I’m looking to relocate from Charleston SC in may and I am wondering is this place based on income /tax credit or is this a straight rent apartments. I’m confused on the reviews but so far seems like a great place .

I love my apartment very spacious the rent office crew was very nice and pleasant and welcoming I definitely love my Keisha Elder from tenant #4122 And the maintenance guys are great too and good at responding to maintenance requests overall my son and I is enjoying our new home

This review is for the maintenance team. I would like to thank Frank who I believe is the maintenance supervisor and his former employee Q (I don’t know his real name) for always going over and beyond to come fix any maintenance problems and also lending helping hands just for anything that I may have a problem with. These 2 guys always show up promptly to get the job done and seem to love what they do! Thank you for your on going support Mr. Frank and Q. This year will be my last year at east ridge and it’s bittersweet. My apartment was amazing I lived in an 4 bedroom very spacious. I had a few hiccups that the leasing office and maintenance team worked together well with to get done but overall I loved it here. Very quiet compared to years ago I definitely will say this is a safe place off of Cleveland avenue to stay. Thank you to the leasing team Ms. Keisha, Arieal (who’s not longer here but was great when she was here, Ms. Melissa, the entire staff for a being super supportive. I will miss this place.

Lakeisha in the rent office is the best!!! I have resided in East Ridge Apartments for over seven years and anytime I call the office and if at anytime which is rare I have an issue she gets right to the problem and get it solved . Her customer service and dedication to this community is exceptional that mainly my reason for staying so long !!! We appreciate you Lakeisha

The person I talked to was Ms. Keisha she was very polite and answered all my questions without any hesitation. I feels she was very knowledgeable about her job. So if I could give her more stars I would. Great experience. So saying thanks and I truly think East Ridge Park apartments would be a great fit for me and anyone who looking for a place to live, because of the great experience Ms. Keisha gave me.

April 2025 - Still here and loving it. I was just sitting on my patio and one of the maintenance team passed by. We exchanged pleasantries and he asked how everything was going. That meant the world to me because he could have said hi and kept it pushing. I'm thankful for the team here. Keisha has done and is doing an amazing job and really cares about the residents and the property. Needless to say I've renewed my lease for another year and would encourage anyone looking for a consistent leasing staff and maintenance team to become a neighbor. OK World! it's been a year and I have renewed my lease. I love my community and apartment home even more than I did a year ago. Shout out to Rob for taking such great care of my home! Awesome management and staff! I really love my apartment and the grounds are maintained daily. The management team (Melissa & Lakeisha), leasing staff (Willie) and maintenance (Rod) are awesome.
