Great experience touring with Alycia and speaking with Soliel and Alex. The staff is very patient, courteous , professional and understanding. The price and the value of these luxury apartments is definitely worth it. The apartments are very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It also offers nice amenities such as gyms with classes, and clubhouse pool. Trails are convenient to walk your dog, and its nestled away from the noise. It would be a really nice to place to live. Thank you guys for all your help while I navigate moving.

I don’t live here, nor even in the state, but I submitted a complaint for a different property regarding my deceased aunt and the way her property is being handled. Somehow it ended up coming here. Management has been very kind, empathetic, and is going out of their way to try and help me when again, I don’t even live in Florida. The lengths they are willing to go to for me given that fact made me want to leave a review because I imagine that plays a positive factor for residents here and I really appreciate the time and effort being put into helping me.

I love living here. It’s quiet, our neighbors are friendly, and the area stays clean. Pest control is great here! 1 bedroom apartment is still spacious and comfortable. We have had maybe 1 or 2 small problems total in the three years we’ve lived here. Love it here!

My first Winter season in Florida and Cortland has been nothing short of incredible. A highly maintained complex and clean apartments too. Had maintenance issue reported and were attended to by Alex in a very short space of time, He was very informative and very knowledgeable and found quite great having him by. This is a community I don’t wanna let go.

The amenities at the pool and gym are neat and modern. They offer two BBQs perfect for a family day next to the pool. The community and staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are modern neat and spacious. Alex is on top of all maintenance requests which happens swiftly. 10/10 recommend

I lived here for 2 years the neighborhood was nice never any drama , no missing packages nothing ! Maintenance always came within 24 hours . Never had any pest issues . Yes the rent was raised pretty significantly since I first moved in from 1850 to 2020 in two years time but it was a good move out experience they didn’t charge me for anything and I left the place how I moved in . I would rent there again if the prices ever went down again

My wife and I have lived in Cortland communities for two and a half years, and we’ve had zero complaints. The property is always very clean, the residents are friendly, and the maintenance team is consistently fast and helpful. Overall, it’s a 10/10 experience. My wife and I went on a tour a few months back with a move in date of November. Although we will not be renting from this location, I wanted to leave a review anyway because of how kind and thorough the staff has been. They were the only place out of at half dozen places we toured that didn't ghost us because we didn't want to move in right away. If they had a larger main bedroom and was closer to my wife's job, we would've signed in a heartbeat. Thank you, Alycia, for reaching out and trying to help us.

I was impressed with the maintenance team. The community works on preventive maintenance which makes everything run smoothly. I have never had this experience in my previous residence. I'm really glad they take this approach instead of waiting for maintenance tickets to come in. So far, this has been the most impressive of living here beside of the cleanest community I've seen.

Living here was a great experience!! Maintenance team is very fast. Community is well kept. Front office is responsive. No scammy move out charges. My only complaint is when you live on the bottom floor and the landscaping crew blows dirt onto your porch everyday. Otherwise, everything else was great.

We recently moved into Cortland and our experience has been great so far. Soleil, Alex, and everyone in the office have been really helpful and the maintenance requests get handled in a super fast manner. It's super easy to submit them through the app too. The complex is pretty quiet and being around so many stores is a huge plus. So far, we are really happy with moving here :-)

I moved from the east coast recently . I toured many places but the Cortland properties is where I felt the most comfortable. Soliel was there every step of the way and she was so honest. She made the transition so easy and always answered every question. I’ve been here for about a month and I really enjoy it. The maintenance staff is especially so nice and always checking to make sure all is well. Soliel is super friendly and deserves all the kudos as she goes above and beyond.

I would chalk this entire experience of living here for the past year as average. It’s not a place that I was desperate to get out of my lease at any point in time, and had I needed to stay another year it would have been completely tolerable to do so. Here are some pros and cons based on my experience: Pros: - maintenance truly is incredible, they are on top of their service orders and always working on things around the community. They’re also incredibly friendly. - the community is well kept, despite the number of ducks they are consistently keeping up with cleaning the poop - in my building , the neighbors have been incredibly thoughtful of noise and despite having a toddler next door the walls are thick enough that I really can’t hear him. - the apartments are updated and overall pretty nice (although for some things they clearly took the cheapest route) - paying rent and service requests online is super easy - the management team is responsive Cons: - the parking is horrible here, if you are in a middle

We had a wonderful experience moving in last Friday. Soleil , Eileen and Keon couldn’t have been more helpful throughout this process, and on Moving day Alex - head of maintainance was ready to help with our hitch and reserved two spots in front of our unit to make moving in so much easier. The apartment was impeccable- clean and freshly painted. So far our experience here has been god sent , with all the pressures of moving they have made every thing a breeze.

