I’ve lived at multiple apartment complexes in St. Pete that look beautiful from the outside, but management and maintaince were absolute nightmares. Cortland Satori has the exceptional community and apartments, but they also have a truly caring and compassionate staff. I can’t recommend moving here enough. Service / maintaince requests are fulfilled the same day which is hard to find. This place is truly awesome

Living here is like living at a resort. The front office provides the BEST customer service from Patrick and Edvin. The maintence staff is phenomenal starting with Tom, Mike, Billy, and Carlos. His level of professionalism and dedication to assisting me throughout the leasing process was exceptional. I have lived here since it opened, being the first tenants in the apartment that we are living in. I have felt safe here. My neighbors are all pleasant and any issues have been addressed as soon as possible. The location is very convenient. Management has added many amenities that enhance our experience as tenants here.

I moved from owning a condo downtown Chicago to renting a two bedroom at Cortland. During my transition I was looking for a community with state of the art amenities and friendly staff. I got both! If you are looking for a place to call home I would definitely recommend Cortland Satori on Grand! The amenities are top notch. It’s like living at a resort!

Recently moved here! When I came to tour everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second I walked in. Patrick was the leasing consultant that helped me out. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had, when I was deciding on which apartment to chose I even called the front desk and spoke with Kayla who went out of her way to make sure the apartment was set up the way I needed it to be. I’ve been here for about a month now and I still reach out to Patrick with questions and he not only answers them but follows up a few days later. Would recommend as it has been a smooth moving process!
