I have been living here for a year and it has been a great one. The location is very safe as the gates are always locked. The maintenance are prompt, if you put a work order in , they’re out within the next 24 hours. I enjoy all of the amenities as well.

I've been living here for two years now since moving from out of state and honestly the community is awesome! My unit is beautiful, spacious, and has great lighting. There were some issues when I first moved in but things have been calm and quiet lately. CONS: However, security and parking are my two biggest issues here. Cars are constantly getting stolen or broken into, mine included. There is never any parking. My car was personally towed by the community because I was forced to park in handicapped one night. There are suspicious people coming in and out of the community using the amenities all of the time which doesn't make me feel safe at all. Plus there are additional hidden fees added to the rent every month. Maintenance however is very friendly and great at responding. The amenities are kept up very nicely. Houston weather brings constant power outages to this area. A/c does not always work properly. PEST, PEST, PEST, but they are quick to send pest control. Overall, I've enjoyed staying in this commun

Looking around for a new apartment in Houston and came across this place, went ahead and scheduled a tour and Miss Jeri was such a joy!! Had me cracking up the whole time, and the apartments themselves look beautiful! The residents that we had run into all seemed pretty friendly. Parking is a bit of a free-for-all unless you pay for assigned parking, which depending on your circumstances could be a good thing or a bad thing 🤷🏻♀️ Every place is going to have its pros and cons, but overall, the community is beautiful and the amenities seem very nice!! AND they have free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the leasing office during working hours 😄

The entire team at Cortland West Champions is fantastic. Maintenance is completed fast and done right the first time. The front office ladies are always very courteous and attentive. Plenty of entertainment options in the neighborhood as well.

I was a resident of Cortland West Champions from 02/14/2022 to 04/06/2023, and loved it! I had some hiccups when I fist moved in regarding trash and roaches (due to my neighbors) but I can't say enough how quick and efficient the response was. Both issues were resolved by Cortland within the first couple of months; they communicated to all residents and offered additional pest control, in addition to their preventative pest control. After that, I had no issues! Elizabeth Figueroa, you are AMAZING! I am incredibly grateful for your patience and willingness to accommodate my needs during the entirety of my stay. Overall the apartment was beautiful, staff were friendly, maintenance workers were quick and thorough and the location was quiet and felt safe.

Great apartment complex. I’ve read some negative reviews but personally have not had any of those experiences outside of the dog poop being left by owners. There is a homeless community behind the apartments that I see frequently but haven’t had any issues with them so far and not sure there’s much the apartment can do with that. Location is perfect with highway and toll road available quickly and multiple grocery stores near.

It's excellent place to live. I love this community and the apartment. The staff freida and Kim and Elizabeth and the man Jeff are excellent staff and very professional people. I dearly love them. Also see freida she is a great lady. She will see you get the best. Kim is a great resident manager. We wouldn't know what to do without her. The maintenance guys are good too.

The moment I walked in the door, Elizabeth was smiling and so genuine! She walked me through the process of renting here! Once approved she walked me through every step answered all my questions and was always available for me! This was the smoothest process to get and apt ever! The upstairs neighbors are extremely heavy footed especially in the mornings or late at night. You hear every step, sometimes it’s annoying and surprises me because don’t we have carpet? But not to the point to irritate me either if that makes sense.

Love the apartment, be ready to smell uncontrolled substances coming through your vents and nothing being done about it. No matter how much complain nothing is going to be done about. It's embarrassing to have guess to come over and say your apartment smells like weed.

I toured Cortland West Champions today and was completely wowed by the amenities of this beautiful property! Jeri was an amazing consultant, answering all of my many questions as we toured two 2 bedroom floorplans and the property grounds. Her professionalism and high energy are a tribute to the team. The two floorplans I viewed today, Vintage Park and Lakewood, were both very spacious with gorgeous finishes. The property felt very safe and clean and well-cared for.

