The Cortland has caught my attention since the first day I noticed it. The location of the apartment and its soundproofing. The attentive welcome of the hosts. I also appreciated the comfort and the ownership of the accommodation. Very well equipped. I was lucky to be assisted by Mikaela, a very kind and patient person. Her enthusiasm in her work intrigued me. She is adorable and very available, I appreciated these little attentions to respond to all suggestions. The manager Portia is amazing. She really works with you on anything that you need whether the rent or a maintenance request. The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.

From the moment I’ve moved here till now I really enjoy living here :) They are always there to help you if needed. The apartments are very spacious and new, the neighbors are nice. I LOVE the gym that they’ve recently renovated. The pool area BBQ areas are very good to catch up with friends. Also they do Cortland community events at the sky lounge which is also beautiful with the lake view. The staff that works here are also amazing people, they always greet you and make sure you are good. The only thing I would complain would be the parking lot, sometimes it can be a hustle to drive to the floor you are in but since they have renovations in some apartments 1st and 2nd floor is usually has less cars so you don’t have to drive all the way up. Long story short, I’ve never felt more comfortable and at home anywhere else. Thank you so much Cortland team!!

I have lived here for a couple months now and I will say despite a few minor issues I love living here. The front office team has been nothing but helpful and kind. The apartment is updated and spacious. And I haven't had any major issues. My minor concerns have been the noise from construction. But the office has been very open and communicative about that. Guest parking is almost non existent which is aggravating at times. And pest control is really a joke. Stark is actually horrible and uneducated when it comes to pest control. Terminix and orkin are much better but I'm sure they're more expensive. Luckily i haven't had any major pest issues but if I ever do I'd opt for my own pest control. However I love my apartment. I love living here. The proximity to basically anything I need is great. I love all the events the neighborhood puts on. Overall great place to live in my opinion.

We moved in the week of them celebrating residents' appreciation week and every day we were showered by them, from breakfast on the go to free pizza slices. But what stood out the most was the fun pool party they put together for the residence's this past Saturday! They served us amazing food, drinks and played some fun games in the sun. It was extremely hot out there but every time I looked their way they were smiling and engaging with every resident. I am so happy we decided to move into Cortland Uptown Altamonte because within a week I truly feel appreciated by the team here. I am absolutely loving my new home!

The amenities are top-notch, with a sparkling pool and beautifully landscaped common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it a pleasure to come home to. We contacted several communities before deciding to move here and the biggest difference between Cortland and everyone else, Cortland communicates with you. Didn’t have to leave a message or send an email. The property manager Portia and Mikaela have been amazing. We viewed everything virtually from a different state and trusted Cortland to provide our new home. I’m excited to say when we arrived the place is incredible. I have loved my time with this community. The location is near all of my favorite stores. Not to mention the beautiful view if Crane's Roost Park. I recently visited Cortland uptown Altamonte while running errands in the area, considering it as a potential new residence. I was lucky as I didn’t have an appointment, but I was warmly greeted by Mikaela and Andrea, who were very accommodating. Manager Portia also introduced herself and kindly provided me with a bottle of water. The community's renovations were impressive, and I was particularly satisfied with the level of customer service, as well as the available two-bedroom options and on-site amenities. Overall, Cortland uptown Altamonte has emerged as one of my top choices for relocation.

We’ve been here for a month and we couldn’t be happier! Starting with Keondre’s hospitality and all of his help since we toured the place. Then, on our moving day, Jairo helped us enormously, making the hassle much less stressful. Raul and Matthew came to the apartment to fix everything right away with the best attitude ever. And the cherry on top was that two days ago I called the office cause two birdies fell of their nest and Rafael and Iris came in an instant to help the little fellas. All the staff at Cortland is absolutely phenomenal and I truly could not recommend this place more. We are so happy and very grateful with all the hardworking team.

