Now I’m almost 4 months into my lease with no regrets. The grounds are maintained, all services requests are handled within 24 hours and the management team is available to assist when needed. Seven Meadows what can be said ? When a consumer has taken time in search of a new place, one would ask themselves do I wanna go into the 5th place not wanting to be disappointed by false claims along with your subpar performance by robotic staff. But after speaking with staff at Seven Meadows there’s yet hope for the many families and individuals looking for the new place. Being greeted by welcoming staff is great but them doing their best to prove it’s different at seven meadows will always be a plus in my book. Thanks team

I've been living at Cortland at Seven Meadows for over a year and I have greatly enjoyed my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities are great as well. The maintenance staff here is excellent. When I have a service request, which is not often, they respond promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive is the front desk team. Whether it's managing packages, coordinating with the maintenance team, or assisting with any other of our needs, they do it with a high level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend Cortland at Seven Meadows for anyone looking for a place that not only offers great living accommodations but also has a team that genuinely cares about its residents.

After recently moving here I have loved the community and what it has to offer. The staff, particularly Maggie, has been so helpful, understanding, and kind ever since my move. It’s clear how she really cares about the residents. The day I moved in she stayed later than she had to, simply to make sure that we could get into our apartment as soon as possible. Anything less than a five star rating simply would be undeserving and unfair.

I recently moved into my apartment and was having problems printing 2 important documents. After about 2 hours of trying. both staff attempted to assist. Maggi gave me her email and tried to assist but the emails were not going through. Wanda went out of her way to assist me and patiently walked me through the process. I was really becoming agitated with my time going and not getting any results. Her professionalism and patience was remarkable. Wanda also assisted me with ensuring that Gatewise was working after several attempts. She also ensured that Cortland Connect was working after several attempts . Her care and concern was very genuine and I appreciated that she took the time to ensure everything was working and that my transition to Cortland was seamless. Wanda is truly a remarkable resource that represents Cortland very well. I left the office with a good experience! Thanks Wanda!

Cortland Seven Meadows has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. One of the standout features is the range of activities they offer for both kids and adults. For the kids, there's an amazing movie night every three month where they can enjoy popular films with soft drinks and popcorn. It's a great way for them to relax and have fun in a safe environment. For adults, the dance classes are a real highlight every week! They're a fantastic way to stay active, meet neighbours , and have a blast. The instructors are top-notch and make every class enjoyable. Overall, the community spirit and the well-thought-out activities make living here a wonderful experience for families and individuals alike. Highly recommend!

Although I did not pursue Courtland Seven Meadows, however I absolutely loved this space! It was quite homey in comparison to other modern apartments. Ericka assisted me in my tour and was amazing! Very personable and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend seeing the floor plans in person if you can and seeing properties with Ericka!

Maggie is awesome! Gave a great quick tour of the property. She made the entire process very easy & I really appreciated her follow-ups even when I missed the application deadline the first time. I witnessed first hand how busy she gets in the office but she still managed to respond to me via text in a timely manner. Very welcoming atmosphere. It was nice to see families enjoying the pool, it made it feel more homey & you could tell people enjoy their stay there. Happy to call this place my new home!

Mrs. Ericka got me in for a tour around closing due to my long work hours. She answered all of my questions with ease. She was very transparent about the property. She also went out of her way for assisting me when I couldn’t quite think for myself due to stress. I’m sure she still doesn’t know how much I appreciate her. Llevo poco más de 4 años viviendo en Cortland Seven Meadows. Este es mi hogar! Hay muchísimas cosas que me encantan de vivir aquí. Voy a empezar hablar del personal, el personal administrativo es el mismo desde que llegue aquí, y es para mi tan importante eso, saber que siempre que necesite algo estarán allí las mismas personas, y siempre estarán al tanto de tus necesidades porque siempre son los mismos, no cambian y te conocen y tu a ellos. Sucede lo mismo con el personal de mantenimiento, son maravillosos todos, unas personas trabajadoras y siempre con una buena aptitud dispuesto ayudarte en lo que sea que necesites, estar rodeada del mismo personal siempre te hace sentir tranquilo y seguro. Si les hablo de la solución a los problemas que se pueden presentar y llamo problemas a cualquier reparación que necesites o mantenimiento de tuselectrodomésticos eso es de inmediato más tardas tu en solicitar algún servicio que ellos en tocar tu puerta o entrar a resolver lo que sea que haya que resolver. Overall the apartments are very nice. The staff is excellent and the pool is great. Nice safe neighborhood. My only complaints are that my apartment was not clean when I moved in and it did take several months to get pest control under control (expected with apartment living I guess). The kids in this apartment complex are often unsupervised, loud, and will damage your property (again, can be expected with apartments). My new car has had some significant damage from bikes and balls being rammed into it. The kids have destroyed my patio decor and the grass in the courtyards so the sidewalks tend to get muddy. Sometimes the parents are even outside watching this happen. Not a bad place to live but be prepared for noisy and destructive kids in the community areas.

