I am super impressed by the Cortland West Plano's management team onsite. They are always proactive, transparent, warm and super helpful. Emily and Adam helped me get my car parking in a few weeks, which usually takes several months due to heavy demand and limited supply. Emily personally called each person (about 100 in the list) to qualify the garage requests to fast track the process. A great example of customer delight! Keep it up!

We are very happy working with Mason at Cortland West Plano. He went above and beyond for us in finding the best suited apartment unit for us. He was very prompt in answering all of our questions and very helpful. As we were moving to Plano from a different state, It was difficult for us to envision living in a place that we won’t be visiting prior to move in date but Mason was very clear and very patient in showing us the unit and made multiple trips showing us all the amenities that Cortland has to offer - all of which helped us make the decision to move into this community. Absolutely amazing complex! I love everything about it—from the beautiful walking trails to the playgrounds that are perfect for the kids. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place that’s also super well-kept. The staff here are incredible. Lauren, the manager, has been here for a while and she always gets things done. You can tell she truly cares about the community. Jose is newer to the property, but he’s already making noticeable improvements. It’s clear he’s dedicated and bringing fresh energy to the team. One of the things I appreciate most is that the staff genuinely listen. If you have a concern or just need to talk, they’re there for you. UPDATE! I officially have moved in! I knew I wanted to be here, it's just been calling to me. I love my space, I believe it's called the Weston, so much light, so much space, so cozy! I could not be more happy with my choice to move in. Everything is so well kept and the community team is just so stinking nice! I really love it here. ————— Toured here and see the potential and direction the new management is taking. I’m looking to put my uncle in a place near my parents, but not yet ready for him to be in a senior property. There’s a 55+ next door so I think I can get him here for now then easy shift him next door when the time comes. Lovely outside spaces here for him to enjoy. ————— Drove back through here and WOW! We booked for a 5pm tour just to see how the community looked like when people are coming home and families are out an about. We wanted get a grasp on the noise level, community feel, and the how we would be treated as future residents from the front office as their day comes to an end. Will they go above and beyond with their last clients of the day? Will they give us a thorough tour? Are they respectful and kind still even though they may want to just go home and rest? A good front office is a make it or break it for us. No matter how nice the facility, no matter how serene the apartment community is. Very good place to live in. Cortland community parks are clean and well-maintained, making them great places for everyone to enjoy. (May be due to lot of holidays and Christmas) Apartment is recently renovated. No carpet, all wooden flooring. So no smell or suffocation, no pest issues so far. Helpful community. He also provided guidance on application and was with us throughout the whole process. Very happy with the entire walkthrough of the facilities and process. Adding further to my earlier review, we completed first month of our stay here and it’s been a great experience so far. It’s a great community to live in and everything close by in walking range. We had few minor things in the apartment which was promptly addressed by the Cortland team. We recently started leasing here and so far so good! Emily was excellent to work with! She's very responsive and transparent about the application process. She also took the time to answer all of our questions, and pointed out details to us that we otherwise would have missed had she not brought it up. I really appreciated her diligence and would recommend working with her if you are planning on leasing here. As for the property itself, you need to come in with the expectation that these are older buildings, so there is going to be wear-and-tear. Knowing that, we decided to lease anyways, because they had a layout that worked for us and it felt like a cozy neighborhood. If you're not okay with older builds, then you may want to look elsewhere.

Cortland in general is a good company to choose if you are renting a place to live. Cortland West Plano is really nice, the apartments themselves are in a nice area and there are several places within a walking distance. The leasing office and staff is nice and maintenance answers relatively fast. The reason why I give it 4/5 has to do with mild nuisances with the apartment designs. We rented a corner apartment, and while the space distribution is okay, the power outlets are in inconvenient places, the kitchen cabinets are a little too tall (though it is nice having a high ceiling), but it has weird corners that make it hard to use the storage place efficiently. Lastly, this is not a problem with the apartment themselves, but I feel trash accumulates at incredible amounts during the weekend. Unsure if it has to do with the other people living in the apartment or just not enough trash cans.

