I have written a review on Cortland Lex and, to be open about it, I looked at both Cortland Windward and Lex. The best thing about. both properties is the shared management. It is professional and welcoming. Cortland Windward is a very different property than Lex. It is more open; meaning sight lines and its floor plans are different. The Windward maintenance staff is excellent and is important - they are common to both developments. The decision for Windward is purely personal - no matter what, you’ll feel at home.

My Update Review is waaaaayyyy over due!!!! As a current resident residing here a little over 2 years, I most definitely enjoy the way the Maintenance team looks after the property! Their response to any concern or any problem that could arise in an apartment unit is unmatched! I just recently had a little peeling in my Microwave and I literally received a Brand New Microwave still in plastic within 2 days!!!! I also appreciate Edger too for any work he does that my family and I may have! He is very knowledgeable as well of his job! RAIN, SLEET or “SNOW” even on a Hot Summer Day…. I can post everyday something Great about Mr.Jorge! He is nothing short of an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Maintenance Manager! If I was a Property owner, He is most definitely the Maintenance Manager you want taking care of your property! I have not had service by one of the new maintenance team members but, every time I see him he is working hard as well!! I like to live here this a wonderful apartment. I heard the water damn from the pond outside he fix and finish waiting for the rain to fill it up and I saw the fountain I saw the fountain was it was so cool I was happy I was so happy. I thought They turned on both fountains I took a walk to the other pond something was not on the fountain close to the tennis court I’ll give you five stars.

I truly enjoy staying here. It’s quiet, and safe. The neighbors are nice. The office team is very friendly and helpful! Alpharetta High School is a great school. The grounds are very well maintained and the pet stations are regularly cleaned out. Very clean and well kept community. The apartments are very updated and spacious. I love it here!

I just want to say how much I appreciate the maintenance staff here, especially EDER!!!! He is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. When I make work order they are completed within the hour!!!! That is unheard of!!!!! Also, Eder came and saw that I had groceries sitting outside and took it upon himself to bring them all inside. I am a vendor that works at Cortland Windward on a daily basis. The renovation / upgrades of the community are amazing. There is a very positive vibe here and a feeling of community. Outstanding recreational amenities and green space. The Service Manager (Jorge) is super responsive and treats the property like it is his own home and the residents like family. A quiet retreat with lawns and mature trees, and short trip to anything you want or need.

I just had to leave a review! I walked in inquiring about a new place, but didn’t have time for a full tour. From the moment I got out of my car, every single person was super nice, even the maintenance staff I ran into. Kortney was funny and such a sweetheart. Cortland Windward is a wonderful community! The first day management changed, renovations and community improvements started and the property has improved immensely. The staff is personable and truly care about you and your living experience. Work orders are completed same day in most cases and the resident events are top notch! We've lived in this community for a year and a half, when we first moved here Cortland just aquired this community and was in the progress of renovating everything. A Year passed and it was time for us to move from the old apartment to a newly renovated one, we immediately felt the difference, you can see that the renovations where expertly thought of, it felt modern, comfortable and just right. As a compliment to the nice apartment, the service we received and keep receiving from the leasing office and the maintenance crew is Superb, We are proud to call this community home.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

We have been at Cortland windward for more than 15 months now and recently moved into one of the newly renovated apartments. Do we like it? Yes definitely. Was it perfect at move in? No. But were the concerns addressed? Yes. And, promptly! That’s the best part about the new management here. All of them at the leasing office Kelly,Amber and Sarah are kind, approachable and ALWAYS responsive. Kudos to the team! Most importantly big shout out to the maintenance team! Jorge and team are awesome. Huge respect for Jorge for his professionalism and courteousness. He is one of the kindest persons we have met. We have had numerous maintenance requests for our previous apartment and they were resolved within 24 hours always. All the concerns at move in to our new apartment were also taken care of within the next 2 days. Jorge puts in his 1000% in whatever he does, never rushes off with a temporary fix. He does everything to perfection! Definitely recommend Cortland windward for anyone looking for a place to call home!

