Been living here a few years and I’ve never had issues. Quiet property with lots to do nearby. Maintenance is super quick with handling issues and even the clean up staff are nice. The Cuban lady (I forget her name) is always cleaning throughout the property and is so nice.

Living at Cortland Uptown Altamonte has honestly been a very good experience for me. From the moment I moved in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The community is always clean and well taken care of, which makes it feel peaceful and relaxing to come home to every day. I really love the location because everything I need is close by — shopping, restaurants, and places to walk. It makes daily life much easier and more enjoyable. The environment here feels safe and quiet, which is very important to me. The office staff has always been kind, professional, and willing to help whenever I had a question. Maintenance has also been quick and reliable, which shows they truly care about the residents. Iris Martinez from maintenance is amazing. Overall, I feel happy living here and I would recommend Cortland Uptown Altamonte to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I have been living here over a year and the property is amazing. From the apartment itself to the nearby stores and restaurants along with the lake at Cranes Roost, Cortland is a great place to live. The staff from the leasing office to the facilities staff such as Iris, her and everyone is amazing.

I just moved here in November! I owned my home in Fl for 23 years, I sold it and moved to Alpharetta Ga(which I loved) came back and here I am in an apartment complex that I absolutely love! Cortland Uptown is beautiful, very well kept and great neighborhood! The staff at the leasing office are absolutely amazing! Hanna and Portia are always available and willing to help at anytime! They listen and do what’s needed to be there for me! The maintenance guys are very friendly too, very knowledgeable and prompt! Everyone here have welcomed me in a very professional and friendly way at the same time! (Not an easy thing to do) Thank you and continue doing what you do!!!

I came take a tour at this apartment complex on a Saturday with Andrea and if I’m not mistaken by Tuesday I was approved and had a move in date with all my fees. The process was seamless, Andrea, was honest and an awesome tour guider. She showed us various apartments but mentioned I think this would be great fit for you. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process responded to emails in a very timely manner and ensure me the move in process with be easy and which it was, everything was in place got my keys within 5 minutes of signing all the necessary paperwork. This apartment is very nice love the space, the washer and dryer, patio, closet and how could I leave out the 10ft ceiling. Andrea thanks for your assistance in my move I’ve been enjoying my apartment so far. Will be exploring the amenities very soon. Thanks your awesome 🥰🥰🥰. 10/10 recommend.

Love it here, Portia and Andrea have demonstrated a commitment to residents having an excellent experience which we have! It’s fairly priced for the quality of home and all its amenities, well located, love being able to both drive to everywhere quickly via I-4 plus walk to meet basic necessities (Whole Foods, the mall, movie theater, Cranes Roost, etc). 10/10 would recommend

Today I had the pleasure of touring the property with Andrea, and she was absolutely amazing! She was informative, welcoming, and made the experience feel very comfortable. I really loved the one-bedroom layout it was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The only minor downside is that the amenities, while well-kept and attractive, are on the smaller side. That said, the pool area was full during my visit, but surprisingly it wasn't loud or disruptive, which says a lot about the atmosphere here. Overall, this community definitely makes it into my top 3 picks. Thanks again to Andrea for the great tour!

We finally moved in over the weekend (my husband and I) and we are extremely pleased with the apt and easy access to get all our things inside with no hassle. The team here at uptown are amazing always attentive. Kudos to the maintenance crew for keeping the aisles, the parking and all around the building clean and on point. This property is excellent. Everything is very clean. The maintenance team is excellent, from the supervisor to the housekeeper, who does a great job, always attentive to providing immediate solutions. The location is enviable. Everything is close at hand, where you can enjoy a festive atmosphere in uptown, very close to main roads, etc. A truly good place to live. Quiet and safe.

I just moved in about a month ago and I can’t tell you how happy I am to be here. The service is outstanding. I had a couple of things I needed fixed and the maintenance department was on it, like immediately, and with a smile. What a pleasure to see people that really like their job and it shows. They take pride in their work. They keep the entire complex clean and are always doing improvements. I love this place!!!! Highly recommend!!

