Love it here – been in my apartment for two months and have had no issues. Everyone is responsive to requests and super friendly. Djemina has been my leasing associate since I walked into the office and she has been amazing. The complex is great but her energy and demeanor really hooked me right when I walked in the first time! Highly recommend.

The property is super quiet. The location is very accessible. The welcome gift was quite a nice surprise and a poinsettia delivered for the holidays was very lovely. The staff in office are very responsive and friendly. Eddie was great and Gloria is very helpful.

I consider Cortland my home, and it is my hope this will not change. I don't have any complaints AT ALL!; the staff (maintenance & office) are highly professional and competent, and they go out of their way to make sure any concerns I have are satisfactorily addressed. I just hope there are no staff changes planned. It's perfect as is! (Just need screens on the balcony, PLEASE! :-))

Cortland is a an excellent apartment community .. We owe a big thanks to Ed Trotta he was really courteous,kind, a true professional professional and did whatever it took to get us into out new apartment . If your looking for a place to call home and need some Info Ed is your man.

I extremely lucky to be staying at Cortland West Boynton. It has been a tremendous experience for me. The plus about this community is the professionalism of the staff and maintenance crew that anytime I'm in need of something it was provided and taken care of right away.

The immediate response of the maintenance team and level of expertise with repair is phenomenal. Although, I have not required them much, the two or three times, they came in, treated me with respect and were sure to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I just moved in here two months ago and do enjoy this home very very much! I learned teamwork makes the dream work! Thank you, Ed, Gloria, and Maintenance and all others of the team!

I went to visit a friend this weekend and the property was just beautiful. She took me to the club house and we sat pool side with a great view and outstanding friendly environment. Great for families to relax and call it home. My friend introduced me to miss Zoey in the club house and she was welcoming with high spirits; very inviting to all the different activities the property offered.

It is a nice neighborhood and the team that runs the place is great. It is safe with kids pets and a wide mix of ages and everyone seems to be happy I would recommend it to any and all thanks!
