I just moved here in November! I owned my home in Fl for 23 years, I sold it and moved to Alpharetta Ga(which I loved) came back and here I am in an apartment complex that I absolutely love! Cortland Uptown is beautiful, very well kept and great neighborhood! The staff at the leasing office are absolutely amazing! Hanna and Portia are always available and willing to help at anytime! They listen and do what’s needed to be there for me! The maintenance guys are very friendly too, very knowledgeable and prompt! Everyone here have welcomed me in a very professional and friendly way at the same time! (Not an easy thing to do) Thank you and continue doing what you do!!!

I came take a tour at this apartment complex on a Saturday with Andrea and if I’m not mistaken by Tuesday I was approved and had a move in date with all my fees. The process was seamless, Andrea, was honest and an awesome tour guider. She showed us various apartments but mentioned I think this would be great fit for you. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process responded to emails in a very timely manner and ensure me the move in process with be easy and which it was, everything was in place got my keys within 5 minutes of signing all the necessary paperwork. This apartment is very nice love the space, the washer and dryer, patio, closet and how could I leave out the 10ft ceiling. Andrea thanks for your assistance in my move I’ve been enjoying my apartment so far. Will be exploring the amenities very soon. Thanks your awesome 🥰🥰🥰. 10/10 recommend.

Love it here, Portia and Andrea have demonstrated a commitment to residents having an excellent experience which we have! It’s fairly priced for the quality of home and all its amenities, well located, love being able to both drive to everywhere quickly via I-4 plus walk to meet basic necessities (Whole Foods, the mall, movie theater, Cranes Roost, etc). 10/10 would recommend

Today I had the pleasure of touring the property with Andrea, and she was absolutely amazing! She was informative, welcoming, and made the experience feel very comfortable. I really loved the one-bedroom layout it was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The only minor downside is that the amenities, while well-kept and attractive, are on the smaller side. That said, the pool area was full during my visit, but surprisingly it wasn't loud or disruptive, which says a lot about the atmosphere here. Overall, this community definitely makes it into my top 3 picks. Thanks again to Andrea for the great tour!

We had a wonderful experience with our recent move! We started the process in February and finally moved in May. From the very beginning, we were assisted by Andrea Penn, who was simply amazing. She gave us an incredible tour that made us fall in love with the place—and with the warmth of the staff as well. Andrea was always available, patiently answering our emails and messages with clarity. Even though our primary language is Spanish, she always made sure we fully understood everything, finding the right ways to communicate effectively. Yesterday, we received our keys and were warmly welcomed—my husband, our dog Lucky, my visiting parents, and I. This property is excellent. Everything is very clean. The maintenance team is excellent, from the supervisor to the housekeeper, who does a great job, always attentive to providing immediate solutions. The location is enviable. Everything is close at hand, where you can enjoy a festive atmosphere in uptown, very close to main roads, etc. A truly good place to live. Quiet and safe.

I had a couple of things I needed fixed and the maintenance department was on it, like immediately, and with a smile. What a pleasure to see people that really like their job and it shows. The Cortland has caught my attention since the first day I noticed it. The location of the apartment and its soundproofing. The attentive welcome of the hosts. The manager Portia is amazing. She really works with you on anything that you need whether the rent or a maintenance request. The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.

From the moment I’ve moved here till now I really enjoy living here :) They are always there to help you if needed. The apartments are very spacious and new, the neighbors are nice. I LOVE the gym that they’ve recently renovated. The pool area BBQ areas are very good to catch up with friends. Also they do Cortland community events at the sky lounge which is also beautiful with the lake view. The staff that works here are also amazing people, they always greet you and make sure you are good. The only thing I would complain would be the parking lot, sometimes it can be a hustle to drive to the floor you are in but since they have renovations in some apartments 1st and 2nd floor is usually has less cars so you don’t have to drive all the way up. Long story short, I’ve never felt more comfortable and at home anywhere else. Thank you so much Cortland team!!

