the other residents. The service team is prompt and professional. The location puts me right where I want to be.

Macy is really sweet, met her during my first tour here! Overall, Agreeable and punctual staff. I called once on a holiday because our garbage disposal was backed up and they came within two hours. There’s been a few garage and car thefts but the team always makes sure to alert the residents and to make a formal report with authorities. Also, whenever the downstairs neighbors are too loud, I can quickly report it with the office who will promptly put in a disturbance request. They are good about enforcing the peaceful quiet here. The Only downside is the windows are horribly drafty... results in mold buildup but it can be wiped easily. Oh and the water in showers doesn’t stay hot for long, But that’s pretty much it how can you ask for more I have a pretty lakeview. Also parking is very decent. Beautiful trails nearby. Very quiet place. I love their no smoking policy. Very quiet and clean!! Well done Lakeridge! Wish there was one of you in Dublin.

Worked as an maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex before and I have no complaints. I got exactly what I was shown, leasing wasn't pushy or trying to sell me on stuff that didn't exist. Have been in my apartment a month and haven't need to contact leasing or maintenance over any issues. Been a great experience.

Apartments are reasonable for age but the major stand out for us are the staff; Cori, Macey and Pilot. Questions and concerns are addressed promptly and issues with maintenance resolved promptly. Staff get 5 stars but apartments are “tired” with age. This is a pet friendly community.

Our family has been living at lake ridge for just over a year and a half and we have NOTHING but great things to say. Our family is always greeted by the management when out on walks or at the pool. If we have any issues the maintenance is quick, responsive and they try to solve the issue swiftly. The community is quiet, safe and clean. I feel comfortable with letting my boys play in the grassy area and we love walking to the pond to feed the ducks.

Moving to Lake Ridge has been a great experience. It has been like living in a small community with the pool, dog park, and walking trails. Cori Wallace has also come up with great events, like the food trucks, to keep everyone involved safely. Her and Macey in the office have always been helpful with any questions! Another great perk is the 1-hour maintenance you get when you move, which was great for mounting my TVs. My experience with the maintenance workers Kyle and Pilot has always been great and professional.

We moved to Lake Ridge in April 2020, right when COVID-19 restrictions were at their highest. The staff at Lake Ridge were a huge help with navigating our move at such a strange time. So far we have had a great experience living here. The neighbors are very nice and make the place feel homey. We enjoy the amenities offered like the pool, dog park, grills, and workout pass at Power Shack. Cori Wallace, one of the managers at Lake Ridge, is always greeting the residents and comes up with fun ways to interact safely with one another. There is usually a food truck once a week and plenty of places to go on walks nearby. Great location, great price, great apartments, and great neighbors. What else could you want? I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
