My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time at Cortland Westminster. Sadly, we had to move out, but we were lucky to find an incredible place to call home for a year and a half. The area is perfect, with tons of shops and food places around. The staff at the front office and maintenance always showed up for any issue. One of my favorite things about the complex is that they keep their neighbors updated on certain things (ex: food trucks parked outside, messages about missing animals or reminders about noise levels, free donuts, yoga classes, so much more). The pool area and other amenities were perfect. Especially when we would host our friends and family. Thank you for giving us a home away from home. ❤️

I lived here for one lease while I was getting settled in CO. The place was clean, nice, maintenance was on it and I was pretty happy there. But I will tell you the gem of the place is a leasing manager named Israel! He is great. If I ever needed anything he was quick with a response. I got an email last week I had a package delivered there. I walk it to the office after almost a year of being gone and he called me by my full name! I was a low contact person when I lived there. Barely ever had to go to the office for an issue so we had little contact but he still knew me! His customer service skills are incredible! Such a great guy! ♥️

Ethan came same day that I submitted my work order. He was able to fix my issue very quick and was super polite. He’s been helpful on several occasions since I moved in. Thanks Ethan!

Zach, Josh, and Ethan were amazing today! I called the hotline really early due to no hot water and they came in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the quick fix and professionalism they offered. Definitely a great set of guys working for the property.

Ethan is amazing! He’s super quick, informative and helpful. Alongside Ethan is also Zach and Josh who are learning from the best of the best. Zach and Josh are kind and willing to jump in and help, in addition they are also willing to answer answer any questions I may have and are not afraid to ask for help if they do not know the answer. Maintenance team 100/10.

Helpful. Kind, Knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Wonderful complex. Safe, clean, great amenities. Love it. The service team arrives when they say they will. The service requests are fulfilled promptly. The office team is so understanding and welcoming. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years. 10 out of 10 for Cortland Westminster

We lived here for a couple years and enjoyed it. The Cortland front office and maintenance team were stellar. Units were nice and good value relative to others. The gym is among the better for apartments. There’s also really easy access to miles of paved walking/biking paths

Love this place!! I've been here four years. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is amazing, attentive and very friendly! They truly care about their tenants. I love that they are so interactive and communicative with our community here. A++!!