I believe that Cortland Seven Meadows has an amazing environment and community. As well as the community team is working hard for the comfort of it’s residents. Very well satisfied! I would also like to share my opinion about how the rent here is very flexible and affordable than the other apartments in Katy that aren’t even that good as for living. I must say it’s worth being a resident at Cortlands:))

I don't know the other building, but this building 8 is sometimes terrible, I saw egg liquid spread at someone's door floor. And sometimes the corridor is not clean enough just maybe because of some bad neighbors

We had a wonderful experience here at Cortland Seven Meadows. The office staff, especially Ericka and Ashley, were always available, attentive and really cared about our experience as residents. The maintenance staff is amazing! They are always going above and beyond. We will miss the overall environment and people, it is definitely a rare combination to find.

Zoned to good schools and good place to live. My kids have made lots of friends here. The pool is always very clean and we like that trash is taken door by door. We enjoy to live here and will choose to renew again.

The location for this place is perfect and convenient to get onto 99 or west park. It really makes the commute into the city. Much easier. The pool is nice and I like the classes they offer on Monday. Erika helped me with my lease and she’s very nice and professional. Thank you to this team!

I have been living at Cortland for almost 6 months now and it has been great! The place is clean and well-kept. The amenities are excellent and the staff will literally do anything and everything they can to accommodate your needs. Ashley V was such a help when I was applying and I have no regrets.

Out of all the staff, Ericka was by far my favorite and the most helpful to me. During my tour she was extremely friendly and assisted me every step of the way when it came to buying my apartment. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was taken care of at all times. She is great at her job and I would recommend her to anyone looking at living here and Cortland seven meadows.

Update: 4/10/2023 Before I move in, one package had already got stolen. I have a standing desk delivered on Sunday (with a delivery picture), but nothing was there when the staff went to check it on Monday. Shock by the security issue here. I had the pleasure of working with Ericka from the leasing office, and I have to say that she was absolutely fantastic! Ericka was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the leasing process. She was proactive in communicating with me and made sure that my package was safely secured until I could come and pick it up. Her attention to detail and willingness to help in any way possible really made the leasing experience a great one. Can’t wait to move in!

The staff is incredibly nice and super helpful! The pool parties are great for the kids and family alike with tons of movies and food for everyone. The gym is also really homie and is a great environment to work out in.

Estoy aquí desde diciembre del 2020 el lugar es muy limpio y organizado, cuando algo se daña el servicio de mantenimiento es extremadamente rápido y su personal es muy amable, en el leasing office Ashley en la mejor de todas muy atenta y servicial, por su parte Erika creo es la manager como todo jefe algunas veces da miedo preguntarle algo ella debería ser un poco mas gentil, los problemas que he tenido el personal del leasing siempre a buscado una solución, en general a este condominio le doy el máximo puntaje. Buen lugar para vivir con tranquilidad y si algo le perturba no dude en hablar con él personal del leasing ellos buscarán una solución.

Just renewed my lease for another year! For the past two years this has been a great place to live with staff that is always quick to help and friendly. Haven't had a ton of issues needing maintenance, but the few times I have were handled quickly and completely. No issues with neighbors/bugs/mail- or any of the other things that can make an apartment a nightmare. Highly recommended!

I just wanna say how happy my family has been living here these last couple of years. I just seen this on camera of the workers cleaning our doors and the hallway and sweeping and taking trash. The last apartments we lived in we hardly seen this and had to do our own cleaning outside our door. I just wanted to give the team a shoutout for always being on top of things and being so nice when we see them out walking the grounds. Happy Holidays!

Great apartments with state of the art amenities. The management is super friendly and helpful. Moved in recently and everything was coordinated/organized perfectly. I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

I was nervous about moving to an unfamiliar area; however, my experience has been great thus far. Maintenance stays on top of requests promptly and is friendly whether they are doing service in the apartment or passing. In my 37 previous addresses, I have never felt more satisfied in my living arrangements and am so happy to call 625 Broadway my home. I feel connected to the energy of the city but inside my well-equipped unit is a quiet sanctuary. The amenities are stellar, the building has character that's one-of-a-kind, and the impressive ceilings and design of my unit still makes me think "Wow, I get to live here," every time I walk through the door. From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and recently renewed for a second year. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes and stunning views, amenities are great and the community is friendly & respectful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues, and when they enter your unit, are always respectful and courteous. I would say the front (Marlene, Gerard & Kenya especially) team are second to none - they always go out of their way to give residents the opportunity absolute best experience and truly make living at Paragon special. We love it here!

We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

The apartment homes and amenities at Powell Grand are exceptional. With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! The community staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. As a single mom with a teenager, I feel safe. I like how the community is well maintained. Having moved here from a previous gated home community, I don’t feel I am missing much of what I had before. The apartment layout works perfectly in the two bedroom setup. I have plenty of room and the neighbors are mindful and quiet. The community itself is quiet and safe. We are still in the same school district as before and close to everything we were used to. Although we downsized in space, I don’t feel we downsized in amenities. It truly has that resort like feel minus the room service. I am truly enjoying being here.

