Compared to other places I’ve lived at the place is incredible! Mason is always helpful and prompt if something breaks or we need something fixed! Lori and everyone I’ve met in the front office are a joy to talk to and they will work with you on any problems or issues that arise. Couldn’t recommend these apartments more!

My husband and I LOVE Cortland, we have been tenants here for over a year now and we have been extremely impressed with the community and its management. Our concerns (which have been very few) have always been addressed quickly and professionally. The management team, especially Lori, have been incredible in making Cortland feel like our home, even when we had to switch to a bigger apartment mid lease when we found out we were having our first baby! And the service team is spectacular. They are always quick, efficient, and kind. Mason goes above and beyond and honestly it’s no wonder the service has been so good since he’s been managing it. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I absolutely loved living at Cortland! My husband and I lived here for 3 years and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move states. From the moment I moved in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional—they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Mattie and Lori are 10/10! The community itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and quiet. Everything always felt safe. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to live with top-notch service and a calm atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend!

Me and my significant other have lived here for 10 months and absolutely love it. The apartments are modern and clean. The amenities are easily accessible and very cleans. When we have had problems maintenance is here same-day if not the very next day. They have fun events to attend all the time, and all of the staff is super nice. 10/10.

This is an absolutely beautiful community, it’s always well kept and the apartments are really nice! One big plus are the nice amenities like a clubhouse with cold brew coffee on tap! I like that they also routinely schedule food trucks to visit the community. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Lori over the last 10 months, and recently Maddie. Both are great people and truly care about the property and community members. If your looking for a great place with nice amenities, easy access to the interstate, I would definitely recommend Cortland South Meridian!

Lori was fabulous to work with! She was responsive, professional, and pleasant to speak to. Unfortunately I had to find housing in a different area so I wasn’t able to follow through with renting their apartment. They were understanding and gracious when my housing needs changed. I highly recommend this apartment complex as their management is incredible, which iles’s a huge deciding factor for me!

I've lived at Cortland South Meridian for about 2.5 years and have loved it the entire time! The management team and maintenance is super responsive and helpful. I've worked in rentals before and this place is run right. Neighbors are generally pretty quiet and I haven't had any big issues since I've lived here. Highly recommend!

I didn’t want to leave a review while I was living here because the idea of making my address public made me uncomfortable. But I’m moving out in a couple weeks so I would like to say a few things. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived. My apartment is beautiful. I have always felt happy whenever I get home. The maintenance is really top notch. I did have a few things that came up and I would barely even have the request put in before it was being addressed. The grounds are REALLY clean. Pets are treated wonderfully. The staff has been really exceptional. I’ve had a rough go of things in the last few months financially, due to unexpected health issues. That’s why I decided not to renew my lease because it only seemed right to find somewhere I could better afford. Rather than making any threats or making me feel bad for struggling to pay my rent during one month, they made a plan for me to catch up and were just SO nice to me. It’s very quiet around here. Absolutely amazing staff, community and complex overall. I signed a 15 month lease with the South Meridian Complex but recently left due to Military Leave. Living there has been an incredible experience. The amenities surpassed my expectations with the gym, pool, and club house. Overall they set the bar high and I couldn’t recommend them more.

We love living at Cortland! Matty went above and beyond when helping my wife and I move from out of state. She helped us choose a unit with a view and did a FaceTime tour to give us perspective. The amenities are wonderful and the quality of the apartment is definitely luxury. On top of that there are always food trucks coming each week and many events to get to know your neighbors. The pool is perfect in the summer and the gym has top notch equipment. I highly recommend living here if you’re in search of a Meridian apartment!

These apartments are kept up very well! Besides fresh paint in spring, the maintenance crew has been out early mornings, afternoons and evenings making sure the sidewalks, common areas are cleared and safe to walk on. I have been grateful for how active and up on it they have been with all this snow, freezing rain and cold cold temperatures! They do excellent job making sure us that live here can get in and out safely!

