I feel that I am obligated to speak on this because I am in disbelief that Cortland Westminster would let go of their service team. These guys were hard workers who were respected by the majority of the residents. Even though they were always short staffed, they always were accountable and pulled extra hours. I would like to know who is causing most of Cortland Westminster staff to leave. we just got a new property manager and they left. finally a hardworking service team and they are leaving...this is poor management and the shareholders should get rid of these big wigs who think everyone is expendable. are we next as residents to get booted out? Stop getting rid of your good workers!!!! you won't hire adequate staff and then you make them leave...short term you might convince yourself it was right but long term it will come to bite you in the you know where. I would like to leave a review of courtland apartment homes , since moving here about a week ago I have to say that we , my wife and daughter and I are very impressed with everything so far here , I've been communicating with one of the maintenance techs ( vincente) Vinny concerning my garage door and he's been very helpful and gives me updates of the progress also ,he seems really concerned and focused on getting things done around here and I like that , especially after moving from an apartment complex where it almost took an act of congress to get anything fixed , thank you Vincente and courtland management for making us feel so comfortable here !!!!!!

First of all Israel is the best and he alone deserves 5 stars! He was super helpful and gave us time to get into our new apartment after being pushed out of our old one for renovation purposes. All of the staff are very friendly too. I'm only giving 4 stars for the complex because we've dealt with a lot of water issues like floods and pipe leaks since we've moved in. Maintenence has gotten way better over time though. Maurice is amazing.

I have lived at this property for 6 years now, I was here before Cortland took over. I have had a couple of issues with the new management but the reason I love these apartments so much is maintenance continuously has my back. Maurice, is ALWAYS willing to help me with anything I need and does everything to perfection! Vinny is also incredible and so so very nice and professional! Definitely a power team! With them around you can guarantee anything you need, will get done!

I cannot say enough about living at Cortland Westminster, I have been here going on 3 years and the level of professionalism and care that the staff has shown me is unmatched! Israel, Kelly and the new manager always make me feel important and always take the time to talk and listen to whatever concern or even just a friendly hello! There is a portal to pay rent but I don’t use it because I really like going to the office and seeing everyone! The on site team, including maintenance is the reason I continue to call Cortland home!

Cortland properties are usually just like every other rental property across the state, but what makes a place amazing is its staff. And with Cortland they have a stellar maintenance/service team, headed up by Maurice who I can’t say great enough things about. Always friendly and always willing to help at all hours, even when he’s not on duty. He definitely goes above and beyond, and does everything and anything in his power to fix or find a solution when he can. I’ve never had a more competent and pleasant experience than with him on staff. I hope they never lose him because it’s so rare to find rental complex workers that actually care and want to help. Definitely a diamond in the rough and he makes living at Cortland easy. I can’t recommend him and his team more!

I had an opportunity to meet the new property manager today and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to all of my issues. I emphasised to him that the three years we have called this place home has been wonderful,, enjoyable and problem free. With their limited staff, they go above and beyond to take care of any issues. I mentioned to him that they do an exceptional job evaluating potential future residents. What I find absolutely intriguing is Cortland Westminster offers different models for their 1,2 bedrooms and I was thrilled to upgrade to the "Breckenridge" one bedroom that is unbelievably spacious and the remolded version is worth every penny spent. Lastly, maintenance staff who are led by morice are hard, dedicated people who have great customer skills and always willing to help out no matter the maintenance issue. I can't leave out the best office staff around. Is real and Kelly are professional, considerate and will always help out. overall, Cortland Westminster is a great apartment commun

Pros: great appliances and apartment layouts. Only one shared wall is nice, especially in a pet friendly place like this. Lots of great amenities. Office staff is friendly and usually pretty good with communication. Cons: Had to wait a full month for our sink to be fixed and had zero communication about what was going on or when it would be fixed (additional maintenance people hired after). Hot tub and pool area were out of service when we moved year a year ago for renovations and we only had one week out of 3 months where it was working. This year, it’s been out since before December and unlikely to be fixed until after Memorial Day (biggest reason we moved in here was because we were told these would be open year round but have been out of service for 5 of the 10 months we’ve been here this time around). There is another pool and grill area but unfortunately no hot tub on that side. Floors are super thin, didn’t think we’d have to worry about that on the top floor but our cats bother our downstairs neighbor

Currently on my 2nd year lease here with my girlfriend and two pups and our experience living here has been great. The staff is awesome and are nice people that will do whatever it takes to help you out. The pool and hot tub are amazing. They also have some days for anyone’s fur baby to jump in the pool a day before they clean it! Parking is good. Sometimes we park on the streets but that’s no biggie. The apartments are also really nice! They do their best to keep the environment clean as well. Oh and their new gym is cool too! Most likely to renew our lease again for another year

My hot water heater kept going out and Vicente and Maurice came over promptly each time and fixed it for us and followed up with me the next day and checked on my hot water heater again. I really appreciate the quick response as it is very frustrating when things don’t work when you need them to.

