I’ve been a resident here for a few years now and recently switched units when Cortland took over. Angela Scott made my transition smooth and convenient. She was friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to tour the new unit, sign documents and move within a month smoothly. I really thank Angela a lot for her help expertise and guidance. What I mostly appreciate about this property is that it’s quiet and family oriented.

I moved into Courtland Woodlands in Sept and from the jump I have had an amazing experience. Coming from living in hotels and homelessness with 3 kids while I was in school and graduated the stress level was high. I work with Angela and she was amazing. She made the process so easy and seamless. The property is well taken care of. My unit was fully renovated and the space is huge. Any maintenance issues I have, In my last apartment we waited days and weeks, maintenance is at my door same day if not next morning and they get the job done. I highly recommend CW and Angela and Malik.

Angela was very sweet, kind and funny when I came in to look at an apartment. Very professional, but felt like I’ve known her for years. The conversation went so smooth. She answered all questions ensure that everything would be great when we moved in started the new year in my apartment so far everything’s been great very quiet community and even woke up to a pancake breakfast that they were serving for the residence which came with parfaits and coffee. Great start to a new year thank you and your team so much.

I have been living here since 2021 and since Cortlands has become our new managers in 2024 we have had a great experience. What I appreciate is that Cortland management frequently has activities for residents from a party w/ a great DJ, Movie night complete w/ popcorn and refreshments, Pilates classes on tuesdays, swim exercise classes, taco Night and even bingo night. These activities really help the complex feel like a community. I am truly appreciative that I get to enjoy them, brag to my friends and I look forward to monthly calendar to see what I can get into next. Now aside from great activities, maintenance is always swift and efficient and the office staff are great. I look forward to signing my next lease here.

I'm looking for a new place to live ,I just relocated back to Atlanta, I work late so it's hard for me to get to the leasing office before they close. I visited the woodlands at 5:30 on a Saturday and met with Bri. I expected the usual hurry up and get me out of there because it's late but even though it was close to closing, Bri made me a priority and took her time making sure that I got to see all of the types of models I was interested in and took her time showing the property and all it has to offer.

I had the most wonderful experience here. I just move in 03/22/23. The best attention and care through my application process until the day I signed. Please if you come here look out for Angela, one of the leasing agents and for me, the best.. she always help me with everything that I need in the most caring and professional way. Never truly believe the bad reviews because always is gonna be someone with a bad attitude and the response is never gonna be pleasant. Cortland just took ownership 9 month ago and people pretend to have everything fix or done the first 3 month when is more than 400 units here. They have done a lot of work since then and is giving the community a more high-quality living experience. New roof for all the buildings, new painting, renovated pools, gym and common areas, now they are starting to renovate all the units so give them a try and a little bit of more patience. Thank you Angy and Cortland WoodLands for making my living experience wonderful.

I don’t currently live here. However, we have been in the application process, and Brianna has been so helpful! She has answered all of my questions. She was so kind when she toured us around! Despite the construction the leasing office, the property is very nice! The swimming pools and fitness center are exceptional. I have read many reviews for many different complexes, and Courtland seems to have some of the best reviews. Hopefully we will be living here soon!

Brianna was incredibly helpful as a leasing agent. She followed up and answered all my questions while I was admittedly difficult. I read a lot of reviews about the maintenence of the previous management and I will say that my experience with previous cortland properties were fantastic and I would trust the staff to take care of them as they renovate the property. I have nothing but the best to say about cortland and Bri, specifically. The only thing stopping me from renting was getting a great deal from a sister property in the battery.

The complex is kept clean and the staff is very nice and responsive to your specific needs. The community is family friendly and professional, so you feel safe and free from “riff raff” Not to mention the complex is close to freeways, The Battery and Marietta Square as well as downtown Atlanta!

When I say my family and I truly are forever grateful. Ms.Angela is a true blessing it’s like God himself placed her there just for my family and I. My husband and I had been looking for apartments for months and was becoming extremely frustrated with NO’s. We put in an application at another Cortland property that was just to far out and also another NO. The young lady at that property referred us to Cortland Woodlands. She said I’m sure they can help you out. I called in spoke with Ms.Angela and explained our situation. The only words she said was when can you come in for a tour. That was Thursday and she told me she had Saturday available. That’s was wonderful since we both work Monday-Friday. We went in for our tour. The office was so clean and smells great. I remember asking her what she that wonderful scent. When you visit you’ll understand. I smells so good. She was so inviting. I made sure I told her again about our situation and also that my husband was a Amoy and we need a downstairs apartment that

Just wanted to take the time out to say how much I appreciate the new management and the little things they are doing for the community. It really makes a difference. I had the opportunity to attend the most recent bingo night with my son and daughter. Food was provided and a few prizes. I had the most pleasant interaction with the staff member working on Saturday, Angela. Although I did not make an appointment Ms. Angela took the time out of her busy day as she appeared to be the only one in the office, to explain the rental process to me and even assisted me in setting up a virtual tour, which works better for me and my schedule. She was extremely pleasant in her demeanor and very knowledgeable about the property. I sure hope all the staff is this friendly!!!
