Not a resident here (yet) but during my walk through, Grant was AMAZING!!!! Super incredible staff, the manager was even there and we got to meet her, she’s very no nonsense, which is great. The complex and the units we looked at were SUPER clean and nice

In response to post by Organic Kurls! Your review feels misleading and unnecessarily harsh. The communication clearly stated there would be interruptions during the day, and while any outage is inconvenient, it’s unrealistic to expect zero disruption during major maintenance. Water service was restored by Thursday around 1 PM—not “no water until Friday” as claimed—so the timeline here is being exaggerated. Cortland has been investing significant time, effort, and resources into improving the property, and upgrades like these—while temporarily inconvenient—are part of making the community better for everyone long term. As for the comments about Stephanie, I strongly disagree. I’ve interacted with her for years, and she has consistently been professional, responsive, and fair. Contacted and visited to inquire about leasing and Stephanie was a delight! They’ve been redoing so much of the community even though it already has great amenities. I stopped by Cortland Wortham completely spur of the moment on Saturday 04/18 and was met by one of the leasing consultants by the name of Roderick Grant. I want to highlight his exceptional customer service and friendly attitude. The community has been recently purchased by Cortland and is undergoing a complete renovation and the updates are BEAUTIFUL! Also the grounds were very clean which is a huge consideration for me when apartment hunting. I’m looking to remain in Jersey Village once my lease is up and Cortland Wortham is one of my top picks currently. Highly recommend anyone checking them out!

From Grant meeting us when we first walked in the door to inquire to how we’ve been treated every step of the way has been an outstanding experience. They are also renovating all the apartments with flooring and brand new appliances which gives you great commodity and comfort giving the experience of living in luxury. They’re also painting all the outside they’re re-roofing and making sure that everything stands out and looks great. Our daughter needed to move IMMEDIATELY & she had a HARD TIME finding a place beings she is just establishing credit, & hasnt been at her job too long & after speaking to Mr Grant (Roderick) on the phone, we were 100% SURE this was going to be IT!! She's been there almost 3 (ish) mo., & haven't heard ANY COMPLAINTS out of our daughter. My wife and I recently moved in here and while the reviews were mixed, everything we’ve experienced has been amazing. From Grant meeting us when we first walked in the door to inquire to how we’ve been treated every step of the way has been an outstanding experience. Even beyond the experience is what they’re putting into the apartments they’re renovating all the apartments they’re painting all the outside they’re re-roofing and making sure that everything is an amazing shape I really enjoyed that the few times we’ve had to ask about something or had one small issue. They’ve immediately taken care of it and apologized if it took them a few hours to get to me all in all this is one of the best apartments I have had the privilege to stay in. And as much as I love recommending grant because he was so friendly, I have to say that everyone in the office has been a pleasure to talk to

He’s always friendly and quick to assist with anything we need. We’re also neighbors in the same building, and he’s been a great one! I recently moved into Wynnewood at Wortham and have been pleasantly surprised by the experience! The new management by Cortland is making noticeable improvements, from fresh paint to upgraded landscaping. The spacious 1-bedroom unit I chose has modern appliances, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of natural light. It's also wonderfully pet-friendly. The two pools and fitness center are fantastic perks, and the location near Highway 290 makes commuting and shopping a breeze. Maintenance has been prompt and friendly, addressing requests quickly. Overall, it’s a great community with a lot of potential—I’m excited to see the continued upgrades!

Hoy recibí la ayuda de mantenimiento porque tenía mi secadora que no funcionaba y me hicieron el cambio ya que no era posible repararla y también un arreglo en la tina del baño máster, el señor de mantenimiento Boris muy amable y además intentó que todo quedará lo mejor posible al igual su jefe. Estos apartamentos yo en lo personal tengo una buena opinión y experiencia me gusta como se ve el exterior del condominio y por dentro mi apartamento me gusta, es amplio está cómodo con claridad limpio y cuando hay alguna situación pues mantenimiento se encarga de resolverla.

El condominio en general es muy lindo y acogedor al mudarme en Noviembre a uno de sus apartmentos la primera impression fue la mejor pero ya en diciembre reporté filtraciones cada vez que llovia se Mojaba el closet toda mi ropa y la alfombra y asi estuve reportando varias veces nunca dieron solucion ni la filtration ni la alfombra. En Abril decide irme porque en 5 meses nunca le dieron solucion. El tema de las cucarachas tampoco se resuelve 0/100

Christina was such a wonderful lady she made us feel right at home and sold us with her insights in the surrounding area and gave us so much valuable information.We had help from another employee a very helpful young lady that gave us the same welcoming and supportive energy.Definitely a great opportunity to start a new chapter in someone’s life.

I lived here for four years my family and I and to be honest and truthful everything was OK but what made me want to stay was Mrs Stephanie the manager she is so sweet and kind and honest and fair she listens when you talk to her she doesn’t take one person inside of the other she actually listens to both sides and she address the situation as quickly as possible thank you Mrs Stephanie for the kindness that you provided for me and my family

Took my mom to look at apartments, Sarah was very professional ,attentive and knowledgeable. We was able to tour the property! It’s very clean ! Family oriented! Hope mom can call this her new home soon !

Wynnewood at Worthing I now call home. Comfy cozy quiet area and very pleasant staff. Stephanie was very helpful and patient with me. Her professionalism and the fact that she kept in constant contact with me helped secure my place.

We started the process of applying for an apartment and getting approved very quickly! Ethan was absolutely amazing when it came to communicating about everything. The front office has been so friendly and helpful! My daughter and I excited to start a new chapter with this community.

I lived here for going on 2 years, the property stayed well kept up. Pools are always open and clean which makes that a plus in the summer time. Parking was great, the property has great amenities, maintenance requests are answered promptly and the apartment manager Ms.Stephanie and her staff was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was really nice. I really enjoyed my time living here.