The community is clean and the units are good. There are no roaches or bed bugs in this community. They have an Amazon hub locker as well, which is very convenient. I see a drastic change in the experience once new management has taken over the office. The service requests are assessed within a few days. I appreciate the new management and maintenance staff for improving the overall experience for the residents.

The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

I love living in Cortland seven Meadows, my apartment is very beautiful, spacious, with well-distributed areas, I love its community, you find many kind people, its green areas are always impeccable, I really like the maintenance staff because they solve quickly and They are very kind and professional people, just like in the office they are very kind, and always willing to assist you. It was great living there, except they charge ridiculous bunch of fees, hard to understand their fee refund policies. Customer service is wonderful, Ashley and Erica are amazing. Water heater is very small, so hurry up with your showers. But overall great experience. Don't forget the over the top quality schools!

I recently relocated from Dallas to Katy, TX. It was a VERY stressful time for me as I have never lived outside of DFW. Ashley and Ericka made my moving process completely seamless! They were so efficient and attentive. My home was completely perfect at move in. I have yet to submit a service request, but every time I run into our service team outside they greet me with a smile! Staff has always accommodated to mine and my hubby’s needs. Ashley Vásquez in specific has always taken the time to hear out my concerns or comments and always responds quickly and professionally. Not to mention she was very patient to explain the many questions I had thourghly . Thank you to the staff at Cortland Seven Meadows for taking care of me and my hubby. We enjoy living here. It’s conveniently located in a nice area and close to a lot of shops and stores. The property is clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is amazing! Service requests are fulfilled quickly; it’s a big plus! The office staff is exceptional, Ericka is patient, knowledgeable and will guide you through the whole process, she takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Overall I’m very satisfied with the property.

My experience with the Cortland management team has been nothing but satisfactory! Ericka Aguirre has be an absolute blessing to work with and she is very informative and thoughtful when it comes to helping find the right place for me and my family to stay. Just recently toured this apartment. The apartments are beautiful as well as the amenities. Ashley Vasquez was very informative when touring and tried to find us the best deal for our budget! This will definitely be in my top choices in our apartment search

First, the staff is simply amazing, especially Ericka. She took the time to do a tour, answered all my questions and explained the process with great detail. The amenities on the property are perfect for me. Zoned to one of the top-rated school districts in Texas is a plus!

I've stayed here for a little over a year and I'm ready to move out. The rooms are spacious, everyone working the front office is polite. Now my problem with this place is the fact I'm paying around $1,400 a month and experiencing failure of communication and lack of respect/common decency from my upstairs neighbors. I've called the office countless times about this issue and they don't do anything about it. First 10 months sounded like construction was being done every-other-day from my upstairs neighbors. I got new upstairs neighbors now, my last 2 months sounds like a bunch of medival neanderthals are running on my ceiling from 7am to midnight. I would've renewed but for what? I can't get decent sleep in my own home! They inconveniently never have ink in the business center printers. Had it not been for my upstairs neighbors I would be okay with the small mishaps. Overall a good community.

I am planning on moving back to the Houston area soon, so I have been shopping around for many weeks. I visited this property last week and toured with Ashley. The property was beautiful and had great finishes. The staff was all polite, but Ashley really took her time with the tour process and answered all of the questions I had about the units and property. I am waiting to sign a lease until I figure out what area I want to live in, but overall I recommend this property.

We moved to Cortland Seven Meadows a few months ago. We were very appreciative about moving into an apartment complex after selling our family home in Louisiana after living there in our home for 30 years. We had never lived in an apartment. My mother also Sold her home and has moved into her own apartment here. I can say that we are very happy and satisfied living here. The complex is very quiet, clean and the service from the office staff especially Ericka Has been great. She went above and beyond to make our move here exactly what we wanted. I also have to commend the maintenance staff Raul and Louis. Service requests are done in a timely manner and these guys are super sweet and are very efficient. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a new place to call home. Thank you to the staff and the crew that have made our new home a great place to live. I

Cortland Seven Meadows is the first home for me in this city and I am so glad that I choose here to stay. The team of Cortland Seven Meadows have done a great job to make it as perfect as possible for us residents. Its nicely kept, well maintained and peaceful. The apartment is practically designed, there is ample room for storage and the best feature is the windows and the terrace that make my morning coffee a treat for me every day. Its pet friendly which is awesome too.

I am coming up on a year living at Cortland Seven Meadows & will be renewing my lease. Customer service, maintenance of the facilities/grounds, dealing with maintenance issues has been absolutely stellar. I have given about three reviews in my life like this, but I have been that impressed.

Cortland Seven Meadows has been our home for over three years and we have had a wonderful experience here. The office and maintenance staff are amazing, as well as the grounds and amenities. This is a safe, family friendly place to live, not to mention the incredible schools and close bus stop.
