We have lived at this complex for about 2.5 years and we love it! The staff is so nice and helpful and they organize monthly events for the community, super cool! It seems like this place is getting better every year we’re here and for the issues we have encountered during our stay (which is a short list) , They have been resolved properly and fast! It is about a 15 minute drive to downtown but still far enough away where it’s quieter. There are usual factors that surround us that’s unavoidable on the outskirts of a major city, but the Cortland community Does an amazing job making us comfortable here. Brian in the office is great!

Thank you Joe Heatley for your expertise. Many years at least 3. of suffering with hot apartment. Getting it checked and no one knew the problem. Temps of 89 at night. Air conditioning running 24/7. Humid air. . Air conditioning Never shutting off. Hot kitchen floor. Sleepless nights. Joe solved and fixed the problem. The hot water for the heat pump line was running which was causing both the heater and air conditioning to turn on at the same time. Once he fixed it I was able to survive in my apartment. Then the mystery of the fire place. High bill don’t use. Gas turned on running 24/7. Never given a crank to shut it off. Joe fixed that too. He’s a blessing. He is caring. Cares about the people live here. Thank you. Today 1/21/26. For whoever cleaned my filthy ceiling fans. So much appreciated thank you.

Been a resident here since Summer 2025 and me and my fiancé are loving it here! From beautiful views of the greenbelt next door, to kind & prompt maintenance staff, it’s been absolutely fantastic! I’ve had a great experience living here. I’m resigning my lease for a third year. We had a change in the family’s income that was out of my control and I was super sad that I was going to have to find somewhere else to live. Initially when I had put in my 60 day notice they reached out to me immediately to see how they could assist or accommodate to my needs. They were able to work with me in order to let my girls and I stay, which allowed me to resign for another year. I can’t tell you how thankful I was for that. Being a single mom and having to move shortly after Christmas, this took a tremendous weight off my shoulders. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the overall community feels safe and welcoming. I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Southpark Terraces. The community is quiet, well-kept, and in a great location with easy access to South Austin and downtown. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and I’ve always felt comfortable and safe here. The leasing and maintenance teams have been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference day-to-day. I also appreciate the amenities and overall vibe of the community, it feels relaxed but still well managed. Honestly, my wife and I love living here. Brian and his team do an excellent job creating a sense of community and it actually feels like they work to serve their tenants instead of treating us as a source of income and nothing more. The maintenance team is also outstanding, which is something that is lacking in many other apartment complexes. Most of the time they show up the same day to fix something unless I put in the request late in the day. There are a lot of little things here that management does that really go above and beyond what other complexes do, such as having holiday events and serving cold brew coffee in the office. Living right behind Southpark Meadows is also amazing. I'm glad we moved here and I'll definitely be renewing my lease next year 👍🏻

I had an issue with them not picking up my trash in which I gave them time to resolve it in which they did. They have done a great job dealing with any other issues I had from noisy neighbors to people parking illegally causing driving issues. Also maintenance does a great job. I have moved this from 4 stars to 5 stars because of the maintenance people. They always do a great job!!!!

I just wanna say that I love Living at Cortland. It’s close to everything that you need and it’s a safe neighborhood. One of the things that impressed me the most right now after living here since November 2024 is my AC was broken and put in a work order at 3pm by 3:45 pm they had fixed it and changed my air filter. I’m pretty sure you will not find another apt building that works that fast. If you are second guessing getting a place here, don’t. You won’t regret it

I’ve lived at this Cortland property for 4 years and there is a reason that I keep resigning my lease here. The neighborhood is super lovely and I love having the ability to walk to the super target and walk my dogs in the surrounding neighborhoods. I don’t have very many maintenance needs, but when I do, they get taken care of practically same day. It’s a great location, affordable, and it’s a great place to live.

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience! Eryn was my tour guide, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took her time to walk me through the property, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail. At first I thought she was aura farming, but she definitely cares about helping people find the right fit. The amenities were great, especially the gym—it was clean, well-equipped, and definitely a highlight for me. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming. I am planning to move into Austin sometime in the Fall for work, and Cortland Southpark Terrace is the ideal place I am interested in. When I arrived for my appointment, Eryn immediately greeted and was filled in with some minor details from Cameron who I was on call before I showed up to the leasing office. While on the tour with Eryn, she was really helpful and answered all my questions and concerns related to Cortland Southpark but as well as the city of Austin itself since I'm completely new to the city. She made me feel at ease and was easy going while talking and touching things on first basis for me to know. I'm really grateful she gave me a hard copy of not just the community fees, but as well as the rest of the floor plans with all the necessary budgets/finance's I should be aware about. I have yet to make a final descension since I am trying to keep things open minded, but I left pretty happy and satisfied from the tour and communication from both Cameron and Eryn.