Jeri Robinson was amazing when I was looking at apartments. This was the most luxurious one at a fantastic price! The gym is free, the pool is free, barbecuing is free, yoga is free (with a trainer at the gym area once a week who is also free), accommodations and a beautiful lobby with a guest kitchen that has water and a coffee machine with multiple options for even hot chocolate. Two gyms and pools, even outdoor gyms too. Glad to have chosen this complex so far to call home with friendly staff

I absolutely love everything about this complex. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The building is SO clean and well maintained. The pool, fitness center and clubhouse entertainment area is perfect. Easy access to the mall and hospital. And the apartments have everything. For one they are pretty new, Washer dryer, balconies, fancy appliances. You got it all. And if you love dogs, this is the place! So many friendly animals!!

I am a person that has never placed a review but I felt this place was worth the time… my son will be attending college here in Houston.. we flew in from Vegas on a Tuesday to get him set at a apartment we booked on line. We went to see the place and was mortified to say the least!!!! Looked nothing like the photos… we had his car being shipped and so scrambled to find a new place. We found this place online as well since we knew nothing about this area. The moment we stepped on this property we felt like our son would be safe and comfortable. The apartments are as shown online EXACTLY!!! Not dated photos. The property is clean, modern and super cute!! The amenities are amazing.. both pools are really nice with BBQ grills, gym with modern equipment and trainer if needed. But I have to say the best part of this property is Ms. Jerri!!!! She is so AMAZING!!! She gave us a tour of the property and made us feel so at home… she gave me peace of mind my son would be safe and happy here.. I can go home knowing he is

I've got to share this hidden gem! I absolutely love Cortland... The location is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Mall and everything else you need. The beautiful grounds area with lakeview to enjoy a scenic walk with duckies. Plus, as a young lady, I appreciate it's gated and a safe community. I've got to share this hidden gem! I absolutely love Cortland... The location is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Mall and everything else you need. The beautiful grounds area with lakeview to enjoy a scenic walk with duckies. Plus, as a young lady, I appreciate it's gated and a safe community. I had the most pleasant experience with the office personnel. I’m glad I chose this apartment, the leasing staff gets along so well I love going in for coffee. Mel helped me find my apartment she was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They have 2 pools and 2 fitness centers. The phase 2 fitness center is the best! The location is convenient too it’s 20 min to Bush and 30 min to Galleria.

To call Miss Jeri amazing is an understatement! I went back in January to Houston and toured this location with her and I was very impressed. This was my first Cortland property I toured in Texas while looking for another Cortland property to transfer to. She checked in even after I got back to Phoenix on my thoughts of the property, which was highly appreciated! Overall good experience. Pros: -Gated entry to parking lots and foot traffic. Makes me feel safer considering complexes have had catalytic converters and wheels stolen off of cars in ungated lots - can still happen but is way less common with gated entry. -Beautiful apartment appliances, decorative molding, 9 foot ceilings, natural light, 180 degree port style window/floorplan in bedroom, vinyl hardwood floors. -nice amenities such as fitness center, beautiful pools, and a handy outdoor workout tree for those interested -great leasing agents -Landscaping is excellent. The view even from the back of my patio is beautiful with small/medium trees lining the sidewalk/backyard area and the other complex buildings in the backroung. Cons: -ground roaches that live in the foundation of the building. I've only ever found one of these larger roaches in my unit and they otherwise stay outside, but I've seen as many as 4-5 running around my patio in the evenings/night. -limited parking in some areas. I didn’t see the property before move in and I was overwhelmed with joy on move in day. It is beautiful here! Feels more like a resort than an apartment complex and it’s big! Friendly neighbors and lots of nice ducks! Everything is close by and convenient but it’s tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful.

After searching for nearly 2 months, I visited Cortland West Champions. The staff has been so helpful, especially Ms. Jerry. I look forward to coming home and relaxing. The trees and lakes make it feel like you are out in the country, but really you are in the heart of everything. Maintenance makes repairs quickly anytime something comes up as well.

