i was asked to leave a review. i've been here for almost a year, and i just renewed my lease. some pros and cons (this is obviously all personal, i only speak on my experience)... pros: relatively quiet. almost daily trash pick up (that you have to pay for, so definitely use it). great maintenance team, they're nice and professional. i've never had any issue with the leasing office, they're always helpful when i need it. when things do happen in the complex, cops/fire are generally very quick to respond. pretty spacious. lots of grassy areas. it's close enough to broad but also far enough away. it's right next to a gas station, convenience store, and some food. lastly, communication is pretty frequent from the leasing office. i have tons of emails and texts about events, office closures, parking (lol) reminders, app changes, and whatever else. i feel like weekly i'm getting notified about something, which is great. cons: parking is so annoying!!!!!!!!! yeah, yeah, it's an apartment complex but i've lived in p

The staff are friendly, prompt and understanding. The apartments are clean, up to date and quiet. The residents are overall friendly and polite. I really like how quiet it is. Parking around the townhouses is a bit crowded. I am not sure how that could be remedied.

So far everything has been well. It is a nice, clean, safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rent is a tad high and there are a lot of extra fees I wasn't expecting, however, I do like that my family feels safe here and I have good neighbors. And its close to everything you need.

Very nice spot to live! In a ground floor apartment and it is very quiet. Maintenance has been awesome, kind and responsive when a problem has arisen. The office staff is awesome. They are personable and helpful with any questions, and treat you like a neighbor instead of a bother. Just yesterday I had a fantastic experience with Sydney while needing to get access to the fitness room. It was taken care of on my lunch break. I haven't lived in an apartment complex before that was so on the ball. Thank you Sydney and team!

So all the apartments I been to, this one has been the best at maintenance requests. Notifications of up coming events, the women in the office do an incredible job. Everyone is just so peaceful to be around. Love living here!!!

It has been a very long time since I have been apartment hunting, and this was my first time actually doing it on my own. Just don't ask how old I am lol. But I have to say being in the middle of a pretty tumultuous time in life, I found the entire experience to be incredibly stressful. There was one bright spot throughout my entire search, and that was Jefferson Chase. I think you will find that as Columbus grows, there are a lot of amenities that make different apartments quite comparable, one to another. But what I did not find was people. Real people, that treat you as another real person, a human that they showed actual compassion, care and concern for. Perfect example, on my moving day the blacktop was being repaired. I appreciate that as a resident, as it is nice seeing that they take care of their property. However what I didn't expect, was that one of the maintenance men Brian would spend over an hour helping me to move my things as we did not have direct access to the apartment. I can honestly say I

Where do I even begin?! I had the pleasure of working with Sunita throughout this entire process and omg talk about 5 star customer service … Sunita from the very beginning went above and beyond and every step of the way to make this entire application and move in process seamless! She was literally so pleasant and welcoming right from “tour date” and even as far as checking in after move in, I mean talk about commitment… you’re a God sent this is just the icing on the cake! The search to find my home was getting so overwhelming and honestly I was giving up because for the cost of housing nowadays, a lot of places I viewed were subpar and so underwhelming to say the least and giving I was on a time crunch I wasn’t settling for just anything especially if I’m putting my hard earned money into it.. I even viewed another property by Cortland and was turned off by the agents energy and mediocrity it literally felt like a bother asking her some of the important questions.. it was an immediate no for me ! The application process was seamless and stress free! After making a very cautious decision to apply to this community over the others I’ve called and did virtual tours; this was my top choice due to location, affordability and the outstanding mentions of the management on previous Google reviews. And those reviews are absolutely accurate! Sierra and the office were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to by limitations of being out of state that I was able to apply and get approved quickly to relocate within a timely manner. I’m very excited to begin my new journey with my family at Jefferson Chase and look forward a wonderful living experience there!

