I've been living at Cortland for almost a year now and like any other apartment complex. I have had my highs and lows, but overall the experience really has been great. The maintenance team particular Gunther and Alex have always came into my home with a smile on their face and willing to help and do even more work than asked. Paola in the leasing office has also been so kind and an encouraging face to see around the neighborhood. Whenever there's an issue, she's quick to resolve it and get back to you. The work these people do around Cortland is incredible and has made my living experience here, a great one!

Just moved into Cortland at West Palm and honestly, I’m really happy with everything so far. The place looks great. The apartment itself is super nice, the pool is awesome, and I love that it’s a gated community. The amenities here are solid, definitely one of my favorite parts. Paola was the one who helped me out during the whole process. She was friendly, helpful, and got things done without making it a hassle. Overall, no complaints. Place feels like home already

This is my first time living on my own and everyone and this community has been wonderful! Sabrina gave us a perfect apartment and explained everything well. They have been doing safety checks which I appreciate, having a new born, and Chris and Manuel were very respectful of my home and answered any questions I had. Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Paola at Cortland West Palm. Both on the phone and later in person as well, Paola sincerely wowed us with her contagious positive energy, professionalism, eagerness to help, and knowledge of the property. Did not feel rushed at all. She was patient, and you could tell that she was genuinely interested in assisting us. I would hire her in an instant as she would be an asset to any team. A+ experience. Thanks again, Paola! Some other feedback for the management team at Cortland. With the addition of EV charges on property, this would have been an easy yes for us. Owning an electric car and not being able to charge where we live was big in our consideration. I know it is a total luxury to have one, so please know we are not trying to be negative! Hoping this feedback assists in future development on the property! With that being said, to all non ev owners, we will be referring them to Cortland in the future!

Alex and Scott came to service the AC unit this morning. We spoke on the phone last week, where Alex talked me through trouble shooting the problems I was having with my AC unit and was able to fix and cool my apartment within minutes. With no further issues, Alex still went the extra mile to follow up with me in person and do further services on my AC unit to ensure it was all set. Both Alex and Scott are super friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism and expertise. I am very satisfied with the maintenance department at Cortland West Palm.

Cortland West Palm has surpassed my experience and expectations in many ways. The Staff has always been nice to me from day one and treated me in a respectful manner. The pool area is very nice and chill with 2 hammocks and a pool table ready for anyone. And last but not least, the neighbors are also nice and friendly to where it’s always a great time to walk around and enjoy the fresh breeze.

I have lived here since August 2023 and I wouldn’t do it any other way… The management and service are all very professional and friendly. The community is so well kept and I feel in a resort when I go to the pool, gym, and ammenities. No need for a tropical vacation when you live in an apartment complex that makes you feel like so every day! I reccomend anyone to live here, you will love it!

Toured the community with Paula. I was a walk-in, and she immediately accommodated me. She was so patient and personable and just an absolute ray of sunshine. (Management, you really should give her a raise!) The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. Appliances and everything were new and the units were probably the cleanest I’ve toured. In fact, the whole property is one of the nicest and well-thought out I’ve looked at.

Eric the maintenance man is hands down the best. Always prompt with his service and ensures any issue we have is fixed. We were having issues with our AC on a Saturday and he was over in less than an hour to address it and fix it. Really appreciate all the work he does here.

I just recently got a job in WPB and my father was helping me with the move. We needed to secure an APT asap due to him needing to get back to our hometown and work and I’ll tell you what, Cortland at WPB COULD NOT of been more helpful and understanding. June who works at the property made sure we were taken care of and able to move in ASAP once all my background checks and credit checks, checked out. World class service. Paola who also works at the WPB property has helped me every step of the way as well and always has a smile on her face. Cortland is a 7 min drive to downtown to where I work and is the perfect commute. The pool, gym and overall views of the community make me feel like I’m living at a resort. A 796 square foot one bedroom and bath brand new apartment with brand new washer, dryer, fridge and microwave helps too. I highly recommended this community!!

Great tour with June! I stopped in to view the 2-bedroom apartment. June showed me the amenities and the model 2-bedroom. While the apartment is not brand new the community shows very well. The amenities are really nice. I wasn't able to include a view of the pool as there were several female residents enjoying the pool and I wanted to respect their peace. Everything was luxurious! I added a video of the model on YouTube so you can view it. I would recommend this community as Cortland is one of the best property management companies.

Have lived here for quite sometime, had some guests over and gave them a tour of the property, they loved the pool area, we had a great time swimming and just hanging out in the cabana. Kudos to the new maintenance man! Dave who I met while walking my dog was so friendly to my pup and was very engaging to me. I see him every morning picking up the property, which I have to say makes a huge difference, also he came in and took care of my work order quickly with a smile on his face. That is important to me because in the past I have dealt with maintenance that obviously don't like their job. The office itself does a good job with their events, I would like to see some weekend pool parties with music, and a summer theme to get to know more residents :-) This is definitely a younger crowd living here. The ladies are not snooty which I have experienced in different communities I have lived in this area. The rent is average for the area, and we are close to the action a short drive away.

