I can’t say enough good things about Boris Mejia. Not only is he incredibly skilled and reliable, but he’s also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. As a mom of two young boys, it means the world to me that he’s always so patient and friendly with my kids. Even when they’re curious, asking questions, or accidentally getting in the way while he’s working, he treats them with nothing but kindness and never makes us feel like a burden. Any time I need something, Boris never hesitates to help. Whether it’s a small repair or something more urgent, he’s always willing to go above and beyond with just a phone call. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they’re helping, not just the job itself. He’s professional, hardworking, honest, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Finding someone you can trust in your home is invaluable, and I trust Boris completely. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone who does exceptional work and treats

I extremely happy to share this update! After some issues in the past, the complex is under control of a new property management company and thanks to the efforts off the same experienced and dedicated team, I've seen incredible positive changes and improvements on a huge numbers of aspects. They improved the trash management from 2 to 10, they beautifully renovated the whole pool area (gorgeous), they finally repaired the "forever broken" gate (now it can be remotely controlled from your phone), also the gym, ohhh the gym! You can even think about being subscribed to a gym that let's you to live in a nice apartment as a complementary benefit. And as if that weren't enough, they have been renovating all the units into gorgeous modern homes. They even have private patrols at nights. In summary, the best location plus the most outstanding living experience... You should regret for not being here at Cortland at Wortham!

In response to post by Organic Kurls! Your review feels misleading and unnecessarily harsh. The communication clearly stated there would be interruptions during the day, and while any outage is inconvenient, it’s unrealistic to expect zero disruption during major maintenance. Water service was restored by Thursday around 1 PM—not “no water until Friday” as claimed—so the timeline here is being exaggerated. Cortland has been investing significant time, effort, and resources into improving the property, and upgrades like these—while temporarily inconvenient—are part of making the community better for everyone long term. As for the comments about Stephanie, I strongly disagree. I’ve interacted with her for years, and she has consistently been professional, responsive, and fair. She addresses concerns quickly and treats residents with respect. Accusations of discrimination are serious, and from my experience, completely unfounded. It’s understandable to be frustrated by temporary inconveniences, especially wi

I stopped by Cortland Wortham completely spur of the moment on Saturday 04/18 and was met by one of the leasing consultants by the name of Roderick Grant. I want to highlight his exceptional customer service and friendly attitude. The community has been recently purchased by Cortland and is undergoing a complete renovation and the updates are BEAUTIFUL! Also the grounds were very clean which is a huge consideration for me when apartment hunting. I’m looking to remain in Jersey Village once my lease is up and Cortland Wortham is one of my top picks currently. Highly recommend anyone checking them out!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Cortland Wortham Apartments! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of—but the real standout is Heather Beasley. She is truly the BEST in the business. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine kindness set her apart. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and she always does it with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much and takes so much pride in what they do. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home—but having someone like Heather makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be supported and appreciated, this is it. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

My family and I moved in here a year ago, and all I can say is that everything we’ve experienced has been amazing. From Grant meeting us when we first walked in the door to inquire to how we’ve been treated every step of the way has been an outstanding experience. I’ve really great experience with the few times we’ve had to ask about something or had one small issue. They’ve immediately taken care of it. This is honestly one of the best apartments I have had the privilege to live in. I recently moved into Wynnewood at Wortham and have been pleasantly surprised by the experience! The new management by Cortland is making noticeable improvements, from fresh paint to upgraded landscaping. The spacious 1-bedroom unit I chose has modern appliances, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of natural light. It's also wonderfully pet-friendly. Overall, it’s a great community with a lot of potential—I’m excited to see the continued upgrades!

Christina was such a wonderful lady she made us feel right at home and sold us with her insights in the surrounding area and gave us so much valuable information. We had help from another employee a very helpful young lady that gave us the same welcoming and supportive energy.Definitely a great opportunity to start a new chapter in someone’s life.

I lived here for four years my family and I and to be honest and truthful everything was OK but what made me want to stay was Mrs Stephanie the manager she is so sweet and kind and honest and fair she listens when you talk to her she doesn’t take one person inside of the other she actually listens to both sides and she address the situation as quickly as possible thank you Mrs Stephanie for the kindness that you provided for me and my family

We started the process of applying for an apartment and getting approved very quickly! Ethan was absolutely amazing when it came to communicating about everything. The front office has been so friendly and helpful! My daughter and I excited to start a new chapter with this community.

I lived here for going on 2 years, the property stayed well kept up. Pools are always open and clean which makes that a plus in the summer time. Parking was great, the property has great amenities, maintenance requests are answered promptly and the apartment manager Ms.Stephanie and her staff was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was really nice. I really enjoyed my time living here.
