My family and I have loved this community so far been here about a year and just signed a new lease. They have the most responsive office team and the maintenance team is just as awesome! Matt always goes above and beyond to make sure he gets our maintenance requests done ASAP and I’ve never had to call them back for the same thing!

I've been a resident for about 5 years and can honestly report that overall this is a great place to live. The office staff are awesome! The maintenance staff are prompt and professional. The community is well kept, and most people that reside here are respectful and courteous. However, the one issue that never seems to change and is frustrating are the groups of unsupervised destructive children running about the community. This is the only reason I can't give a five star rating. That being stated, I still enjoy being a resident here and do recommend you moving here too... As long as you don't have some badass little kids. If you do, please move into the complex down the street 😉 P.S... Get off my lawn!

I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years and it’s been smooth. No issues, maintenance fixed issues in a timely manner. Ladies in the office are so helpful and sweet! The pools are great, the complex is kid friendly, I’d stay here again if needed to in the future.

The lady's at the front office are absolutely the best of any apartments I have ever lived! They are responsive and actually care about you! Also can't say enough about the maintenance crew, if I ever have a problem which is not often they are taken care of within 1-2 days! Been here since December, I have lived in multiple apartments but none compare to here! Definitely one of the most kept up places I have lived. I had a couple of issues that required maintenance and Thomas from maintenance came in and fixed everything that needed a fix! Maintenance does a good job and friendly, property is maintained well! Only thing I would say is the AC unit is really really loud, the walls are thin, and I have a down stairs neighbor who is a grown man but a cry baby, man is almost 50 probally has a pony tail, and crys bc it’s too “loud” bro this ain’t Beverly Hills or scotts dale, ain’t my fault I gotta clean or move some stuff out, stop crying, grab your pacifier and kick rocks homie

The apartments are very affordable. The neighborhood has gone downhill so I would recommend being cautious, but that’s just anything in this area. I’m rating this place 5 stars after living here for 1 year and resigning my lease because I am in love with the staff here! The property management is competent. Especially Christina, she is great! The maintenance is also phenomenal. They are quick and responsive when my apartment has issues. The apartment interiors are also fantastic. Phoenix has gone downhill as a city but the management here is excellent at everything this crazy city throws at them!

My family and I just moved in and my husband is an amputee. The bathroom toilet was very low so he was having a hard time. We checked with the front desk and they said they would put in a request to see if they could fix this issue. The maintenance guy Jordan came by for another small repair so I asked him if he received the request. He said he would find out. He came back on Saturday and replaced it. I am so thankful for him. This all happened on the 1st weekend. He didn’t have to do it but he did. I hope he knows how much we appreciate him. It would have been tough for my husband if he had to wait until the next week. We think he’s an awesome person. Thank you.

The only reason why I'm not giving this place a 5/5 is because the water is constantly being shut off, constantly might mean different things to different people but for me it's about once a month or so for several hours. This apartment complex lacks in a lot of categories but it certainly does not lack when it comes to the care the maintenance guys have for their jobs. I was having issues with my locks and Rick was able to come in and save the day so speedy. He was very skillful and quick with the exchange of the deadbolt situation I was facing. Shoutout Rick!

I spoke with Christina Lopez numerous times before I finally completed my residence application. I am so glad that it took quite a while, because I ended up with the perfect apartment in the best location on the Indigo Creek property. The timing was excellent as well. I had just returned from three weeks in Jamaica and did not have a place to lay my poor traveling head. I had no, zero, nada furniture and only the clothes in a medium size gym bag. Indigo Creek is my home for the next 15 months and most likely much longer. I am content that I have made the best possible choice in this the best of all worlds. Quotation thanks to Voltaire.

Great community! This complex is very welcoming, Christina and the staff are always helpful and diligent. Work orders get done within 2 days on most requests. My building did have a roach problem when I moved in, when reported, the staff took this seriously and sent a specialist to review the type of roach and possible plans they would implement. At the time of writing this, I believe the roach problem is solved and I’m able to live more comfortably in my apt.

Great place to call home. The property is well maintained and clean. They have pet stations with waste bags. Their fitness center is well equipped and the management team is very friendly. I ran into an issue concerning my water subscription that I was positive wasn't going to get solved today as I'm out of town and unable to get there in time. My roommate can't lift more than 10 pounds due to a procedure, and I had no idea how I was supposed to get the water cooler outside my front door. Thankfully, Christina at the front office was a huge help in getting Matt to assist me. Thank you to Matt and Christina for helping me out today. The problem I was stressing over all day was solved in less than an hour. Kris and Jordan also went out of their way to help me with a similar task earlier in October, which really showcased their dedication to residents. I am so grateful that Indigo Creek staff are so helpful; it really relieves me to have such reliable people working here :)

The Indigo Creek Complex is lovely and was just what I was looking for. The office staff and service team have been on top of their jobs at every step of the way and because of that I am very grateful. This is my first apartment and the ease in the process was only made possible with Pam and Henry. The service team came incredibly quickly with Kris and Josh coming in less than an hour after the service requests were put in and completing the work even sooner. I always get a friendly wave and greeting from the staff whenever I pass by. Overall I am happy with how my stay went and I will ideally be coming back to Indigo Creek after my next journey is complete.

