I lived here for two years and recently left because I moved to another city. I had a great experience living here overall. The staff was always amazing. They went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions and were so kind and professional. The maintenance staff was also the best and fixed any issues I had right away. The apartment itself was fully upgraded and everything looked brand new. I was on a second floor unit and the insulation wasn't the best so you could here people walking back and forth constantly but this is something you have to deal with when you live in an apartment. I would recommend a third floor unit for that reason. Also, there is a homeless community in the area and they frequently have their tents up near the park next door and along that trail. I haven't heard of or had any issues with car break ins or packages/mail being stolen.

I had issues with my dishwasher and put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed and the next day a maintenance technician came in and fixed it right away. Ethan the senior maintenance technician who was the one that came in and fixed it did such a great job, he was quick and very professional and got my dishwasher working again.

I've been at this community for about a year and a half now. While there are definitely shortcomings here and there (mostly due to contractors or other residents), my overall experience has been extremely positive. Maintenance requests always have quick response times, friendly engagements, and professional service. I've encountered Ethan, Joshua, and James in my requests so far and my problems are always resolved when they leave (aside from a water heater issue where they had to bring in a contractor, but even that was fast and the contractor was equally friendly). The office staff is always so welcoming. Cindy, Edelle, and Henny are attentive to anything I bring to them regarding campus issues or administrative questions. I've never had anything close to a negative encounter and always appreciate their honest responses. I stop by with my dog very frequently so she can be bombarded with praise and treats (very dog friendly). The primary negatives I have regarding this property are, for the most part, out

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. The staff are great. They keep the premises clean (although some residents rely on someone picking up their dog poop, which is not ok). Maintenance responds to requests promptly. Zach & Marcelo fixed a small thing on my hot water heater within hours. Highly recommend Cortland if you’re looking for a convenient location with great amenities!

My husband and I only lived here for one lease term before having to move, but it was truly the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. The management team was amazing, maintenance was always prompt and reliable, and the neighborhood was wonderful. What stood out the most was the excellent communication from the office staff. Everyone was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about the residents’ experience. We loved living here so much that when we needed to move closer to our jobs, we specifically looked for another Cortland property—and we’re happy to say our experience there has been just as incredible. We can’t recommend this community enough. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home and has a team that goes above and beyond, this is it!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time at Cortland Westminster. Sadly, we had to move out, but we were lucky to find an incredible place to call home for a year and a half. The area is perfect, with tons of shops and food places around. The staff at the front office and maintenance always showed up for any issue. One of my favorite things about the complex is that they keep their neighbors updated on certain things (ex: food trucks parked outside, messages about missing animals or reminders about noise levels, free donuts, yoga classes, so much more). The pool area and other amenities were perfect. Especially when we would host our friends and family. Thank you for giving us a home away from home. ❤️

I lived here for one lease while I was getting settled in CO. The place was clean, nice, maintenance was on it and I was pretty happy there. But I will tell you the gem of the place is a leasing manager named Israel! He is great. If I ever needed anything he was quick with a response. I got an email last week I had a package delivered there. I walk it to the office after almost a year of being gone and he called me by my full name! I was a low contact person when I lived there. Barely ever had to go to the office for an issue so we had little contact but he still knew me! His customer service skills are incredible! Such a great guy! ♥️

Easy and smooth move-in and they were kind about helping my son secure a handicap spot. I haven’t had any issues with the apartment we love our cozy spot and enjoy being next to the open space and three different parks. I would say a two bedroom at this complex is definitely more affordable than other places in the area. Kid friendly 10/10 close to schools. Staff in the office have been supportive and have made the transition smooth. I enjoy it here so far and hope to make this our long term home if the rent is not raised too much towards the end of our lease. The accommodations for my special needs child has been the best experience. Thank you guys!

I have lived her for over 2 years and am only leaving because I’m moving out of state. The only complaint I have is the price but that’s everywhere here in Colorado . I lived here from March 2023 to June 2024 and here are my thoughts: The leasing agents are amazing! They are also extremely overwhelmed. I had to remind them a few times before things got done, but they were always so sweet and eventually would do it. Maintenance was overall fast and efficient with few issues at all! The pool closures were disappointing and felt like they happened often especially with the renovation. However since they have 2, the second one would usually be open. Amenities are nice if you use the random things they have like the golf simulator. The gym is also a nice size and has plenty of equipment. The apartment itself was really nice! The one we got was not what we toured so if I could go back I would ask to tour the specific unit I would be getting. I never experienced loud neighbors and in my experience I would say the walls were not thin. The electric was a bit iffy in the kitchen. By far the nicest apartments in the area though. I would like to leave a review of courtland apartment homes , since moving here about a week ago I have to say that we , my wife and daughter and I are very impressed with everything so far here , I've been communicating with one of the maintenance techs ( vincente) Vinny concerning my garage door and he's been very helpful and gives me updates of the progress also ,he seems really concerned and focused on getting things done around here and I like that , especially after moving from an apartment complex where it almost took an act of congress to get anything fixed , thank you Vincente and courtland management for making us feel so comfortable here !!!!!!
