I moved here in December 2021 and have had an amazing experience so far. I've had a few minor maintenance issues, but they've all gotten resolved very quickly. The apartment recently changed ownership, and the transition has gone really well! I think the new maintenance crew has been really great. I've been using the on-site gym a lot recently and while it's small it has enough equipment to provide a varied workout. The front office staff is very friendly and have been able to make sure things are running smoothly or answer any questions I have about my unit. One thing to be aware of as a tenant (especially one close to the front) is that there is a club which can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but it's not a huge problem. This apartments very well situated, and there's close proximity to a ton of different types of stores. This apartment can be a bit pricy, but I've definitely enjoyed living here so far, and I don't see myself moving for a while.

I’ve been living here for a 15 months now and since Cortland took over I feel more of a family than a tenant. Contact Destin she has been a big help and she will make you feel very welcome 🖤

I have lived here for over a year now and experienced challenges signing a new lease. Manager Morgan walker from the new cortland uptown buckhead was amazing. She answered all questioned I had and made sure that everything was taken care of

Overall Uptown Buckhead is a good place to stay. Now that there are fresh faces I believe they deserve a chance to make concerns right. The location is nice. The buildings are older but overall it’s okay.