I'm a tenant here for 7 years & have nothing but praise for the Cortland Boynton West staff. The property is kept in pristeen condition by Cortland's excellent maintenance staff, supervised by Alex. So far so good. The Valet trash is awesome. I love living here, it’s pretty and quiet. The property manager (Keon) is so very helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to people. Soleil is helpful and was the first person I dealt with. It is close to shopping, movie theater and other amenities that I need. I was also helped with move in and trash removal from my move in. Keon goes out of his way to help!

My AC was acting up last night and first thing this morning I had calls from them to come address the issue. Usually you can’t even get a hold of maintenance so the customer service was a breath of fresh air! Alex and Dieter were very friendly and professional and fixed my AC no problem. Alex was even already prepared when I mentioned my lightbulb was out in my closet. He had one ready outside of the door for me! Deff 10 stars.

My wife and I had some initial challenges with the apartment after moving in but Aileen, Soleil, Keon and the rest of the team have gone absolutely above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Every interaction has been met with kindness and help, far beyond what we expected. The maintenance team are also incredible - fast, responsive and incredibly friendly and kind. Comfortable, spacious, clean place to live. The maintenance staff is amazing and are always here to help. Great communication as well. Maintenance staff and office staff are friendly and sweet. The amenities are always clean. Pool is heated and amazing all year round. The gym has all the equipment one would need. Dog friendly too which is great because most neighbors are friendly dog lovers as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Great to walk around for the family and with your fur babies!

Very happy to have chosen Cortland West Boynton as my new home! The grounds are well maintained. I rarely see litter and the public garbage cans are emptied out regularly. They even power wash the building stairwell about once a month to keep debris from building up. The retention pond is filled when the water level gets too low, which keeps it from smelling and helps keep the air cooler. I feel safe walking around the grounds. My neighbors are friendly and generally polite. There are groups of kids that will run around in the afternoon and evening, and while they can sometimes get a loud, I haven't noticed them being destructive or causing major disruptions. They're just being normal kids. Speaking of noise, the walls of the buildings are thick enough you don't have to hear your neighbors 24/7. My last place was like being in a soap opera with how much I could hear of my neighbors' lives. I do not miss that! The staff are great. The people in the office are helpful and actually listen when I have a concern/p

I can say that the location is really good, the property is well maintained etc etc, but I have to say that going to the office was the highlight for me. I met Miss Soleil in the office and she was an absolute delight. Completely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. She even spoke Spanish and some other language to someone else! I wish she could train some of these customer service people in companies across America that somehow continue to ignore customers and blame COVID!! Cortland West Boynton - check it out, great place and there’s nothing closer to the turnpike!

We used to live in a Cortland in Atlanta and honestly had a horrible experience. We ran into noise issues, pot smell, and the manager did not solve the issue. Even after multiple complaints. We had given up all hope on Cortland until I got a new job in West Palm Beach and moving to a new Cortland was affordable so we did that. We hoped and prayed it would not be as bad as it was in Atlanta the entire 8 hour drive. When we arrived in Boynton, we were skeptical to say the least. But the team here has redeemed our view of Cortland, everything has been completely taken care of, the neighborhood is quiet, maintenance requests are solved day of in most cases. They go above and beyond with customer service and I could not be more thankful for such a great team!

We really enjoy living in this community. It’s been great since we moved in May of 2021. The attentiveness from Alex in maintenance to the warmth of Soleil in the leasing office, we really feel valued as residence. They go above and beyond and I’ve leased quite a bit in my time. Between all the appreciation parties, contest, wellness emails, friendly hellos and quick response/resolutions I would recommend Cortland West Boynton to anyone looking to lease in the area.

This is my third year renewing with the West Boynton property, my experience has been very good, the people in the office are very friendly and willing to help, the maintenance staff is always attentive to any call doing their job in a respectful manner and professional, super grateful especially to Alex, always ready to help. If I could think of one thing to improve in the complex it would be the pool area. They did a great job with the new furniture, but a sink would definitely help keep the BBQ area cleaner and more enjoyable for everyone.

