Love the cortland properties but especially the university north location! The leasing agents are timely, and huge shouts out to the maintenance man Mr.Davis. He is always working hard and keeping the community clean. Any request I ever had was always handled professionally and properly! Five stars all around.

My experience here at cortland has been amazing. The office staff is super friendly and understanding. Huge huge shouts out to Marquis Davis. He is apart of the maintenance team and has been a huge help since I moved on the property. All my service requests are completed in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Since I moved to the currently community Marquis Davis has been an excellent part of the community team . Mr.Davis is always so helpful and kind . He comes and fixes everything in a timely manner and he always goes above and beyond.

All of our interactions with Cortland have been positive, but the maintenance team especially, are superb! Recently Markese (I hope that’s spelled right) came by to check out our dryer since it hasn’t been drying effectively, and he managed to diagnose the issue and solve it immediately, all while being extremely polite and professional. I wish I could give him 10/5, please keep him around!

This review is for Max in the office, he has been amazing! I called about a concern and he allowed me to finish speaking to get the full extent of my worries and immediately took action (within his scope) and alerted higher ups. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, kind and responsive in getting myself and my partner transferred to a different unit in the complex on short notice, after living there for almost a year. The maintenance team responds within 24 hours of a request during business hours and communicates well about the work or any delays. The amenities are well kept, pest control and landscaping are performed regularly, and the community feels safe. The apartments themselves are in good condition and very spacious. I'm happy with the rent prices compared to market rate, and I'm very pleased with the staff in the community.
