I truthfully have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. The staff, particularly the maintenance crew, is amazing and extremely efficient with residents’ requests. I’ve been living here for around two years, and I have no complaints. The apartment management team does an excellent job maintaining the property, ensuring that everything is always clean and well-kept. They’re also incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any requests or concerns I have in a timely manner. The apartments are quiet. UPDATE 02/2024 Better watch your vehicle doesnt get towed. Had a loaner car from dealership. Dealer plates. Parked right in front of my apt. You think the tow truck looking to make $322!! + the uber + inconvience!! Pretty mad. The office didn't care. Update 01/24: Been here 20 years now. Yes it's a long time but location is great. CLEAN. Cortland is attentive to any needs, addresses things expeditiously. Maintenance is great. Things happen with other residence issues but fairly good people. They have regular pest control so that's good. Transferred into newly renovated 2 bed from 1 bed. New gym. Pool makeover. Rent increased a couple hundred dollars again. New lease just came up... increased by 3%. Update: 11.2020 have had management hiccups but they've always been attentive with maintenance issues. Wish my neighbors werent so loud on occasions but pretty quiet. Update: 02.2022 under new management...Cortland. Rent increased about $180. This place is such an amazing apartments! Really love the exterior, it makes it feel really cozy and warm. The inside is really spectacular, everything looks so nice and the backsplash in the kitchen and in the bathroom is very lovely of a brick material, makes it feel complete with the cool tone colors! Overall, 10/10 for these apartments! Staff and maintenance are really nice!

Maintenance is great and always gets any issue taken care of really quickly! I have never had bugs (I know that's a concern at a lot of places). Full washer and dryer is provided. The pool area and gym have recently been completely redone and both look awesome! The complex is quiet and central to just about everything. Definitely would recommend living here! We’ve been living in Huntington Glen for a 2 years and 3 months and we’ve enjoyed it, very much. The complex is always clean, The staff is always understanding, and the maintenance team is on time and efficient. If we ever have any issues, they come and fix the issue immediately. They always have events in the office, and even have food trucks show up and serve the complex. We renewed are lease for 16 more months, and are grateful to have found this place. My wife and kids couldn’t be happier.

So know this is not common but was in town visiting a friend. He had maintenance swing by to take care of his disposal. I have to say the coolest maintenance guy I have ever met. Think his name is Charmichael or Chamichael. He was friendly and very informative. Had a great attitude and very knowledgeable. I previously was a resident at another Cortland property, managed by Desiree and I loved my apartment home with Cortland for 4 years. I visited with Desiree at the beginning of her renovations of Huntington Glen, a couple of years ago and she was so excited to show me the first completed apartment and it was beautiful. We spent a couple of hours together that afternoon, just walking and talking. I am glad that I wore my sneakers, because she literally walked me all around the property, and shared her ideas and her excitement of the changes that would be coming to the property. It is now two years later and I reached out to Desiree to drop off pet food and pet bedding for her much loved Trinity Gap Club Foster Pets, and I was excited to see everything that she has completed. The renovations are beautiful, as well as the landscaping. The property looks Amazing, just as she had said that it would. She told me that she still has a little tweaking to do, and then she will complete. She never ceases to amaze me! 😊

Great place to live! Workers are nice and communicate well. The place looks clean all the time and you will see a worker cleaning the amenities daily. The parking lot had repairs recently so no more potholes which is nice.

Where to begin, the staff and manager Desiree are outstanding. The community is exactly what I was looking for. The location is spot on as I am only 15 minutes to work. The pool kept me cool especially during the heat of the summer this year.

Huntington Glen is a really clean and modern apartment complex. It is recently updated and has everything I need in an apartment! It has been a great experience with nice staff and other residents! There is a really nice pool and gym, but my favorite place in the complex is my kitchen. New appliances and granite countertops!

I came back to look again after my lease was up and the everything looks much better after the rehab. The pool looks amazing. My first visit a year ago with Kalie was informative, and the landscaping looks great.

