I have been a resident at Harbour Cove for 10 years. And I can honestly say, that since new management has taken over, Harbour Cove is even better than before. Fantastic staff and management team are working tirelessly to make sure that the residents enjoy their home.

Harbour Cove, now owned by Cortland, is a great place to reside. I have seen positive changes since new management has stepped in. Some of the changes implemented has made this community a safer and more enjoyable place to live.

The new renovation are super fire. We have new equipment and I can workout at home instead of paying for a gym membership. Shout out to the staff they are super cool

I have been living at Harbor Cove for about 2 years. And the new management company which is Cortland is phenomenal. Joseph & Bianca is the perfect duo for the company. They make it so fun to live here. They are always doing things to get the community involved. Like back to school drives, community pool parties for the kids and more. Everyone is always smiling.
