I have lived here for 20 years . I can't say enough good things about the staff. Cordell & Tina has always been on top of any work orders i've had . Brian in the office has been so kind and patient with me and my needs. He even helped me rewrite my resume lol . Can't recommend this place enough :). Amazing mountain views/trails. Close to all my shopping and my pet vet.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and I don’t regret moving here! The apartments are located in a convenient location, next to Safeway, a middle school and elementary school for those who have kids. The inside of the apartments are lovely and enough cabinet storage. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and kind. The place is always clean as well. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone!

I've only been here for two weeks and will update after several months of living here. That being said, my experience has been good so far! I moved from the other part of the country and the folks at Cortland were great coordinating with me regarding leaving space for my moving POD. Any concern I've had, they have addressed quickly. They are also super friendly!

I've lived here for over a year and happily resigned my lease. The location is perfect if you enjoy hiking, seeing wildlife every day, and if you need quick access to i25. There is a path behind the property that takes you directly to the Ute Valley Park trailhead and another to the Safeway shopping center. The staff is also fantastic. Natalie, Cordell, and Brian have assisted me with every inquiry and excel when it comes to resident support. Cortland living would not be the same without those three.

Wonderful quiet community with a nice nature scenery. Very close to shopping areas, groceries (my favorite Trader Joe and Costco). Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The office staff of Brian and Natalie are always super helpful and kind when I stop in, very welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough.

I moved in last week and so far no complaints. Everyone was so kind. Front desk was super easy to get checked in and they were very kind to show me to my mailbox. The apartment itself had a little basic wear and year on the floorboards, and the tub faucet needed to be fixed but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the office they called and a guy was there the next day. Everything feels well layed out. Overall I've had a great experience thus far. Parking can be scarce but everything is so close it's not hard to walk from further down. The parking spaces that are very shaded could use some ice melt but that feels like an easy fix for me to carry some in my car. Feels like a very safe community, she even saw some families around as well. 😊

Great community! The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they show up promptly and take care of it quickly, same day if possible. They are quick to clear snow on walks and parking lot. Everyone in the mgmt office is friendly and helpful. Great trails nearby, and the views from the upper apartments are awesome. Highly recommended!

I’ve lived at this community for nearly five years, and I have to say that Ashley has been one of the best managers we’ve had. She’s approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. She always follows up on maintenance requests, checks in to make sure everything is handled, and takes the time to ask if we need anything when she sees us. It’s clear she takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly and in making residents feel at home.

Absolutely killer management and front office staff. The leasing agent that led my partner and I through our tour went waaay above and beyond with how helpful she was - thank you again Norma!! We moved to Colorado from AZ the day before our tour and were staying in a hotel because we wanted to tour apartments in person - this was our first (and last!) stop because we loved it so much. Both my partner and I were ready to move in same-day if the stars aligned, but we never could've imagined how helpful Norma would be in actually making that dream happen. The relief!! We felt lucky not only to apply for the apartment while in the leasing office - but also to have her there to help guide us through the whole process. We felt like we were home before we even finished signing our lease! I could probably go on for years about Norma - but it's also worth noting that this community is in the middle of being completely renovated - so we were able to get one of the updated apartments with beautiful countertops, cabinetr

I really love these apartments! The staff makes me feel like I am home, the complex is clean, and so peaceful. I love taking my dog for a walk on the hiking trails directly behind the complex. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for a home.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The place is absolutely amazing – clean, well-maintained, and with such a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stands out, though, are the ladies in the office, Janelle and Grace. They are the best! They’re always so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly make you feel like you’re a valued part of the community here. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tina, the maintenance lady. She’s always quick to address any issues, super friendly, and makes sure everything is in perfect working order. Beautiful community next to plenty of trails with mountain views! We must’ve toured 10 different complexes before landing on this one due to the great location, proximity to trails, cute upgraded apartment with mountain views, and excellent customer service. Janell has been super helpful and communicative from the time we toured to move- in day! Maintenance has been quick to tend to service requests. Parking can get a bit crowded at night but not terrible. Overall we’re very happy with our move- in experience!

