I had an issue with them not picking up my trash in which I gave them time to resolve it in which they did. They have done a great job dealing with any other issues I had from noisy neighbors to people parking illegally causing driving issues. Also maintenance does a great job. I moved this from a one star to a four stars. I will make this a five stars if this continues.

Cameron provided outstanding service as he walked us through all the details. He provided excellent perspective into pros and cons (in his perspective) of some of the units we looked at. His understanding of the rules and policies as we asked questions about the property. The property itself is beautiful with a surprisingly quiet location. There is a huge amount of green space in the area with plenty of trees and open areas for dogs. Multiple exits to very different streets means that traffic will rarely block you from getting onto nearby main surface roads. Big thanks again to Cameron for absolutely knocking it out of the park and giving us a wonderful tour.

As someone who has a lot of experience in the property management world, my expectations are pretty high when it comes to the functionality of a leasing office/maintenance team. I would give 10 stars if I could, especially to the maintenance team who went above and beyond for me yesterday! I've only lived there a few weeks, but my whole experience thus far has felt incredibly friendly and efficient. I really do believe that the onsite team can make or break a resident's living experience and can be the deciding factor in resident retention. Overall, I'm so happy with where I live and would highly recommend it to anyone who is currently looking for a new place to call home.

The staff were very friendly when I toured. I was with Manny, who was very personable and also knew a lot about the area. The property itself (units, common areas, amenities) looked clean and in good shape.