HVAC Tech Matthew always puts the tenants first. He always calls if running late and makes it clear that he values the time tenants put aside to let him in. Plus, he takes the time to actually chat and make sure there isn’t anything else he can knock out when he’s around. Undoubtedly the best technician I’ve had at at an apartment building. I visited the community in the past while the office space and hallways were shut down and under renovation and it was a little challenging to maneuver through certain areas due to construction. However, I returned yesterday to view a fully renovated unit and I was blown away by the upgrades that were done to the apartments and office and lounge area. Keondre was happy to show me around and I was impressed with the customer service he demonstrated. We just moved in here and we are very happy living here. The building is right by the lake with beautiful views and great location. Very walkable and feels safe to walk at all times. Construction is happening in the building however the neighborhood notifies us of all changes and updates that will be happening. The one thing that has stuck out to us the most is how helpful and attentive the maintenance and the leasing staff are. Nice apartment, great location and spacious layout. I’ve been living here over 2 years now so far so good. Of course there are minor issues but everywhere does. Happy living here and hopefully we can have more events like this one cuz I am big fan of painting. Highly recommended!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience at this Cortland location, it’s surrounded by the beautiful Cranes Roost Park, and several different restaurants and gym. Has a beautiful pool and it’s surrounded by a wonderful community. Everyone is very friendly and supportive! Happy to be a resident! Come here if you want to share a great life with great people time will meet!

This team is phenomenal! I’ve only been here a couple of months, yet I’ve already stated many times that I’m ready to renew my lease. I especially love how I can walk to just about anything I need or want; it gives the vibes of its own little city with amenities such as the mall, shopping, groceries, and restaurants in walking distance. Despite the construction in the area and within the building as renovations are in progress, I still find comfort in my home. My only complaint is the construction that took place during the week just before Christmas which limited access points to the complex. I struggled many times with lost packages, inability to get in and out of my apartment freely, we had to remove decorations at our door to allow for renovations to take place, and it presented a big hassle. I wish this were saved until after the holiday season when people weren’t traveling and/or hosting visitors as often. Other than that hiccup, everything else has been fantastic!

Cortland Uptown is the place to be! They are located in a great area that is very convenient for stores and restaurants. They are by a beautiful park called Crane Roost Park. They always have activities especially for the holidays! I definitely recommend Cortland Uptown! The staff is also very helpful and always has a positive attitudes.

Moving is never a good experience but when my apartment complex notified me that I had to move so they could remodel the unit I had live in for 10 years Andrea Penn make this event of lifetime more bearble and easier. Andrea costumer services was excepcional as she kept me update through the entre process, she responded me promptly and professionaly. I was pleased with the service I received from Andrea, she went aboved and beyond to help me find my new unit. I’ve lived here for 5 years and, although there have been some changes, each time I interact with the team have been great. However, This review is specifically for the maintenance team, Rafael and Carlos. These gentlemen assisted me with every request (no matter how small) and left me completely satisfied. I put in 7 request on a Sunday evening, and by Monday morning, they were here working and completing each requests. These gentlemen goes above and beyond to assist with my needs. I left a review in February of this year about how, when my beloved pup of 15 years, passed away, Carlos and Rafael brought me a token expressing their condolences. I usually don’t have many issues on my apartment but, when I do, I can always rely on Rafael and Carlos to show up with smiles on their faces, ready to assist. Thank you, Rafael and Carlos! Much appreciated!👏🏾

Absolutely! One of the nicest places I have ever lived very enjoyable stores, shops, movie theater, everything within walking distance. Can't ask for more than that. Now here we are. A year later. Denise isn't here any longer or she's out on maternity leave. Andrea is handling everything quite nicely. I ran into a gentleman named Jeff in the hall today who's in charge of instruction could not have been a nicer guy. Everything is just amazing here anyone. It doesn't move in here. You're missing out! Everything around is awesome and the people are amazing