Negative - The fines are very high and We were Hardly used microwave and the damage was just scratch (loss of painting in small area) not the Damage of complete Microoven and the same with cabinets.The amount charged is very high for these small observations.The quality of product is very low and very injustice charging high amount that is same as for brand new one. Positive - Quick maintenance that resolves service request fast and Team responds to questions promptly I recommend Cortland West Plano if money is not an issue

Place is worth to live and amenities are so good..Well maintained gym..swimming area with well maintained pool.Timely pick up of thrash except in the weekend.Only concern is about the amount of fines we do get for renovated house when we do leave because that's how they maintain in such a way to keep it brand new always.

The staff here is exceptional, with top-tier leasing agents. I had the pleasure of leasing with Jake, who ensured that all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Pros: -Wonderful Front Office Staff and Maintenance (shout out to Oscar) -Quick Maintenance Response: Maintenance requests are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours, and sometimes even on the same day. -Tech-Savvy Community: You can pay rent, meet your neighbors, submit service requests, join groups, and keep up with community announcements all through convenient online platforms. -Great Amenities: The community boasts a gym, multiple pools, shopping/food options, and a community park. -Safe and Updated Community: The environment is both secure and updated. **My favorite is my balcony. Have been staying at this location for 5 years now. Got lucky to move into renovated apartment and stunned by the amazing transformation with all brand new appliances. Adam helped me through out the entire process very smoothly and ensure we moved into the apartment on time without any hassle. Great place to stay.

I must edit my review to give a deserved credit to Cortland West Plano management. Lauren and her team were true to their word, they did work to turn my experience around. Unfortunately, the resolution, although good, came too late for me. They managed to verify all the required information and remove the screening deposit, hope it had come earlier. So, if you are planning to move to this community consider their management involvement as a plus, they work to do things right. ___________________ Original review: Be aware of their canine practices. This is the chronology of my experience with them. June 24th, 2024 My husband and I visited their premisses. June 25th, 2024 Online application completed and required fees paid for. June 26, 2024 All supporting documentation (ID documents, proof of income, etc.) submitted; with one caveat, my husband never received the link to make the online ID verification with their vendor. I requested the link to be sent to my husband, but the matter was never addressed. June 27

Hi I’ve lived here now about 8 months. I think the number one thing here is the online tools are be try good for everything from paying rent to maintenance requests. Staff is very attentive, Emily and Tyler are both excellent at returning emails and explaining things if there are questions. I’ve had several maintenance issues that were resolved rather quickly, even if they sometimes were hard to diagnose. I’m not sure of the maintence techs but they seem quite good. The only downside is some neighbors can be noisy, but I think that’s par for the course for any apartment complex.

Long time here and happy with new updates and staff. Park and play area is bery nice for children. They made me move to update my house and the new house is much better than the original one. Good maintenance and office people. The maintenance fix things fast but my new home has no problems. I hope a basketball court gets added during the changes. New park features are very nice. Soccer is fun for me and my kids. Not just kid play. New fitness center is very good and large. New lounge area good too. I have signed another lease and very pleased with the community and team. Great maintenance.

The office people are nice. The apartment is well done and new. The park is very good. Walking trails and seating. Close to shops. Maintenance fast. Looking forward to the gym. I recently moved in to Cortland West Plano and it was a great move-in experience. Tyler Masaichy helped me during my leasing process and he was super helpful & very responsive. Whenever I reached out to the leasing office, all the office staff were very friendly. Edit after a year of living: Considering the 1 year living experience, it does not get 5 stars. Appliance issues, frequent water shut downs without advance notice and constant renovations in the building and steep rent compared to other near by apartments. Service requests are attended pretty quickly which I appreciate.

Extremely nice and well kept community! Family and kid friendly. My husband and I have lived in several apartment complexes (were originally from Chicago), however this is definitely our favorite! Would recommend to anyone new in the Plano area!

Next stop on my journey of transformation… new home! I am obsessed with what Cortland has to offer. The apartments are all so well kept and the amenities are to die for. But best of all, every leasing office I enter I feel at home! The employees are all so kind and seem genuinely eager to help. I was about to lease my new home and the agent told me about another Cortland that fits my needs… a sales person giving me an option elsewhere, what?! This speaks volumes to the integrity these employees have. I really feel like they care about my needs and my happiness. I’m for sure leasing with Cortland, most likely here, but going to look at another Cortland across the street before completing my application.

I moved out because my friends were and got high bill at move out. Hated the new complex and moved back. Getting lots of emails is more good than papers all over place. Cortland has clean society and strict rules and is better than filth old and broken. The Cortland staff fix and clean and help are not closed for lunch. I am happy to be back and will stay longer. Big society good for meeting family and park for kids.