Relocating after living in Cortland Windward for 1 year and it has been an incredible experience. The complex's location is tucked away behind office parks close to Avalon, Downtown Alpharetta and Windward Parkway. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the residents are super nice. It's not gated, but I've always felt more safe and secure than my prior apartment in Roswell. There's plenty of parking, a trash compactor that always works, playgrounds so kids aren't running wild in the streets and also tons of squirrels and geese! One of the things that has made this such a great experience is Jorge and the boys! Jorge is one of nicest people ever and truly puts 100000% into his work. Service requests are addressed and remediated expeditiously. I put in a request this morning because my AC went out and Jorge fixed the issue within 30 minutes! Swear to god. JUST KNOW SARAH and AMBER whom I had the pleasure to meet was so Inviting and made my family and I feel so welcome and eager to call Cortland Windward home! The staff was the only reason why I give this place 4 stars. They have ALWAYS been nice and understanding and truly go above and beyond. Place is clean and practical and truly didn’t have a roach or bug problem. The only complaint would be the thin walls. You can pretty much hear a pin drop. Also just don’t like how cortland raised the rent SUBSTANTIALLY like $650 dollars worth with no sort of care for its faithful residents and being forced to vacate basically having to move regardless even if you accepted to resign lease. No sort of discount or anything because moving is a hassle no offer for moving cost anything. Just get a waived application fee. And for the minor not major upgrades just a bitter sweet ending in my book.

The Cortland Windward team has been amazing. We moved into this property when it was still owned by Graystar, and it has been a complete 180 of an experience in the best way. The new ownership and staff are great. They are kind, detail-oriented, and act fast on maintenance requests and otherwise. They do a lot of fun events to engage with residents, and make it fun and easy to meet your neighbors. The location is amazing, and the plans they have for the property are going to make it that much better. 10/10 recommend!

I just moved into one of their newly renovated apartments and I absolutely LOVE it. It has all new Samsung appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful hardwood floors. But, what impresses me the most is the staff. Each time I visit the leasing office they know me by name (even though I've only been in there about 3 times), and they always make sure I am taken care of. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, and it's a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Once they finish all of the renovations it will be a beautiful place to live for everyone!

Last year a new Managment Company took ownership of the premises, and the name was changed to Cortland. I can said that I’m very impressed all the work that has been done!! At these moment so many renovations are in progress for good!!! Not only that! The team at the leasing office, maintenance are top notch! They are proactive on any request or concerns you may have and they always welcome you with a wonderful smile! This community is quite, and safe! My neighbors are awesome and is a lot of families with kids that at least in every holiday the Leasing office organized really nice and fun activities for them, and they have events for adults were you can sign and join for free. They really look after their tenants and the improvements are making this place more welcoming ❤️. If you’re looking for a new place I highly recommend to make a visit and see it for yourself!

Conveniently located only a few minutes away from GA400 makes getting to and from this property/community easy. The staff here is amazing. Management and leasing staff, Kelly, Amber and Sarah, are very caring, friendly and welcoming. Jorge and the maintenance team are very assertive. Always going above and beyond. Although I did not end up choosing Cortland Windward as my new home, I have to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Sarah! I wasn’t able to view the exact unit available due to renovations, but she was very helpful in showing me a unit similar to it. The next day, she even sent me a video of the unit so that I could get a better idea of the layout. Overall the grounds were beautiful and quiet, and the upcoming renovations will surely make it even better - I was told the fitness center and clubhouse amenities are closed for the next few months due to those renovations (and is the main reason why I went with another complex), but I am sure the hard work will make Cortland Windward a place I will refer my friends to when they are looking to move. Thank you Sarah!

I have lived here for almost a year, and have seen 3 different maintenance teams and a new front office staff. The new team - especially maintenance - is WONDERFUL! They listen and address issues promptly, you can now speak with someone when you reach out rather than calling over and over and never getting anyone on the phone. These changes are an ENORMOUS improvement.

I really like the upgrades that the new staff is putting into the community. It was much needed and I can’t wait to see more. The previous company did not care or do anything for us. I also like the events… wine night and back to school pool party! Can you do more events?