I have lived here for the last 3 years and don't have any complaints. Cortland took over a while back and has been doing a phenomenal job. Service requests are always done within 24 to 48 hours if not, same day. The front office staff and managment are also very nice and professional

From the moment I arrived to the leasing office, Paige made me feel so welcomed and somehow already part of the community. She has a way of speaking as if you’ve been friends for years. Throughout the entire beginning of the move in process, she made sure to be available for every question I had. My family & I have had nothing but great experiences! with the maintenance men in this community, they are always more than willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, they’re very friendly, professional & hard-working and we truly appreciate that, I want to give a big thank you to kris( I accidentally locked myself out of our master bedroom 10 minutes before maintenance crew was about to leave for the day and boom! He showed up within minutes and saved the day I would have been stuck in my living room for the entire night with no Cable Tv or internet😂 I know I’m being dramatic but I am seriously grateful for that! He also helped us out when our kitchen light bulbs blew out recently. We appreciate you!!!! & Matt (he replaced our broken washing machine very quickly and didn’t leave no mess behind!🙏😇 I literally watched this man pull an entire washing machine up the stairs with no help just his bare hands & some rope, 🙌 💪 insanely hardworking!!! I have lived in this complex since April of 2019 and we recently got a new manager Pam. She is the best I would say we have had since I've been here. If I have any issues or work needed in the apartment I can go talk to her directly and they are Fixed in a reasonable time. Maintenance is also very considerate that they fix things when they come here that I asked them on the spot to do and also take off their shoes when I ask.She has also been doing a great job of fixing up everything on the property including the nice new bright lights up front and can't wait to get them in the back of the complex. She has a great Front staff as well that is very friendly And easy to talk with I plan on renewing with her being in charge.

Matt the maintenance man is a true professional. Every time he has been at my unit fixing whatever it may be, he is always respectful, knowledgeable, and professional about his business. Anytime I've ever seen him he's always working hard or being courteous to those around him no matter how big or small the issue is, Matt's the guy for the job. Whether you need part of your AC unit fixed, or as simple as getting a quick jump start for your vehicle so you can get to work, there's nothing this man won't do for his community!

This is my 4th apartment I have lived in in the past 9 years, I never write reviews, this is by far the best place I have lived and my other 3 apartments were within a 5 mile radius. To actually have a team in the office that addresses my concerns within a 24 hour period, it’s a blessing. I did have one issue on a Sunday early morning with my ice maker, I will say, I wish the office was open on Sunday’s, but I was able to call the emergency line and they helped me fix the immediate problem, then about 45 min later someone was at my door. I know I can’t expect the office to be open 7 days a week, so all in all, I had to write a review to acknowledge the efforts from everyone here, it’s beyond what I could have hoped for.

New review: Matt, the Maintenance KING is really great at what he does. Third time coming to my unit, and is always there within a couple hours of me submitting a work order. I want to give credit where its due, We are new tenants to the community and our experience has been nothing but pleasant contrary to some other reviews I can say the staff is beyond amazing. Let me start with the office staff Bryant is a pleasure to work with and was more than patient with me and my wife as we were looking for weeks to get our perfect location in the community, he went above and beyond. Christina is very professional and gets the job done swiftly. The manager Pam and Henry were attentive to our needs as well, service were put in and maintenance were on top of them getting the issue resolved promptly. We are comfortable in our new unit and only have positive things to say about our choice to make Indigo Creek our new home☺️

Lets talk. Maintenance - Absolutely amazing. put in a ticket on sunday, theyre banging first thing monday. Front office - Leasing consultants are legends. walk you through the process, hold your hands, work with you. Bad credit, cool... Lets take care of you. they are people too and they treat you like it Management - Pam and the new asst mgr, Amazing. Every time i bring my daughter by she gets a hug and candy. property - no bugs, no pest, trash is cleaned every day. you may see bulk items, but they pay folks to remove them. holiday trash never overwhelms the bins. garages are maintained. Only quarrel i could say here is, the mailboxes are in the front. walk it out, get that exercise or pick it up on your way in. Pools are maintained. charcoal and propane grills. gym is hygenic. bathrooms. no unwanted visitors as security does a good job. mid month utility bills are amazingly cheap as its per unit and not per building so your not paying for your 12 neighbors water. its quiet and enforced. portal to pay bills

I've lived here for a while and there had several managements since then. It was a hit or miss back then. The present management team is definitely on point. Whenever I needed repairs, maintenance was there. One time I made a request and the quickest response was within an hour. Pam is super friendly and helpful. Christine and Bryan make a very good team, assissted me on the phone or in person and always willing to help. Note to corporate office you have a great team here.