I have been living here now for almost four years and I must say this is one of the most coolest places that I have lived. The property itself is beautiful and clean. The apartments are modern and luxurious, (just check out their website). They have beautiful amenities. The pool area is modern and very relaxing, great for sunbathing or swimming and a great place to take your guests. The newly updated gym is fully equipped and would rival any full membership gym, which is why I canceled my gym membership with my previous gym. This gym actually makes me work out more, its just a short walk away. I would like to give a huge shout out to June for showing me around helping me to enjoy my stay here, also shout out to The manager Cori who makes herself so accessible if I ever needed anything, and to my friend Dave who is one of the maintenance staff. They just bought our apartment complex and i’m loving them! Great communication and amazing events and hospitality! Love my home <3 UPDATE— After living in the community for over three years: I do want to say that the amenities are very luxurious, the new renovations make this apartment complex absolutely gorgeous. and the office staff maintained their commitment to creating fun opportunities for engagement including parties, food trucks and more! I do however, have some complaints. The community failed to fix the faulty drainage system that has been causing minor flooding (that they recognized in emails to us previously). The failure to address this problem lead to MAJOR flooding so badly that our car was almost totaled and now we are dealing with a major mold problem in the interior. I will post videos of this flooding. It went on for days and we were unable to start our cars or get to work. Also, this community is advertised as a gated community. Be warned that the gate was broken for probably close to 60%

Cortland West Palm was such a beautiful property. Cori was amazing and answered all of our many questions while highlighting everything we needed to know before we made our decision. I’ve been staying at the court land west palm since 2022 , the neighborhood is very quiet , I feel very safe here. They keep the community very clean, they just updated the gym. It looks very nice with new equipment. I haven’t used the gym much though. The pool area is so nice, I love it. I don’t have many issues within my apartment , but I know if I do maintenance is very quick about fixing it. I would recommend anyone to stay here at the Courtland west palm.

I’ve been looking for a place for a while and was so pleasantly surprised when I stopped by Cortland West Palm on Saturday! It’s this calm spot in the heart of West Palm Beach. Nicely tucked away across from the outlet mall which is super convenient! I wasn’t able to get in for a full tour because I forgot my ID but the guy in the office was super helpful in providing information and helping me to schedule a time to come back next week and see an available apartment! I look forward to seeing what else this complex has to offer!

Juan Bautista & Tesla are part of the Grounds Keeping and Maintenance. They literally keep this place in amazing condition, always working on improvements all around the property! They are pleasant, smiling, waiving, saying hello or lending a hand if needed! We are so lucky to have such dedicated great staff like them! They say everyone is replaceable, well not these two amazing Harding working people! I have to give them a shout out!!! I’ve been an tenant of Cortland Portofino Place Since February 2020 and still so very happy when I look my out window and see our amazing property and show it off to my friends and family when they come to visit, thanks in big part to them!!

I have been living at Cortland Palm Beach for over 3 years. I have not resided in an apartment for MANY (double digit) years and I was nervous. I would like to thank and acknowledge the office staff and maintenance staff! Any issue, large or small, has been addressed immediately and resolved in the same manner. They communicated with me on appointments for someone to come to my home, follow up during and after, as well as send constant communication regarding anything happening in our “community”. The genuineness from everyone is seen, appreciated, and felt. I have a PSA (service dog) due to anxiety. They put a dog park in the community and it’s been an absolute blessing. The gym is fantastic and the pool area makes you feel like you are on a vacation. The cabanas, pool, waterfalls, and Royal Palm trees remind me of a secluded hotel on an island! Cortland West Pam Beach is a luxury apartment complex. We just moved in and we love it here. Our moving was very smooth. Cori was very helpful and professional. The gym was recently upgraded, and they added a dog park. Now the building are being painted, everything looks very nice like a new complex. It's obvious new management really cares, they're quick to respond and go beyond to help.

4.5 Star is my rating since they are still in the process of taking over the property and making upgrades/ changes. However the communication here is top notch between company, staff and residents. Only complaint is that you have to pay for valet trash service wether you use it or not. Other than that this is an amazing property and we are looking at staying long term. Ohh and the renovated gym is great!!! Big props to Cortland for how they operate and manage the property!

We have been residents for about eight months now and have had a very pleasant experience from the very start. Cori and her team on the management side are amazing. Always willing to help and always doing events for the community. The service team are all also incredible. Extremely friendly whenever we see them and they are always very prompt and efficient when service is requested. The amenities are also very nice. There is a very large pool with plenty of lounge chairs and areas along with a pool table and grill. They also renovated the gym recently and it is very state of the art and great to use.

Ever since new management took over, it’s been a completely different experience! Cori & Sonia always have a pleasant smile and it’s nice to be able to communicate with them when needed! Rafael & Gunther from the maintenance team go above and beyond to help fix any issues, recently they saved me from having to sleep with no AC all night when my power had been turned off for 10+ hours. I never expected them to answer right away and come to the rescue, so thank you!! The new improvements to the pool and common area have definitely elevated to place!