I moved in at Cortland West on April 30, 2024. It is a very quiet, and seem like a SAFE community. " The leasing team" has been very attentive to ALL of my requests, Mason & Emily made me feel so welcome before I moved in "thank you". So far I am ENJOYING this well kept, and organized apartment community. VERY GOOD maintenance team as well. A good place to call home!!!

It seems like every time I blink my eyes there is a new amenity added or update. This place just keeps evolving and changing for the better. Over the last couple years it's been a complete 180 and I'm so blessed to call Cortland West Plano home. They are adding disc golf now! The office people are very nice, they help with anything you ask, the maintenance people are so kind and smart. I really can't stress enough how much I enjoy it here. The new gym is literally mind blowing and the events are so much fun. I really love the park most, it's not your normal courtyard in a complex, it's actual archers of park! I hope to retire here.

We have been living here just over 6 months. It's a lovely, clean & safe neighbourhood. One thing to consider is that the walls are very thin & the ceiling can be noisy if you are living below someone. The staff here are very helpful & kind. Any little thing they will help you with. Emily is a Great Asset to this community, Management needs to make sure she stays. The maintenance guys are always prompt & efficient. I moved into a newly renovated apartment & it is all shiny & new. Haven't had any issues since living here. It's a Great location for groceries, restaurants, bars & school with many school buses available.

Ultimately relocated for work but def would’ve stayed if not for that. Location is perfect with restaurants, malls etc within walking distance. Good school district and the property itself is amazing with renovated apartments. The stainless steel appliances, granite and wood flooring throughout was a huge upgrade. Also recently upgraded the leasing office and gym. Amazing staff led by manager Lauren who was always helpful. The maintenance crew was very fast and always responded within a day or two at most. I would recommend to family friends and anyone interested in the West Plano area.

I recently moved out of this apartment. Very good leasing office staff and very very good maintenance team members. For any issue quick reply from leasing office manager Tyler and the maintenance team quickly resolve the issues. But they charge you more for damage and dent for wear and tear issues in the apartment while you are moving out.

I had a very good experience as a long term resident in Cortland West Plano. Such a nice and fastest maintenance crew.Kids friendly park, walking trails , near to shops , immediate response from leasing team and we can count the pros ,it goes on. But unfortunately there is no 1 Bedroom apt for three person. Even I faced as many water shut off with prior notice and few cons, but I really really missing Cortland.

Emily is what made my experience moving and living here 100x better than what I could have ever anticipated. She’s does a great job with effectively communicating with me. This was my first ever apartment and first time living alone. She made both me and my family very comfortable. During our tour, since I was states away from Texas she showed my mom and I several different apartment units that we were looking at. She answered all of our questions with a beautiful smile on her face. Even after living here for about 7 months she still bends over backwards to make me feel very comfortable.

I've lived here for two months now, and it's pretty great so far. This complex has a nice park in the middle with a playground for the kids, a miniature soccer field, (very small) dog park, plus open space where kids and adults play games. It seems be majority Indian, especially the family and kids. My apartment was remodeled before I moved in and is very nice. There were a few little things wrong when I moved in (for example, my patio door had the wrong key), but nothing too bad, and they fixed everything for me within 1 or 2 days at most. It's very quiet and peaceful here except that I live next to the little park and so there are a lot of sounds of children playing, which I like. You could live away from the park if that bothers you. Parking here is very easy for residents and guests. They don't seem to have recycling here, which is the only thing that bugs me so far.

Really love living here, the office people are super great, they are very nice and answer all my silly questions (I have a lot.) I love my home, the remodel is wonderful, I had looked here a long time ago and it was basic. But now, it's incredible! The layouts are very home like and don't feel like apartments. The service team is always scooting around and smiling, they have only needed to come in once, but when they did it was fast and great, really nice guys. I'm happy to be here and plan to stay a few years!

Toured here and see the potential and direction the new management is taking. I’m looking to put my uncle in a place near my parents, but not yet ready for him to be in a senior property. There’s a 55+ next door so I think I can get him here for now then easy shift him next door when the time comes. Lovely outside spaces here for him to enjoy. ————— Drove back through here and WOW! It’s gotten even better. Coming back to look for myself when my lease is up in the fall!

