I live in these apartments, specifically in Alexandria. This time, I want to highlight the work of the office staff. Whenever I need anything and walk through that door, the ladies always greet me with a smile and are ready to help with any questions. I especially want to recognize Ibrahim. When it comes to service and support, he is on a top level. The phrase “comfortable living” truly includes the help of these people, their quality service, and their smiles, all of which make living in these apartments much more pleasant and enjoyable.

The maintenance tech Mekonnen Ayana has been incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. Everytime he shows up to address an issue he respects my space and fixes the problem.

Ibrahim, the leasing agent went above and beyond to get me into my apt. I had a few credit issues to clean up, but he was patient and professional throught the whole process. The location and amenities are spot on. Come be my neighbor!

Emergency Maintenance with ease. I've had an issue with my garbage disposal not working and imminent water leakage since I moved in. I had a leakage from my dishwasher onto my floor and contacted maintenance to assess, late on Sunday, no less. Mekonnen was as knowledgeable as he was efficient. Diagnosing the issue that haunted me since move-in, fixing the disposal, all with a smile. I truly couldn't have gotten a better person to help me. He took time to explain it to me as well so I knew exactly what was going on as well. If not for him, I'd be worried this morning on what I would find and how that could affect others. Truly grateful so I wanted to take time to leave a comment for him. Thank you, Mekonnen A.