The service team here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars. My bedroom got some water damage after a faulty repair job was done on the water heater above me (repair was not done by Cortland). My carpet was soaked and a good portion of one of the bedroom walls was damaged. Thankfully, Joe was there at a moments notice to shutoff the upstairs water and start ripping up my carpet to get thing dry. Joe made himself available to answer any questions and kept me in the loop on when outside contractors would be coming in to replace the carpet and sheetrock. Anyone who has lived in an apartment at least has one bad service story to tell. I have a fair share from living at other complexes in Austin. But I have only good things to say about the service team at Cortland Southpark Terraces.

This was my first time renting an apartment sight unseen and Manny was so helpful with the entire process. Once I arrived for move-in day he gave me a quick tour (all I had time for with the movers) and had everything ready to go. The apartment met my expectations and any issues I pointed out (small) he quickly had maintenance up and attending to them within the next day or 2. Maintenance reliability is huge and they have been very quick and good at updating me with the requests I made. As someone who has a lot of experience in the property management world, my expectations are pretty high when it comes to the functionality of a leasing office/maintenance team. I would give 10 stars if I could, especially to the maintenance team who went above and beyond for me yesterday! I've only lived there a few weeks, but my whole experience thus far has felt incredibly friendly and efficient. I really do believe that the onsite team can make or break a resident's living experience and can be the deciding factor in resident retention. Overall, I'm so happy with where I live and would highly recommend it to anyone who is currently looking for a new place to call home.

Toured this property recently and it’s amazing. The units are very high-end and beautiful. The pool and common areas are very clean and maintained extremely well. I loved the clubhouse area. Great for having a private party and entertaining guests! The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. I highly recommend cortland Southpark terraces!

We drove five and a half hours to get to Austin and when we arrived, I was blown away. This is a luxurious apartment complex. I have seen apartment building before and the conditions were very poor. I was truly impressed by the flower beds at the entrance. The flowers are not lavish but simple, neat and so warm and inviting. The hosts, Mr Cameron, Ms Renee and Mr Robinson were graciously welcoming. I was very satisfied with the way they handled all my questions. Brilliantly addressing all my concerns. The main entrance is so appealing, refreshing scents, spick and span restroom areas. A club house stocked with refreshments and beautiful furniture to relax and chill out on. The gym so packed with up to date machinery and music and a rock wall to climb on. Oh my goodness, and three pools. I sleep easy and peacefully at nights because there are so may gadgets and security measure installed. The place is so modern. I use an app on my phone to open the gates. I chose Cortland mainly based on the safety reviews. Since my move in, I have noticed how quickly the office staff checks up and how pleasant everyone has been as well as how the maintenance crew responds quickly to service requests and general care in the complex. I have been very happy and have felt much safer here during the few months that I’ve been here than in the last couple years in my last couple apartments. I felt safe enough to have my motorcycle out, and when someone did decide to hop the fence and take it, the neighbors quickly called it in to the cops and someone from Cortland staff found the bike just a few days later. I know they were just doing their job, but all of these things mean a lot to me as a resident. I have had no issues with noise or packages being taken, and have already experienced neighborly community. Just wanna say thanks for being the first place I’ve actually called home since moving to Austin!

Brian worked with my husband and I in getting the perfect apartment just for us! Brian even made sure that I got a raised toilet to meet my disability without a problem; as well as making the process so easy in order for us to get the apartment!!! When we asked at other apartment complex about raising the toilet,we were told NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT! THE GOOD LORD kept reassuring me this was Our place to live!!! AND I THANK GOD AND BRIAN FOR IT!!! I was bribed with food to post this review , all jokes aside I can honestly say any issues I’ve had were fixed within a 24 hr time frame the staff response is probably the best I’ve ever had from an apt complex. Example my ac went out overnight apt was at 85 degrees put in the ticket at 2am it was fixed by 9am next day , location is in a great spot behind South Park meadow , always having food trucks and events for the community which is awesome and much appreciated. I don’t have much I can complain about cause any issues I’ve come across have been address almost immediately

Really love the new place. Being right behind South Park meadows feels like an extension of the amenities. Huge gym including peloton bikes. My kids like the perpetual climbing wall in the outside gym area. Nice clean pool. Management is very helpful and quick to address any of our needs. When I get up in the morning I can have coffee on my balcony and view nature. Watched a couple deer passing by the other day. Definitely found a good spot.