STYLISH OASIS!!! Love love love this apartment complex. Very quiet well kept. The gym is awesome, the pool could be cleaner but it's beautiful! I moved in for a brief moment for a quick move I was in my apartment 2weeks after I went in toured. Move in process was smooth I love the look of the apartment VERY nice for the price! Move here you wont' regret it. I was hesitant at first about the multiple car situations read about on google reviews but I just got a garage and problem solved! I had not one problem neither did I hear or see anything related to that.

I was having trouble with a car and the maintenance men came over and asked if I needed help. As stubborn as I am, I said no but if I’m still here after 20 min, feel free to come help. Jessie and Carlos gave me my space and I was still there 30 min later and they came and helped me. They were so nice and even went and got a tool I needed to help me on my way. It’s nice to live in such a friendly and helpful place.

This place has honestly been great. We’ve only had one maintenance issue where the fridge went out and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Even gave us a gift card to buy groceries since ours had gone bad.

Nice and quiet, despite its size. The units are well kept, and the grounds are nicely maintained. The pools are stunningly beautiful. The gyms are nicely equipped. There are several cute little retention ponds full of ducks that add kind of a country charm to my morning walks. Management is exceptional; they are hands down the friendliest and most helpful group of apartment management folks I’ve met.

I recently relocated here without visiting first..So everything was solely reliant on customer service, pictures and videos. Elizabeth is one of the managers who helped me throughout the process and did a great job with making sure my unit was prepared before arrival. I have met and interacted with Kimberly, Geri, Freda and Jennifer and they are all very genuine and helpful. Maintenance is also good with responding in a timely manner. So far I’m happy here! I encourage you to book that tour!! ✨♥️

While seeking an apartment I found this hidden gem. The units are beautiful, they’re large, modern and clean. The scale and openness is surprising. Staff members are friendly. Only giving 4 stars so far because I just moved here a little over a month ago and I'm still filling the place out. So far, It has been a smooth transition and Office staff has been accommodating, and kind. Elizabeth is such a gem! Kimberly knows her stuff and the Freda, Jennifer, and Ms Geri are a joy to work with! If I’m forgetting anyone, it isn’t intentional. Remember that this is still a business and they have jobs to do regardless. So in reading the reviews remember that it is impossible to please everyone! I feel safe here and happy with the layout of the property and my unit.

As I departed from my living quarters at Cortland West Champions. This was my home for several years. I will definitely miss everyone. This place has the best management team there. I went through several managers at one time. I can say that the Office manager that is there right now is excellence. Her team players are the best as well. I have no complaints. I was always treated like royalty. I give this place a 5 star.

The apartments were a dream, newly updated and beautiful. I wish I could take Jerry in the leasing office with me. She is a wonderful person and I loved her. Ask for her when you checkout the apartments. I enjoyed the tour, the amenities (the pools & pelotons CMON), and the community but unfortunately the 3/2 wasn’t in my price range. I definitely recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at Cortland west champion from start to finish, Friday at the leasing office is so accommodating and helpful which is a very refreshing feeling. Friday allowed a me to take my time with picking up the right floor plan for me, she explain everything very well and made this process super quick and easy!! All staff is amazing, not to mention that this property is super close to everything!

Where do I even begin. I have been a resident here for a little over a year and I would HIGHLY recommend living here to anyone. The staff is absolutely amazing, from the leasing office all the way to the maintenance men. Everyone is always so happy and helpful. Elizabeth is the go to girl. Any time I've ever called she's always been so attentive and just overall a great person, she treats you as if you're family. any time, which is very rare, I have a maintenance issue they are always quick and very efficient. We moved to Cortland West earlier this year and have had such a positive experience! Frida in the leasing office has been a blessing for us. From the first time we called for info, our application process, moving in, to always being available when we need assistance! She's very quick when responding and always has a friendly attitude. Honestly the entire staff has been very pleasant! The complex itself for us has been quiet, safe and convenient in location. Not to mention the pool area was awesome during summer! We moved from Cali for work and sadly are being relocated to AZ soon. I would definitely recommend checking out these apartments if your relocating to this area

