I just wanted to add my 2 cents and boost the rating a little bit because I absolutely love my apartment and the community is nothing like it used to be. The apartments are spacious and the community is kid friendly. It’s not perfect but if you watch the news, no where in Atlanta is perfect. The personnel on site are really doing the best they can with the people they serve in this community. The people who reside on this side of town are very challenging to say the least. My neighbors have complained about crime but fortunately, this is not my experience. I am very grateful for my home and I plan to stay as long as I can afford to.

This review is for the maintenance team. I would like to thank Frank who I believe is the maintenance supervisor and his former employee Q (I don’t know his real name) for always going over and beyond to come fix any maintenance problems and also lending helping hands just for anything that I may have a problem with. These 2 guys always show up promptly to get the job done and seem to love what they do! Thank you for your on going support Mr. Frank and Q. This year will be my last year at east ridge and it’s bittersweet. My apartment was amazing I lived in an 4 bedroom very spacious. I had a few hiccups that the leasing office and maintenance team worked together well with to get done but overall I loved it here. Very quiet compared to years ago I definitely will say this is a safe place off of Cleveland avenue to stay. Thank you to the leasing team Ms. Keisha, Arieal (who’s not longer here but was great when she was here, Ms. Melissa, the entire staff for a being super supportive. I will miss this place.

Lakeisha in the rent office is the best!!! I have resided in East Ridge Apartments for over seven years and anytime I call the office and if at anytime which is rare I have an issue she gets right to the problem and get it solved . Her customer service and dedication to this community is exceptional that mainly my reason for staying so long !!! We appreciate you Lakeisha