I had no issue with the overall quality of the apartment. It was very clean, maintenance worked to fix things in a timely manner, and they did resident engagement, which was really nice. The appliances were really nice and good quality. Cons: Towing Strict resident rules Increase in rent after 1 years. The 600 sq ft 1-bedroom is extremely small, yet they charged so much for it. Not worth the pay.

We have been living here for about 8 months now, and we have enjoyed living here. The management communicates well with the tenants for any community events or other updates, and maintenance is the best out of any apartment we've ever lived in. They respond to any help requests promptly and have taken care of any issues that have come up in our apartment. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I moved in a few weeks ago and I am really loving it here. Huntington Glen has been great from the very start. The application process with Gaby was great. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Also, they were doing a great move in deal that would allow me to save money on my first month’s rent. I was able to secure my apartment well in advance, since it was going to be newly remodeled. That was a huge relief so I could pack, knowing that I had a place to go when my previous lease at my other place was up. It just felt like everything aligned and this apartment was meant to be. The apartment was move-in ready and clean the day that I got the keys. The remodel is so great. I remember looking at these apartments years ago, before Cortland took over, and they have really improved things. I was able to move just down the road and save so much money on rent and that is with it being newly remodeled, on the first floor, and with brand new appliances, including a washer and dryer. I just moved in almost a month ago, from the start of leasing I knew that the experience would be well worth it, the office team has been more than great help, making sure that everything was ok for us. Needless to say the apartment is fresh and well prepared for tenants. If you’re looking for great you’ll find it here. The communication with the community is also top tier. 11/10

Love everything about Huntington Glen, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the water shut off issue. Seems like this a weekly thing now… well, probably not but it seems like it due to how many times it happens in 1 month. I do appreciate how an email and/or text is sent a day or two ahead of time but still an issue when you have to use your facility, shower, etc but can’t. Other than that living here has been great, not too noisy and maintenance is amazing especially Mike, he has always been helpful since day 1.

I’ve lived at Huntington Glen going on 7 years now. The maintenance team have always been great. These last 2 years or so maintenance Mike has been my usual maintenance guy when something needs to be fixed. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure he comes at a time that works for me and gets everything done in a timely manner. He’s been a great asset to the Huntington family. The homes are like new and look so beautiful. Conveniently located near the elementary and middle school just across the street and also near multiple shopping centers. The office is nice and have treats for you and your pet when you stop by. Maintenance is quick to respond and Mike and Thyrone’s happy personality is infectious.

Love Huntington Glen! They are currently doing renovations to the community and have beautiful interiors to their homes. Desiree the community manager has been very kind and explained all the information clearly. Kaylie was the leasing Associate assisting with the transfer and she was able to keep me in the loop at all times! Great community and excited to see the renovations complete!!!

We’ve been living in Huntington Glen for a year and 3 months and we’ve enjoyed it, very much. The staff is always understanding, the keep the complex clean, and the maintenance team is A-1. If we ever have any issues, they come to fix it, immediately. We appreciate what they’ve done for us, and we plan to renew our lease next term.

While I didn’t end up renting from Huntington Glen (I found a place closer to my job), I had a great experience with Kalie in the office. She was patient with all my questions and showing me around the entire property. I was looking really early and she didn’t have anything for the time frame I was looking in. However, when she did have something, she sent me emails and called me to see if I was still interested. That says a lot about her and the Cortland team. I really like living at my apartment in Huntington Glen. Living on my own for the first I was really scared, I drove around to check out all the apartments in Bedford and Euless. I looked for cleanness, checking to make sure dumpsters were out of sight and no old furniture piled up next to dumpsters, checking to see if cars were broke down, checking the foot traffic, was the pool nice and well kept, if they offer a carport and other such security and beauty things. I found that Huntington Glen was my best choice for the area and checked off all my requirements. I wouldn’t be able to live at a place that didn’t meet all the things that would make comfortable due to my anxiety disability. The ladies at the office helped every step of the way and worked with me, keeping my worries and anxieties low and making me feel safe and secure. I haven't moved in yet and currently at a sister property until my lease is up. When I heard that most of the staff moved from the current property I'm leasing to Huntington Glen, it was really a no-brainer for me where I was relocating to at the end of my lease. The staff here at Huntington Glen is by far the most genuine people that truly wants to make sure your stay in the community is a safe and wholesome experience. I'm really looking forward to moving in.