I visited Cortland West Champions weekend visit from Ft. Lauderdale in April. After meeting Frida and viewing the property my mind was made up and I decided to relocate to Houston. (I refused to take any other tours :) I have had the most amazing experience from the initial tour, through lease signing, my relocation across state and move in to my new home at Cortland, Frida and team have gone above and beyond to facilitate my transition and are extremely responsive to every question and request and have made us feel so at home. The property is well maintained, newly renovated with modern furnishings and great amenities especially the gym and pool. People are warm and welcoming. My a/c service request in the thick of the heatwave was promptly addressed within 20 mins on a Saturday night by maintenance. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all, especially Frida. Update - 5 months in - settled in and happy and at home. Kim and Frida are the BEST !!!! Thank you ladies so much for all you do.

Rent has always been reasonable, and the office and maintenance staff are courteous and professional. Each of my dwellings has been clean upon move-in. Any maintenance request I have ever made has been taken care of on the next business day. I recently moved here from New York with my family after visiting my daughter here in July of 2021 and fell in love with her apartment, i was very impressed with the size of the apartment and the amenities so i arrange a tour with the office . Elizabeth was very helpful in finding us the apartment we wanted in the time frame that we wanted to move in. The property is beautifully kept, the amenities are top class, The staff here are very friendly, maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. We have no regret making the big move from New York to Houston. Thanks to Management and team for helping us to make this happen and for making this a safe place for my family to live.

I love it here at Cortland West champions. When i first decided to move to Texas I looked at one apartment complex and it was Cortland. I reached out via email and the wonderful Elizabeth called me back the next day to help with the process of getting my apartment. I was nervous moving to a new state but she assured me that she would help guide me along the way. I told her exactly what i was looking for as it pertains to style and floor plans I was interested in and wasted no time setting up virtual tours for me to see different units. My move in was flawless I had no issues everything was clean, renovated and the hospitality was amazing. Elizabeth and Kimberly looked out for me and ensure that i was good even weeks and months after moving in. I visted Cortland West Champions weekend visit from Ft. Lauderdale in April. After meeting Frida and viewing the property my mind was made up and I decided to relocate to Houston. (I refused to take any other tours :) I have had the most amazing experience from the initial tour, through lease signing, my relocation across state and move in to my new home at Cortland, Frida and team have gone above and beyond to facilitate my transition and are extremely responsive to every question and request and have made us feel so at home. The property is well maintained, newly renovated with modern funishings and great amenities especially the gym and pool. People are warm and welcoming. My a/c service request in the thick of the heatwave was promptly addressed within 20 mins on a Saturday night by maintenance. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all, especially Frida.

I recently moved from Dallas and had visited many apartments in the Houston area, including Cortland West Champions. It can’t even be compared to the others I toured! Beyond the amazing amenities, well kept premises, and beautiful floor plans/appliances— the leasing office is AWESOME. Moving and finding a second home is stressful. But the Cortland employees are extremely genuine, caring, and helpful. Jennifer, Jeri, and Elizabeth are a few of that took care of me and helped me find what was best for me. They’re really personable and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 recommend!!

Edit: The complex has now hired an extra security guard to patrol the pool areas. Things are finally feeling back to normal! I am very happy and impressed with their quick response to fixing this problem. Living in a community where your voices are heard and changes are made is very rare to come by. I’m very happy to call this place home. My wife and I just renewed our lease. We love our apartment. It’s very nice on the inside and the floor plan is perfect for us. I would give this complex a 5-star rating if it was just about the apartment. However, the location and community is a problem. My wife and I hear gunshots almost every night. We are afraid to walk our dogs at night because of this. People have been stealing tires and wheels off of cars inside the complex. I can’t order anything online because half the time it doesn’t get delivered. People from the apartments down the street come here and trash our pools every weekend. We pay almost $2K/month for our apartment here. It’s completely unreasonable to e

I've lived here just over a year and can say that this is better than other apartment complexes out there by far. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems that come up. Office managers are friendly and helpful. The decor is all new and modern in the apartment. The rent is higher than other places, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Service on-site here is fantastic; reasons being: -I didn’t have to make numerous calls to get the service done. -l had a small issue with my air conditioner, they had the situation taken care of in reasonable time, on the same day the order went in ( because living in Houston it can get hot on in the same day that it was cold). The service here is fantastic.

