My fiance and I recently toured Cortland Royal Palm Beach, and we had such a great experience! The apartments we saw were incredibly spacious (don't get me started on the closet space!), clean, and beautifully laid out. We also loved the amenities, especially the resort-style pool, the gym, the sauna, and outdoor grill and game spaces. The entire property felt well-maintained, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The first time we toured we even got to see the setup for a community event they were hosting, which was super cute! The location of Cortland also piqued our interest because although slightly tucked away from the bustling roads, it's prime location for grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas that are all less than 10 minutes from you. We recently moved in and have had a really great experience so far. From the very beginning, our leasing agent Dessi made the process smooth and welcoming. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made us feel confident about our decision to move here — which made a big difference during what can normally be a stressful time. After move-in, we had a couple of small snafus (as most moves do), and the response from the team was incredibly prompt and professional. Eddie, the head of maintenance, was quick to address everything and made sure issues were resolved efficiently. We also had help from Lorea in the office who was very patient and helpful in answering our questions as we got settled in — we truly appreciated that support during our first few days. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and the level of care shown by the staff. It’s clear the team takes pride in making residents feel taken care of, and we’re excited to be part of the community.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I wanted to live here…There was a sign welcoming me by name and I was greeted immediately by Lorea! Lorea Ibarlucea was our tour guide. Very pleasant friendly welcoming and answered many of our questions. Campus is new and truly beautiful very large and spread out. Great appliances and porcelain tubs a plus. The floor plan was the normal typical layout, nothing different. Most of the Community spaces looked great, Except the Sauna. The designer should have given more thought. It looked to be a small space But with a suspended wooden Plank in the center as a divider? Women on one side Men on the other, But you can still see their legs feet and their shoulders & head. Looked weird. Why not just make it a Co-Ed Sauna with no division barriers, with only one door for Entry/Exit that doesn’t lead to private locker rooms? The Sauna space would then seem much larger. For example we toured Oceanside Lantana and they had a good size Co-Ed Sauna. The other thing was No Elevators on certain buildings, which is not so fun when carrying groceries up flights of stairs. My boyfriend and I went apartment hunting and Cortland Royal Palm Beach was one of our choices to check out. We absolutely loved the property and the units are beautiful and new, unfortunately it wasn’t in our budget. Our leasing consultant Lorea was so sweet and informative. She was the best tour guide and gave us so much information. We would have absolutely loved to move in but hopefully one day in the future. Cortland had a resort vibe and the clubhouse was gorgeous and the pool looked so relaxing. Very nice property and lovely staff!

Living in the Cortland community has been a great experience since we moved in this past September. The amenities are consistently well-maintained, and the entire community is kept clean and orderly, which really makes a difference day to day. The maintenance team deserves special recognition, especially Eddie Murillo. He has been extremely vigilant, responsive, and professional. On one occasion, we submitted a repair request for our garage door late at night, and Eddie had it repaired the following morning. That level of efficiency and care is truly appreciated and shows how much pride the team takes in their work. My husband and I schedule a tour via trulia and when we arrived we were greeted by Desi. We are team Desi here. Desi was nothing but polite and professional the whole tour and was ready to answer any questions we had. It didn’t take us long to decide Cortland Royal Palm beach was right for our family. Desi helped us along the whole process and kept us updated in a timely manner. On move in day, once we got our keys, Desi made sure to let us know she is available if we have any follow up questions and how to reach her. My husband and I moved in 4 weeks ago. We absolutely love this complex. Gorgeous and so convenient to everything! The grounds are kept immaculate. My dog enjoys his daily walk around the large lake with fountain! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dessi- what a kind and gentle person and so knowledgeable! She handled all my questions about moving here from Tennessee. And, I had a lot! She helped me with all the covenient apps and explained in detail how they work. Actually, everyone we encountered that work here were very nice and helpful, Have not had time to check out the huge gorgeous pool but will very soon and sauna and hot tub. This place is absolutely stunning! Whoever designed it deserves an award. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top-tier, and the bathrooms are unreal. The community is growing with recent reduction in rent. Good folks have moved in and there is a nice mix of family, single, couples as well as some semi-retired/retired residents. Many residents have dogs and they have small but convenient back yards for Rover's early am urgencies. Management is working on more improvements and maintenance is has improved with more professionals on the team. I suggest taking time to see the property before you male your final rental decision. Apartments, condominiums, new amenities including open dog run, dog park, dog bath, covered and garage parking options, extra storage closets, pool, hot tub, cold tub (burr it's cold) sauna, excellent work out facility, and a club house that is very nice and well taken care of. Management is there for you and tries their best to address any issues you may have.

