Loved living here. You can’t beat the price for the location and the amenities. It is a great community and very well kept. A special shout out to Gunther in maintenance who always made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The only cons are the streets can be a bit noisy if you have a room backing to one of the main streets.

Camille Santiago is by far one of the best property managers I have ever encountered. She is attentive, reliable, and consistently gets the job done with precision and professionalism. I have nothing but positive things to say about her—as a person, a community leader, and a property manager. Camille is exceptionally assertive in the right way. She listens, respects every resident, and always makes time for everyone to be heard. In my 15 years of living in various communities, I have never met anyone with her level of class, professionalism, and genuine dedication. She stands out in every way. I am proud to say that she is the ideal property manager for Cortland West Palm Beach, and I wish her continued success in her role. I am extremely happy to give her a full five-star review, and honestly, I wish I could give her ten stars. Thank you.

This review is strictly in regards to Marcus on the maintenance Team. He is outstanding. I have lived at this property for years now and what a difference it has made having him here. He is prompt to responding to calls, always willing to help, goes above and beyond of what he should have to do, and is always so kind. This property is lucky to have him. As for the rest of the property, I'd give it a lower rating. The gate hardly ever works, has been broken and left open more often than closed and operating properly- which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. The cleanliness has gone down hill, and the total disregard and consideration most of the neighbors have for each other is less than desirable.

I'm a resident at Cortland West Palm Beach, and I must say that Gunther and Scott from the maintenance crew are a very dedicated and professional crew. They seem to be everywhere on the property working and fixing things. As i walk my dog, i see their golf carts in front of different wings of the property and assume they are servicing the apartment units. They have done some repairs in my unit and were very courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I only wish they would have more help. Good job, guys!

I just want to say how grateful I am for Gunther, Scot and Paola. Gunther and Scot: They’re always around the community working hard—fixing, maintaining, and helping with anything that comes up. You can count on them anytime you need something or have a question. They’ve helped me many times, and even once helped me search for a stolen bracelet. Truly appreciate their kindness, reliability, and all they do for us! Paola: She is simply the best! She has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. Her positive energy is truly uplifting and contagious. From day one until now, she has been nothing short of perfect. When we arrived, she immediately helped us find the apartment that suited us best, and we are extremely happy with our choice – the place, the community, everything. Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Paola at Cortland West Palm. Both on the phone and later in person as well, Paola sincerely wowed us with her contagious positive energy, professionalism, eagerness to help, and knowledge of the property. Did not feel rushed at all. She was patient, and you could tell that she was genuinely interested in assisting us. I would hire her in an instant as she would be an asset to any team. A+ experience. Thanks again, Paola! Some other feedback for the management team at Cortland. With the addition of EV charges on property, this would have been an easy yes for us. Owning an electric car and not being able to charge where we live was big in our consideration. I know it is a total luxury to have one, so please know we are not trying to be negative! Hoping this feedback assists in future development on the property! With that being said, to all non ev owners, we will be referring them to Cortland in the future!

Alex and Scott came to service the AC unit this morning. We spoke on the phone last week, where Alex talked me through trouble shooting the problems I was having with my AC unit and was able to fix and cool my apartment within minutes. With no further issues, Alex still went the extra mile to follow up with me in person and do further services on my AC unit to ensure it was all set. Both Alex and Scott are super friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism and expertise. I am very satisfied with the maintenance department at Cortland West Palm.

I just recently got a job in WPB and my father was helping me with the move. We needed to secure an APT asap due to him needing to get back to our hometown and work and I’ll tell you what, Cortland at WPB COULD NOT of been more helpful and understanding. June who works at the property made sure we were taken care of and able to move in ASAP once all my background checks and credit checks, checked out. World class service. Paola who also works at the WPB property has helped me every step of the way as well and always has a smile on her face. Cortland is a 7 min drive to downtown to where I work and is the perfect commute. The pool, gym and overall views of the community make me feel like I’m living at a resort. A 796 square foot one bedroom and bath brand new apartment with brand new washer, dryer, fridge and microwave helps too. I highly recommended this community!!