The clubhouse is still under construction but the outside stuff has improved a lot. I got a newly renovated home 10 months ago and I signed again. No complaints really, the inside is just what I need and pretty. I’m on the top floor and hear nothing, but when I go down I hear kids playing and stuff. I don’t care much for events but liked the succulent giveaway. They do fun stuff if you’re into that. I like the neighborhood vibe in an undated but not urban way. Park and stuff for families and kids if that’s what you’re into. I’ve only needed maint acne once and it was quick and good. I don’t really need the office people much but when I’ve gone in they seem cool and helpful. Renewing was easy. Options on pools so when one’s crowded you can shift, I like that too.

What prompted me to write this review is the wonderful leasing agent I worked with. I was going through a rough patch and needed to move. I came in for an appointment on a Saturday and the office was slammed with people and requests. Emily took care of me, showed me around and answered all of my questions. She was very kind! My emails were answered quickly and she gave me a call whenever something came up. I felt very welcome! I toured other apartment complexes but her professionalism and efficiency were the reason I went with Cortland. It’s really nice seeing this level of compassion and the excellent customer service. Cortland West Plano ( Lincoln) management is doing a great work to keep the community clean and green. They are coming up with good ideas in the park which is really useful for kids. They are also doing great work on keeping the LED lights on especially in the nights. They are also renovated lot of apartments to look pretty and still some in progress. Great work by Cortland in West Plano team. Keep it up.

Always a great staff at Cortland West Plano, and that is mainly due to the management knowing how to take care of their employees. Once they are taken care of, the employees are able to take great care of their residents. I would always recommend giving it a look! The soccer field is a plus as well!

Love the green spaces here, love the huge park and upgrades. Love all the trees and sense of community. There’s always people out and about. Always clean. The staff is super nice and fast to help. Really nice events. I love they gave out succulents and veggie seeds for us to plant for earth day. Overall highly recommend this place. It only keeps getting better!

The office people are nice. The apartment is well done and new. The park is very good. Walking trails and seating. Close to shops. Maintenance fast. Looking forward to the gym. I like the neighborhood.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and was ready to move out in 2021. My maintenance wasn’t being fixed and my home needed updates. Nothing worked right and no one seemed to care. I’m glad I stayed. Cortland came in and made so many improvements! I moved to a renovated home and it’s a completely new world! We finally have pools, the place is clean now! It looks so much better but more importantly things work! And if I need help, they fix it! I’m really glad I stayed now. I love my home. I love the staff. I love the changes. They said they’re updating the park next and I can’t wait to have my nephew over now! I’m proud of where I live now and not embarrassed to have company. Yeah the rent went up. But it’s worth it! Same prices I was seeing other places but I have a garage too. It’s a great place. Recommend.

Eric Matinez has done a geat job replaced our faulty ac unit working overnight. Responded to emergency maintenance request immediately after 10pm and jumped into action and fixed very technically complex problem all alone by himself. He has also voluntarily replaced our air filters as well. Very dedicated and thorough professional. Liked his work very much. Best!!

Been here since before Cortland and I’ve got to say the changes are impressive. The place is now clean and well kept. They have events for us. Rents have gone up but they match other complexes next door that aren’t being improved. I’m very happy with my home here. Cortland has been very good for us.

I want to thank Cortland West Plano for having such an amazing employees like kayla and Erick. Kayla took ownership to help me get the best maintenance person at Cortland West Plan Erick M. to fix the issues below. Erick M. came down asap when informed about what happened below. He got up in attic cleaned out a/c unit which is about year old. They are amazing at making sure everything works perfect. Erick then connected the vent. He also took extra steps to make sure all vent coils were secure. He then checked it to make sure nothing is coming out of them but air. Erick stopped by the next day to make sure I knew exactly what was done. To make sure everything was okay. He also stopped by several days later. He knew how concerned I had been. He wanted to make sure everything was okay and no more issues. I trust him and know if he is doing the work it will always be done correct and completely. Below is what had happened: Got up this morning to see what looked like ashes coming out of air vents. Cleaned it up.

