When I first moved into Cortland in 2025, the management experience was honestly horrible. The previous management was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful, and it felt like so many residents were unhappy with how things were being handled. Since the new management team took over, the difference has truly been NIGHT AND DAY! The team we have in the office now, along with the maintenance team, is absolutely AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly, always speaks, and has a smile on their face every single time you see them. You can genuinely tell that they care about the residents and the community. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly, often the same day, and the office team is always kind, welcoming, and helpful. So many of us even bring our pups into the office regularly because they always make a point to give them a treat and love on them! Hannah was such a great leasing agent. She was incredibly well-prepared, organized, and on top of every detail throughout the process. She was also very empathetic and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a new apartment, which gave me a lot of confidence in the property and management team. I ultimately decided not to rent because I was hoping for a very specific unit, but that decision had nothing to do with my experience working with Hannah. She truly made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Hannah’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one!

Jasen and Johnson are the best! They helped me fix a few things in my apartment and were incredibly prompt, professional, and super friendly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their great work and positive attitude!

Have very much enjoyed my time at cortland, location can’t be beat. Jamie and Michaela in the leasing office have been great and very helpful with lease renewals / transfers / updates about the complex.
