Been at Cortland Seventy Seven for about a month now. Moved in initially to one unit and then switched to a ground floor apartment shortly after, so I've gotten to see a bit of both. The building's a little older, so I did run into some issues — shower head didn't fit right, garbage disposal stopped working, dishwasher wasn't working, washer had problems, and the oven's still broken (that one and the occasional roach sighting are still pending, though everything else got fixed pretty quickly once I put in a request). Other than that, honestly really happy here — it's calm and quiet, and Costco, Walmart, and other everyday shopping are just a mile and a half away, so a quick drive. The pool and gym are great too, my kid has the best time in the pool, and I really appreciate the community events they put together to get people together. Henry and LaKeya at the front office, whom I interact with often, have been super courteous and helpful the whole time. Only real complaint is the deposit process and how strict

We have been here since the beginning of the year and have loved every minute! There is never any issues or concerns and just always good vibes! Today I met Tiana and she was so polite and nice! Definitely the best complex I’ve ever lived at.

Ms. Morgan spoke with me with professionalism and kindness to address several concerns about the conditions of several appliances in the unit. I arrived to the office prior to it opening and she stepped out to speak with me and provided an immediate solution. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Brendan, provided excellent customer service when installing the new appliance. They were careful while moving in and about the unit. They assessed the installment prior to leaving and asked if there was anything else needed. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Communication flows well within the staff. All staff seemed kind and eager to help, office was clean and stocked with tea and coffee. Maintenance should have their own office or space with a computer.

Yves was pleasant...the complex is on the older side but have been maintained well. Bathrooms could use some renovations. The community is quiet for the most part. I have experienced a weekend here yet.

I’ve lived at Cortland 77 since May 2023. I love my apartment. The floor plan and size of the rooms are much larger than the newer units in Charlotte, which I greatly appreciate. I have interacted with the staff on numerous occasions, and I have consistently found that the office staff, Charity, Henry, and the Property Manager, Morgan, are professionals who work tirelessly to provide residents with the pinnacle of customer service and a welcoming resident experience, regardless of the myriad personalities and issues they encounter. Last summer, when I was convalescing from a surgical procedure, I received a notice that I had a package at the office. Typically, after notifying the resident that they had a package, you would go to the office and pick up your package. However, at that time, I was unable, and Charity brought the package to my home. That’s only one example of the kindness and excellence in customer service she provides. She is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to assist the

This is going on my fifth year residing at Cortland 77. There have been ups and downs to that experience. However, working with Charity (5 stars), Experience Manager, is always a good experience!! She has a relatable personality, making issues manageable and always pleasant with a genuine demeaner. Extremely pro-active at following up and making sure all questions are addressed and answered. Moving and relocations are inherently stressful situations and she makes the situation welcoming and a personal experience. Thank you Charity!!

I am coming up on the end of my first year, and will be renewing my lease. I am very well taken care of, whenever I call Charity with an issue she resolves it, and she always checks back to be sure everything is okay. The office staff and the maintenance team are the best. Thank you Cortland 77!!

I love living at Cortland Seventy Seven, the maintenance staff is great and on point and so is the office staff, especially Charity B. She makes sure that she is always there to service your needs, whether it's a rent issue, complaint, or receiving your packages. The only dislike is we don't have a computer/ office center for the residents to use and the new office hours.