We have been staying at Cortland West Palm for the past few months now and to sum up living here I would say it’s the perfect spot for us. Tons of fun activities and events always going on and the nicest staff possible. The gym and the pool are my favorite places to be on my days off. We are a new resident here at Cortland West Palm and so far we absolutely love it. Making an appointment was easy, location is right off I-95 so easy to get to. Surrounding area has plenty of shops, restaurants and stores that anyone may need. 15 minutes to the beach. Staff has been incredibly professional, courteous and overall make you feel welcome. Sonia is an absolutely rockstar, made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Customer service does not stop when you are already a resident, they have continued to be awesome. Everyone from front desk to maintenance staff. We toured 6 other properties nearby and Cortland West Palm was the best, made us feel the most at home and had best amenities. Quiet gated community with young professionals being the main demographic. We will definitely stick around for years to come.

I became a resident back in 2020 and I remember walking through the door and being met by June, she was about to take a lunch and was willing to help me before she did. She was the best. I explained to her that I had just left another leasing office who offered me a really good deal for some brand new apartment she asked to see the details and she matched what they offered me. I was then torn between the two properties but the fact she was willing to go that extra mile is the reason why I stayed. The only real issue I have with the community is the grills are always out and parking is a lot a issue. Other than that I’ve been happy with the community and my experience here. I miss the name “The Jefferson of palm beach” it was more “catchy” for me but all in all I enjoy it here. I renewed my lease but now the rate is more than I can afford so I’m going to have to move out. Thanks for everything June.

Ive lived here for quite sometime and the place is really nice and close to downtown. Service requests are done in a timely manner. We have had issues with mold but it was resolved. We are relatively new here, so my impressions might change, but so far it has been great living here. It is surprisingly quiet for its location next to the highway and down the road from a fire station; I have never heard the sirens even once. The residents seem respectful of quiet hours. Management seems extremely responsive to issues (e.g., I made a request one day and they fixed it literally the following day). Community seems to be mostly young professionals or students. Price is a bit high for what you get, but I suspect that's how it goes in 2022. Area vibes are fine.

Excellent management and continuous communication with the tenants on any issue related to housing or any emergency. Quiet place, close to shopping centres like target and brands outlet West palm.

Updated Review: Parking is horrible after 6pm. (Sold car so it’s no longer a problem). Sink reported that pipes leaked in kitchen. Second repair corrected the issue. Yay! Washing machine damages clothes. The washer and dryer appliances come equipped in the apartment, but are old and noisy. Definitely not eco friendly or modern appliances. Delivery is challenging for packages to be properly located in community. The apartment building and number assignments create issues/confusion for delivery drivers causing packages delivered to wrong addresses constantly. The conference room, community business center, and lounge are nice inside of the office. Office staff has been friendly.

Cortland staff is very attentive to resident’s request and respond to everything in a timely manner. What I love most is how much they try to keep the community engaged with different events, promotions, and giveaways. Makes us resident feel like each of us matter!

Favorite thing is how responsive the maintenance team is. They usually get to you within the day if you put in your request early enough.

I've lived in this community since 2016 under another company. We have enjoyed our time here and even after a large price hike, decided to stay. The new leasing company has promised improvements to the community over the next year and I look forward to seeing what they do to make the high rent worth it. Unfortunatly, I have to give them a base rating of 4 stars, not because of problems with staff or the unit but because of the LARGE gun presence in the area. Over the years the surrounding neighborhood has declined significantly and after years of a steady presence in the area, we can no longer go a week without hearing multiple gunshots being fired back and forth. This also includes shootings between multiple cars. We recently had police presence in the community because they were engaging with a gunman that fled here, easily getting into the community because of the (seemingly always) broken front gate. After last nights incident where they were right outside my window, I am questioning my safety here. EDIT:

This place is amazing!! I moved here in 2020 and I’m still at the complex. The complex is nice and clean. Also, it’s so convenient because of the location. I can’t forget about the staff. The staff is amazing!! Let’s talk about June! June is just overall a great person!! She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great personality!

I have had a great experience with the team at Cortland West Palm. June Murat was extremely helpful and organized while helping with my lease renewal process and was always available to answer questions. The neighborhood is well kept, work orders are done in a timely manner, and is in a great location. I would highly recommend to speak with June if any assistance is required.

I lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath on the 3rd floor with a roommate for 3 years and we had no real issues. Maintenance requests were acted on timely. Since I was on the 3rd floor there were no noise issues. The front gate was broken more time than it worked during my 3 years here. Pretty normal apartment complex with a mix of mostly young adults and families.

I am currently in the process of transferring units within this property. I have lived here for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my living experience here, which is why I found a way to stay. The office has been kind and patient with my process especially, June who even when things became stressful did her best to make things go as smooth as possible. June had a lot of moving parts to deal with and continued to work on making my move successful. She has a professional demeanor and stands her ground, which I respect a lot. It is not easy working in a customer service position. I personally thank her for her hard work. Between my moving and such, I had a lot of help from Raphael and David who were incredibly kind and helped me with making the maintenance adjustments so quick and simple. I do not know much about hand-work and they helped me with such a smile. Raphael has fixed almost every issue I have had in the last two years with a smile and overall the maintenance staff has been a pleasure to work with.