We’ve had issues with some of the things with apartment such as the A/C the maintenance guys are great ! They come within the hour usually and Alex is alwyas ontop of it and any of the other maintenance guys have been great perfect service -phil

I'm very happy there i been renting out there for a year now and I'm very satisfied with the people that works at the office , every time we need something they're there to help us out no delay on getting back to us very promptly. Now talking about maintenance the techs are great guys always there helping everyone taking care of the condominium very friendly people and professionals specially Alex he's number one i known him for a year now and he went beyond his duties to help me and my family great guy unbelievable. Their Management and Maintenance staff does a great job keep this property updated and in good condition...I love the parties and the food trucks they sponsor to try and bring neighbors together to feel more like a community!! Alex from maintenance is the absolute BEST! He is friendly/polite and extremely helpful. My AC wasn’t running correctly and he came to fix it right away. He then came back the next day to check on things. The maintenance service in the complex is one of the best that I’ve ever come across. Thank you Alex for your hard work and dedication!

MY 1 YR UPDATE!!! I couldn’t resist the urge to leave another review for Cortland West Boynton after being here for just over a year. As if this community couldn’t be any more beautiful today than it was a year ago (the kitchens are to die for), Cortland continues to make good on their word starting with the amazing transformations they’ve recently completed. This is not just a one time thing, they continue, on a constant, to beautify the property and everyone stays highly informed about each upcoming project. I agree with Christopher Yong’s review. He said, “However, what distinguishes this community is the staff.” He is 1000% correct. The staff here treat you like FAMILY! Aileen, Keon, Maria, Hansel, and the entire team are exceptional! THIS IS THE BEST RENTAL COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! Stop by today! Lynn (Yr Ago) Maria and the Community Manager, Hasaun, made me feel welcomed from my very first visit. Cortland West is by far one of the best places to live in Boynton Beach. Quiet community which offers all amenities for it to be considered upscale living at a modest price. Community holds regular events for the residents and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Love living here.

I've lived here at Cortland for several years its a friendly place and a convenient location . The trees and landscaping give it a very homey feel. The staff is great and the lake is beautiful....lots of birds and wildlife very peaceful.

Wonderful experience with our service tech Alex!!! Our A/C shut down in the middle of the night and temperature went up to 80°! 😟.. Alex was at my door by 7 am and had the system cooling within 10 minutes! He totally saved the day for me because I couldn't leave for work with my furbabies in a hot house. Thank you Cortland West Boynton for an amazing Team!!

Most apartment complexes in the area offers the same amenities and quality of apartment to a general degree. However, what distinguishes this community is the staff. The same friendly management team that sells you on the property is the same friendly staff throughout your stay here. EVERY experience and interaction I have had with management has been positive. No apartment complex is free of all issues and that should never be your expectation; but when minor issues do arise management works diligently to resolve them. The front office team is only one piece of what makes this place great. Another bright spot is the exemplary maintenance team. At the time of writing this (4:50pm) I put in a maintenance request approximately one hour ago. Alex, the maintenance man is in my apartment resolving my issue this very moment. That is only one example of the kind of quality service we get here. Alex has handled many of our maintenance requests over the past year and he has always been fast, respectful of our house ru

I moved into Cortland West Boynton July of 2021. I cant stress enough how awesome the Leasing office staff is at this location. Keon and the staff have been very professional, kind, and caring through the whole process of moving in all the way until now. The customer service doesn't stop when you move in, they sent me a personalized Birthday card and Christmas card which brought a smile to my face. Every time I have needed them and called them they have answered and got back to me right away. I have lived in numerous developments and I can say by FAR that the customer service they exemplify is second to none. Absolutely outstanding. I can't thank Keon and his staff enough ! I will not be moving anytime soon unless I purchase a house I love how I am treated here !

I have lived at Cortland West Boynton for the past 5 years now and the staff now, Aileen, Keon, Maria is the best I've seen since I first moved here! I have dealt with Keon the most and he is always a pleasure to talk to. No matter what you need, Keon will help you with it. In the past almost two years of this pandemic, Cortland was very much of help to everyone in the community. I highly recommend this community not only because the residents are friendly, but the staff is top notch!

All the staff is very friendly, willing to help immediately and professional. I just moved from another state and missing my family and friends. I was very impressed in how warmly I was greeted. I have now been here for two months and I feel I am treated like family. The maintenance men even helped me when they saw me unloading my groceries. So lucky I chose Cortland West Boynton! Recommend it very highly!!!

I have lived in Cortland for the past 5 years and it is a very nice and comfortable place to live. The staff, especially the current one, is always very helpful to me and I especially want to give a shout out to Keon. If I ever need anything, he is always there to help me. The reason I know Keon is the best, is because when I call, he always answers the phone very friendly and professional, not even knowing it's me, lol! I would recommend Cortland West Boynton to anyone who is looking for a safe, quiet, kid and pet friendly place to live!