As far as housing in Columbus goes, my experience has been great so far. The cost of housing is ridiculous anywhere so it’s nice to know your money is going to good use and you’re getting something of quality. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful and friendly. Sunita and Sierra are wonderful! They stayed in communication with me and helped me with what I needed! They even left a welcome sign decoration with my families names on it that we get to keep. They added an extra touch and made me feel welcome from day one. It’s a quiet area and they have security at night which makes me feel safe. I enjoy my unit and the Licking heights school district. The complex has food truck nights which is different and exciting. Maintenance came 3 hours after my request and was very polite and fixed the problem. Everything is done through a website, like paying bills/rent and service request which was nice because I can see what is owed or where my request is for maintenance. My daughter is excited to see the pool

Jefferson Chase is a great community to live in. It has a pool and gym which are convinient amenities for all.. The staff is friendly and helpful. Siera, the office manager, made the application process easy and comprehensible. She communicated efficiently and effectively answering any question I had. She went above and beyond to ensure I received a unit that was up to my standards and suited my needs. She's kind and respectful which is just what resident's need in management. From the very beginning of the application process, to right now as a resident, I have been greeted with friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful service from the team here at Jefferson Chase! I have been here since July and everyone from the front office to the maintenance team have been phenomenal in every instance of me interacting with them. This is truly a place where you get what you paid for and then some - everything you want and expect from an apartment plus awesome extras like trash valet service (yes, put a bag or 2 of trash right outside your door on your provided matt and they pick it up for you!), on-site gym, pool for the summertime, package acceptance at the office, etc. This is a safe and calm community, even though it’s close by a school; all residents and kiddos I’ve seen have been mindful of and polite about shared walkways, and not being overly loud during later hours. These are also really well made buildings, meaning I don’t hear my neighbors next door, the cold doesn’t come right

I've lived here since 2015 and I can say just like family if there is a moment of grief they are supporting you & your family sincerely. If there is an emergency they are there to address your needs. It’s not often you get use to your old office staff & then when transition takes place you get along with the new family ( even if they are from other locations). Building lasting relationships can be a true challenge because of comfort. However, Siera & the team continues to work hard at ensuring everyone feels safe, follows the guidelines of our community & provide engagement activities to make us feel more connected. I’d recommend this place if you’re single or have a family. We have tons of dogs & inhouse cats all around. I think my neighbor even has a talking parrot that’s really cool to hear sometimes. The view is peaceful & inviting. Hope you at least take a tour!

Jefferson Chase is a wonderful community to live in. It's centrally located in the Waggoner Corrider perfect for easy access to broad street and shopping. It's full of families with plenty of children to play with. The apartments are a good size and the staff is polite. Maintenance comes promptly and is efficient. Summery at Zanjero is a nice quiet beautiful living space. The neighbors are all super friendly and the location is super convenient. Being near the Westgate area you would expect heavy traffic and noise but it is the complete opposite. With just less than a 5 minute drive to work the location is perfect. Jennifer is super helpful she explains things in such a professional manner but she is also super welcoming. The gym is super convenient and I like that they don’t have music blasting so you can still hear your own music without having to blast your ears. I am truly looking forward for the rest of my stay here at Summerly.

I've had a very happy stay at Cortland Craig Ranch thus far. The team at the leasing office are very helpful - from the time I moved in to this day, I've had no issues. Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. I just moved to Ohio and am very happy to have ended up in this community, which I had found online and never visited before renting. My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.

My boyfriend and I loved living here! Maintenance was always on time and very helpful! They even gave us light bulbs to put in the bathroom! The bark park was awesome and I felt safe walking my dog around in the evenings. 10/10 loved it and miss it.

Jefferson Chase is a community that respects their living environment. I see residents communicate without fighting and tons of littering. We own our spaces and help those around us in need without recognition. Children are free to play and if there are any safety issues we say something. It seems to remain a hidden gem away from the inner city hustle and bustle of chaos we read on the news. We don't experience flooding, loud music nor anything to makes someone want to move right away. Traffic can be heavy but with both entrances you can get around it. This is a space dominated by dogs but in a good way. I have a cat and have only seen two strays roaming within the years we lived here. It is home for all ages and cultures. If you want somewhere to live and don't mind paying for it then I say take a tour. Nothing in life is perfect, but you can at least live in peace. Peace is greater than anything when it comes to living. If you work from home this would be a good place as well, just remember that dogs will b

Experience at Jefferson Chase at Cortland has been wonderful. When I first moved in had an insect issue, BUT it was rectified expeditiously. The maintenance staff here is on point, maintenance request have been fulfilled within 24 hours. The staff customer service is very good always polite and responds to request in a timely fashion. I would recommend this apartment complex to any individual in search of good customer service, maintenance staff over nice place to reside.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience with our new home at Jefferson Chase. JaSherrell Scott made things so smooth and answered all our questions with such kindness and professionalism.
