I really appreciate the maintenance men here. They’re polite, helpful, and take pride in their work. When something needs fixing, they show up on time and make sure it’s done right. It makes living here much more comfortable knowing maintenance is dependable.

This place was amazing to tour! Julisa one of the leasing agents was very attentive, comforting to talk to and had some of the best hospitality I’ve seen in a while. The place was amazing and well kept. She informed that the unit we saw was her unit she maintained during vacant and it was spotless with everything looking well maintained and in good condition. 100% would recommend tour this place if you’re looking for a place and ask for Julisa she will make the experience of leasing feel better and smooth. I have been a resident at Cortland Satori for a few years, and debated if I should renew my lease. I was excited about moving into a 5 star resort style living community. When I moved in, you would see Management walking the property and talking to residents on a daily basis. All of the gym equipment was in working order. The building walkways and stairways were swept, power washed and clean of debris. I contacted Cortland's office about my upcoming lease renewal, and Ms. Kay Byrd answered my call. I shared with her my disappointment and frustration with the new management and Leasing Office staff at Cortland Satori. She listened to my concerns and was very calm, thoughtful and professional. I was contemplating terminating my lease before our phone call. She never let my rants about the property disturb her peace. By the end of that call, I decided to stay.Ms Byrd is truly proficient in her field. I am giving Ms. Byrd a 5+++ star review because of how she handled my situation.

Cortland Satori is an excellent option for someone looking to get: great amenities, close proximity to downtown, helpful staff, and competitive prices for what you get overall. I toured many apartments before moving and Cortland Satori was by far the best!

I recently visited a friend at this apartment community and stayed in one of the guest suites—and I was genuinely impressed! Even though it rained most of the weekend, we still had a great time. The gym is spacious and really well-equipped—perfect for getting in a workout indoors. We also hung out in the clubhouse, played pool, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The guest suite was comfortable and made our stay super convenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with great amenities and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

After living here 3 years, I can absolutely say I love Cortland! Everything about this place is stellar. Carlos and his entire maintenance team is terrific. Anytime I have ever had an issue they arrive same day or next day to fix the issue with smiles on their face. If the community has an issue, it is communicated via text to every resident. You are always well informed as a resident. Food trucks, yoga, holiday events for residents, etc are just part of the way this complex tries to bring a feeling of true community to your stay. Anytime I have ever had an issue (ink being out, chairs at pool being broken, propane out etc) - if it is communicated to management, they get it resolved immediately. Grounds are kept pristine and they often pressure wash the hallways. I’ve rented in many different complexes and I can say by far this has been my favorite. I came to write this review for Carlos but wanted to extend my appreciation to this community!

Strictly regarding the maintenance team here, I must say they are top tier!! I had a great experience working with Tony the service manager to repair my a/c and appreciate that he does work to the highest quality and encourages his team to do the same. And speaking of the team, I have the pleasure, to interact with Carlos and Bill for majority of my service requests and they are the amazing! Always coming promptly, with a smile, and ready to help. There's no major issues with my unit but I value that the maintenance team prioritizes coming over for the small things to ensure everything continues to operate to the best standard. Carlos always comes to our door with a smile on his face and is always happy to remedy any issues we have with our apartment. The previous renters didn’t take great care with some of the appliances like the dishwasher or washing machine, and Carlos was able to fix or replace anything that has been giving us trouble. Update: I've thoroughly enjoyed living here and rarely had issues with anything during my stay. I did experience some needed maintenance with my AC and Carlos was amazing!! Made sure to keep me informed and going out of his way to make sure everything was good! I'd genuinely recommend living here. Satori is absolutely beautiful with so many great amenities. Maddie was AMAZING, great tour guide, went out of her way, and made it very welcoming to be staying there. I can’t wait to call Satori home.

Compared to other places I could be living, Cortland satori is an amazing place to live in my opinion, The amenities are always in perfect condition and if they are broken they are quickly replaced. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is fast and reliable and almost always have a smile to give you in passing. The community is beautifully maintained and truly feels like home. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about bugs, we have never had an issue with them in our apartment, the water does sometimes have a weird smell to it but never a tint in color. Most people who live here are very friendly and nice. My upstairs neighbors are only too loud about 25% of the time. I don’t think people realize that there’s things to be expecting when living around hundreds of people. If u want a perfect home, buy one. My only advice is to try not to live near the theater room, as it can be rented quite often and if u have to get up early, you might be up late due to the good booming sound system they have in

We love this place. My kids are loving this complex, so many things to do for them. The front office staff is always smiling and there to help especially Talia since we dealt with her while moving. We moved from horrible apartment complex to this one and know the difference. Every place will have small ups and downs, but overall this is an amazing place to stay.