Just came up on my 1 year living here at Cortland West Champions. Moved here from the Michigan last April for job relocation. Did an extensive search on living out of the city but not super far from the night life. Best choice I made. First class service, community and staff. We definitely get what we pay for, and will continue to recommend my complex and the Cortland brand overall. Only heard of one incident regarding crime. Of course we as residents don’t want crime around our community but crime is possible wherever you go.

I have lived in Cortland West Champions apartments for nearly two years. I moved in a couple of months before the COVID lockdown was over. During shelter in place, I felt very grateful to live in an apartment with so much natural light and charm, along with a beautiful private outdoor space - it felt like an escape. Jeff, has been a great manager. He takes pride in our property and puts a lot of energy into it’s upkeep. He's always been responsive to requests and quick to respond to any issues in my apartment. Whenever i needed anything fixed or looked at, maintenance is over most of the time the same day, but always within 24 hours. I have lived in A LOT of apartments in Houston TX, my time in my Cortland apartments has been by far my best experience!

I love my experience here at Cortland WC! I’ve been here since November of 2020 and I have enjoyed it. Mrs. Jerri (leasing staff) is absolutely amazing. From the first lease we signed to now our second lease, she has made this process so easy and simple. Her energy and consideration is unbeatable! The maintenance guys are also so quick and no job is too big for them. Since I’ve been here, they have up’d there security which has made us feel safer. Thank you Cortland WC!

I’ve only been living here for 5 days now. Jeri Robinson was amazing with helping me through the application process and she makes it a very pleasant experience. The apartments are amazing and I love my unit and all the amenities this place has to offer! Unfortunately I woke up this morning to find out my catalytic converter on my truck had been stolen overnight on my 4th night being here! This was something I wasn’t expecting with it being a gated community and I don’t recall seeing any other recent reviews about criminal activity like this. This review is to bring awareness to others about the safety of your vehicles even though we are in a gated community.

I recently moved into Cortland West Champions in November of 2021 and it has been fantastic! Melissa Ingeniero the leasing manager and Elizabeth one of the leasing associates are both great and we’re very helpful during the leasing and move-in process and have continued to be very helpful. They are both very knowledgeable, and great at what they do, and very accommodating. The tour was great, leasing process and move-in were all seamless. I also love that this place is very dog-friendly and just feels like home!

I just moved in for about 3 weeks and it has been a great experience. Jeri Robinson helped me move easily even though I was out of state and moving to Houston for a potential job offer. She was very helpful in giving me the information I needed, the pictures, and videos of the apartments. She even saved the unit I wanted and all I had to do was place a deposit which could have been refunded if things didn't work out for me in Houston. Overall, Jeri has been really friendly and accommodating in the moving process, and the other staffs of the apartment complex is friendly as well.

This is a well kept property. You're in for a nice surprise. Cortland at West Champions gets the details right! High ceilings, backsplash in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and the refrigerator (fits into a nook)* that doesn't overwhelm or distract from the beauty of the kitchen. Study the layouts before you visit so you're well prepared and ask for Melissa Ingeniero!!! She will help to get you what you need, quickly responds to email, and demonstrates a thoughtful level of professionalism. She elevated my moving experience and help to make me feel at home. I strongly vote against the valet trash fees (Should be voluntary. Not considered a luxury to me) & people need more physical activity anyway etc. Otherwise the staff is great and the units are something to see...

This review is WAY OVER DUE! First let me start by saying, I relocated from San Diego and was only in town for 3 days and this was the last place I viewed before having to go back home and make my decision. I saw other places and they were nice, but they were all missing something. I saw the community/units here and not only fell in love, but HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR JERRI, I wouldn't have made the choice to call this place my new home! Ms. Jerri gave me not only an amazing tour, but immediately made me feel truly welcomed and a apart of the Cortland West Champions family! I Told her everything I wanted and she found me the unit of my dreams! The units are beautiful, the location is perfect! Everything you need is within 15 mins and downtown is only 30 mins away. The community is filled with families, singles and young professionals. My puppies love it here and I'm so happy that this is our new home! Thank you Ms. Jerri for everything! I freaking love it here!