Unfortunately I am not able to stay here cause of my own things going on but, this has by far been the best staff and operations I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex. Genuine people who are always nice and make you feel welcome. Lori, Matty, Melanie, Mason, and anyone else I didn’t mention have been so helpful and attentive. Even after I told them I would not be staying they have never changed. All nice, professional, respectful, and amazing complex. The complete experience of living here is, bar none, the best! The manager is always pleasant and available, the assistant manager has a great attitude as well. Moved here in 2020! I have lived in several different apartment complexes in the past and this one has by far been the best one! They have higher quality amenities than most apartment complexes, and the management team has always been amazing! Very friendly and they always find ways to make the community a fun place to live! Such as occasional pizza nights in the club house, gift basket raffles, free pumpkin hand out to all the residents during Halloween, and Food Truck Wednesday to name a few. Special shout-out to Lori and Matty on the management team! You’ve both been great!

Whenever I come to visit, the grounds are well taken care of. The apartments inside are lovely and the community pool/rec room are always clean as well as maintained properly. I just went to the food truck tonight, love that the fo this all the time. NEIghbors are cool. CLubhouse is the best ive seen. LIve the apartment. Work from home so im around all the time. I Gotta call out the maintenance guy Mason is fast and in top of things, nice change from my last place.

I am so happy with my experience at Cortland South Meridian! The staff is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and friendly, and they create such a safe and fun environment! They have been very accommodating and the complex itself is so nice and clean. Feels very homey and offers endless entertainment! I am extremely grateful!

I have been living at South Merdian Cortland Apartment for over a year now. The management is always so helpful and supportive. Mady and Lori are always so friendly. When I walk in Melody is always ready to help with any issues I have. Raul and Leo show great quality results in any service order I fill out. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I am so glad I choose to live at Cortland. Not only is the apartment new and modern, the location is convenient, the staff is friendly and the community is like a resort. They maintain the community, always making improvements and they work hard to make sure everything is working and the residents are taken care of. I absolutely love it here and never want to leave.

If you're looking for a place that checks all the boxes... this is it. Great gym, pool is nice, landscape is pretty, neighbors are chill, best of all my apartment is adorable. My pups ?? the dog park and live the gals in the office. Maintenance guy is cool.

I had a great experience living at the Cortland Apartments! The people who work there, especially Matty, are amazing. They plan awesome events with free food and drinks a few times each month, and even bring in food trucks. The maintenance team is fast and friendly, and the apartments themselves are big and nice. Honestly, I can't think of a single thing to complain about when it comes to the staff or the Cortland Apartments. I would definitely recommend them!

It’s such an amazing community! I love being a resident here at Cortland South Meridian. The faculty here is always so supportive and welcoming! If there is ever a problem it is quickly resolved! The landscape and fun activities makes living here so enjoyable.

I have been so impressed with S Cortland Apartments at Meridian. As a single mom with two boys, I look for a place that’s SAFE, cozy, and friendly. Cortland has all those things and more. The landscape is so beautiful with so many beautiful spots for walks/ the pool is amazing and always so clean. Grounds and maintenance crew- Edan, Raul, Mason, and Leo are friendly, and responded immediately to inquiries. In management- Matty Lori, and Melody are absolutely amazing! They’re so helpful and welcoming. Matty is attentive and responds immediately to any questions. Matty, Lori and the whole staff have helped make the move here absolutely the best experience.

Review below me - the office was empty because we were getting a wonderful guided tour of this incredible apartment complex! The clubhouse is gorgeous and has everything you could imagine! Hopefully I get the opportunity to live here one day!

The staff(Matty and Lori) was very friendly. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. The clubhouse has coffee and study/office rooms and is open 24 hours. I am yet to use the swimming pool. I am looking forward to using that during the summer.

I came to idaho to visit family and we drove past this property and wow my wife and I took a shot in the dark figured we'd check it out. Asked to take a tour and I have to say the people here are awsome one of the maintenance guys Nicely and professionally led us to the front office for questions and man everyone is just so awsome from the moment we drove past to the moment we left it was just such an awsome experience, cortland south meridian you guys are above all. super nice community and the employees are awsome as well, we'll be moving from Texas to Idaho and I'm sure we'll be at cortland till we find a house to buy thank you for being awsome. *****

Cortland has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The staff are super kind and organize fun events with free food and drinks a couple times a month. The maintenance team is quick and friendly and the apartments are really well insulated (I never hear the neighbors). I love living here and can't say enough good things about it!