First I'd like to say the application and approval process was so easy and handled so professionally. Our tour with Maddie Rieder was perfect! She took her time to show us every aspect of the apartment complex and areas of interest. She was kind, thoughtful, professional and thorough. I lived Here before and just moved back in, as much as i love the amenities here it’s extremely overpriced for phone the property is kept up. The landscaping is nice and most amenities are nice but the pool is dirty and outdated and dangerous for people. There are so many tiles and bricks loose as well as near the gradual walk in everything is uneven. The hallways are extremely dirty and so are the elevators: you can tell the same attention to detail and pride in cleanliness has gone down extremely and it’s disappointing because I love living here before. It seems like the level of care for the efficiency and cleanliness of things has gone down and there’s an emphasis on community events more than actual being able to use the amenities. Just an observation from someone who has lived here at 2 different time frames. We will unfortunately not renew next year as planned unless things get better.

I went on a tour with Patrick this morning and it was nothing short of fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about the property, amenities, fees, and surrounding events in the area. We are moving from out of state and now have our heart set on Cortland Satori. The amenities are never ending and it truly feels like a resort. My favorite part was the massive dog spa and also the fact that there is no valet trash so there isn’t a $30 fee added onto your rent every month. The gyms are MASSIVE and the staff is the best I have seen at a property. Thank you Patrick for giving us so much helpful information for our move in the next few months, we really hope to sign at Cortland!!

I’ve lived in many different apartments and did a lot of research before moving to cortland satori. Since day 1 everything has been wonderful! The complex is gorgeous, the amenities are great. You can tell they take great care of this complex and everything is well kept. So far all of the residents are really friendly, and everyone seems to enjoy living here!

Courtland Satori is a great community, it’s filled with lots of friendly dogs, the amenities are unmatched. The coffee room is a great addition and wonderful for a quick cup of coffee in the morning. The gym is outstanding and rivals some of the commercial gyms. The Ambiance of the community is so beautiful and reminds me of a vacation resort. I always feel safe in the community at night and I love to just walk around and admire the beauty of the landscaping. The pool is beautiful and refreshing which adds to the resort feeling you get while living here. The team is great! They are polite and accommodating. I love it.

Let me just say in my 21 years of living in my own places this complex is by far the greatest that I’ve been at and the apartment manager edvin is the GOAT he is literally the best apartment manager that I have ever had in my history of renting. When I need something fixed there at the door to fix it by the time I hang up the phone. This place is just amazing, and the management is insane!!! Definitely a 5 star!

So thrilled with our choice to live at Cortland Satori. The property and all of the amenities are amazing along with the amazing staff. Patrick went above and beyond to help us secure our place as we relocated from PA. From virtual tours, regular phone calls to check in and help with securing movers, he made the long distance relocation the best and easiest experience. The community is located so close to anything you would ever want or need and very accessible to downtown and the beach! I had a blast touring at Cortland Satori. The entire staff interacted at some point and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The pool area was something you would see at a resort and the apartments were very clean and modern. I am very impressed.

Update: I want to give a shout out to Carlos, Bill and Mike and the entire Maintenance team. I accidentally threw my keys down the trash chute and about three or four of the awesome maintenance team players immediately helped me the keys had ricocheted and got into a secret spot and thank goodness they kept trying until they found it. They saved the day. Thank you so much what an amazing team!

This is a wonderful community. I've lived in others but this is by far the best one. I love the property and anytime I have even the slightest issue, the maintenance team here are johnny-on-the-spot and as accommodating and polite as they can be. I cannot say enough about the excellent experiences I continue to have here at Cortland Satori. From the time that I toured the property over almost two years ago, to the time I moved in about a year and a half ago to now, everything has been wonderful. The staff and maintenance are the standouts though, just so friendly, helpful and feel like old friends. They honestly are the glue that puts this community together. The events are great (I was super shy when I moved here and staff even helped me get out of my shell!!), facilities are amazing and honestly I think my dog may love it here just a tad more than me because of my huge wrap patio (you don't see them anywhere else that I looked!). I wasn't sure if this was a stop along my way to another place, but now I know for sure, I love my apartment and I love Cortland Satori and I will be here for a while. Best move I've made in a long time!