I have lived here for a couple months now and I will say despite a few minor issues I love living here. The front office team has been nothing but helpful and kind. The apartment is updated and spacious. And I haven't had any major issues. My minor concerns have been the noise from construction. But the office has been very open and communicative about that. Guest parking is almost non existent which is aggravating at times. And pest control is really a joke. Stark is actually horrible and uneducated when it comes to pest control. Terminix and orkin are much better but I'm sure they're more expensive. Luckily i haven't had any major pest issues but if I ever do I'd opt for my own pest control. However I love my apartment. I love living here. The proximity to basically anything I need is great. I love all the events the neighborhood puts on. Overall great place to live in my opinion.

We moved in the week of them celebrating residents' appreciation week and every day we were showered by them, from breakfast on the go to free pizza slices. But what stood out the most was the fun pool party they put together for the residence's this past Saturday! They served us amazing food, drinks and played some fun games in the sun. It was extremely hot out there but every time I looked their way they were smiling and engaging with every resident. I am so happy we decided to move into Cortland Uptown Altamonte because within a week I truly feel appreciated by the team here. I am absolutely loving my new home!

We viewed everything virtually from a different state and trusted Cortland to provide our new home. I’m excited to say when we arrived the place is incredible. I recently visited Cortland uptown Altamonte while running errands in the area, considering it as a potential new residence. I was lucky as I didn’t have an appointment, but I was warmly greeted by Mikaela and Andrea, who were very accommodating. Manager Portia also introduced herself and kindly provided me with a bottle of water. The community's renovations were impressive, and I was particularly satisfied with the level of customer service, as well as the available two-bedroom options and on-site amenities. We’ve been here for a month and we couldn’t be happier! Starting with Keondre’s hospitality and all of his help since we toured the place. Then, on our moving day, Jairo helped us enormously, making the hassle much less stressful. Raul and Matthew came to the apartment to fix everything right away with the best attitude ever. And the cherry on top was that two days ago I called the office cause two birdies fell of their nest and Rafael and Iris came in an instant to help the little fellas. All the staff at Cortland is absolutely phenomenal and I truly could not recommend this place more. We are so happy and very grateful with all the hardworking team.

I understand that we are under renovation but they always keep the place nice no matter what, and the maintenance team always going the extra mile to satisfy people who live here. Rafeal and Mathew are ways giving that extra mile to keep that place good and im good condition.

Matthew came in to check the A/C and went above and beyond and addressed other issues experienced in the unit. Not only did he resolved it swiftly, and without disturbances (I was working), but he also engaged me in conversation when I had breaks which was appreciated. This community by far has been one of the best and my favorites! The location is super convenient and central for everything you need in Orlando with Downtown being 10-15 mins away. The on-site staff from the Community Manager, the Leasing team and the Maintenance team are truly amazing, attentive and care about the residents and community. Cortland Uptown Altamonte is a great place to live, the leasing team here is very friendly and helpful. We are located within a short walking distance to many great restaurants, the AMC movie theater, and the Altamonte Mall. This building also sits near the very beautiful Cranes Roost Park. HVAC Tech Matthew always puts the tenants first. He always calls if running late and makes it clear that he values the time tenants put aside to let him in. Plus, he takes the time to actually chat and make sure there isn’t anything else he can knock out when he’s around. Undoubtedly the best technician I’ve had at at an apartment building. I had an amazing tour experience at this property. The staff customer service was top notch and the property renovations were absolutely gorgeous! I love the spacious apartments and I can’t wait to see what the renovations look like once they’re completed! Although some floors and apartments are still getting renovated, you can just see what the overall product will be! I’m familiar with Cortland communities and I was happy to see a familiar face, the Manager Portia. I had a great experience with her at previous property, which is another reason why I will be leasing here. I started my search a little early but I’m pretty sure I’ve found my new home at Cortland Uptown Altamonte!!! I visited the community in the past while the office space and hallways were shut down and under renovation and it was a little challenging to maneuver through certain areas due to construction. However, I returned yesterday to view a fully renovated unit and I was blown away by the upgrades that were done to the apartments and office and lounge area. Keondre was happy to show me around and I was impressed with the customer service he demonstrated. Cortland really did a great job with the renovation and I’m looking forward to seeing the gym and clubhouse once it’s completed. I’m even more excited to move into my new apartment!

