The community and apartment units seem to be very well kept, and I was happy with what I saw. Great prices for the location, and the apartment that I toured for was very nice. I did not get to view any available apartments, but it wasn't a staged one either, so I was pretty happy with what I saw. My only negative was the touring experience itself. Even though the survey was anonymous, the same agent that I had left a review for actually called me about my review. I explained everything as I mentioned on the survey - that the unit, complex, and even her knowledgeability all got top marks, but that she seemed to not care that I was even looking to lease. It felt like since I asked too many questions about pricing and deposit (as everyone should), that she immediately decided I wasn't interested or qualified and so did not take me seriously. I don't like that the same agent called me, and I think it should be made clear that the surveys are actually not anonymous, but I am leaving a 4-star rating because I do ap

This is my first Atlanta apartment (moved from a different state) & I am sooo happy this is the one I ended up moving to! My unit is even better than the model (in my opinion). All the staff I’ve interacted with has been kind & helpful. Communication is great! Maintenance is super quick! One morning I put in 3 different requests and they were all taken care of by late afternoon. I’ve heard nightmares about Atlanta apartments & I’m so happy that has not been my experience. I will be honest & say there were a couple hiccups when I first moved in but they made up for it. The only thing I will give a heads up on is there's a bar called “The Ivy” right by the complex & they have events a couple times a week so you will hear music from there.

I have been living at Cortland Uptown for a month, and I am incredibly satisfied with my experience so far. The facilities are well-maintained, and the amenities provided are top-notch. The community is friendly, and the location is perfect for my needs. A special shoutout to Shanikua, the leasing agent who went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment I wanted. I love this place!i lived here for 2 years! Even switched appartments! Its Peaceful, quiet, affordable, and the staff is amazing! Devalyn at the front office is so great! She worked with me when i was trying to relocate! Very understanding, always positive! I never had a problem coming to here with anything! My 2 favorite maintenance guys, Gary and Andre are alos amazing! They moment i need anythinf! I just ask and they get it done! I dont have to hunt them down or ask 5 days in a row! I put in the complaint and they are ON IT! Great place to live!

Location is everything! You’re surrounded by stores and restaurants. The price is not extremely high. Management throws events often for residents and maintenance repairs as soon as they can. For Atlanta living, I would recommend. There’s always little things that can be improved but management tries their hardest to maintain and upkeep residents complaints. I’ve had my problems with my unit and how certain things were handled in the past but I can honestly say management is very accommodating

Update 4/5/24: I just moved out after living at Uptown Buckhead for a little over 2 years. I really loved living there and I think that the management and maintenance staff have really been incredible. Management was always friendly and able to help answer any questions I had. Maintenance was always extremely prompt and was able to help me with bigger issues as well. While I was away on vacation they were able to redo part of my floor that had been damaged. They've stopped using the flooring I had when updating new apartments, but they went to the trouble of contacting the old supplier to make sure that they were giving me floorboards that matched. When my dryer broke they were able to get me a brand new one they'd just ordered for a vacant unit. The area is a great one to live in, and rent prices have gone down. When I originally moved in, my rent for a 750 sqft 1-bed was about $1800 (this was under the old management). At the time I moved out, my unit was on the market for $1330. They did offer to lower the

While living at the property only a short time, I quickly realized it was the right choice for me. The location is centrally located to just about anywhere in the city and surrounding areas. Food options, shopping, entertainment, major roadways and etc are all close by. The property is always clean and the property staff members are always professional and are available to assist me when I’ve needed them (both administrative and maintenance). The maintenance team responds promptly to any service requests and even takes the extra step to communicate with you to understand the issue, provides a time line of completion (typically only a few minutes) and etc. Being new to the area I was a bit apprehensive because it isn’t the newest, lavish high rise overlooking downtown, but this has been a great experience overall thus far and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a new apartment.

The owner of this property has finally hit the jackpot with Cortland. The last management company ran this place into the ground, they were the worst of the worst. Now we have the best of the best with Cortland. Cortland has done an exceptional job in updating the property, that's needed it for years. Everyone who works here does a great job! This is such a conveniently located place to live. I love living here for that specific reason. I can walk outside, feel safe, and pretty much always have something to do. The rental rate is a little pricey for the basic interior of the units but again you’re in an amazing location that you really can’t beat. I have a little complaints about living here and if you want to live in a nice part of Atlanta, this is definitely the place for you!

They also have one of the best maintenance teams in the city, you won’t need them to often, and if you do they work quick. All the staff has been super friendly and I’ll probably end up resigning!