My girlfriend and I moved to St. Pete (with our dog) from Dallas, TX on very short notice in October. In Dallas, we lived at another Cortland unit (Cortland Farmers Market) which was also amazing. We moved here due to a job opportunity, the move was done on short notice as I mentioned. Tyler gave us a virtual tour of the whole building, and whenever there were technical difficulties he was patient and would often have to restate everything that was missed which was appreciated. In addition, once we got to St Pete we were saying in a corporate apartment until our move-in date, during this time Tyler gave us an in-person tour of the property which we were late for, and even though it held him past the end of his shift, he stayed to show us around which again was appreciated and a level of service not found in most places. Additionally, he has been extremely easy to work with and has been responsive whenever I have questions which, again, can’t be said for the staff at most higher-end complexes. 5 stars for Tyle

Cortland Satori has the exceptional community and apartments, but they also have a truly caring and compassionate staff. I can’t recommend moving here enough. Recently moved here! When I came to tour everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second I walked in. Patrick was the leasing consultant that helped me out. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had, when I was deciding on which apartment to chose I even called the front desk and spoke with Kayla who went out of her way to make sure the apartment was set up the way I needed it to be. I’ve been here for about a month now and I still reach out to Patrick with questions and he not only answers them but follows up a few days later. Would recommend as it has been a smooth moving process!

It is a very nice apartment complex. The staff is friendly and they frequently organize events. Location is very nice too, all the necessary shops and services are close by. The only issue I have is that the water smells bad when it becomes stale. You have to let it run for bit to make the smell go away. This is probably not a problem with the community itself, but it is annoying nonetheless.

I just moved to this complex, and I can tell it was the best decision I made. I had a really bad experience with a very near complex and Edvin, one of the staff member,was able to get everything ready for me in less than a week. All staff members are super welcoming, respectful, and diligent. The facilities are beautiful, and my apartment has so many updates that I feel it exceeded my expectations from my perspective during the application process. Like any apartment complex, there's pros and cons. Lately the staff that cleans and services the hallways has done an excellent job that is above and beyond expectations. The crew has gone as far as sweeping off our doormat, which though unnecessary, it is very kind and highly commendable. We are blown away by the level of service and hope this continues throughout the complex.

This is a great place to live. It’s a gated community so I feel safe and the people that I’ve met here are so kind. Friendly staff who host community events once a month. The amenities are beautiful; there are 2 gyms and the pool makes me feel like I’m at a resort. There’s also different food trucks that come once a week to try different foods. If you have pets, this place is also the most dog friendly place I’ve lived.

Satori is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities that are state of the art. The gym is on point if you are looking to step it out on the treadmill, work your core with a bunch of different options, do some yoga in the separate yoga room or try your luck on lasting more than a minute on what I call the salsa machine. You will enjoy the cafe area for self served cafe style drinks. Also a full-size theater for your choice to rent out for the day. If you have guests, don’t worry, you can have them stay in the additional suites for a comparable price of the market. This place is growing and the community of people ends up being a community of friends and family. They are great at doing events for the community. Amazing team of employees.

Oh my oh my what can I say about THE cortland satori?! SIMPLY AMAZING. The amenities, immaculate. The staff, golden retriever vibes. The living space, definition of home. The people, new best friends for life. The lake, basically strolling around a zoo every morning (friendly animals only). The gate and security, so safe you could leave you doors unlocked 24/7 (don’t do that tho). The events, social gathering of the season….Bridgerton who? 10/10 would recommend!

We moved into Cortland Satori last November and could not recommend it more! The amenities are amazing and always sparkling clean. We love the pool and the gyms in particular. The staff is also amazing and so accommodating! I really love Cortland Satori. This is my 2nd year in this apartment complex and the staff is extremely friendly and very prompt on getting any issues resolved. Kayla and Patrick, in specific, are extremely hard workers and always willing to help. Cortland has awesome maintenance workers as well that are diligent with providing serve to work orders, new air filters, new light bulbs, etc. I highly recommend it here!!

I'm giving it 5 stars b/c of the staff. 4 stars b/c the gate, it gets wonky frequently. 3 because the lease time options were no less than 8 months at renewal w/o feeling robbed. However, the environment is clean, the service when you need something is quick and well my view is pretty sweet. Despite the Gandy and 275 being so close you can't really hear or notice anything outside the gates, it just gives you access to go where you want easily.