Cortland Westminster got a new manager a couple months ago, John, who is very friendly, professional and a genuinely caring and nice person. The same goes for all of the office and maintenance staff. John and the staff recently helped me navigate through a couple back to back very challenging situations and I am very grateful for their concern and assistance. We moved here this past August and love the property. Israel was very helpful when we were completing the lease paperwork and made sure to answer all of our questions. He also made sure to continuously check in during the first couple of weeks to ensure that we were happy with our apartment. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and there is plenty of parking.

First off, just want to start off by saying I do not live there. I live at another Cortland in another state but toured Cortland Westminster because I was considering moving to Colorado. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but because of other residents and some concerns I had on the tour, I am leaving 4 stars. The only concern I have is: Safety- I’ve heard the safety patrol is a bit spotty here and there and even when I visited I noticed that since the property isn’t gated or properly regulated, I saw quite a few people from the residence next door walking over & I have heard that car break-in’s aren’t exactly super uncommon (although I am not sure how true that one is) That is the only reason I took off a star from my review. As far as my experience with the tour went, I had Israel & if I had to give him his own rating, I would give him a 20 out of 5 stars. He was fantastic through & through. I have called Cortland Westminster home for the last 3 years and have decided to sign another year contract and will be moving into a renovated one bedroom. The biggest reason overall was the way we are treated by staff who are very caring and are always there to take care of any concerns. In particular, Alison who works in the office and goes above and beyond to address any concerns. The apartments are beautiful and the residents are wonderful and very respectful. In three years I have never had a problem interacting with my fellow residents. I believe that the leasing office does a great job in screening future residents and that's why Cortland Westminster is a great place to be safe and I contribute this to the staff here at Cortland. This is a wonderful place to live and the constant improvements shows that they care about their residents. In closing, the amenities are 5 stars and different events that the office sponsors is awesome and unique which again is because of the caring staff the sound operation

We've lived at Cortland Westminster for about a year and a half and have had a pretty great experience so far. When we had to change units at the end of our first lease term, Kelley and Israel made something that was super stressful much easier. All of our interactions with the office staff have been great. We also have had nothing but good experiences with the Maintenance team, especially Everett. They're always so kind and prompt in responding to our service requests. The only issues I have are very small, and realistically, not something I think the leasing office staff have much control over. Trash is definitely an issue here, but I think that's ultimately something corporate should be taking care of. Also, this is a non smoking community with people who smoke, but it's hard to police everyone and overall, it doesn't impact us much. I would recommend living here to anyone I know looking for an apartment!

My wife and I have been living at cortland westminster for a little under 2 years. Back in March we had so frustrating news that we needed to switch apartments because everything is being renovated and updated. I was expecting this process to be a pain and miserable. I was definitely wrong. Kelly and Israel at the office made the whole process so easy and very smooth and painless. They are excellent and very friendly. In fact the whole time we have been living here anytime we needed to go to or call the office everyone has been exceptionally pleasant to work with and super nice. The maintenance team is also fantastic. We unfortunately have had our fair share of maintenance requests and issues but they are always handled efficiently and to standard and I have always been happy with the level of communication, friendliness and work of the maintenance team. Overall I am very happy with the level of care we get from the whole team at cortland westminster and we love living here.

We moved in last winter and had such a wonderful experience with Israel Zavala- who walked us through step by step- accommodating our short availability to tour as well as our application process from out of state. Kelley Belisle has been so phenomenal with making sure all our concerns and maintenance requests have been handled in a super timely manner. We are always greeted by name- and our dogs greeted with pets and treats- everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home from day 1. My boyfriend and I are currently relocating 20 hours away from our home town for his job. While moving is never easy, Israel has made everything as easy as possible. We were on a crunch to find a place and after a few horrible experiences with other apartment complexes, Israel explained everything that we needed to know, answered my 100 questions, and has helped us every step of the way, even finding us the perfect apartment to move into within a week. The remodeled apartments are very nice and spacious. I love the large rooms with large windows that let in so much natural light, large private patios, large bathrooms with plenty of storage, and high ceilings throughout. They have very nice amenities as well, such as the newly remodeled gym with great equipment, large fenced in dog park, movie theater, game room, and the grounds, which are kept up really well. The staff are always so pleasant, and the maintenance crew are very on top of things. One complaint though, besides the thin walls.....There must be flyers out there saying, "Come use Cortlands pool, all you gotta do is reach your hand over to unlock the gate!" Because dear lord, I've never seen SO MANY people in an apartment complex pool, who DON'T live there. The residents from Canyon Chase can be seen CONSTANTLY crossing the street or driving over to use this pool. Lots of teenagers jumping the gate at all hours of the night, and security is never to be seen. It's hard to enjoy the pool when, instea