Eric Martinez is an amazing guy. He came and saved my apartment from flooding. He came to my apartment really fast on a Saturday night for my emergency. He fixed my water heater and gave me tips on how to turn it off and to always turn off the circuit breaker. He replaced the whole water heater and now I have a new one and it works perfectly. Cortland is putting a lot of effort into making our community better. The park and green spaces are so nice now. The new homes are very fancy and I can't wait to move into one. We have been having a leak in the bathroom roof because of old plumbing in newly renovated apartment. Erick Martinez looked it the issue and resolved it right-away by replacing the old parts with new ones. He cleaned my apartment and made sure everything was in place. Karwan had done good job with plumbing. He got the machine to unclog the sink drain and fix the issue in 1 hr after reporting the complaint. I had frequent refrigerator repairs due to motor issue ! I informed the management and they sent Eric Martinez ! He came and told me to clear the freezer and also ice which is blocking the fan to rotate . I did cleaned but he wasn’t available until 3 days to come and check .When he came later for check up, he came to know its motor issue and not just the fan . He put another fan which worked temporarily and again the refrigerator stopped working ! They responded after 5 days and changed the motor ! But now , he was given permission to allocate new refrigerator to resident who is in need of and he recommended mine . So got a new refrigerator in place . Thanks to Erick Martinez and Luis Fuentes for doing great job !

Resident here. Good property, close to a lot of daily commerce. There's a lot of back and forth on reviews of Courtland and a whole but I always tend to rate a place by its staff. Matinance team In particular are some hard working guys. Eric Martinez is a special shout out I'd like to give. When there's an issue he's there and fully engaged in fixing the issue that day if he can and for sure the next morning if it's a parts isssue. .

I’m staying in this community for about 18 months. To begin with I didn’t like it because of frequent maintenance issues and on top, the maintenance team used to take weeks to fix it. I moved in the last month. It is very nice apartments to live. Management and support staff response is very nice. They fixed all the issues with less time. I got all the new appliances and management is always helpful . Ragen Broom helped me during move-in process and lease signing. She is very good , lot of patience and helped me a lot with all my questions , emails and service requests. Kayla - another staff member also helped me a lot during my initial move-in requests. Thank you and i am happy that i choose the good apartments to move in Plano.

I called a few communities in the Colony, Plano, and Frisco and they actually have a waiting list! I called the office Thursday morning and they accommodated me with a same day tour. I know….unheard of right? Especially since it was at 5 when everyone in the world wants to be off work. I met with Ragen and began the tour. She answered all of my questions and sat down with me to compare the square footage of various floor plans, the amenities, employer incentives, and the direct access garages. I will say this…it takes a lot for my nod of approval and I was thoroughly impressed! This is a well earned 5 star rating for a job well done. If anyone needs help finding a place to call home in this community, Ragen is the woman for the assignment!

First of all, it is a very good area to live as it is very close to Walmart, Sam’s Club, India Bazar, Indian Restaurants, Home Depo. Even without a car (new comers to USA) can survive here. The steps that are being taken by the new Cortland management to give the great living experience is highly appreciated. They are making some strict policies (Patio, trash, parking violations etc.,) which will make sure each residents responsibilities of taking care of basis etiquettes. Community Manager Lauren is very approachable and helped me to resolve all my requests on time. Most of the service people are very good at their job. Especially the Technician Mr.Kelvin came today for completing 4 service requests, he has helped me close all those requests and really appreciate his work and way of approach. Thanks Kelvin!

Staying is very nice. there was a lot of waiting times to finalize the leasing formalities , almost have to wait for nearly 3 hours to get the things sorted out. Still my Dish washer not working. Not received any wahser or dryer. Also after moving we checked Windows and doors, all windows had issue while opening and Doors mainly garage and Patio doors are kind of old with paints and have some damage below. also Ktichen window net is damaged.

I have been living here for 4 years. While every community has its own challenges - overall the living experience here has been great and with new management taking over, there are lot of improvements being worked on. Leasing and maintenance staff are very responsive and quick to resolve issues. Mike, Kelvin, Seewan, Erick (and I am sure I am missing a few) and all maintenance crew are very helpful, professional and have been doing a great job.

