Great location! What nice, modern apartment homes with responsive and friendly staff. I love living here! I want to add that Kris has been friendly and efficient getting my maintenance requests done promptly.

Love living at Cortland Scottsdale Mountain. Great location & really nice people. I have a pup who loves mingling at the dog park, and really like the close proximity to lots of dog friendly restaurants.

So far, so amazing! Moved here a month ago and everything has been going smoothly. Paige is fantastic and made me feel very welcome from day 1! I have yet to visit the pool and fitness center but I am sure those are great too. Although, I do like having in unit washer and dryer- technically they are outside in the storage area and sometimes I have to fight a few pesky moths to do my laundry. I am definitely enjoying living here ◡̈

I just moved here in June. I was on board with the Cortland Management vision as explained to me when I rented. Can’t wait to see all the new community features I will enjoy in the near future as a resident here. I have a spacious one bedroom I love it and neighbors are all very friendly. No carpet in my apartment and black matte interior finishes are in line with my style profile. The area is great I can walk to 2 restaurants basically in my community parking lot. Office staff so far has been a welcoming professional caring team I have had nothing but positive interactions with them. I love it here #greatcommunityvibe

Deciding where to live really comes down to how one feels about the environment, and when it comes to an apartment complex, the staff and community is critical. We were very welcomed to visit the site, and a few existing tenants were open to talking to us about their experience. The community manager and their maintenance team is very caring and timely to addressing outstanding issues, which is great. We all know things will happen, but it's how quickly and thoroughly it's handled that really speaks volume. We can see their team clearly cares for their tenants like family.

The community is very well managed and loved, it was a pleasure walking the site and seeing it so well cared and groomed. The staff was friendly and very helpful answering my questions. The property management team clearly takes pride in their image from their people to their property and this would be a great place to live.

Looked at places all around here. Best value by far for Scottsdale. Good staff. Good apartments. Very professional. Plenty of parking, two pools, large pet park.

Great location, nice pools. Right off of Frank Lloyd Wright. Great value for Scottsdale. Has a pet park and plenty of parking. Good landscape, which is rare. Nice size apartments. Very professional Staff.