Kelley FaceTimed me for a virtual tour because I live far. It’s difficult finding a place when you aren’t in the area to actually look, so that was super helpful! I have had no issues with Cortland Westminster for the two years I have lived here, but I will say after trying to get in touch with the leasing office in regards to an appointment I had that they seem to have forgotten about, I have to say their communication systems are awful. No one answers the phone regardless of what option I pick (I picked maintenance options, I even picked interested in a new lease, all left me going in circles to eventually have to hang up) and they have no email to contact them electronically. I have called before and "left general messages" for their team and have never once gotten a reply to any of those messages which I specifically ask in the message for follow-up or a response, so I'm not sure if they even listen to those messages. The area is very nice with good amenity offerings (including a dog park) and they are renovating the entire community to be more upscale and modern, so if they could just fix their contact systems so their current and future residents can actually con

I very much enjoyed the new appliances and the front office staff is very nice and accommodating. The building I moved into has few parking spaces and quite compact. The maintenance team was very nice, hardworking, easy to talk to, and made sure the same issues won't persist in the future; however, the understaffing of the maintenance team might leave service requests take some time to complete.

We moved in almost a year ago and will definitely be staying. Our apartment is spacious and beautiful!!! The office has always been friendly and they will often have activities or events. Our original paperwork was done with Kelly and she really helped us from start to finish. We were drawn to the property because of the flexible pet policy and haven't looked back. Only complaint is that parking is full sometimes but we ended up getting carports. Definitely worth visiting this place if you're apartment shopping.

I just transferred into an upgraded apartment. I am head over heals with this place! I have Samsung appliances and the apartment is inviting! I am so excited to be staying here another 15 months! The staff is always helpful and kind. Can't wait for the new fitness center to open!

I moved into the renovated Dillon floorplan with my partner and it has been one of the best apartment experiences I've. had, and I've moved six times in six years. We did see some package theft, but that was remedied with a ring camera and removing ourselves from the Amazon Hub. (FedEx often just leaves packages across the complex at the hub, which resulted in many packages missing initially). The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance request are always handled with care. Their team always works hard to get any issues taken care of. We had some bugs, water pressure issues, and a few other small requests, which were all handled for us in a timely manner. Thanks to their maintenance team (Evret, Alex, Mark, and Maurice) and Alison in the leasing office for being especially helpful and kind in helping us!

I am here to comment as an often visitor and fur dog sitter. my best friend travels so i come over to pet sit. I met a nice maintenance guy Danny. I had questions about surrounding area, restaurants and busses and just to say thanks for always having dog poo bags available. my friend sometimes forgets to order in her packing rush. the parking lots and area are nicely clean as well. i live in an old brick home by Lakeside area. so my day or so visit is like a hotel staycation. Btw, this is for Huron location. but i couldnt find it on Google.

We are current residents at Cortland and we had an issue with our water heater and heating in our apartment. We used the emergency maintenance request through Cortland and within 30 minutes our heating and water heater were serviced and fixed. I would like to give a special thanks to Maurice and Charles; the 2 technicians that came out to help so quickly and went beyond our initial request. While servicing our heater they noticed our air filter needed to be changed and swapped it out immediately while waiting to make sure our heater worked properly again. Great and friendly technicians and an awesome support team here at Cortland.

My partner and I have been looking for a new apartment for months. We were impressed with Cortland the moment we drove onto the property. It's quiet, clean, and well monitored. Israel was our leasing consultant and I can't say enough great things about him. He was kind, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. We are new to the Westminster area, but Israel knows his community and was able to give us dining and entertainment recommendations. He was very instinctive and allowed my partner and I to tour the property at our own pace - we didn't feel like we were being rushed through a tour or pushed to apply. He made sure to only show us options that were in our budget and that met our criteria. When the tour was over, he sent us home with great information and we applied a few days later! Our time at Cortland will be beginning soon and I'm hopeful that the rest of our time at Cortland will be just as pleasurable.