Lived here for 4 years and overall had a great experience. New management came in recently and really made a difference with cultivating community events and making an effort to get to know the residents. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team as well. They have always been polite and super responsive. Like every apartment complex there are mishaps but overall I enjoyed living here and have witnessed a lot of improvements.

This was by far the easiest and fastest process I've gone through for getting an apartment, and Jessica was a great guide! We were even able to easily update paperwork when I ended up needing to add another pet. All the info for utilities was sent way in advance, meaning I could move in the day I got my keys, and I was shown around and given a map for where important stuff was, like my mailbox, the dog parks, etc. Thanks, y'all!

Ciara was super helpful with the tour and informing me all about the apartment’s features and surrounding areas. Maintenance has been amazing with their prompt responses with my service requests. I gave 4 stars because there were several things that needed fixing when I moved in and they should’ve been fixed before I moved in. Also, few of my items have gone missing during move-in when the uhaul truck was left unattended for a moment while my friends and I were moving my stuff up to the unit. I think the apartment should install security cameras all around the complex to prevent theft.

My wife and I love living here. The community is gated and safe. We love having a gym and coffee bar right on site. The maintenance of the grass is kept up with the community feels new and the pools and grill area feels very luxurious. Highly recommend.

Jessica was amazing! I was moving from New Jersey and she made the whole process much easier. She gave me a thorough walkthrough on video of the apartment, showed me the whole community on, and showed me different areas I can let my dog out that's convenient which was very important to me. We just moved to Austin from San Antonio, and I have to say that the whole Corland Southpark Terraces staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Just as we submitted our information the company went through a system migration and everyone was there for us, even helping to upload information or get answers fro the IT people. A very special shout out to Ciara who took and continues taking such personalized care of us. When we were moving from San Antonio on a Saturday, we had several delays due to very heavy traffic on I-35 but she reassured us that she would wait even if we arrived after closing hours. When we finally made it (just 30 minutes before 5:00!) se was so nice, offered us some refreshments and just helped us to chill. After three weeks we did have some maintenance items in our new apartment (that we love) but they were taken care of quickly. Living here has been pretty good. They keep the place clean and the pool has been a God send all summer. I always get greeted with a smile from the office staff when I go there to get iced coffee. You heard me, Cold Brew people! I’m not usually a 5 star rating kind of person but this has been one of the nicest places I’ve lived at.. so far. Lol.

I give Cortland's Southpark Terrace an absolute 5 stars! First off, the staff are great. Special mention goes to Phoenix and Mariel. They listened and were very responsive to resolving my needs. Maintenance was also great. Every time I had a problem with my unit, they were on it right away.

I have lived here for about a year now and just moved over from the Terraces to the Estates and I have really liked it! The price is exceptional considering the location, amenities, and apartment finishing. The Terraces is pool is absolutely gorgeous. Most of all, it has the best front office and maintenance staff I have interacted with in my years of leasing. Isaiah, Grace, and Sierra go above and beyond to ensure you are most comfortable at your apartment. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because things can move really slowly at times. I'm sure this must be due to staffing or high leasing, but things tend to really crawl at times. Rest assured, however, they will get to it and make it all up.

Our experience here at Cortland started off very bad but Mariel made it right!! They gave us an apartment that wasnt ready and maintenance takes a long time to come fix issues but Mariel came herself and made sure everything was done right away for us! She is honestly the best and always there for us. She made our experience way more enjoyable!!!

She always pushes them to come the same day or same week! when we have carpet issues, the contractor comes the same day! Shes the absolute best and the best help we have at Cortland Terraces. She even comes to see the problems herself so she can report them and get the job done!!

I lived here for about two years or so, my unit backed to the greens pace which was lovely. The complexes exterior and landscape is well maintained and appealing. The area is quiet and has easy access to the freeways. Mariel in the management office is the star of the show and extremely helpful and accommodating. You do need to go to the office to get help because the phone is rarely answered, due to how busy they are, but if you get to the main office, you'll get the help and answers you need. Mariel was such a wonderful help throughout my lease period and during move out. I can't say enough about her other than she should be the head manager, running the show. She definitely deserves a promotion! Very hard working lady :)

Overall a positive experience living in this complex (Estates) They do a really good job in keeping it clean and the green areas looking nice all year round. Giving it 4 stars as maintenance takes a LONG time to get to a service request. I had a couple of hiccups with them but Mariel Serrano Rivera has been a godsend in helping me push them through. She is also really attentive when it comes to other situations around the complex and will always get things done. Thanks for everything Mariel!