We moved here 5 days ago. We love the beautiful, spacious apartment. The maintenance team has responded within a few hours of putting in a ticket and has resolved all of the issues we have had since we moved in. There were many as there usually are with a new apartment and Tina told me, “I want our residents to be happy with where they live. She even documented a scratch on the granite countertops that I had missed and said she turned it in so we will not be held responsible. The reason I gave this complex 4 stars instead of 5 are various issues: they did not tell us someone would be coming to fix a sprinkler head the second day we were here and then it dripped stinky antifreeze all over the bathroom. I appreciate that they fixed it and cleaned it but prior notice would have been nice. We were also never told what our mailbox number is and assumed it was our apt number but it’s not so our vacant card was in the box for several days and our mail has been returned to senders. The office is VERY bad about answer

The management is on top of everything and always eager to do anything you need done. They even ask if you need anything else (not just waiting for you to put in a work request). The swimming pool is sparkling! The property is clean and environmentally pleasing. I believe the renters are inspired by the efficiency and reliability of the staff to keep their own property clean and quiet (we're inspired by the management). The staff and renters are friendly and respectful. We have lived in another Cortland property before, and the Rockrimmon Cortland gets 5 stars from me.

I can’t say enough good things about Cortland Rockrimmon! I came as a guest to their most recent community event and it was such a great time! You could tell a lot of thought and time went into planning the event and even though I wasn’t a resident, Grace and Janell were both so welcoming and friendly and I even was able to make a new friend while I was there! l am definitely excited to attend another event as a guest!

I moved to Cortland from TN back in October 2023. I moved site unseen and overall the process was relatively smooth. The staff was very accommodating. They answered all of my questions, did a virtual walk through, and sent me additional photos prior to moving. This helped ease my nerves a bit since I didn't actually get to see the place in person. Since moving in, Tina who is over maintenance, has always been very nice, professional, and prompt at addressing any of my maintenance issues, which is very much appreciated! Recently, Cortland add a new member to the team in the office, Janell. Janell has also been a pleasure to deal with. She is super friendly, professional, and has also helped with any questions or concerns I've had. Overall my experience here has been great! I love the layout of my apartment, all of the upgrades, and it's kinda hard to beat the location. Everything you need is close by, it's quiet, and Ute Valley is right in your backyard! Grace, Janell, and Tina are fantastic! Living at Cortland Rockrimmon has been a great experience—it’s the first time I’ve ever renewed a lease. I love having Ute Valley and Pikes Peak in my backyard. I can mountain bike to work, my neighbors are all really pleasant, and clubhouse events are a lot of fun!

Update: Still living here. They are almost done with all the renovations, but it is looking so good. Loving the place still. Loving the people that work here. They take such great care of us and I am so happy I chose to move in here and stay. Yeah the parking isn't the best but honestly the price for the garages are about the same you would pay at any other apartment complex. What you don't get other places is the awesome staff and the amazing view and trail right behind the complex. Enjoy life. Moved here in October 2022 and have found it to be fantastic. Yes currently there is construction and updates happening but it’s great to know that management is concerned and interested in maintaining a nice complex. If you have issues (maintenance) they are very quick to get things fixed. It helps that there are not that many apartments and they have someone here every day to fix issues. And of course they are pet friendly and have a lovely walking path just behind the complex. And shopping .5 miles away. The people

I moved here a couple of months ago and I love it! The staff are super accommodating and friendly, and Grace in particular has been absolutely wonderful. My maintenance requests have always been handled within 24 hours (usually the same day), and the maintenance staff are always quick, knowledgable, and respectful of my home. The package lockers are really cool- you get a text message with a barcode that opens the locker with your package inside, which is way more convenient than anything I’ve used before. They take quiet hours seriously, and the one time I had a minor issue with excessive noise during quiet hours it was promptly resolved and I haven’t had any problems since then. My neighbours have all been really friendly and kind as well. Location-wise, it’s close to the grocery store and shops but far enough away from the main road that I don’t have to deal with loud traffic at all hours. They are always cheerful and sweet to me and my family and we always feel at home when we walk through the clubhouse doors. A great place to live and is such a great community.
