This apartment complex has been the best place I’ve rented from since I’ve been renting. The apartment was spotless when we first moved in. The apartment amenities (pool, gym, free coffee machine) are amazing. On top of that, their team is phenomenal and very friendly (we adore Matty)!! If you’re considering moving here, definitely give it a tour!

We absolutely love living here! Our apartment is great, and the gym and pool are definitely some of our favorite parts of the apartment. It really feels like home! A huge shoutout to Matty at the front desk, who was super helpful throughout the whole process of getting our room and moving in. She made everything so much easier and was always willing to help. We’re really happy we chose this place and would definitely recommend it!

As a resident who is a little over halfway through my lease, I wanted to say that moving into Cortland South Meridian was probably one of the best decisions I made when I was apartment hunting. From the very beginning, the leasing process was easy and straightforward, and the staff has always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. The community itself is well maintained, comfortable, and truly feels like home. And, as with any community or any home, maintenance issues occasionally come up. When they do, the maintenance team is extremely quick to respond and take care of the problem. What impresses me even more is the follow-up. Even after an issue has been resolved, when that member of the maintenance team sees you around the property, they’ll stop and ask how everything is going and make sure the problem is still taken care of. That kind of personal attention really says a lot about the people who work her

It’s been great! Helen who helped us with move in was truly a rockstar! We moved from out of state and the whole team consistently answered our questions, was quick in their communication, while still maintaining warmth and professionalism. As far as the actual Cortland community, we really enjoy all the amenities, the activities they put on and the food trucks they bring in. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into maintaining the community.

My fiancé and I recently touched bases with Cortland at this location to rent for a year. We’re moving in this month so I am currently leaving a 4 star review. The onboarding and touring process were super easy and helpful and our associate Matty was very helpful and prompt with all communications. Looking forward to moving in!

The staff and or leasing persons on site for Cortland South were excellent help, knowledgeable, accommodating, and informative , not to mention went above and beyond to make sure my tour of said facilities was seamless beyond fault, your leasing agent Helen was phenomenal to a fault and knew this property location inside and out. I can only say after looking at multiple other entity locations the staff including Helen was second to no other.

I have had an amazing experience since the moment I stepped into Cortland South Meridian. I came in about a couple hours before close, without notice and Matty made time to show me some of the available apartments. She had an appointment scheduled for about 30 minutes after I arrived, but I let her know the urgency of finding somewhere since I had been struggling to find an apartment for my move to Idaho while about 34 weeks pregnant. She squeezed me in, but did not make me feel rushed at all. She gave an amazing walk through, answered questions and really made me feel as though this was the right place for me. I am happy to say I ended up making the decision to go with Cortland at South Meridian. The whole team was such amazing help in getting me into a unit, we struggled with some hiccups (this was on my end, nothing on theirs) and they did everything in their power to help me get it resolved. Love this place I own a local food truck called "Tommy's cheesesteaks" and have been fortunate enough to come feed everyone here for the past couple months. The office staff is very professional and the residents are super friendly. great people great place!

Compared to other places I’ve lived at the place is incredible! Mason is always helpful and prompt if something breaks or we need something fixed! Lori and everyone I’ve met in the front office are a joy to talk to and they will work with you on any problems or issues that arise. Couldn’t recommend these apartments more!

My husband and I LOVE Cortland, we have been tenants here for over a year now and we have been extremely impressed with the community and its management. Our concerns (which have been very few) have always been addressed quickly and professionally. The management team, especially Lori, have been incredible in making Cortland feel like our home, even when we had to switch to a bigger apartment mid lease when we found out we were having our first baby! And the service team is spectacular. They are always quick, efficient, and kind. Mason goes above and beyond and honestly it’s no wonder the service has been so good since he’s been managing it. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I absolutely loved living at Cortland! My husband and I lived here for 3 years and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move states. From the moment I moved in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional—they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Mattie and Lori are 10/10! The community itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and quiet. Everything always felt safe. I can't say enough good things about this place. Me and my significant other have lived here for 10 months and absolutely love it. The apartments are modern and clean. The amenities are easily accessible and very cleans. When we have had problems maintenance is here same-day if not the very next day. They have fun events to attend all the time, and all of the staff is super nice. 10/10.

This is an absolutely beautiful community, it’s always well kept and the apartments are really nice! One big plus are the nice amenities like a clubhouse with cold brew coffee on tap! I like that they also routinely schedule food trucks to visit the community. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Lori over the last 10 months, and recently Maddie. Both are great people and truly care about the property and community members. If your looking for a great place with nice amenities, easy access to the interstate, I would definitely recommend Cortland South Meridian!

Lori was fabulous to work with! She was responsive, professional, and pleasant to speak to. Unfortunately I had to find housing in a different area so I wasn’t able to follow through with renting their apartment. They were understanding and gracious when my housing needs changed. I highly recommend this apartment complex as their management is incredible, which iles’s a huge deciding factor for me!

I've lived at Cortland South Meridian for about 2.5 years and have loved it the entire time! The management team and maintenance is super responsive and helpful. I've worked in rentals before and this place is run right. Neighbors are generally pretty quiet and I haven't had any big issues since I've lived here. Highly recommend!

This place is so great! Especially if you have something wrong in your apartment. The service manager, Mason Mollette is one of the most awesome guys! He is so friendly and polite and you just don't see that anymore. They always come right over and fix things quick. The whole team is great at their job! Thanks! Also, gotta love the pool! 😎