I was working with Yasmine during the application process and she was sooo helpful and easy to work with!! She was nothing but kind and patient and made the experience very very pleasant. I moved from out of state so when I was starting my apartment search, lots of OTHER properties had horrible reviews about staff and the people running it, so I was very nervous that I’d move into a place that had bad management and I’d be miserable. Cortland was actually one of the only properties that had positive management reviews so I am here to say that from personal experience- the management here is great!! I’ve only had a few minor maintenance issues with my unit and the maintenance crew here is on top of it. Cortland uptown buckhead is a secret gem and I’m so happy I moved to this property! It has everything I need in the unit, spacious, nice layout and located by everything you need (grocery, mall, restaurants, nail salons, etc). I moved back in September, I had to sign the lease from another state and was not able to tour the space till move in day. Destin and the office staff were beyond attentive during this process always answering the phone and returning calls, and answering questions on the spot. Upon move in day I was very pleased the complex itself is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located with ample stores, restaurants in walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The building while a little old still has great features and a nice size pool and clean gym. The service and maintenance staff are extremely helpful coming day of to fix any work order I have placed. All in all extremely pleased with this property and staff showing the utmost customer service level I have ever seen from any leasing company! Highly recommend signing here

I am truly appreciative to each and everyone on this team. I can honestly say I have in encountered everyone and my experiences has been a great (even when a situation started out as an issue/concern). The team here puts the residence first and truly listen to the concern. If its a question one of the team members may not know the answer too; within 24-48 hours there is a phone call or email with that answer. Due to the staff being soooo outstanding it makes living on property enjoyable. The residence events is a plus as well. The property for the most part is quiet. If there is noise its due to weekend fun in the area. The residence I have come across are friendly. I have lived here for 15 months and It has been a great place to live. It is quiet and I feel very safe here. I love the remodeled unit with the granite counters, subway tiled backsplash and nice appliances. You’re close to so many things to do, great food and easy access to 400 or Peachtree. The pool is saltwater, the gym is rarely busy and the equipment is updated. My dog loves the on premise dog park and I Love the self car wash area on property. The maintenance crew quickly takes care of any issues and are very professional. The front office crew are amazing and extremely friendly. They are accommodating and very professional. Destin has been above and beyond phenomenal for me. If I ever moved back to Atlanta I would move back here. I would 100 percent recommend this property.

Living here has been great- when Cortland took over it was a little iffy as it always is when apartments get new management, but with a little bit of patience and grace for the transition, I have been able to see all that the new team has done to make this complex even better than it was! Olivia and Destin in the office make my day every time I see them which is pretty often considering how many packages I get! I love them!! the only thing I would change is for some reason the 1BR apartments don’t have adequate pantry storage or space in the bathroom.

When looking for apartments of course I was looking for certain amenities and reasonable prices. Not only was that at the top of my list but it was customer service and how my entire process would go. I didn’t have the best experience when moving to ATL but Cortland Uptown Buckhead definitely help turn that around. I did my walk through and all the little things that concerned me were corrected that same day so when I moved in a few days later all was well and to my liking. Our maintenance team here is amazing they have been expeditious and efficient with all my request. Our leasing office team is always so welcoming, helpful, professional, and friendly. I’m glad I chose Cortland Uptown Buckhead. I set the bar pretty high at all things and they matched it.

Having spent around 1.5 yrs in this apartment and now relocating due to work is such a mixed feeling. As much as I am excited about my new journey, it's a sour feeling to leave this place #UptownBuckhead. I want to start off by saying that Destin and Yasmine are both SO lovely! I moved from out of state, and since I couldn't tour anywhere before moving to Atlanta, I was just hoping for the best. As soon as I got here, Yasmine helped me with all of the move-in info and got me settled in right away. And Destin has answered my many many questions, always with so much kindness. I have been with Domicilio since last year and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place specially for someone studying at Santa Clara or even otherwise. The community is close knit with all the facilities like good swimming pool, gym and a lovely view of the SCU stadium at the back. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance work is always very quick and efficient. It’s a short walk to safeway and many restaurants/costco/grocery stores are hardly 7-10 mins drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

I love my place it’s beautiful nature around me. And it is quite. The office team and matnince men are all wonderful people they have worked with me and made sure everything was and is in working order any time something doesn’t work. We moved to Charleston in 2019 and Proximity was our first and will remain our only apartment for as long as we are living in the area. We have been highly satisfied with the living space and all that Proximity has to offer. (Our cats love it here, too.)

I’ve been here for 2 year and I truly do love the community. Everyone is nice. No one bothers you and the staff is super friendly. I’m actually really sad I have to leave, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Uptown Buckhead.

I moved here in December 2021 and have had an amazing experience so far. I've had a few minor maintenance issues, but they've all gotten resolved very quickly. The apartment recently changed ownership, and the transition has gone really well! I think the new maintenance crew has been really great. I've been using the on-site gym a lot recently and while it's small it has enough equipment to provide a varied workout. The front office staff is very friendly and have been able to make sure things are running smoothly or answer any questions I have about my unit. One thing to be aware of as a tenant (especially one close to the front) is that there is a club which can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but it's not a huge problem. This apartments very well situated, and there's close proximity to a ton of different types of stores. This apartment can be a bit pricy, but I've definitely enjoyed living here so far, and I don't see myself moving for a while.

Overall Uptown Buckhead is a good place to stay. Now that there are fresh faces I believe they deserve a chance to make concerns right. The location is nice. The buildings are older but overall it’s okay.
