I had the pleasure of working with Roberto over the weekend during an emergency dishwasher flooding situation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. I called the emergency hotline, and Roberto showed up within an hour which was incredibly fast, especially for a weekend emergency. He was extremely diligent in checking everything, arrived fully prepared with all the necessary supplies and a wet/dry vacuum, and did an outstanding job getting the situation under control. What really stood out to me was how thorough and helpful he was. He even took the time to show me how to perform an emergency shut-off in case I ever experienced another issue, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Roberto was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He had flood water and everything taken care of and was out within about 40 minutes. I truly appreciate his quick response and excellent work.

We had an amazing experience working with Timmy at Cortland Satori! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. The experience so far has been far superior to any other place i have lived in. The response time and willingness to listen and help when things are needed are wonderful to have in a place you call home. My pups are so beyond happy and want to go outside and explore while rarely ever seeing any extra poop. The majority of neighbors are responsible pet owners. When we lost our senior pup, without skipping a beat the management team offered condolences and it filled our hearts with a feeling of true community that cares. We love this place already. There are some amenities that need to be fixed however they are on it when you request it. This spot is special because they have a wonderful team with great leadership. ❤️

I’ve been in Pinellas Park/ North St Pete for almost 2 years now and am moving over to Cortland Satori. Julisa has been very helpful by answering all my questions, letting me tour multiple units, and assisting me with finding the exact unit. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had to make a last minute change to my lease the day before moving in (switching units) and they made sure to make it happen. It truly makes a difference when you have such a warm and accommodating leasing office. If you’re looking for a stress- free and luxury place to live, this is where you should move!

I really appreciate the maintenance men here. They’re polite, helpful, and take pride in their work. When something needs fixing, they show up on time and make sure it’s done right. It makes living here much more comfortable knowing maintenance is dependable.