We just moved in here and we are very happy living here. The building is right by the lake with beautiful views and great location. Very walkable and feels safe to walk at all times. Construction is happening in the building however the neighborhood notifies us of all changes and updates that will be happening. The one thing that has stuck out to us the most is how helpful and attentive the maintenance and the leasing staff are. They complete requests very efficiently and are very helpful when an issue arises. Matt, Keondre and Andrea especially have made our time here at Cortland very enjoyable. We are very happy.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and, although there have been some changes, each time I interact with the team have been great. However, This review is specifically for the maintenance team, Rafael and Carlos. These gentlemen assisted me with every request (no matter how small) and left me completely satisfied. I put in 7 request on a Sunday evening, and by Monday morning, they were here working and completing each requests. These gentlemen goes above and beyond to assist with my needs. I left a review in February of this year about how, when my beloved pup of 15 years, passed away, Carlos and Rafael brought me a token expressing their condolences. I usually don’t have many issues on my apartment but, when I do, I can always rely on Rafael and Carlos to show up with smiles on their faces, ready to assist. Thank you, Rafael and Carlos! Absolutely! One of the nicest places I have ever lived very enjoyable stores, shops, movie theater, everything within walking distance. Can't ask for more than that. Now here we are. A year later. Denise isn't here any longer or she's out on maternity leave. Andrea is handling everything quite nicely. I ran into a gentleman named Jeff in the hall today who's in charge of instruction could not have been a nicer guy. Everything is just amazing here anyone. It doesn't move in here. On 2/2/23, my beloved pup passed away after 15 years of being blessed with her love. Beautiful complex in the nicest area of Altamonte by far. Walkable to the mall, other shops, and plenty of eateries, as well as Cranes Roost Park. Gorgeous rooms as well with large slider doors in about every unit. Cons: Gym closes at 11pm and wish it was 24/7, plus was bigger/had more machines. We called maintenance for water leaks on our ceiling and they just painted over them. There is mold in the vents on the hallways.

By far one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I have ever seen. It was nice and tidy which is a major key factor for me. Not to mention it is in a wonderful location. I never leave reviews anywhere but I feel that I must because they are really that good. Cortland Altamonte staff has been very good to me and my family. Namely Denisse. She helped me and I won't ever forget it. Secondly, the maintenance staff is so amazing. I called maintenance last weekend with a minor problem but it was fixed in less than an hour. I love my apartment and it's just a great place to live. My kids are so happy here as am I. Everything is in walking distance and convenient. I don't think I have been happier anywhere else.

She not only sat on the phone with me for almost an hour trying to clear up an action on our application that was preventing us from being approved - she was able to get us approved with the minimum downpayment. Also, we moved into the apartment during Tropical Storm Nicole and the leasing office closed down early for safety reasons. Great place to tour and live. Absolutely love the location, close to everything.. and the amenities are top tier. Plus they have a hot tub which is my favorite! Portia the community manager is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

My experience with the new CORTLAND community staff and workers here at UPTOWN ALTAMONTE has been a great one so far. The staff have had a lot on their plates since taking over but they have still been very friendly and always greeting me with a smile whenever I see them. They are alway open to feedback and really take in considerations of others' complaints and/or compliments. Still getting to know them as the months go on but they are doing great so far. Keep Up the Great work Ladies and Gentlemen.

I just recently toured this wonderful property and I had an absolute pleasure of meeting the Community Manager Jean Peña. He was able to inform me in a very detail manner about the property as well as its surroundings. This was extremely helpful since my family and I are new to the area. I stopped by cortland uptown to view there 2 bedrooms 2 bath floor plans and I was very impressed by the energy from the staff the moment I entered the building. The maintenance personnel all greeted me and the associate which assisted me stood up immediately to greet me. Justin showed me the community and answered all my questions. He even went as far as reviewing some near by cortland communities and some of there features. Amazing hospitality. The community was very clean and the homes were very spacious. Amazing experience.

I truly enjoyed renting unit 117. Being on the main floor it was easy to just walk outside and take our dog out. From our patio we could see all the fun activities at the park and lake. We watched the fountain change colors to the music being played at the park and could see events too. Free coffee at 10:00 in the lobby! Unit 117 also has high ceilings.