I just moved to Cortland West Champions out of state and the first person I met, Jeri Robinson gave me a great tour with endless enthusiasm, between Jeri and the nice complex, I signed the paperwork in the lobby. As a I was transitioning, Melissa Ingeniero had the best email response rate I have ever seen and was able to answer my many logistical questions. Then on my day of check-in both Jeri and Lesly Juarez got me all checked in and settled. Overall, a very solid front office team that can help you address a variety of your needs and make you feel right at home.

What can I say amazing! The apartments are super nice and super clean, near the shopping area which is super convenient. Eleazar not only amazing but he is keeping great job on maintaining the apartments property. This is what a home should feel like!

Great location. Super clean. This place has a picture perfect pool and an excellent gym area. Everything is en pointe. Maintenance is quick and efficient like a well oiled machine. Eleazar the maintenance supervisor knows his stuff and has been extremely helpful. Could not be happier with their response time. Great place to call home.

I moved in at the end of June of this year, and absolutely enjoy living here! The amenities are great! The staff is great too, but I Frida is super friendly, professional and always up for a nice conversation. Frida goes above and beyond and made me super happy!!!!! As far as the grounds, they are always kept clean, and well maintained!! So far any maintenance issues we have had, have been addressed in a timely manner and the maintenance guy has been friendly as well as professional. I'm glad to call Cortland West Champions home! Thank you for the great experience!

My wife saw this place on internet and fell for it and after visiting many others I decided to rent here. Mrs. Jeri Robinson took care of everything immediately since day one so I would move in by November 2020 and our experience with her customer service was above expectations. Been here a little over a year and I’ve enjoyed living here. The apartments are very modern and all the appliance are practically new! Melissa in the office is very sweet and always answers any questions we have. The maintenance staff are very efficient and quick to address any problems (within 24 hours in most cases). The amenities are newly updated (gym), and the pool and parcel lockers are nice. I also really like that the staff communicate through the portal, text and email any community updates/issues. Overall it’s been a good experience for us

We’ve been living here for a little over a year, we loved it so much we re-did our lease for another 13 months. Have no complaints. Great maintenance service! Great office staff! My mother suffers from mild alzheimer's and at the age of 81 she is incapable of doing many things. The last 3 months I had been looking for an apartment for her but no luck. I am staying at Cortland West Champions with my company, so it's a corporate lease. I am here with many of my colleagues but the staff calls me by my name every time they see me. It's personal touches like that - that let's me know that Cortland is something special. They treat you with respect and like you are a person...like you matter. I must say that if I were not a homeowner, and needed an apartment, I would certainly live in a Cortland community. This management staff is the best.

I’ve been a resident for 71/2 years and love this property and the location, which is so convenient (10-15 minutes) to literally hundreds of businesses which range from fast food to top-tier restaurants, food stores of all kinds, parks, and movie theaters!!!!! The pool and grounds are well maintained and my fellow residents are friendly and helpful! Cortland Rocks! 🤠👍🏻

I am beyond excited to move here! Moving in August. My experience was great Frida was who helped me. She gave my boyfriend and I a great tour of the property! I wasn’t very sure of the layout I wanted and she went beyond my expectations to show me 3 layouts and I loved them all. The 3rd layout was my fave and the one I’ll be moving in to. Living at cortland has been amazing and I can say it’s mostly because of Ms. Kimberly, she has literally been phenomenal & always eager to help when something arises around the community! Another favorite of mines is Elizabeth. Always professional, nice and they both go over and beyond, along with other staff members. If I didn’t relocate out of Texas I never would have moved from here. Maintenance is great, Margarito is friendly and came the same day as my request. The leasing staff is so professional, Melissa guided me through my stay from move-in to move-out. I recommend this community if you are moving to Houston.

