I’ve never had issues with either Cortland community I’ve lived at. Only thing about this one is that the back gate to come into the community doesn’t work when I try to use it, and the security guard that’s at the pool on the weekends always gives me an issue about having guests at the pool with me. Otherwise, I never have noise issues or anything else. :)

Had to leave my final review here I move out at the end of July and I have never felt so heavy leaving a residency through all of my apartments I have rented I can say that this community is definitely worth living I had such an amazing experience as a resident here and I’m going to miss living here for sure the staff Are very welcoming and they make sure they get everything done I appreciate everyone here at Cortland for this amazing living experience 🙏

My move to Cortland has been as seamless as possible, from the application process to my move-in date. The community is peaceful, with quiet neighbors and easy parking, and the amenities are truly impressive. The staff’s communication has exceeded my expectations—they are responsive and always quick to assist. Cons: The walls are thin, but I do not have any loud neighbors. Update: Additional Cons Every week my internet goes out. Since you don’t login to spectrum to just reboot the modem you have to contact multiple people just for them to reset the system weekly. This has affected my work tremendously.

My apartment tour experience at Cortland Riverview was fantastic! Xia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel very welcome. The community is beautiful, and I left feeling very excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend!

Living here has been such an amazing experience. I’ve been staying at Cortland properties for 3 years now and I have to say Cortland Riverview has been by far my favorite!!!! Huge huge shout out to Richard C & Marcos G for being the most amazing & helpful service members on the property. They always help me when I need something, they’re efficient, funny and super sweet 🥹 Like if they were my uncles hahah! Incredible staff, I could go on about how amazing they have been 🫶🏼 Love it here so much

My fiance and I moved in here in August, and we love our apartment and community for the most part. Many of our neighbors are friendly and we appreciate the efforts from landscaping to maintain the neighborhood. Our balcony has a really nice view of the lake and fountain, and the pool is gorgeous. They were nice enough to provide residents with a free gym membership until theirs opened, which I’ve never had an apartment do before. They also frequently have food trucks and events at the clubhouse. There are some issues. The front gates and hot tub have been broken more often than not. People are lazy and leave their dog waste around. We hope that management continues to send out reminders and address the problems. The noise insulation is also not good, which could become a bigger issue if someone unreasonably loud moves near us. Overall however it is a pleasant place to live. I’ve been living here for almost two years, and I really want to highlight how great the maintenance service has been—especially Richard Corredor (hopefully I spelled that correctly). Every time I’ve had an issue and put in a service request, he’s been super quick to respond, usually coming out the same day or the next. He’s always friendly, professional, and does a great job fixing whatever the problem is. It’s clear he cares about his work and about helping residents. Having someone like him and the rest of the maintenance team around makes living here so much easier. Big thanks to him and the team!

I truly love our maintenance team at cortland riverview. They all really are like family to us, I trust them in my home both when Im there and when I’m not. They are always so friendly to my pup and make an effort to stop their golf carts to say hello when we’re passing by. They never make you feel like a burden and you can tell they care about the community. I always feel safe around them and they always take such good care of us. I only toured. Property is beautiful, lots of amenities and cool features. Apartments were decent sized, and nice lighting. Britney was great, pleasant attitude, and really accommodating.

Britney is a standout in the office at my apartment complex. She always greets you with a genuine smile and has such a positive, helpful attitude.