Just moved in a month ago, and the experience has been really positive. Love the location and the community. The team is always available to respond over phone for any queries and the crew on property does a really good job of keeping the community safe and clean. Mariel is a rockstar who went above and beyond to complete a service request personally while the maintenance staff had other high priority tickets. Huge shout out to her! Grace & Isaiah were really helpful with the tour and overall the move in process. Maintenance could get pretty busy during summer time, so some requests may take time but during non-busy weeks the requests are addressed promptly.

I went into Cortland terraces to look at my third apartment that day and to be honest I was already discouraged. After going on a tour with one of the agents I was feeling much more optimistic about my options. My consultant Isaiah showed me around the property, helping me feel much more relaxed and at home. Not only that but he also made sure I felt like I would be taken care of if I leased with them. Overall a great experience!

Love these apartments. Best staff. Best maintenance team I’ve experienced. The gym is always clean, never had a bad neighbor and the best part is the apartments are very dog friendly. Grace and the team have been tremendous. Grace is one of the apartment managers and she is always there to help, she has great energy, and always attending to our needs if we have any problems with the apartment. We had a good experience with Mariel and Jeromy. They always promptly took care of our work orders after submitting them. For example, they replaced our dishwasher after we pointed out some issues with it. The community is nice. It's a walking distance to Walmart, Target and some nice restaurants.

I have been living in this apartment complex for two years now and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by the staff and maintenance team. The staff members are always polite, professional, and willing to help with any concerns or issues. They respond to any queries promptly and efficiently. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and they always ensure that everything is fixed to a high standard. The entire team has made my living experience here very pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an excellent place to call home.

What can I say. The apartments are very nicely appointed. I think no matter where you go you are going to find issues. It's more a matter of are those issues are addressed. The true gem of this place is Grace! She will always greet you with a beautiful smile and eager to assist with any troubles or concerns. On top of that she happens to be very knowledgeable about the property. She is one of my favorite parts of living here!

We lived here May 2021-September 2022. Grace was always tremendously helpful, and continued to be even after we moved out when we needed some additional paperwork copies. The location was great, the views towards the greenbelt were amazing, and the maintenance was trending in a better direction while we lived there.

I've been a tenant in this complex for more then a year now. In this year I've experienced: plumbing, pest, AC , heating problems. they apologize for their bad service every time but you end up with the problems. I strongly suggest anyone who consider living here to re consider. if you are interested in a log of issues I had here - see my Google review.

There were some issues on my part with the application and it took a little bit longer, but with the help of Grace, she stuck with me and said we’ll get through this together, and never stopped trying. Grace has been so helpful throughout the whole entire process and I couldn’t be more excited to move in knowing that there is great staff on board!!!

Great apartment complex. Everything from the amenities, to the location, to the units was excellent for the price! Jen the leasing agent gave me excellent service! Certainly better than any prior leasing agents I’ve ever had. She really went above and beyond to make me happy. Upon move in, she noticed my unit was missing a shower bar. She followed up with maintenance and myself and was a stellar communicator.

Moved in a few weeks ago and really enjoy living here. Perfect place for a dog and the community has been relatively quiet so far. The location is also awesome, it's close to a ton of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Grace was my leasing agent and she was awesome. Maintenance and staff are very helpful with the home. Only complaint really is the gym. Doesn’t seem to ever get actually cleaned. You can see dirt on the machines and the water station has never been replaced. The smaller weights went missing over a month ago and have not been replaced. Also just not a fan of the valet trash. Just an unnecessary and cost $20 a month.

I love living here. Whenever a problem arises, they take care of it quickly and are always caring and apologetic. Today I had a cleaning service done, which they gave me FOR FREE as compensation for a small issue. I didn't think it would be a major cleaning and even cleaned up a bit beforehand. I just got home and was BLOWN AWAY by the phenomenal cleaning job that was done. I mean...they deep cleaned the whole apartment. A truly incredible job, the cleaning person must have been here for hours. I am truly impressed. Thank you!!

