Very clean and detail oriented apartment complex, maintenance is extremely kind and willing to go above and beyond to help you. Mason, who works in maintenance is exceptionally well at his job and is willing to help residence With just about anything even non-apartment or Cortland related problems!

The staff and or leasing persons on site for Cortland South were excellent help, knowledgeable, accommodating, and informative , not to mention went above and beyond to make sure my tour of said facilities was seamless beyond fault, your leasing agent Helen was phenomenal to a fault and knew this property location inside and out. I can only say after looking at multiple other entity locations the staff including Helen was second to no other.

I have had an amazing experience since the moment I stepped into Cortland South Meridian. I came in about a couple hours before close, without notice and Matty made time to show me some of the available apartments. She had an appointment scheduled for about 30 minutes after I arrived, but I let her know the urgency of finding somewhere since I had been struggling to find an apartment for my move to Idaho while about 34 weeks pregnant. She squeezed me in, but did not make me feel rushed at all. She gave an amazing walk through, answered questions and really made me feel as though this was the right place for me. I am happy to say I ended up making the decision to go with Cortland at South Meridian. The whole team was such amazing help in getting me into a unit, we struggled with some hiccups (this was on my end, nothing on theirs) and they did everything in their power to help me get it resolved.
