The management and team here at Cortland Sabino Canyon Apartments is excellent! They keep the grounds and community very clean and well groomed. Responda to maintenance requests is very quick. Very good atmosphere and feels like home here. Nice quiet comfortable apartments. Highly recommend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had an exceptional experience with Cortland Sabino Canyon, from the very beginning of the application process all the way through moving into my new home. The application process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The staff was efficient, responsive, and thorough in providing all the information I needed to make a well-informed decision. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention I received leading up to my move-in. The team made sure everything was in place so that transitioning into my apartment felt smooth and supported. Walking into my remodeled apartment home exceeded my expectations—it is absolutely beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully updated. The location at Sabino Canyon is unlike any other. Maintenance is always top notch. Michael is professional, efficient and friendly. When he fixes an issue, it is guaranteed to last. There does seem to be a lack of communication within managerial staff, but they have always provided professional responses to inquiries regarding such.

Ac unit wasn’t turning on. Jesse quickly addressed the issue (capacitor) and also installed a new ac interface. Very satisfied with the service.
