We have resided at the Cortland Community in Sunbury, Ohio for the past seven years. Our experience has been positive and enjoyable. We’d like to tip our hat to Ms. Cassie of the Cortland team. She has been of great help to us. Top reviews go to Mr. Jerred Ferguson, the Community Maintenance Specialist. He can do it all and does so with unassuming confidence and unmistakable professionalism. This is our home and we are thankful for it….and are well pleased.

Sunbury Pointe is just AWESOME ! Great floor plans with large spaces. I actually have co-workers jealous of my view from my office. I am lucky i found Sunbury Pointe.! As a long time resident ( longer than most ) I thoroughly enjoy being a resident at Cortland Sunbury. Mark ensures residents are cared for and ensures all issues and concerns that are voiced are taken care of. He constantly works to make all amenities are set, ready, and above standards for the residents. Cassie and Alexus are the face of the community and greet every person with a smile and respect. They answer all questions timely and communicate all news, concerns, and topics to residents keeping us all well informed. These three are a team and make being a resident more like being a family. ( and they always have coffee ready )
