Wanted to shout out one of the maintenance workers, Marcelo, for coming in clutch and really helping me out with an issue recently. I was out of town and my pet sitter found that our deadbolt had stopped working (something internal had broken), and she was no longer able to turn the key to lock or unlock my apartment. This was quite concerning as I was in another state for the rest of the week and needed my pet sitter to check in on my cats and be able to lock/unlock the door behind her. I called the maintenance help line, and even though it was a Saturday, Marcelo showed up at my apartment in under 15 minutes and completely replaced my broken deadbolt. He was fast and courteous, and I really appreciate his effort in what was a stressful situation for me.

I had an important package delivered by Amazon last Thursday; however, it was mistakenly given to a maintenance worker instead of being delivered directly to my door. The package was then secured in the leasing office rather than placed in the designated package room, and the office is closed on Thursdays at this location. This situation was particularly concerning, as I had an early flight at 4:00 AM and needed the package for a funeral. I contacted the alternate office location, and Eureka and Alexus went above and beyond by for me and drove here to retrieve the package. I truly appreciate their assistance and willingness to help during a stressful time.

Cortland University North is a hidden gem and is a "bang for your buck" kind of property. The front office and maintenence staff are top notch, down to earth, friendly and efficient. Eureka was associate. She is absolutely awesome, puts up with my nonsense and maintains the upmost standard of professionalism

I did a full thorough search and no other apartment complex checked all the boxes like this one did, I love the area its quiet and I was blessed to have Alexus as my leasing agent she is very knowledgeable and personable. Alexus provided stellar customer service. I needed a few minor repairs done and this was done as agreed and expected they fixed all the repairs. I have nothing but good things to say about this team of wonderful agents and the manger Cherelle is great as well extremely organized and professional. I would recommend living here for sure!

I just moved in and Marquis on Maintenance and the entire team is TOP TIER. They always come within 2-3 of entering the request and they fix the problem not just to standard but go above and beyond to ensure it won’t be a problem in the future. The office staff is also extremely hospitable and personable. This property exceeds the standard of customer service and community.

The maintenance service I received was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Marquis Davis fixed and repainted my bathtub, installed a new shower head, repaired the front door, and also got the dryer working when I first moved in. Everything was handled efficiently, and the team was professional. It made settling in much smoother. Thanks for the great service!