I've lived here for well over a year now and have chosen to renew our lease. The Team at Cortland Westminster really makes an honest effort at making sure you are taken care of. Every time I have brought up any concern, they have made it clear that they care. My husband and I bring our dog by the front office often and he is always greeted with lots of pets and a biscuit. Since moving in I have been taken care of by the office team and maintenance. I go to the office sporadically, but, even then everyone greets me by my name and remembers me!! They also hold a lot of resident functions which is cool! I am very satisfied with Cortland and would recommend anyone looking for a place to start here!

I moved in almost a year ago and I am so glad I did!! I moved here because they were the only ones that would accept my 3 pets, especially because one is a 70lb dog. She loves going to the dog park which is in the complex. My apartment is so spacious and the staff has been so friendly the few times I've had to call or go in.

I had a fantastic experience living at Cortland Westminster Apartments. The only reason I gave them five stars is because I couldn't give them six. Kimberly, Lexi and the entire staff were always very accommodating and empathetic. All were especially pleasant to deal with personally and whenever I had to leave a message, one of the staff got back to me within 24 hours. The pool area was always clean and comfortable. The parking lots and grounds in my area were well maintained. I highly recommend Cortland Westminster. Thanks to the entire office staff and maintenance personnel for making my stay so enjoyable!

My time here at Cortland has been short, but filled with joy. From the first moment we set foot on property my wife and I were warmly welcomed as if we were already a part of the Cortland Westminster family. Kelley was the leasing consultant that greeted us when we came in for a tour of the complex and she is to this day one of the absolute sweetest people we’ve ever met. She was open and honest, eager to answer any questions we had and offering little tidbits of information that could only have come from someone who was not only deeply invested in their job but that loved the community they worked at as well. From day one she was in our corner championing us through every step of the application process and available for any and all questions we had. As residents she continues to readily offer us assistance with an easy smile and an incredible attitude that makes visiting the leasing office something to look forward to every time. I rarely write reviews - it has to be terribly bad or exceptionally good. I’m happy it’s the latter. Want to say a thank you to the ladies in the office that are always so helpful whenever I’ve had a concern/issue. But I’m especially grateful to Kimberly, I’ve seen her go the extra mile to get things right for me without fail and how she engages all the pieces needed to get things fixed asap. I’ve personally witnessed several times over my time here how sincerely willing both the office and maintenance alike truly want to help get problems resolved quickly, more importantly correctly. Apt Living can be challenging at times, it’s not my first rodeo, I know what bad service is from other communities, but I’m writing this because it stands apart and I’m genuinely grateful for their help over time.

We have lived here since January of 2022, and mostly everything is going smoothly. While moving in, ( which we did the same day of our tour) Bruce in the office helped us with everything we needed. Or even could’ve thought to want when we first moved in. However, we did end up having a few maintenance issues, but Luis helped us! And continues to this day to help us in such an amazing way he’s always polite and efficient !! I took away a star because if two reasons the first is that we do have raccoons that come through and can get into the trash sometimes before it ever gets picked up and the second reason I got rid of a star is due to the parking situation. Parking is definitely hard here. It took us about 2 months to finally have a numbered parking spot be available near our building. Which really wasn’t to expensive to rent, however while parking on the street we have ended up getting a scratch on the car! (although that’s not Cortland’s fault). Kurt was very nice and made a good effort at getting the dishwasher working more effectively. This morning however the same problem exists—some dishes that have been washed pretty much by hand still have food on them and there’s a film on other things. The dishwasher was less than half full. As far as the refrigerator goes, I was quite disappointed—after 3 years of the problem of things in the lower part freezing when the freezer is cold enough to keep things solid, the answer is, "it’s 20 year old technology and unless it completely dies they won’t replace it.” We’ve been great tenants for 3 years and I felt an upgrade might be warranted. Again, Kurt was very nice and professional and did the best he could—no complaints about him at all! Aside from this issue with kitchen appliances, we find our experience with living here pretty darn great. My husband and I moved here from living in a house in Southern Colorado to be nearer to grandchildren and the apartment itself is perfect for us--the layout allows plent

The master bathroom was repaired. Very happy with that. However the patio issue has not been resolved or repair even attempted. The dirty water from the ceiling continues to flow onto the patio; my patio chair cushion has been drenched in dirty water and it smells and is now stained. I start chemo the week on the 8th. Please repair this issue so I can sit outside.