I have lived here for almost 5 years and the experience has been great but the new management team has made it so much better. On 2/2/23, my beloved pup passed away after 15 years of being blessed with her love. When I was finally able to update management, they immediately offered their sincerest condolences and wrap around me. Denise, Rafael, Carlos, Austin and William went out of their way to memorialize their condolences and I will forever be grateful. The team at Cortland Uptown are amazing and these personal touches and their authenticity makes this community that much better. Beautiful complex in the nicest area of Altamonte by far. Walkable to the mall, other shops, and plenty of eateries, as well as Cranes Roost Park. Gorgeous rooms as well with large slider doors in about every unit. Cons: Gym closes at 11pm and wish it was 24/7, plus was bigger/had more machines. We called maintenance for water leaks on our ceiling and they just painted over them. There is mold in the vents on the hallways.

So Portia the Community Manager and her entire team that I’ve dealt with have always exceeded our expectations so much so if able to do so I’d give them a 6 Star Rating. By far one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I have ever seen. It was nice and tidy which is a major key factor for me. Not to mention it is in a wonderful location. I never leave reviews anywhere but I feel that I must because they are really that good. Cortland Altamonte staff has been very good to me and my family. Namely Denisse. She helped me and I won't ever forget it. Secondly, the maintenance staff is so amazing. I called maintenance last weekend with a minor problem but it was fixed in less than an hour. I love my apartment and it's just a great place to live. My kids are so happy here as am I. Everything is in walking distance and convenient. I don't think I have been happier anywhere else.

Lived there for a year before I had to move for my job. Loved it while I lived here. Newly updated apartments with a modern look. Being right next to crane roost park and the altamonte mall was very convenient. Definitely recommend living here if you like the quiet and family friendly environment.

I came into the property about a week ago for information. I didn't think I'd decide to move here. However, once I walked in, I immediately felt at home. The property manager Portia was just so welcoming and inviting and at the same time so professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office was so friendly. When I moved in I had a few little hiccups which maintenance addressed immediately and they were so professional, efficient, and nice as well. I'm very happy with my choice to move here.

Words cannot say how much I appreciate Denisse Castillo. She's gone above and beyond assisting me and my husband. She not only sat on the phone with me for almost an hour trying to clear up an action on our application that was preventing us from being approved - she was able to get us approved with the minimum downpayment. Also, we moved into the apartment during Tropical Storm Nicole and the leasing office closed down early for safety reasons. Dennise came back to the apartment, in the wind and rain, in order for us to move in before the storm. Thank you Dennise. I know my husband and I have said this many of times - WE APPRECIATE YOU!

My experience with the new CORTLAND community staff and workers here at UPTOWN ALTAMONTE has been a great one so far. The staff have had a lot on their plates since taking over but they have still been very friendly and always greeting me with a smile whenever I see them. They are alway open to feedback and really take in considerations of others' complaints and/or compliments. Still getting to know them as the months go on but they are doing great so far. I stopped by cortland uptown to view there 2 bedrooms 2 bath floor plans and I was very impressed by the energy from the staff the moment I entered the building. The maintenance personnel all greeted me and the associate which assisted me stood up immediately to greet me. Justin showed me the community and answered all my questions. He even went as far as reviewing some near by cortland communities and some of there features. Amazing hospitality. The community was very clean and the homes were very spacious. Amazing experience.

I toured this beautiful property recently and I had an amazing experience with the Community Manager Porsha the office appeared to be very busy, but she took the time to come out of her office to assist me. Great customer service and as soon as a Lake View apartment becomes available, I will be applying!!

I lived at a Cortland community previously and I became really excited when I found out Cortland was the new management company. I truly enjoyed renting unit 117. Being on the main floor it was easy to just walk outside and take our dog out. From our patio we could see all the fun activities at the park and lake. We watched the fountain change colors to the music being played at the park and could see events too. Free coffee at 10:00 in the lobby! Unit 117 also has high ceilings.
