Loved living here. You can’t beat the price for the location and the amenities. It is a great community and very well kept. A special shout out to Gunther in maintenance who always made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The only cons are the streets can be a bit noisy if you have a room backing to one of the main streets.

My daughter just moved in yesterday, and so far I am very impressed. The front office staff is friendly and responsive and the maintenance crew has been amazing. The few minor things we have reported have been fixed immediately. Today Lawrence was at the apartment just to give us some information and I mentioned two issues, and he repaired them right away without any lag time for submitting a work order.

I’ve had a good experience living at Courtland West Palm. The community is well kept, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The amenities are nice, especially the pool and common areas, and the location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads. The office staff has been helpful and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it’s a good place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed apartment community in the area

This review is strictly in regards to Marcus on the maintenance Team. He is outstanding. I have lived at this property for years now and what a difference it has made having him here. He is prompt to responding to calls, always willing to help, goes above and beyond of what he should have to do, and is always so kind. This property is lucky to have him. As for the rest of the property, I'd give it a lower rating. The gate hardly ever works, has been broken and left open more often than closed and operating properly- which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. The cleanliness has gone down hill, and the total disregard and consideration most of the neighbors have for each other is less than desirable.

Wonderful apartment complex! I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and have really enjoyed it. The pool, gym, and landscaping are all beautiful, and the apartment itself is great. The community is friendly, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know the people who live here. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, especially Paola, who consistently goes above and beyond. Big thanks also to the maintenance team, they’re fast and efficient. They seem to be everywhere on the property working and fixing things. As i walk my dog, i see their golf carts in front of different wings of the property and assume they are servicing the apartment units. They have done some repairs in my unit and were very courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I only wish they would have more help. Good job, guys!

Both on the phone and later in person as well, Paola sincerely wowed us with her contagious positive energy, professionalism, eagerness to help, and knowledge of the property. Did not feel rushed at all. She was patient, and you could tell that she was genuinely interested in assisting us. I would hire her in an instant as she would be an asset to any team. A+ experience. Thanks again, Paola! Some other feedback for the management team at Cortland. With the addition of EV charges on property, this would have been an easy yes for us. Owning an electric car and not being able to charge where we live was big in our consideration. I know it is a total luxury to have one, so please know we are not trying to be negative! Hoping this feedback assists in future development on the property! With that being said, to all non ev owners, we will be referring them to Cortland in the future!

Alex and Scott came to service the AC unit this morning. We spoke on the phone last week, where Alex talked me through trouble shooting the problems I was having with my AC unit and was able to fix and cool my apartment within minutes. With no further issues, Alex still went the extra mile to follow up with me in person and do further services on my AC unit to ensure it was all set. Toured the community with Paula. I was a walk-in, and she immediately accommodated me. She was so patient and personable and just an absolute ray of sunshine. Eric the maintenance man is hands down the best. Always prompt with his service and ensures any issue we have is fixed. We were having issues with our AC on a Saturday and he was over in less than an hour to address it and fix it. Really appreciate all the work he does here.

My fiancé and I moved here from across the country and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff from the office to maintenance is very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The community is beautifully taken care of and offers great amenities. We are excited to call this complex home!

I just recently got a job in WPB and my father was helping me with the move. We needed to secure an APT asap due to him needing to get back to our hometown and work and I’ll tell you what, Cortland at WPB COULD NOT of been more helpful and understanding. June who works at the property made sure we were taken care of and able to move in ASAP once all my background checks and credit checks, checked out. World class service. Paola who also works at the WPB property has helped me every step of the way as well and always has a smile on her face. Cortland is a 7 min drive to downtown to where I work and is the perfect commute. The pool, gym and overall views of the community make me feel like I’m living at a resort. A 796 square foot one bedroom and bath brand new apartment with brand new washer, dryer, fridge and microwave helps too. I highly recommended this community!!
