I have been living at Cortland Alexandria for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say the changes since the transition from Elme Alexandria have been incredible. The community continues to improve day after day, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about both the property and its residents. The leasing team: Ibra, Helen, and Ali are always professional, friendly, and willing to help. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued. Daniel, the Community Manager, has done an outstanding job leading the property and implementing positive changes that have made a noticeable difference throughout the community. I also want to recognize Bradley from the maintenance team. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently provides excellent service. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance concerns are handled by someone who genuinely cares about the residents and the quality of his work. Enrique is the Best Technician I’ve ever had on this property,! He is VERY nice, kind, and always on call to handle your needs.! He always has a positive attitude and works very hard! He deserves a promotion & or raise! We need more Enriques around this housing campus.! Futhermore Ibrahim is outstanding at the customer service position, positive attitude and always willing to help and solve whatever’s needed.

As soon as I drove up the drive way to the leasing office, I was astonished at how beautiful and at home this place felt. As soon as me and my partner walked in, we were greeted by Ali whom assisted us and answered all of our 100 questions as first time renters. He showed us multiple units because me and my partner are picky and did so with patience and understanding. Even helped us AGAIN after coming back that same day and helped us finally close on our chosen temporary home. If you want to lease here talk to Ali, he’ll totally help!
