It's nice just can't deal with a lot of school kids early in the morning with they loud talking near my window at 6:30am while I'm sleeping with my medication in me I have bipolar and sczhpranina disorders and seizures disorder so I got to have peace when my meds in my system so I can function properly but I do like my stay I'm only here for 18 months in and which should be 2years or in a half but I do like it here great staff and great maintenance great office workers and great neighbors and community

First I’d like to say BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS, PARK AREA, POOL, CLUBHOUSE, GRILL AREA & FLOOR PLANS, an AMAZING property manager Ms. Keisha. She was patient and very professional and understanding of my recent situation with my job and pregnancy. She communicated with me thoroughly about what she could and couldn’t do. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s resolved in 24hrs. Her alone gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Now the neighborhood not so much, the kids scratched up my car, pulls the fire alarms and run up and down the stairs and through all the buildings loud and disrespectfully. With the gate being broken non residents are able to enter and unsafe incidents occur (ie. shootings, car thefts). I’ve been here since November and as much as I love the apartment and management team and maintenance, I’m considering moving for the safety of my children. I don’t blame the apartments, it’s the residents and possibly the company they keep.

Very nice community. Front office staff very attentive and communicate very well. Maintenance crew does a wonderful job with the up keep of the community as well as handling issues within units in a timely manner. Community has great area for kids to play. Great place to call home !!!

The staff has been great! From the time applied, Melissa and Arielle made sure I got in , and then after moving in I met Kesha and she is awesome as well ! The community is well kept and they always answer my maintenance requests fast . Sorry I don't know any of their names but they are awesome. I've been here almost 1 year and I've resigned my lease. I'm glad I moved from where I was I made a great choice . Thanks !!!

Friendly staff, clean home & a quiet neighborhood. During the day, children are out which is expected. They’re supposed to be but at night it’s quiet and peaceful. My apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. I did see ONE dead bug but I sprayed my own spray and have not seen anything since. So far, I love my home! Arielle was really nice as well and kept me updated through my approval process and helped on my move in day.

Community: We have been here almost 3 years now, and my children and I LOVE our apartment. Very nice, very clean, and have never even had one pest issue. Maintenance staff is great, and the neighbors in the building I’m in are quiet. The grounds are always kept clean. Staff: Secondly, I LOVE the assistant manger, Keisha. Melissa has also been a huge help. I was struggling with some issues with rent due to loss of job (Covid), and currently working through agencies, so I have a new job position very often or sometimes in between jobs. Even when I was behind on rent at times (and it was quite a bit because I’m a single mom seriously struggling), they always showed compassion, and were never judgemental. I would be so embarrassed, but they never treated me any differently and always pointed me in the right direction for assistance. They have worked with me SO MUCH over these last few years, and my children and I are forever grateful. Everyone is so nice and understanding, even when I may have been a pain for bei

I have lived in this community for 3 years and have received exceptional service. When ever we have have a problem, the staff is efficient and responds quickly. The apartment is beautiful, it has good located and all the necessary amenities. We have renewed our contract 3 times. Since Cortland arrived, everything has changed for the better.

The grounds stay neat and cleaned. Anytime I make a service call it's accomplished w/in a reasonable amount of time and done w/a smile! Summery at Zanjero is a nice quiet beautiful living space. The neighbors are all super friendly and the location is super convenient. Being near the Westgate area you would expect heavy traffic and noise but it is the complete opposite. With just less than a 5 minute drive to work the location is perfect. Jennifer is super helpful she explains things in such a professional manner but she is also super welcoming. The gym is super convenient and I like that they don’t have music blasting so you can still hear your own music without having to blast your ears. I am truly looking forward for the rest of my stay here at Summerly.

I've had a very happy stay at Cortland Craig Ranch thus far. The team at the leasing office are very helpful - from the time I moved in to this day, I've had no issues. Even if there were any issues with my apartment, they've been speedily rectified by the maintenance team. I'd very happily recommend this community to anyone!

Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. Going to the Club House just to have a café Mocha free also anytime of the day or night, where there is a gym, computer roo

Destinations Alexander was one of the properties we looked at on line prior to moving to Nevada and an over 55 community. A current resident (and family member) recommended this location to us, and we are glad we moved here. From what we saw on line, this was the best over 55 community as far as location, upkeep, staffing, and amenities. We are very pleased we chose Destinations Alexander!

My husband and I wanted to experiment with apartment living after 50 years in the same home in Illinois. We also wanted to be near family in Kennewick, Washington. Our stay at Affinity at Southridge was fantastic. The staff was wonderful at helping us adjust. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner. There were many amenities to choose from and I think we ended up using them all. Many of the residents became friends/family in a short time. Destinations Alexander is a neighborhood type Community with single level apartments. The community’s landscaping is well kept and the building’s exterior is well maintained. It’s a peaceful environment, parking’s available, beautiful clubhouse, pool, exercise room, billiards room, and sewing room. There’s a shuttle service and lots of monthly activities/events for residents. We have been here for over two years and enjoy living our retirement years in this neighborhood.

I toured multiple apartments in the Glendale area, and Summerly has the best floor plans/layouts than any other apartment community including some brand new ones being built. They are so spacious! Plus the office staff was so kind and helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I’ve only been in my current apartment for a few months, but so far it has been a great experience here.

The initial move in process was extremely easy, the management makes it so smooth especially when you've never rented your own apartment before. Any questions or concerns are addressed within a couple of hours and they send maintenance out as soon as they can. The maintenance staff is super kind, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they're doing. The complex is beautiful as well as the pool and gym and the management staff work diligently to maintain it. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, while still enforcing leash laws and there is a small dog park which is a big bonus. The best part is the plethora of bunnies that live in the complex, which are absolutely adorable

I really like it here. I have never felt afraid. Everyone in the office and maintenance are friendly and take care of any issues promptly. The only negative is with the landscapers. If your in the front of the complex all is taken care of. But us that live in the back part just get a quick once over. It’s looking a little shabby back here with trash around and the plants and grounds in need of extra care.

I LOVE The Allure, it’s safe, quiet, there’s awesome parking, amazing amenities, but the only thing I’d like next time would be for The Allure management to show us the space they have open before we sign the lease. We saw the space on move-in day, but it is a little small for us and that’s why we have to throw and/or donate so much of our furniture right now which is a hassle. Otherwise, it’s amazing!

OK World! it's been a year and I have renewed my lease. I love my community and apartment home even more than I did a year ago. Shout out to Rob for taking such great care of my home! Awesome management and staff! I really love my apartment and the grounds are maintained daily. The management team (Melissa & Lakeisha), leasing staff (Willie) and maintenance (Rod) are awesome. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner and the follow up from management is impressive. The bathrooms are large with storage space underneath the sink with not one but three functioning drawers. The master bedroom nicely accommodates a California king sleigh bed, night stand, a 4 foot vanity, chest of drawers and a large standing mirror. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are nicely sized for a full sized bed, large dresser and desk. There is a lot of closet space and secured storage space off of the patio. I feel at home here and I have great neighbors! I would most definitely recommend Avalon Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a

East Ridge Park has been a place of Home since 2018 for us and we love it !! From the move in process, up until now has been nothing but short of amazing!!