I took a tour of this property with Ms. Jeri in the front office and it was truly enjoyable. She gave me information about all the available options and was extremely informative. The property itself is very beautiful and has various floorplan options. The unit I saw had all new appliances and granite countertops. This is definitely in my top 3 choices.

Although I rarely provided a review I must say after going to multiple apartment complex Cortland made my apartment search easy going. The apartment are very quiet and clean along with great amenity. Very friendly leasing office, Melissa provided superb customer service quick to answer any questions I had about the place I inquired on an apartment and she was excellent, I'm going to consider moving here when my lease is up.

I recently moved into Cortland and I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who make it easy for me to call it home. Moving somewhere new is never easy but Elizabeth has made it such a seamless transition for me. She is truly great! The complex is in the perfect location. It's nice and tucked away but also very close to the highway and just minutes from a lot of establishments. The maintenance is outstanding and the rest of the staff at the front office is also very friendly and accommodating. My apartment has also been renovated as of late and it's absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a new apartment, I recommend this complex and ask for Elizabeth!

Ms. Jeri is a TRUE sweetheart!!! I’ve visited manyyyyy apartments including the sister properties as well. The apartments are beautiful! The upkeep is VERY clean! I really felt truly at home. I can’t wait to move here. Everyone is truly informative and sweet (usually I can tell when it’s a front but this wasn’t it trust me) doing my application after this review 🤎🤞🏽 Update as of 06/07/2021: Applicant profile was deleted. No communication. If you call they will not pick up and it will go straight to maintenance hotline. I’m waiting to get my $565 deposit back it’s literally been 2 months and some change... communication slacked off before I completed my application.. should’ve took that as a red sign. But once again apartments are nice but I will have to book a flight to do an in person instead of calling for my money.

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Management is professional and incredible. I had early issues in my apartment with utility set up, and they were quick and effective when fixing my issues. Living here was by far the best decision I have made when apartment hunting in the area

I've lived at Cortland West Champion for 2.5 years. I recommend this complex because it's centrally located next to Willowbrook Mall, 249 and Beltway 8 and you're away from the congestion of 1960. The grounds are landscaped nicely and the new management (Cortland) has done a lot to improve security and take resident's concerns seriously. I also appreciate the walking trail and outdoor workout area - great addition for anyone into calisthenics. I'm sad to be leaving this summer, but the good news is that I'm relocating to another Cortland property in Austin. Management went the extra mile and even extended my lease another 3 weeks which allowed me to lock in a lower rate at the Austin property. Overall, for the location and amenities the cost of living here is extremely reasonable.

The community looks great, and the apartments are clean and well kept. Nice appliances really make this apartment complex a whole lot better than any other I've viewed. Jeri was incredible! She took such good care of us, and made the tour experience really memorable and special. We felt fully knowledgeable and cared for in every question we asked. She answered questions honestly and fully. We walked into the application process confident, and looking forward to the next time we get to share a coffee with her in the office!

First, I’d like to start off with how BEAUTIFUL this apartment complex in. At first it was kind of hard finding the leasing office but once I called the leasing office they immediately assisted me. Ms.Jerri was AMAZING!!! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with her mask on and was so friendly. With this being my first apartment it can be nerve wrecking not knowing what questions to ask but Ms.Jerri really did her job!! She took me on two very detailed tours and answered everything before I could even ask. I can’t wait to move in and stay here. 10/10 recommend !!!

My boyfriend & I, moved into this beautiful property 2 days ago. We fell in love with this property the moment we toured it back in January & placed our unit on hold until this past Saturday. when we got our keys with excitement in the both of us my boyfriend & I, drove over to our unit opened the door to our new home & instantly fell in love with it. Lesly who was our leasing consultant walked us through the whole leasing process. She was also very understanding of what exactly we wanted in our unit & accommodated to it very well. The staff here is incredible! Unlike many other businesses, the people here actually help and follow up with you. In particular, Lani has been so amazing during my time here at The Lighthouse. The community is pretty friendly, and the view of the ducks and lakes do not grow old.