The maintenance tech Mason takes his job seriously and is extremely diligent. You can tell that he loves his job and genuinely cares about improving the experience of residents. As an employer, Cortland should feel incredibly fortunate to have such a charismatic and dedicated employee. This makes a world of difference as a tenant; there's someone who cares about your space and comfort as much as you do. Top notch, I'd hire him if I could!

I absolutely love Cortland! Everything is beautiful and the team is great to work with. Mattie is always on top of it from questions to putting together events for the residents to enjoy. The clubhouse has become one of my favorite spots to relax in and I love the free kombucha!

Cortland is fantastic. Mason takes great care of the pool/hot tub etc.. Never have to worry about slipping/falling on ice/snow. Always shoveled early in the morning. Love living here.

The community and overall apartments were amazing quality! The clubhouse was so elaborate and fun. Maintaince was always on top of their game, quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Had lots of wonderful interactions with maintaince folks like Mason Mollete, etc... absolutely would recommend living here!!

Beautiful clubhouse, friendly staff. Workout room has new equipment and lots of room...plus awesome pool and corn hole! The units are spacious and there is lots if storage. If you are looking for luxury apartment living. check out Cortland South Meridian.

One of the best places to live!!! Management is always doing their best to make everyone that lives there to be top priority! Office lady’s have been so patient and hard working! Pool is always maintained! Grills have been amazing to use this summer. Streets are clean and garbage free! Maintenance personal have went over and beyond. Had a few problems that were resolved within hours ! Just a hands down great community to live in and raise a family!!! Thank you !!

We moved in a couple weeks ago and the only issue we have encountered so far is the extremely loud and heavy walking in the unit above us. It is so heavy it rattles the glasses in our kitchen cabinets. Not sure what insulation is used but it is not enough.

So far I love it here matty in the office is Awesome Maybe we’ll be friends the longer I stay lol but the reason why I’m giving it a four star rating is because when I first moved in two months ago the lady who lives underneath me decided that she wanted to come out of her apartment and scream at the moving truck and tell them she works for the office and it’s in my contract I can’t be moving into my apartment at night and demanded the truck leave. The movers ignored her after saying “we have no choice but to finish this.” They were done by 9 PM they even quit using their dolly so the lady wouldn’t come out and scream at them again. This whole situation could’ve been handled better and more mature and if she really does work for the office I’m not interested in interacting with the Community gatherings if that’s how some of them act.

When I walked in I was greeted by Kihanna she was very friendly and showed me around the clubhouse. The grounds were very well maintained and I felt at home right away. Beautiful community and great staff! Thank you for being so welcoming.

Love living here. The layout of the apartment is perfect and spacious. I stay at home, homeschooling, and don’t go out of my mind. It’s a wonderful space that makes you feel great. The pool is amazing. My kids are like fish now, with how well made the pool is. The clubhouse is gorgeous and inviting and gives the perfect place to meet, play pool and spend time with friends. If I need to concentrate on work, there are office spaces. If I need to feel like relaxing at a cafe, they have a space for that and the coffee printer to complete that picture. The gym has all the equipment someone could need, and a yoga/cycling space. Outdoors, there’s ping pong volleyball, horseshoe, and cornholes. Really there is so much to offer at this home that the fact the freeway is only two minutes away is just a bonus.

We've lived here for over a year and the staff here is so amazing. They are always incredibly helpful and I love getting to meet them in the office. This is also the first place that I have lived that is truly dog friendly. They treat my pitbull so well and are always so happy to see him. We really love being part of the community.

My fiancé and I have been living here for a little over a year now. Our lease is up in April and we just re signed today. While we did find other places that were slightly cheaper, we couldn’t leave. For what you get here at Cortland it’s well worth the price. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The staff are all awesome from the managers to the maintenance techs. We love it here