I lived here for a little under two years. Over all great experience as I moved from Michigan to Florida. You have your own private gym basically , pool is great, but so do most Florida apartments. What separates this place is Patrick. If you are thinking about moving here you need to do it through Patrick. He took excellent care of us, every need we had or questioned he instantly took care of. Other staff especially the manager is not half a helpful as Patrick. It seems nothing would get done unless I talked to him specifically. Any way hope this helps. I am now back in Michigan with no regrets.

Everyone is pretty friendly, maintenance is top notch, and best of all Patrick was the only one I'd always deal with he always provided the best of the best service! Just moved in a month ago from the west coast and Edvin has been extremely helpful and quick in getting myself and my two other roommates situated. Upon finding a few maintenance issues- the requests were in the next day and they were all fixed within 48 hours. Customer service is not something you have to worry about here. Not to mention the amenities are super well kept! Finding a place that cares about their residents was a first priority for my roommates and I and it seems like we found the one!

Living at Cortland Satori is a dream! My maintenance requests are fixed within 24 hours or less, the amenities are unmatched and the management team is incredible. My husband and I visited a lot of places during our move and nothing was able to live up to what they’re doing here. The community here is so nice and welcoming!

Cortland Satori is a Wonderful place to live. With a Nice location close too many things around town. Friendly residents, great amenities, so far my experience at Satori has been great since I've moved in. The Apartment is modern and the facility is well maintained and up to date. The staff is personable and helpful, especially Edvin who made my move-in process simple and stress-free. He takes pride with his work by going above and beyond each day when you need help with things.I would recommend Satori to anybody that thinks about moving to the area. My fiancé and I were on the market for a new apartment and we had stopped at Cortland Satori very spontaneously on the way home from some errands. We were immediately greeted by Edvin, who is a leasing consultant there. Even though we didn’t have an appointment booked, he was more than happy to show us around and give us a tour of a couple apartments. Edvin was very attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He talked very highly of the company and really made us feel like we could fit in to the community at satori. Cortland Satori is beautiful and all ways kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful in any way possible, we moved here from Denmark, and coming from the other side of the globe, presents some problems, but the staff has always made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed, and help us in any way they could. Our kids love it here, with playgrounds and pool and the nice atmosphere. Cortland Satori has a great location, close to Tampa and close to St. Petersburg and all the incredible beaches. This 5 star review is very justified in our experience.

This Cortland organization is a class above all rental properties here in this area ! I first visited Satori in Nov 2022 and was greeted by Edvin who took the time to show me the entire property and followed up with me . This resort style property is truly a special place. Although the timing was not right we ended up renting from their sister properties at Gateway for now until we find the appropriate one at Satori! Thank you Edvin !

The amenities here are great! Nicest apartment gym I’ve ever seen and I use one of the coffee machines pretty much everyday. The pool is very nice as well. Maddie was very welcoming and helpful to us during the moving process. All of the staff seem very nice.

Absolutely stunning! It’s like a resort that I never want to leave. Cortland Satori is a great place to live, it’s a paradise for someone who commutes to Tampa or St. Petersburg! I lived here for two years and loved everything about this place. The amenities including the pool, two gyms and coffee room are all well kept and maintained. The events and food trucks are always fun and inclusive for anyone living here. Lastly, the leasing agents, Maddie and Patrick are super helpful and organized, if I could give 6 stars I would!

I was visiting from out of town and considering relocating to the Florida area, so I stopped into Cortland Satori, where I was happily greeted by Edvin and he showed me around the entire complex. He was very knowledgeable about the property and even went out of his way to show me some of the really fun amenities, such as the movie theatre, dog washing station, gym, etc. If you are looking into renting from this location, I highly recommend asking for Edvin, as he will go above and beyond for you!

I have absolutely loved living at Cortland Satori. From the first time I walked into the leasing office I knew I was taken care of. Madison and Patrick are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable if the questions I have for them. The community itself is beautiful with great amenities including two gyms, a basketball court, hammock courtyard, as well as a gorgeous pool. As for the apartments, they have several great floor plan options with nice color schemes and nice appliances. I would certainly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Tampa/St. Pete area!