My family and I moved to Cortland West Plano about 6 weeks ago. From the first weekend we moved in, we had issues with our A/C unit keeping cool. We would set it at 70 degrees and by midafternoon it would be over 80 degrees. The first maintenance guy came out, looked at everything, changed the filters, and said it should work now, nope. Called it in again and another guy came out and thought it was something different and they called the A/C company to change out the unit outside, and said that should work, nope. Called it in again and they sent the first guy out again. He looked it over again and stuck his head into the attic and said it had one long-line going to the living room area and it split to two registers and that's why the air was hardly blowing. He said everything was working fine, but unfortunately the airflow could not be fixed. About a week or two later I went in and talked to Regan and asked what we could do to fix this, and she sent another guy over. Seawan came in and looked it over and said

Karwan helped me in repairing the AC and it started cooling down. Earlier I raised multiple complaints but no luck and I got the power bill near $500 for my single bed Apt. This time he found that gas is more and he controlled to make it work. Hopefully it is resolved. I will monitor for few days and I will confirm again. Thanks Karean!

Ragen Broom is an asset to the cortland community. She went an extra mile to accommodate my requirements while touring the community. Also, she ensured that I'll get a smooth move-in experience. The community is little old. However, it has an excellent vibe that can you call home. Edit: Kelvin from their maintenance staff is awesome. He always goes to an extra mile to complete the service requests. Edit2: George from Cortland is great guy and he helped us get rid of roaches and ants. Also, gave us lot of tips to prevent them further.

Reopening pools are good but opening during office hours only is not at all good. Need to be extended as we want to relax after office hours but not in office timings. I see now a days Service requests are closing quickly which is a good sign. Seewan helped in fixing the issue and he is really nice. Having Seewan is a good assert to the Cortland team.

One of the incident was, I have raised AC complaint 4 times but the other people are telling some reasons like as these are old and plan is like and you have to adjust with issues and leaving without solving the issue. But you took it seriously and solved by inspecting entirely and fixed the issue. Not only that, when ever you came to solve the issues, Im so happy as you will take care of the problem. I lived here almost two years. First year was under Lincoln management and second year was under Cortland management. I can very clearly see the difference between two managements. Lincoln team was very lazy and ignorant and lenient towards the issues and violations in the community. They are the one responsible for destroying the beautiful community campus, There was no maintenance at all from the previous management. The place is in a perfect location and the community campus is huge and having lots of trees and greenery and huge ground kids will enjoy. Now that its under Cortland team the improvement is very obvious. Their approach is completely different towards the community maintenance. Cortland team started repairing and renovating the buildings, the amenities. They put strict rules in place to keep this place safe and clean. New Management Prioritizing Maintenance Issues -We had issue with kitchen stove where prior management gave us a structurally defective replacement (you could use it as long as you are careful) which was supposed to be stop gap arrangement until they could find/order the right /new equipment . They never replaced it in spite of multiple follow ups citing one reason or another and then pandemic happened. We somehow managed it and then Cortland took over the community in 2021. Recently , I again raised the issue with new Management. I must appreciate Seewan (Maintenance personnel) who promptly understood the issue and escalated it to his supervisor. Today , it was replaced. Keep up the good work !!!

Ragen Broom is an asset to the cortland community. She went an extra mile to accommodate my requirements while touring the community. Also, she ensured that I'll get a smooth move-in experience. I am living here for almost > 6 years. And i have good experience overall in living here. The amenities of this apartment is the best part of it. A good park facility is available and it is good for families and kids for enjoying. Recently faced AC issue and water heater issue at my house. In both of the cases, our maintenance team member called Erick Lomelin came and fixed both the issues. Also he explained what is the issue and how he has fixed both issues. He is very nice and having learning ability and trying to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. This type of maintenance team member makes cotland apartment living is easy and gives good response and experience. I would like to appreciate maintenance team member called “seewan” who is technically strong and fixed water leak issues and dishwasher issues as easy..

The management team is great and have done lot of improvements and is still working on new changes to make this place better. The response to our request was slow, but Erick stopped by late in the evening to make an attempt at resolving our issues. I've lived in this community for almost 16 years. The current unit I'm in has brought me the most issues with past service being unsatisfactory as the prior management teams did not seem to take my concerns seriously. This past month I had serious leaking and water damage issues due to a remodelling of the apartment above me. The first maintenance man attempted to find the issue but failed to return to fix it! I came home from vacation to my daughter's room being flooded! Erick responded to the new work order...He found the problem, dispatched the correct team to fix it and finally the problem was resolved. The same occurred in my master bath within days and Erick did not hesitate to resolve the matter! How refreshing it is to finally have a service man who actually cares about their tenants and their comfortable living in your community. Thank you!!!

