Sunbury Pointe is just AWESOME ! Great floor plans with large spaces. I actually have co-workers jealous of my view from my office. I am lucky i found Sunbury Pointe.! As a long time resident ( longer than most ) I thoroughly enjoy being a resident at Cortland Sunbury. Mark ensures residents are cared for and ensures all issues and concerns that are voiced are taken care of. He constantly works to make all amenities are set, ready, and above standards for the residents. Cassie and Alexus are the face of the community and greet every person with a smile and respect. They answer all questions timely and communicate all news, concerns, and topics to residents keeping us all well informed. These three are a team and make being a resident more like being a family. ( and they always have coffee ready )

Loved living here! Close to everything, well taken care of, and the staff was always amazing. All the neighbors were great and friendly. The dog park and pool were very convenient. Maintenance made living here stress free, absolutely amazing staff. Definitely recommend.

All of the staff is incredibly nice, kind and any time there was an issue (even a small one), they took care of it immediately! My unit was very clean upon move in and was well maintained my the maintenance staff, including good snow removal during snow storms! Jay the on call maintenance manager was by far the kindest and most helpful human of all! He deserves 5 stars on his own! I was in one of the townhomes and I absolutely loved it! I didn’t have much issue hearing neighbors and even when I did at 5am or 2am, the staff was always tactful at handling it! The price was pretty fair for the area and how nice and updated the units are compared to surrounding complexes—which I toured all of them before choosing Cortland Sunbury because it was by far, the best!

Maintenance is fantastic here. I have been here for 6 years and have only good things to say. Maintenance(Austin)is out by the afternoon when I call or early the next day and fixes everything. Austin does a great job and is so helpful here. We are really so lucky to have him for our maintenance guy!!

Love the community and apartment. The kitchen is huge and works great for cooking with my kids. Everyone that works for Cortland have been really nice to work with and fix any issues that arise quickly. Love that they are continuing to do upgrades to the community to make it even nicer. Super close to the bike trail which is a plus!

Tommy is a fantastic maintenance man! He’s always taking care of our needs and fixes what needs fixed in a timely manner. He always gives the sense that all our work orders are simple fixes and are no big deal for him to complete. I highly recommend Sunbury Pointe apartments and Tommy is one of the main reasons why I do!

Quiet. Neighborly. Maintenance Tommy is excellent. Very responsive. I’ve had two fridges replaced. Lights fixed. Yellow jackets nest outside my window taken care of and a few other things. Very helpful and respectful

Great community. Everyone is so friendly. Nice being part of a smaller community. The staff are excellent and are so concerned about details. The place is clean and beautiful. Beautiful lakes and pool area. Newly refurbished gym and added a nice dog park. Great place to live either long-term or short-term.

Living here at Sunbury Pointe for the last year has been an all around great experience. All the staff has been nothing but kinda and attentive if I ever needed anything. In specific, Tommy the maintenance guy has been such a pleasure to have around. Anytime I need something he was always there to help. My refrigerator/freezer broke and the very next day he came out and replaced it with a brand new one! Definitely the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a great apartment come here! You won’t be disappointed!

Some issues including the location of the dog park. Great idea but poorly executed. That said, the quality of the maintenance team at this property is unmatched hands down. Tommy is the best – kind, helpful, and highly skilled. He understands the meaning of exceptional customer service and I am pleased with his work any time I have a service request. I hope Cortland recognizes what an excellent employee they have at this location!!

This is some of the best over all service I have ever encountered. From the units itself being super updated and just in amazing condition. The workers at the office are very friendly and if I ever have any problem, they try to resolve it as soon as possible. Very stoked for the new club house that is being renovated, just from the look of it, the workout section looks super updated with brand new workout equipment. This really is one of the best places I’ve ever lived in!

I've lived here for 8 months and during my time, maintenance (Tommy) has always gone above and beyond! Tommy is personable, professional, and responds to service requests in a timely manner. Sure, there are minor "issues," but what apartment complex doesn't have those; it comes with renting! But again, Tommy and also the leasing agents have been nothing but amazing to me, and always make me feel welcome!

Hats off to Tommy who did an awesome job on our switches when sparks they were a plenty. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment...

Stayed here for 1.5yrs in 2bed and den apartment on 2nd floor. Had pleasant experience all the while. The neighborhood is quite. Lived here during the old management and maintenance was efficient and had no issues. I'm a bit nostalgic about this lovely place.
