Anthony from maintenance deserves special recognition. He has been consistently helpful, quick to respond, and professional every time I’ve needed assistance. He explains what he’s doing, makes sure everything is fixed properly, and genuinely cares about keeping the apartments in good condition. I really appreciate his work and the level of service he provides.

I’ve lived at Courtland Wren Northlake for nearly a year, and I’m truly impressed with how the community is run. The staff treat residents like family, and I feel welcomed and valued every day. I am especially grateful for Jamal R.—since moving here, he has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. Jamal consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I want to make sure his outstanding customer service is recognized. On several occasions, his dedication and professionalism have really stood out, and I genuinely appreciate everything he does to help us at the place we call home! I hope he is blessed beyond measure for blessing us!

I toured these apartments about a month ago with Jamal, and he was very kind and helpful. Although I didn’t have an appointment, he was still willing to assist me. He took the time to show me several floor plans based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. The amenities stood out to me—especially the fact that there are two gyms, one for each phase!

I had an urgent situation where I needed a secure lock installed on my door to prevent my toddler from being able to let herself out of the apartment — a terrifying thought for any parent. Anthony responded to my work order immediately and installed the lock quickly and efficiently. His prompt service gave me peace of mind and made me feel so much safer in my home. So grateful to be a part of this community. They have such a wonderful staff especially maintenance. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Mr. Anthony came to fix it. Mr. Anthony figured out what the issue was and how to fix it in less than an hour. He was very kind and thoughtful he was even willing to go out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed while at work. I hope that he is blessed beyond measure as I can tell that he cares for the community and loves what he does.
