I toured with JoJo this past Saturday, and she was absolutely amazing! She was professional, welcoming, caring, and very knowledgeable. She took her time showing me four different units and explaining the differences without ever making me feel rushed or like a burden. Even while assisting others coming into the office, she made sure everyone felt heard and valued. Her customer service is truly exceptional, and she made me feel right at home! Had a fantastic experience touring the model home with JOJO! She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. I'm still weighing my moving options, but her excellent service definitely made a great impression!

Decent, The dog park is more about being cute, not really built for play too many like large rocks trees, the weird little surprises and stuff that can end up hurting your dog also be pet washing station while it does include like the tub and like the table for the dog, it doesn’t have a high velocity dryer or even a dryer at all. So what’s the purpose of the table? The temp knobs are pointless. There’s only cold water and there are no lights so go during the daytime.

Anthony from maintenance deserves special recognition. He has been consistently helpful, quick to respond, and professional every time I’ve needed assistance. He explains what he’s doing, makes sure everything is fixed properly, and genuinely cares about keeping the apartments in good condition. I’ve lived at Courtland Wren Northlake for nearly a year, and I’m truly impressed with how the community is run. The staff treat residents like family, and I feel welcomed and valued every day. I am especially grateful for Jamal R.—since moving here, he has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. Jamal consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I want to make sure his outstanding customer service is recognized. On several occasions, his dedication and professionalism have really stood out, and I genuinely appreciate everything he does to help us at the place we call home! I toured these apartments about a month ago with Jamal, and he was very kind and helpful. Although I didn’t have an appointment, he was still willing to assist me. He took the time to show me several floor plans based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. The amenities stood out to me—especially the fact that there are two gyms, one for each phase!
