My boyfriend and I had such a great experience touring Cortland Royal Palm with Lorea! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and informative throughout the entire tour, and she took the time to show us everything and answer all of our questions. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and located in such a nice area. We still have some time before deciding where we want to stay, but we decided to start looking earlier, and we’re really glad we toured the area and had the opportunity to visit Cortland Royal Palm. We have been living at Cortland for 6 months, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience for my family. While the apartments themselves look nice and maintenance requests are handled quickly, the overall culture and management have made living here extremely uncomfortable. Aubrey in the front office is wonderful and always helpful, but that’s about the only positive I can share. The manager, on the other hand, has been very unprofessional. When I reached out to him directly about serious issues with our upstairs neighbors, he did not even have the courtesy to call me back. Instead, he sent an email and never provided any real resolution. For the amount of money residents pay to live here, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. The floors are very thin, so if you have an upstairs neighbor who dislikes you, you will hear it constantly. In our case, it feels targeted. I’ve really enjoy living at Cortland Royal Palm Beach. I previously lived at Cortland West Palm Beach, but I chose this community because it offers more space, and it was definitely the right decision. One of my favorite features is how pet-friendly it is. There are two large areas for dogs, including a dog park and a dog spa, which make it so convenient and enjoyable for pet owners. It truly feels like a place where pets are just as welcome as residents. The amenities overall are beautiful and well-maintained, and the community has a great atmosphere. Everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I’m very happy with my choice to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly place to live

Cortland Royal Palm Beach is a beautiful and well maintained community with modern designs and clean surroundings. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the leasing and move in process. Many residents appreciate the spacious apartments, great amenities, and the effort put into keeping the property in excellent condition. The maintenance team is responsive, and community events help create a welcoming atmosphere. While pricing may be a bit high for some, overall the experience is comfortable and enjoyable. A great place to call home with a strong sense of community.

We lived at Cortland Royal Palm Beach from day one and it was a wonderful experience. We could’ve stayed here forever Ed, the property manager, was attentive and always ready to help, and the women on his team were absolutely amazing. The amenities are consistently clean and well-maintained thanks to a reliable maintenance schedule. Neighbors are respectful, and the community feels welcoming. It was a pleasure living here for the past 15 months. Highly recommend!

Ive moved in and completely fell inlove with the place. My apartment was perfect when I moved in, coming from another STATE was scary but Dessi made sure I was confident in my move and that my apartment would be perfect and it was nothing short of that. Brand new, perfect view and everything as described. One of the things I love about the community so far is the friendly culture. Everyone smiles and says hello which is so nice. I feel that I couldn’t have picked a better community to transition into FL. Highly recommend!!!