First maintenance call was quick, efficient, and polite. Move in experience as a whole has been excellent. UPDATE: A month in and all is going well. Quiet complex and very nice neighbors. Place is always nicely kept. Really feel at home here. 2ND UPDATE: Over a year(and 2nd lease) in and I still feel the exact same way! Recent remodeling going on has been a bit noisy but small price to pay for what they are doing (new apts look sweet!) and they communicate this in advance. Staff has always been professional and love they do extra get togethers for the complex. Only negative is water maintenance happens quite a bit but these aren't brand new buildings. Lease ends in Nov and am praying they don't price me out because I love it here.

Been here 17 years now. Yes it's a long time but location is great, have had management hiccups but they've always been attentive with maintenance issues. Wish my neighbors werent so loud on occasions but pretty quiet. Update: 02.2022 under new management...Cortland. Rent increased about $180. They are making improvements...painted blogs and renovating apartments to granite counter tops, etc.

The experience I’v had at Huntington Glen is very good. The staff is attentive and listens well. Any issues that I have had have been resolved within 24 hr or at least I have been responded to.

I have lived in this complex for eight years. And it is great. The management everybody in the office is fantastic the maintenance crew is fantastic if you have a problem with your apartment they’re out there before you can get back from the office to fix things. The landscape is beautiful. I can truly say, since the new management crew has come in here last month 8/1/2021 cortland management company this place has become the best.( thank you Winter)for all your help👍👍👍

I am currently a resident at another Cortland property, and I have loved my apartment home for 4 years. When I heard that Cortland had purchased this property for a renovation project and that Desiree would be leading the team. I was excited to go and visit with her, and see the property before the project begins. We spent a couple of hours together that afternoon, just walking and talking. I am glad that I wore my sneakers, because she literally walked me all around the property, and shared her ideas and her excitement of the changes that would be coming to the property. It’s a nice property with a lot of potential and I am excited that Desiree has invited me back to see the changes when they are finished. I know that it will be great! :)

I have not move in yet but I am very excited to. Winter is a huge reason I picked Huntington Glen for my new home. She is kind, empathetic and truly made me feel that I will be cared for living here. She introduced me to the whole team and they were wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Winter was so understanding and helpful. Finding a new place to live, especially with no roommate, no co-signer, and a lower than average income, is stressful. I felt a huge weight off my shoulders within 10 minutes of my first visit talking with Winter. The apartment itself is great. Winter informed me that Cortland recently purchased the property. I have lived at Cortland's Vistas at Hackberry Creek for almost three years and that has been great. I made the decision to move based on the location of my primary job. Again, Winter and the whole team are amazing and I am very much looking forward to living at Huntington Glen.

We are so happy we found Huntington Glen! My husband and I felt pretty uneasy about his aunt moving out of our home and into an apartment of her own, but after weeks of searching we finally found a property close by us where she felt comfortable and that was still very reasonably affordable. We appreciate the central but quiet location, and the staff here are informative and friendly. Winter helped us feel totally at ease with the process and we felt she really understood our concerns about safety. We are so thankful!

I've been here for 8.5 months now and I love it here! Moving from Florida was already nerve wracking enough without having to find a place too. Whitney made the decision so easy when I came in on a Saturday and she took the time to answer all my questions and show me the actual unit I'm currently in. Maintenance has been really quick every time. Ryan is always friendly and helpful over the phone or when going to the office. There is a full washer and dryer in the unit which was my one stipulation for a place. The complex is quiet and clean. As others mentioned, parking is a little difficult at times, but a little walking never hurts!

My experience started with Whitney Tanner. I have a disability with severe anxiety due to trauma as a child and another trauma as a young adult. I was moving into my first apartment and my first time being alone. She didn’t know about my issue, she was so kind and gentle. She made my anxiety go down to a low rate. She answers all my questions with kindness and speed. I felt like she wanted me to be there and that they will keep me safe. I used the maintenance app twice and both times the issue was fixed within hours. I visited 23 apartment complexes before I found this one.