My Husband and I just moved here a month ago. We absolutely love it, the community is such a good vibe mostly younger couples, everyone is so friendly. The amenities are gorgeous, and the service is wonderful. Anytime I need a service support we get immediate care, Eddie is always helpful and supports us with any need we have in our apartment. This is absolutely the most gorgeous apartment complex I have ever seen! It even has elevators in several of the units. I live out of state and Aubrey did an on site virtual tour of this community and the actual apartment that my hubby and I are hoping to rent. It truly left both of us speechless! So big, gorgeous and the closets and storage areas were unbelievable! So much storage area for linens, clothes etc. And, the kitchen is every woman’s dream! The master bath is huge! The grounds are so clean, pristine and pretty. Aubrey was so knowledgeable and very informative and patient with our questions. We are so looking forward to making this our next new home!

What I loved most about living here were the little things that made everyday life better such as the spacious closet that actually held all of my things, the deep sink that made cooking and cleaning easier, the warm kitchen lighting that made evenings feel so inviting, and the roomy bathroom that never felt cramped. The health-focused amenities were just as amazing - the sauna and cold plunge made such a difference in my energy and overall wellness. On top of all that, the staff was always such a pleasure to work with - friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel comfortable. Overall, a welcoming community, and its a place ill always miss. Thank you to the team for being so great to us.

OLD REVIEW (read below for updated) —Although the area is pretty and the lounge is nice, it’s quite frustrating the lack of care for maintenance. As soon as we moved in, we noted several issues - the major one being that our fridge is broken. It’s been 2 weeks since they said they would replace it, but they aren’t coming to do so. Also, when renting out here, make sure to ask them if they actually properly do valet trash because although they make you pay the fees, they don’t actually come pick it up some days. Also want to note that areas that should get cleaned, never ever do. A dirty elevator for example. Looks like a lot of the good reviews are from people who toured here, because that’s where their focus is - get people to rent, but what about the tenants that actually live here? I’ll keep my review up to date if things change because I do love the way the area looks, just frustrated at the lack of care. I have had such an amazing experience with the staff. I don’t live here my girlfriend does but I might join her. The new management has already made so many changes, locks on pool, the lake and fountain are so pretty and I constantly see staff picking up and you can tell they love the community which is refreshing. They have little yards on some of the apartments on the ground floor which is perfect!!! Less pet waste. They have set a new standard for this community- I am so happy that my girlfriend chose to move in here. They make everything so simple and are so welcoming. THEY HAVE A JACUZZI AND COLD PLUNGE!!!! We were gonna have her move in with me but since everything has done a complete 180° we will most likely renew and add me to the lease when my lease is up. Aubrey in the office is very nice!

I absolutely LOVE my new place here at Cortland Royal Palm Beach!! This community is a hidden gem! It makes me feel like I am staying at a resort, only this is where I actually live! I couldn’t be happier. The pool is breathtaking, the amenities are just wonderful. Beyond that, the apartment itself is bright, spacious, and very inviting. Best living experience! Very pleasantly surprised by how involved, organized, communicative, responsive the team here is. Any issues are immediately resolved. The office is understanding and helpful and they are always in a good mood (something you don’t see from customer service facing personnel any more). The community was thoughtfully made and is extremely well maintained. Not just the community - but up to the foliage in your veranda. Weekly they pull the weeds out and pick trash up. Very very pleased!

I moved in back in August and absolutely love this community! It doesn’t matter who helps you (Jackson, Karen, or Aubrey) they are all so nice and easy to work with. From the moment I took a tour I was sold. This place has a great community going and I would say is on the more active side. People are always playing pickleball or out walking their dog. If you have a dog this place will definitely make him/her happy! The amenities are top notch and if you have feedback this place will address it! You should definitely schedule a tour and come see for yourself!

Desperate for temporary living arrangements, I discovered Cortland Royal Palm Beach just before the first building opened in July 2024. Karen and Jackson took me in and were by my side through all the ups and downs we ALL were experiencing. Our move in was smooth as can be. Any issues were addressed immediately. The units are tastefully decorated and include all the modern touches. Being the first group to move in, it has been a great experience watching the community come together as each phase finished and became more beautiful. They handled the construction going on amongst residents perfectly, the noise level was barely noticeable. I was able to choose my permanent unit after several visits to Aubrey and she and Karen made the transfer painless, I could not be happier with the end result! The wonderful lake with the incredible fountain is now my view and so lovely. The other amenities are all beautifully designed and there are so many! Update March 2nd: I upped my rating as I have heard from my sales rep that my unit and building has received its approval documents for occupancy and he has been in the unit twice to make sure the cleaners did a good job. Onward and forward to a very beautiful new home!!! Thank you Jackson. Original post Feb 28th. Good day !!! I have been having adequate communication connections. My building is 4 unit 101 expected move in date is March 13th. It was to receive final document approval today, February 28th. Could you please let me know if this unit is ready to move in and share a photo of the approval document and completed unit? If unable to share a photo of the approval document a photo of the completed unit will do fine. Thus far I have NOT heard this date has changed. So my expectation is all is on track.