Came to Austin with a list of apartments to tour in hopes my relocation journey would be a breeze. Grace has made the process just that! Cortland was first on my check list and my tour was so fantastic and I ended up applying on the spot! Grace has been amazing in assisting me with my millions of questions and even recommended the BEST local BBQ spot that was much appreciated after a rough morning with terrible jet lag. I was invited by a resident to hang out at the pool. What a beautiful pool it is! Lots of seating and places to grill. The property is clean and appears to have everything a person would want. Amazing staff and place to live! I say this due to the maintenance crew they have. I’m always hearing or experiencing a major delay in maintenance coming and fixing the things that mess up but not here. Luis, the maintenance supervisor, and his guys are reliable, respond fast, friendly and if they end up not arriving at the time they are supposed to, they contact you to give an update. They are also available after business hours which I truly appreciate! Thanks guys!

It is a beautiful place to live. Very safe and quiet. The location is perfect, close to the mall with all the main stores and supermarkets, so you can walk. I love having a barbecue with the family by the pool. The staff is very friendly and they also speak Spanish. Mariel Serrano helped me and advised me throughout the rental process, making my move much easier and faster.

My partner and I live in Southpark Estates. We love the front office staff, the maintenance people are personable and helpful, and the other residents are nice. Our only issues are 1) there just aren't enough maintenance staff to respond quickly to non-emergency issues, and 2) several of the residents just refuse to follow the rules or care about the trash they throw on the ground. However, even with our minimal complaints, this is one of the nicest apartments that we have experienced. We particularly love how close this apartment complex is to shopping, restaurants, and fun. We are close to MoPac 1 and to Hwy 35, plus only 20-30min from downtown via Congress. Oh... and the pools and weight rooms are wonderful!

We have worked with Cortland Terraces cleaning carpets for them for years and are happy to say it has been an awesome experience! Staff is very friendly and super sweet and Mariel has been the best to work with! When it comes to scheduling and communication on units and dates she rocks! Just recently moved onto the property and so far so good! Great area & close to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. I only wish this property had a dog park onsite rather than at their other property down the road. But luckily enough, there's a good size grassy area next to my unit that I see plenty of dogs run around. Grace has been such a tremendous help from start to finish, very communicative and friendly & went above and beyond!

My mom stayed here for several years and my aunt moved in a little while later. During the renovations they worked with us so we didn't have to move them twice. After mom passed they were very cooperative and understanding while we got things out of the apartment, Mariel the manager has bent over backwards to fix things as they occur for my aunt who still lives there. Would highly recommend this place as a home.

Only leaving a 5 star review because of Bobby and the rest of the maintenance team. He came for an on-call request on the weekend and drove a long way just to help fix my ceiling fan. We voiced another issue with our sink while he was there and he came the next following day to fix it! Great guy.

Bobbi Maldonado, the Terraces on call maintenance specialist is a ROCKSTAR! I returned home yesterday to 96 degree temperatures in my apartment. Bobbi came out promptly and addressed my a/c issue. He returned this morning as promised with extra filters. He went above and beyond to take care of a couple of concerns from previous outstanding work orders. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism, promptness, and experience in getting me squared away!

Had a water heater problem over the weekend and submitted a ticket, then today we called for help from the Maintenance Team hotline. Bobby came over today and fixed it in no time. And since we’re new to the place, he also took the time to explain some other instructions about the other utilities in the unit. Kudos to Bobby for the assistance! Having our hot water back is such a relief. We really appreciate him calling to check in hours later, too.

I live in Estates with my family (me, my partner, and our two boys), and we absolutely love its far. Grace was absolutely incredible and put up with my partner's millions of questions. The move in process was so quick and easy. we live more towards the end of the complex in a 2 bed/1 bath (that is actually a lot more spacious than it sounds). I'm absolutely in love with my kitchen! and Our community is wonderful. It's quiet, the pools are amazing, and the gym is to die for. We actually had our first community event today, free snowballs! This is such a great place, with a great location, and amazing staff :) The only thing I'm upset about is that we didn't move here sooner!

What sets this place apart from neighboring communities is the wonderful staff. Grace and Isiah have been a BIG HELP anytime I need something and maintenance has always been fast and respectful when in my home. Being so close to restaurants and shopping is a bonus plus the community is so clean!

I had a hot a problem yesterday with no hot water. I realized it after hours around 8pm. The maintenance man " Bobby" came out quickly and fixed it. He was a life saver. Very nice and professional. Awesome service

Maintenance has always been pretty great here but this time was impressive. Bobby came over late in the evening to fix my AC when it stopped working. I was a little worried about having maintenance coming over the next day because I WFH and needed to be on camera in my living room. Without hesitation, he told me he could work me in right then. Bobby was incredibly kind and professional. I really appreciate that even though he works at another Cortland complex, he made the time and took the effort to help me out. Thanks, Bobby!

