April 2025 - Still here and loving it. I was just sitting on my patio and one of the maintenance team passed by. We exchanged pleasantries and he asked how everything was going. That meant the world to me because he could have said hi and kept it pushing. I'm thankful for the team here. Keisha has done and is doing an amazing job and really cares about the residents and the property. Needless to say I've renewed my lease for another year and would encourage anyone looking for a consistent leasing staff and maintenance team to become a neighbor. OK World! it's been a year and I have renewed my lease. I love my community and apartment home even more than I did a year ago. Shout out to Rob for taking such great care of my home! Compared to the prices across Metro Atlanta I believe East Park Ridge is a great community. They answer work orders quickly and efficiently, most of the staff is nice and helpful. They are also very understanding and considerate. No where is perfect, but this is close to it.

I just wanted to add my 2 cents and boost the rating a little bit because I absolutely love my apartment and the community is nothing like it used to be. The apartments are spacious and the community is kid friendly. It’s not perfect but if you watch the news, no where in Atlanta is perfect. The personnel on site are really doing the best they can with the people they serve in this community. The people who reside on this side of town are very challenging to say the least. My neighbors have complained about crime but fortunately, this is not my experience. I am very grateful for my home and I plan to stay as long as I can afford to.

Update 2024: I finally moved into what is now East Ridge Park back in 2023. I’m coming up on 2 years now and I seriously don’t want to leave. Ms Keisha is so helpful. Maintenance issues are done in a timely manner. There may be a few bugs every now and then but not an infestation or anything. I spray my own spray every now and then. I don’t too much have anything negative to say. I stay out the way and if I have an issue, I bring it up and it’s addressed/taken care of. I love being a resident here. My only apartment since I’ve moved to Atlanta and I really can’t see me leaving soon unless I hit the lottery lol UPDATE: After reaching out to Melissa through email, I will update my review. She has been a big help. Hoping to lease with Avalon Ridge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve been calling for 2 days and I can already tell they are very unprofessional. They won’t answer the phone and you can tell when they are rejecting your call.

It's nice just can't deal with a lot of school kids early in the morning with they loud talking near my window at 6:30am while I'm sleeping with my medication in me I have bipolar and sczhpranina disorders and seizures disorder so I got to have peace when my meds in my system so I can function properly but I do like my stay I'm only here for 18 months in and which should be 2years or in a half but I do like it here great staff and great maintenance great office workers and great neighbors and community

East Ridge park Apartments is a nice, decent, affordable, attractive community with 24 security to maintain safety of residents. The Leasing Team is awesome! Professional Staff and quick to respond to tenant needs.

First I’d like to say BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS, PARK AREA, POOL, CLUBHOUSE, GRILL AREA & FLOOR PLANS, an AMAZING property manager Ms. Keisha. She was patient and very professional and understanding of my recent situation with my job and pregnancy. She communicated with me thoroughly about what she could and couldn’t do. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s resolved in 24hrs. Her alone gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Now the neighborhood not so much, the kids scratched up my car, pulls the fire alarms and run up and down the stairs and through all the buildings loud and disrespectfully. With the gate being broken non residents are able to enter and unsafe incidents occur (ie. shootings, car thefts). I’ve been here since November and as much as I love the apartment and management team and maintenance, I’m considering moving for the safety of my children. I don’t blame the apartments, it’s the residents and possibly the company they keep.