I have been living in the community almost 2 years and by far I have had a great experience. The maintenance crew are outstanding whenever I place a work order they are quick to respond. Alex is very nice and very knowledgeable and is extremely kind he is amazing. He is extremely professional. The other maintenance person is Hansel he is also very professional and very knowledgeable. This community has the best maintenance crew and I am soo appreciated for ALEX and Hansel. The fast response when a work order is placed is immediately taken care off. I recommend anyone to move into this community.

My husband and I have been living at Cortland West Boynton for about a year now and have been loving it! The office and maintenance staff are friendly and welcoming and they respond quickly to concerns or issues that arise. The apartments are spacious, even our 1/1 feels comfortable for two adults and two small dogs. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are friendly and quiet. The pool and gym are fantastic amenities but my favorite are the pathways around the property where you can take your dogs for a walk or kids can play. This is a great place to live and would recommend it to anyone!

Have thoroughly enjoyed the past six months of living here. I’ve lived in 5 different apartment complexes over the past 4 years and I always make sure to research my choice extensively. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in thus far. The staff is attentive, supportive and kind and the apartments are spacious and very well priced. The gym has everything you need and was just updated, there’s an awesome lake in the center and a nice fitness trail.

I truly enjoy living at Cortland West Boynton. It's our 3rd year and we continue to like it even more each year. Its always getting improvements. They love keeping up with all the amenities/necessities and the community is always look fresh. All the new updates from the units, the pool furniture, new paint jobs, , always trimming the trees, new resurface parking lots, pressure washing and more....it's just part of keeping the apartments looking new. The staff is like no other, always friendly and willing to help out with any thing. Wish I could remember all their names and give them kudos. However, Kimberly Mejia has always been the one to help us out with all our lease transactions/renewals and never skipped a beat with everything we needed. She's been amazing since we started working with her. Thank you and the whole crew for making our living experience more welcome every time. Keep up the great work.

Not only is this complex warm and inviting, everything is brand new. It’s beautiful, clean and the staff has been completely wonderful, professional, and even sweeter on a personal level. They’ve been helpful during my transition of moving from NJ to FL, they assisted with a delivery to be put into my unit before I even got my keys in hand, and they’ve just been amazing. I officially come down January 14th and I can’t wait to continue to grow with the community here at cortland. Thank you for everything so far !! I started with Maria and grew a great relationship with her, she was bright and welcoming and then Kim, was just as friendly, inviting, and the communication has been key! Thank you ladies !!!! ♥️

I rarely post a comment on social media unless I have an extraordinary experience from a company or with a product. This is the case with both Cortland as a company and in particular Cortland West Boynton. The apartments have been renovated to 2020 styling and the service that the management team provides is definitely a TEN! Maintenance, when needed, is immediate and always great. I recommend these apartments to anyone who chooses to live where management has created a comfortable environment and excellence is expected. Every day, apartment dwellers can be assured of a great stay.

Other than having a beautiful renovated apartment, my best feature of Cortland West Boynton is the wonderful office staff. They are always ready to assist no matter the task given. Maria and the Community Manager, Hasaun, made me feel welcomed from my very first visit. She was professional, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable about the property. Hasaun makes it his duty to be present. He’s kind, talented, and the perfect Manager for Cortland’s properties. Of course, there are many options and other places to rent but you just don't get this kind of respect and service anymore. Cortland West Boynton is clean, it’s very nice, quiet, has awesome kitchens, and it’s location is convenient. I don't regret the decision made to live here. Thank you.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Cortland Boynton!! From the initial touring of the property when I met Maria & Kimmy & they were so friendly and welcoming I knew pretty early on that this was the place for me! They made the whole leasing process so stress-free which was so different than any experience I've had with past rental properties. They are always ready and able to fix any problem I might be having. It makes such a big difference to know your complex has a competent staff that is always offering you solutions. I know my stay here will be happy and comfortable which is why I am always telling friends and family about the beautiful grounds & luxurious amenities! Thanks Maria & Kimmy!!

What a friendly place to live! I moved here almost one year ago and I enjoy living here. The support I receive from the office/management is awesome. We always have events at the cub house to keep the complex together, and everyone is so happy here. I rarely need something for my unit, as it is fabulously remodeled, but when I do, they are so fast to complete the service and great with the customer care after it is done. Another great reason to be here is the location. It is closet to Turnpike and to great, new and clean plazas where we can find everything, in a family and safe environment! :-)