It’s been 3 months I moved into the apartment, so far it’s really good experience. The management responds promptly for all the service requests and quick actions. The service personnel are very dedicated and do follow up until the customer is satisfied with resolution. I had a AC issue once and Seewan from the service arrived within 20 mins on emergency request in the late evening 7:30PM. While the issue lasted for a couple of days, Seewan was very accommodating to see through the issue till it was fixed completely. Thank you team Cortland and especially Seewan.

The maintenance service is good in Cortland West Plano. Kelvin has serviced our maintenance requests last couple of times and the service is really good. The Public park which is at walkable distance is the highlight of this apartment. I am giving 1 star less only because of the recent increase in the rent due to market correction(is what the staff say).

Cortland west Plano has been taking care of the property and they are remodeling, which are making the property look nicer. Been a resident for 3 years and I am extremely impressed with this staff, they are all friendly, funny and attentive to the residents. They offer different engagement events such as Yoga, food truck nights and karaoke- these events advocate community involvement and unity. #loveithere

Toured here and see the potential and direction the new management is taking. I’m looking to put my uncle in a place near my parents, but not yet ready for him to be in a senior property. There’s a 55+ next door so I think I can get him here for now then easy shift him next door when the time comes. Lovely outside spaces here for him to enjoy.

At first i would like to thank Ragen Broom, I’m moving in to Courtland from Out of state and everything was perfect as I expected. As I thought the process might be little harder as I’m moving from another state but Ragen made my life easier including virtual tour and any documentation related to lease. Finally it’s a great place and good neighborhood to live in as my friends are still living by!! I would totally recommend to reach Ragen if you’re looking to move in!! Good luck!

Ragen Broom is an asset to the cortland community. She went an extra mile to accommodate my requirements while touring the community. Also, she ensured that I'll get a smooth move-in experience. The community is little old. However, it has an excellent vibe that can you call home.

I have lived at Cortland West Plano for 6 months and continue to enjoy living here. The office/management staff is attentive to the residents. The maintenance team, grounds keepers, and cleaning staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful in making this community a pleasant place to live.

I am giving 4 star now. Earlier I gave a single star for working long time to resolve the issues. As they mentioned, the roaches issues have been addressed properly. They are doing a great work recently.

The property is nice and the views are great. Maintenance is super helpful and a life saver when my heater wasn't working. The guy that came was super respectful and answered all my questions that I had. I think he's new but not sure. Tall guy and slim. I think his name was Ralph.

Ralph the maintenance guy went above and beyond to repair my service requests. He was very informative and did not take a long time at completing my repair. I’ve had a lot of maintenance men do repair work at my unit in the past and he’s by far the best!! Kudos to him!!

There are a lot of nice complexes in the area, but if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home, lovely and helpful property management, and a wonderfully central location, Cortland West Plano is your one-stop-shop. I had the pleasure of working with Miranda through my leasing process and I highly recommend going to see her. She understood my needs and made me feel like I was already part of the community. :)

Miranda gave me one of the best apartment tours I have had! After reading some of the reviews this apartment complex had, I was quite perplexed because I wasn’t sure if it was the apartment for me. Miranda not only answered all of my questions with everything I wanted to hear, but she made me feel welcomed AND she went above and beyond to mention the reviews and the ideas they were trying to implement to guarantee a better experience for all their clients. The apartments we’re absolutely beautiful and Miranda just added more of a sparkle to them!

My friend stays at this community and I visit all the time. The park is always clean and filled with happy residents. We occasionally hangout in the business center to study and love the vibe. Miranda in the front always makes us feel welcomed.

I have lived here 19 years and have never had 1 problem. The current office staff (all the girls) work very hard to handle any issue you may have and are very professional. I feel very lucky that I have had great neighbors that all get along and we all look out for one another. This has been my home for a long time and I'm very pleased with everything here!

I've rented fully furnished apartment in the Lincoln Towne Square Drive, Plano. Apartment is spacious and having all the amenities along with big children’s park (liked most), good place to live with family. Nicely located, grocery stores (Walmart), restaurants, schools etc. are at walking distance. The entire house hold things & furniture provided is of high quality & excellent. Unparalleled service, highly recommended to others.