We decided to stay here for another lease and transferred to another unit that we are absolutely in love with!! Grace made it so easy to do the transfer taking us through the steps. I really appreciate how quickly she responds and seems happy to answer all of my questions as I send a lot of them. I've lived in a lot of apartments and I haven't experienced a management as wonderful as this one.

Cortland Estates has been my home for a few months now. The complex is nice and has all the amenities. Location is pretty convenient with a walking distance to Target and other stores and restaurants at the Southpark Mall. The staff is very attentive and handles requests quickly. I would like to preface with, I don't normally write reviews Someone really has to exceed my expectations for me to take the time to sit down and write something. That is exactly what my apartment manager Grace Withers did at Cortland Southpark Terraces I had many questions and didn't hesitate to call or email her as she always responded quickly and with a smile. I never once felt I was bothering her even though I should have been at some points. She addressed and fixed every single question or problem I had always with a smile. It was as if she actually likes her job. It's so rare to find that these days. I usually feel like people think they are doing me a favor just by being there and that should be all anyone requires of them. At any rate if you are searching for an apartment home. These facilities are beautiful and as I mentioned. The management is exceptional. Thanks for taking your time to read my review. I hope it helps you in your search for your next home!

Love these apartments. Best staff. Best maintenance team I’ve experienced. The gym is always clean, never had a bad neighbor and the best part is the apartments are very dog friendly. Grace has been awesome. She is one of the apartment managers there and she is always there to help, great energy, and always making sure you have the best experience in living in the apartments. Since I've been here, I've really enjoyed the great customer service and attention to detail that the staff have paid here, especially If we have to put in a order request to change something in the apartment, Their maintenance team goes above and beyond. I especially recommend Grace, who was at the leasing office, who has a been extremely helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on her face. Cortland Southpark Terraces is a great community to live in! Grace Withers was incredibly helpful in guiding me through moving apartments within the community and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend the community to anyone who wants to live in Austin. It is a short drive from downtown, by Austin standards, and a great place to live.

I toured with a friend who leased here and we worked with Grace. We had toured about 8 places that today and we were so tired, but Grace’s bubbly personality just lifted our spirits and ultimately helped my friend make their decision very easy. I have visited a few times since they have moved in and all the team there is always willing to help. I also think there two pools are so beautiful. Definitely 10/10.

We still don't have the month living here and it's been amazing from the first time I came for information until now, Valerie is an amazing sales person, she is very patient and help us on every step ❤. The apartments are beautiful you just have to step by and see it for yourself. The pool is delish and have some lounge areas so you can relax or just hang with your friends enjoy The fresh air. The only complaint I have is the maintenance guys, I think they don't have enough staff and doesn't get any answers about it.

I have really enjoyed my experience with everyone at this complex. I do a lot of research before I make these types of decisions and I must've asked Tara from the front office 75 questions over the course of two weeks. Every time she seemed happy to be talking to me again. Very informative, very honest, made me feel like once I signed my lease that this service from the front office would carry through for my entire leasing period. I love the location is close enough to the giant shopping center to easily utilize it but far enough away to not see the traffic in the complex.

It has been so far a wonderful transition into Cortland Southpark Terraces. The presentation of the amenities and the apartments themselves is very modern. My experience with management as been pleasant and smooth with no hiccups. Grace at the front of was wonderful and assisted me with finding my new home. Also Blair was very helpful with answering any questions I had. Cheers to the management here, it’s very rare that anything moves this smoothly.

10/10 Would recommend to a friend! My roommate and I looked at practically all the apartment complexes in a 30 mile radius in Austin and even houses. We physically toured more than 8 apartment complexes. Cortland Southpark Terraces was the best one for the best price. We have lived here for 2 months so far and have ZERO complaints. We love our two bedroom two bathroom apartment! It's modern, clean and safe! It has everything you would want in an apartment complex, great utilities and great management. Specifically Blair Bates in the office who is so awesome and always there for us! He is so helpful whenever we have issues (which we barely have had) and he made it so easy to move in. He also checks in on us from time to time to make sure everything is okay. This is the perfect place!!! If you are considering moving here, do it!

Terraces has been one of my favorite places to call home! The unit I stayed in was comfortable, and perfect for my small family.