This place truly blew my mind. If you are looking for a great place to stay that has lots of onsite amenities, you need to look no further than Cortland Satori. Edvin Ibrahimovic did a fantastic job showing us around the entire property. The modern décor when you walk inside was absolutely impressive. The amazing amenities from the pool area, to the gym facilities, and the game area were well kept. Even the patio with the grills was impeccable. But the doggie spa did it for me!!! The place was welcoming, very clean and the common areas were always organized. The room was absolutely perfect. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom area was spotless. The surrounding area outside the property was also conveniently located to main roads and highways. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a hidden gem. I didnt ever want to leave but will definitely be returning. Thanks Edvin!

Cortland Satori is a great place to live. I’d highly recommend the business centers if you’re working from home. Two gyms which have everything you need. Edvin is our leasing agent and he has been extremely helpful since we came to tour the Satori several months back. He made us feel very welcome and even came in on his day off to ensure the move in process went well. Proximity to downtown, the beach, and many other stores nearby are a huge plus.

Patrick our leasing agent walked us through the dashboard and how to put in a request to Maintenance and within 15 min the maintenance team sent over Hanzel. Cortland Satori is an awesome community! My partner and I moved in over a week ago and have enjoyed our transition, mainly in-part to the great office staff - Patrick and Kayla! With such a big move from NJ to FL, knowing we had a management team to make sure our apartment was secure and ready for move in when we arrived was the best! Patrick gave us a great tour, provided plenty of information and made the decision so easy! Patrick was and is still loads of help to my partner and I and checks-in regularly. When we began the move-in process, Kayla ensured all items were addressed, including getting our wifi up and running. With such a swiftly-growing community, the team still makes every individual need feel like a priority.

I've been here almost a full year now. It's def had its ups and down, and we had a few issues the first few months we were here. But now that I've been here a year, it's become home. The first time I've felt "at home" in my entire life. I love my apartment. The amenities are all fantastic, and while some neighbors can be messy, you can tell Cortland is pushing hard to clean up after these people, and take great care of the property. Maintenance is quick to fix any small problems we have. We're all very happy here, and have settled in nicely. Hoping to be here for the next several years :)

Kayla Barber at Pinellas Park is an absolute ROCKSTAR, she took her time to present Cortland and its vision. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and did it with a smile. We toured the entire property although the weather was not favorable. I 've lived at Cortland Bayside property previously for 2+ years. This property is truly a concept that works and will be the basic model for all Cortland properties your occupancy rate will remain at ZERO.

She was super helpful with the entire purchasing process while we were about 2000 miles away and helped keep us on top of all the documentation needed. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Cortland Satori after looking in the area to move here from NJ. We are so glad we did and met Patrick. He graciously made us feel like this was our home and really is the reason we chose to sign a lease within a day and moved down here soon after! Our apartment is amazing and everything we needed to relocate! The pool and gym is always so clean and feels like a resort style. On Saturday I came to tour the property and was completely blown away. Satori is a whole vibe! The property is very upscale with tons of modern detail. From the Pet Spa and large park to the movie theater and car wash, it has so much to offer. Edvin was very kind and answered all of my hundred questions (much appreciated). I’ve called many apartments while looking for a home and ultimately the friendly staff at Cortland you see on the daily makes a HUGE difference.

I was moving from out of state and had to do everything virtually, Patrick was my leasing agent and made the experience so much easier for me. He was very detail oriented on general things when renting an apartment but went the extra mile of giving me information on all the local spots based off my interests which made me feel right at home. Patrick also helped me with all my packages (which was a lot) while I moved in the first day. The complex is beautiful and exactly how it presents itself online. It’s also in a great location where we’re 20 mins from the beach, 20 mins from Tampa, and 10mins from downtown st Pete. The staff is very welcoming and so helpful to someone who is new to the area. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend using Patrick through your process!