Cortland Uptown Altamonte so far is a dream. The place is well kept and the units are very spacious with good appliances. I’m moving in soon and I wanted to give 10 stars to Andrea Penn. She is great! She is always very professional, willing to help and accommodate. We went a few times and changed units and throughout it all she was always pleasant and helpful. The Cortland has caught my attention since the first day I noticed it. The location of the apartment and its soundproofing. The attentive welcome of the hosts. I also appreciated the comfort and the ownership of the accommodation. Very well equipped. I was lucky to be assisted by Mikaela, a very kind and patient person. Her enthusiasm in her work intrigued me. She is adorable and very available, I appreciated these little attentions to respond to all suggestions. The manager Portia is amazing. She really works with you on anything that you need whether the rent or a maintenance request. The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.

From the moment I’ve moved here till now I really enjoy living here :) They are always there to help you if needed. The apartments are very spacious and new, the neighbors are nice. I LOVE the gym that they’ve recently renovated. The pool area BBQ areas are very good to catch up with friends. Also they do Cortland community events at the sky lounge which is also beautiful with the lake view. The staff that works here are also amazing people, they always greet you and make sure you are good. The only thing I would complain would be the parking lot, sometimes it can be a hustle to drive to the floor you are in but since they have renovations in some apartments 1st and 2nd floor is usually has less cars so you don’t have to drive all the way up. Long story short, I’ve never felt more comfortable and at home anywhere else. Thank you so much Cortland team!!

I have lived here for a couple months now and I will say despite a few minor issues I love living here. The front office team has been nothing but helpful and kind. The apartment is updated and spacious. And I haven't had any major issues. My minor concerns have been the noise from construction. But the office has been very open and communicative about that. Guest parking is almost non existent which is aggravating at times. And pest control is really a joke. Stark is actually horrible and uneducated when it comes to pest control. Terminix and orkin are much better but I'm sure they're more expensive. Luckily i haven't had any major pest issues but if I ever do I'd opt for my own pest control. However I love my apartment. I love living here. The proximity to basically anything I need is great. I love all the events the neighborhood puts on. Overall great place to live in my opinion.

The management team, Portia in particular, is incredibly responsive and always addresses any concerns promptly. The amenities are top-notch, with a sparkling pool and beautifully landscaped common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it a pleasure to come home to. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops and public transport. Overall, Uptown offers excellent value for the price, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. This is our first apartment living experience. We contacted several communities before deciding to move here and the biggest difference between Cortland and everyone else, Cortland communicates with you. Didn’t have to leave a message or send an email. The property manager Portia and Mikaela have been amazing. We viewed everything virtually from a different state and trusted Cortland to provide our new home. I’m excited to say when we arrived the place is incredible. They rolled out the red carpet and the experience so far has exceeded our expectations. It’s also very nice they remember You by name and it’s very personal. Not just a rent deposit or a customer. I recently transferred to another unit and my dishwasher wouldn’t cycle. He came in and fixed the issue and addressed other issues I didn’t even know I had lol. Five stars across the board!!!

I have loved my time with this community. The location is near all of my favorite stores. Not to mention the beautiful view if Crane's Roost Park. There are always events around, and the frequent food truck options. The apartments are spacious and the renovations really kept up with the times. The service team is quick and reliable. I recently visited Cortland uptown Altamonte while running errands in the area, considering it as a potential new residence. I was lucky as I didn’t have an appointment, but I was warmly greeted by Mikaela and Andrea, who were very accommodating. Manager Portia also introduced herself and kindly provided me with a bottle of water. The community's renovations were impressive, and I was particularly satisfied with the level of customer service, as well as the available two-bedroom options and on-site amenities. Overall, Cortland uptown Altamonte has emerged as one of my top choices for relocation.

We’ve been here for a month and we couldn’t be happier! Starting with Keondre’s hospitality and all of his help since we toured the place. Then, on our moving day, Jairo helped us enormously, making the hassle much less stressful. Raul and Matthew came to the apartment to fix everything right away with the best attitude ever. And the cherry on top was that two days ago I called the office cause two birdies fell of their nest and Rafael and Iris came in an instant to help the little fellas. All the staff at Cortland is absolutely phenomenal and I truly could not recommend this place more. We are so happy and very grateful with all the hardworking team.

I love it here, and the appliances they put in are so nice and beautiful. The place is always clean and tidy. I understand that we are under renovation but they always keep the place nice no matter what, and the maintenance team always going the extra mile to satisfy people who live here. Matthew came in to check the A/C and went above and beyond and addressed other issues experienced in the unit. Not only did he resolved it swiftly, and without disturbances (I was working), but he also engaged me in conversation when I had breaks which was appreciated.