Any issues (typical apartment issues) have been immediately taking care of after request. I know there has been a new management that took over. They definitely do go above and beyond we have green grass are bushes and trees are nice, they put together socials (ice cream pizza ect.) Chris in maintenance stopped by with a helper and they fixed my refrigerator, also brought in my many bags of groceries for me. Now that's service. Two thumbs up for these gentlemen. 5/17/23 Chris from maintenance came to see what the problem was with the A/C.He explained to me how there are a couple of safeguards built into the units from being damaged. Evidently because the apartment above was so hot because it was vacant and A/C was off, our A/C was working too hard and the safety features kicked in. Chris solved the problem by turning on the A/C in above apartment. Chris is very knowledgable and very helpful. 5 stars and a big thank you to him.

We have enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Christina and Bryant in the office are friendly and very responsive, the maintenance staff are even more so (Nacho is the best), and the property itself is very clean. Something this complex has that I really appreciate is that trash is never piling up over or out of the trash cans, the trash areas are always clean and clear. A complaint I have is how absurdly loud the air conditioning is inside of our unit. From what I’ve heard, this is a common complaint amongst tenants and there isn’t anything that can be done. You get used to it as time goes on, but it’s quite shocking upon first hearing it. Other than that, my family and I have felt very at home here and would recommend to anyone who asked.

I've been here since Nov '22. Although what I had to go through to finally get my apartment (no fault of Indigo) was a test. But we finally got in. Front office has been top notch. I've worked mainly with Christina through the process, thank you for your professionalism. My 1 bedroom is perfect. The grounds are kept up. They work very hard daily to maintain an awesome property. I don't think there has been anything that I would have changed since I've walked through the offices main door. All the staff has been helpful whenever I needed any questions answered. I looked at somenotherbplaces prior, im so happy that I'm here. I love my apartment and recommend this as your next home/apt.

We have lived in this community going on 5 years. For the most part it has been nice and quiet. There have been a lot of families with younger kids and they are allowed to run around and be kids, which I appreciate. The things I don't like are people not picking up after their dogs, it smells really bad outside in the mornings. The kids make a lot of messes in the yard outside our window too. There is always gravel all over the sidewalks and they tend to leave water bottles in the grass. The office staff and the maintenance staff have always been professional and helpful as well as just plain nice. When they walk by the door in the gym they always wave at me, and yesterday morning, I was recognized by my name in the office, that's just crazy, with how many residents live here.

I feel like she goes beyond to accommodate our needs. Times are hard and everything is spinning out of control so we are grateful that Pam is willing to work with us. The maintenance crew is so amazing!! My work order got done quickly and Kris gave me some advice about my sink and A/C that I didn't even know about so thank you so much Kris!!! These guys make the property look so beautiful everyday, it makes me proud to live here, I can't brag enough about it! The whole staff here is super nice and helpful. Kris really knows his stuff so if you have a question, he's your guy!

We just moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but amazing! Our heater wasn’t working when we first tried it and not even an hour later maintenance was here to fix it for us. I love that it is a gated community, I definitely feel right at home. Christina in the office has also been wonderful!

Me and my son move in 3 months ago. To be honest when we move in things didn't look good. I had my walk thru with Christina and she saw that the apartment wasn't ready but she made sure couple days later that things got fix fast. Christina is a awesome person. I’m giving them 4 stars as a whole because their leasing office staff does a great job and handling business in a timely manner. Especially Christine who is always there to help. I would give 5 stars but the maintenance staff isn’t the best and they still haven’t given me a proper replacement for a light that went out in my living room.

I have lived here for 2 months now and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. Cristina helped my roommate and I move into the complex and working with her was very straightforward and easy. Non emergency maintenance issues have been resolved within a few days and the other office staff is just as kind and approachable as Cristina. So far my experience has been worry free and I would certainly recommend the complex.

My neighbors are nice and it seems like a fairly good place to live, and I have lived in my fair share of apartments. The only downside would be the lack of parking for visitors, but if that is my complaint I think I can live with that. Also I read all the reviews and the majority of them were before the new management. Update. It would be a great place but now they are getting rid of the resident portal so now instead of being able to pay your rent online you must now go out of your way and get a cashier's check to pay rent every month. I loved living there. No bugs, no complaints while Alliance managed them. MEB was ok once Adam was replaced 2013-2016. My unit was not upgraded and I was not gonna pay over $1000 when I have to pay all the other utilities no way