Wow! At first we weren’t sure if this was going to be the home for us. Edvin changed our minds. He took us on a tour of the community and showed us all the wonderful amenities they have to offer. The pool is beautiful, a great gym, office space for those who work at home and more! Edvin is so friendly and knowledgeable. He was warm and playful with my son. He even carried him around for most of our tour! I couldn’t be happier with the choice of our new home and I really owe it to Edvin. Thank you for your impeccable customer service. First off: I toured Satori Cortland once it was first commissioned and had Patrick as a leasing agent who kindly showed the property & amenities. Fast forward 1.5 years: Patrick remembered my initial request, along with Kayla, for a poolside 2br2b unit and prioritized my application based on trust I would be a value add to the community, as that is highly regarded at Cortland. With the help of Maddie, Edivin & Kayla, I've been in my dream apartment for the last 3 weeks and couldn't say anything but extremely positive things on both the move-in process and community experience thus far. Everyone here is extremely professional, mindful/considerate of others, accommodating, and has a lot of fun working/living/enjoying the benefits of a 'true' community. You have no idea what it means to have the residential support the way that we did. I worked with Maddie Rieder throughout the entire process, and if it weren't for her guidance, we would have been so lost throughout the process. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. This place is nothing short of amazing and the staff is wonderful. Ever since my first visit Patrick has been awesome and welcoming and will show you around the property. Kayla is the manager on site and she has always been so sweet and her kindness has helped me through some really tough times. The staff is always willing to work with their tenants, and I cannot say enough good things. As for the property, the apartments are beautiful, the courtyards are like walking through botanical gardens, and they have plenty of activity options. Also, they are so dog friendly! The only thing the dog parents wish, is that there was shade shelter, a splash pad, or a hose for a kiddy bath at the dog park. (We keep asking we will see how long before they give in). Also! The dog spa stays open until 11:00p, so if your furry friend is sandy from a beach day, you have plenty of time after sunset to wash them.

I have been a resident at Cortland Satori for about six months now. I had a few bumps in the beginning with it being a brand new community as expected but the management team delivered “Presidential Level” customer service in getting me to a better place! Lindsey, Kayla and the rest of the team here are amazing at what they do! Unlike a lot of upscale communities I’ve lived in, the team here actually listens to you and your needs and does everything they can to accommodate you as opposed to making excuses like most management teams do. With the resort style pool, more than 10 premium gas grills on site, two gyms, a movie theater and shared office space for those who work from home, I can honestly say this place is an absolute paradise and worth every penny.

Satori is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities that are state of the art. The gym is on point if you are looking to step it out on the treadmill, work your core with a bunch of different options, do some yoga in the separate yoga room or try your luck on lasting more than a minute on what I call the salsa machine. You will enjoy the cafe area for self served cafe style drinks. Also a full-size theater for your choice to rent out for the day. If you have guests, don’t worry, you can have them stay in the additional suites for a comparable price of the market. This place is growing and the community of people ends up being a community of friends and family.

Cortland Satori is a very lovely place to live here in Pinellas Park. There are a lot of activity options especially with or for kids: a big pool with deep and shallow areas, two playgrounds with scotter driving possibilities directly around them, a basketball playing area, grill stations, a walk way around the pond and directly outside the complex is a 3 miles running possibility with nature around. The clubhouse is a great area for drinking coffee, hanging around, working, playing games, for workouts and there are even guest rooms for renting available. Great place with nice team members! Too many huge dog breeds. There are tenants with two pitbulls, akitas great Danes, I was under the impression there is a breed restriction. This is not enforced. Also the gates are constantly broken and it takes months to fix. Perhaps a gate guard may be something to look into.

Recently applied for an apartment here. Patrick has been insanely helpful. Even with their system going down, and a bit of an issue on my end making things more difficult. Can't wait to call this place home. The staff have been great so far. I'll probably update this after living there a few months too.

This place is beautiful! I had a tour with Crystal who was such a delight. She took the time to show us all the amenities and listened to what we were looking for. She even followed up with us however, If it wasn’t for my husbands job transfer out of state we would have singed a lease with Crystal.

Amazing experience and staff. I went for a tour and was amazed by the customer service and welcoming attitudes the staff displayed. I’m am happy to say I will be moving in as soon as the new apartments are finished. Highly recommend this complex!

I took a tour of this place and it’s flat out amazing. The location is great. It’s a luxurious community feel. The staff, particularly Devin, who showed me around, was very nice and professional. It will definitely be worth living in this beautiful complex with great amenities! I look forward to moving here!

Place is unbelievable. Staff was everything you could ask for and more. Patrick was the agent that helped me and he was hilarious. Very personable and showed me everything that I said was important to me. I was then introduced to Devin who was very friendly and went above and beyond. This place exceeded my expectations and I will be looking to lease as soon as my current lease is up. Thank you Patrick and Devin for your attentiveness and for the experience. Felt like I was at the Ritz. High kudos to the property manager there for having an incredible team. Cant wait to live here!

I love living at Satori! The staff is friendly, location is convenient, and the amenities are amazing! I’m constantly getting compliments from friends and family on how great my apartment is. I especially love the pool area - It’s large enough that I’ve never had trouble finding a spot, even on busy days! Can’t wait to re-sign my lease at this community!
