I moved onto this complex in October and it’s been an excellent experience. Everyone is so nice and willing to help with any concerns. My go to person is Crystal. Ever since our first interaction on the phone, I just knew she would be excellent. She helped me coordinate everything including a virtual tour since I was moving from out of the state. No concern is too much for her, she resolved them quickly. The gym is amazing; clean, and has great equipment. The club house and office has this amazing smell when you enter. The package lockers are very convenient. Overall I am happy I chose Cortland Riverside and recommend it to anyone wanting to move. The surrounding neighborhood is also filled with shops so it’s easy to find what you need or want.

Cortland is amazing!!! The pool is like being at a resort and the gym onsite has everything you need to get a good workout in. Also, it’s a great place to take a nice stroll in the evenings with your dog when the sun is going down. I highly recommend this property!!! Ask for Crystal, she’s amazing

Love Cortland Riverside! This is my third lease with Cortland since moving to Texas in 2020 and my second lease at this location. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. All of the neighbors are nice. The staff is always very friendly, and ready to help with anything. Rahni and Haylee have made getting everything set up very smooth and painless, and have always been very helpful and patient. Will definitely be staying with Cortland for a while!

If you are thinking about moving here PLEASE DO! This community is NOT dirty it’s beautiful. When you tour this place you will see they really keep up with everything. The area is great, the community is wonderful, and Rahni Davis especially is just amazing. She is really on top of anything and really respectful. We lived here for a year and I’m really sad to be going this is the best place I lived, but I’m moving closer to work. Maintenance request were handled in the same day and leasing staff are the nicest people!

After living in one of the Villas which are amazing we’re looking to downgrade within the community and Rahni made it possible for us to move in 30 days which is awesome. Cortland Riverside is a great community from the apartment homes to the staff. I love the upgraded creatures of the apartments, you can tell by the grounds that maintenance is amazing. I have attended several community events and have been in awe by the amazing people in the office. They make you feel like your apartment of the family. My lady is apart of the Cortland Riverside family. Last year I was in the search for a venue to host my birthday party which was an experience in itself. I needed the venue to be able to host a large group of people with table seating, have a large enough counter to support my chef catering service, a dedicated space for my bartender, televisions to watch the cowboy game and surround sound speakers that could sustain the party throughout the night. To my surprise the venue offered everything I needed and more. It easily seated all of my guests, had a 20 plus foot granite counter top my chef could use for food, a dedicated space for my bartender, multiple televisions that were 50+ inches to watch the game and an excellent surround sound system controlled by an iPad. All of those things were on my list of needs for my party. But the deciding factor was the other games they already have at the venue. Included in the venue is a life size arcade style PAC Man game, full size shuffle board and full sizes billiards

I have lived at Cortland Riverside community for over 3 years now. Riverside is just amazing with brand new fixtures, appliances, and detailing of the apartment. My friends and family always love coming over to visit my place. The maintenance team is by far the best I have experienced. They're so respectful and no matter the reason they're always just one ticket request away. They are very quick to resolve the tickets and are so good at keeping you updated. The management staff is by far the absolute best I've ever worked with. They actually get to know you and greet you by name when you walk in to the front office. Its been almost 3 years living in this community and its been amazing…I loved my newly renovated apartment with stainless steel appliances however, the best part was the big living room space because I could have friends over and fit them comfortably while playing games or watching movies. I also enjoyed the beautiful patio and my garden view and the fact the I could take walk around the neighborhood and have beautiful golf course view…It's pet friendly which was perfect as i miss my dog so meeting all the cute fur babies around the community makes me miss him lil less. The staff is really sweet and helpful and they always greets you with a bright smile. They always try to solve any of your problems as soon as they can you just have to call them and it will be solved. They organize some amazing events for all of us and it was only once I told them to cater something for vegetarians or vegan and from then onwards they always had something for me. So they keep you in mind even if it’s only for that 1 person. So

I moved here from another Cortland property in GA about 4 months ago. The transition was smooth! The staff in my initial process was accommodating, knowledgeable, fun, and there was a food truck here - they even brought us lunch after I toured!! The rent specials I signed with was amazing but they always have specials. Maintenance is quick, efficient and you know them when you see them because they treat you like family here. All my specials assistance or requests were considered and granted when I had to be away or need an extra hand. When anyone comes to visit, they are in love with my apartment. The amenities are great too —they also have fun and exciting resident activities!! Golf ⛳️ course views. I’m only 4 months into my lease and I plan to renew already. I love my apartment so much. Additionally, the community is well kept, clean, quiet and welcoming. If you are thinking of moving to the Fort Worth area, definitely consider Cortland Riverside, you will love it!!

We are going into our second year here at Cortland Riverside. Our first unit we rented had a mishap due to some pipes bursting. We are appreciative of the team here for responding so quickly and for letting us move into a new unit in such short notice as it was the dead of winter! We also love the sense of community and events held in the Clubhouse and pool. And speaking of Clubhouse, we were able to rent it for a few hours, making it the perfect place to hold a private party!

With brand new equipment and detailing of the apartment we get compliments from all the friends that visit our place. Not to mention their maintenance is the best thing we have experienced. I've lived here for over 2 years and honestly couldn't be happier. The staff is incredible, the amenities are great, and the place is well maintained. I've always felt very safe here, and if ever I had an issue, it's been taken care of immediately. I recently had surgery and , since I live alone, the staff reached out and assisted me with whatever I needed. It is a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it. 10/10

From the moment I called, the prompt calls and messages back were remarkable. Haylee was our leasing agent and she was INCREDIBLE!! There are a lot of nice apartment complexes around this area. But what I love about Cortland Riverside and has made a big impact on us, is that the staff here is very professional and attentive. We feel like we are heard if we have a maintenance repair, complaint (which hasn’t been many) and they really seem to care about our well being. We love that the clubhouse is 24 hours and the pool area has been great for our kids! We’re staying for another year because we’re not ready to give up what they’ve provided for us!

Rahni, Julie, Kali and Jessica make a great leasing office team. They have always been welcoming, kind and patient with us. We have lived at Cortland Riverside for over a year now. Rahni helped us when we first moved in and has made sure to check up on us to make our experience great. She remembered our names as well so we feel more noticed and valued. All questions that we have are always answered. The monthly resident events are fun and bring everyone together from a back-to-school pool party to a food truck or fitness group class. In February, there was a Valentine's Day painting with a twist style event with some wine offered. Amaury, Justin, Julio and Melvin are great at getting things fixed, repaired and replacing air filters quickly and professionally. We had extra help when needing to hang a mirror and curtains as well. At one point, we had a leak from our shower faucet, and they fixed it very quickly. The same goes for light replacing lightbulbs. I have moved here in January of this year and I couldn’t be more happy. The property management team has not only been professional but also very friendly, empathetic and kind. They have been very helpful and concise during the entire leasing process. The maintenance team too has been nothing that exceptional. They even helped me assemble my furniture lol. I love everything about the community here! I’ll start by saying that we appreciate the events that allow us to meet our neighbors and get to know the staff outside of typical office stuff. I’ve made friends with neighbors. My kids have been embraced as the staff knows them by name and always greets us all. I don’t have issues with getting answers to any questions I have. Rahni Davis is the most helpful, sweetest young lady EVER!! She’s a gemin itself and is always a huge help! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to live and the staff if the chefs kiss on top!

I’ve been living at Riverside for 6 months, when I moved in back in November, my leasing agent Kali was very helpful in accommodating a virtual tour of the apartment complex and made the experience very enjoyable and even over FaceTime I could tell it would be a great fit for me! I regularly find myself at the clubhouse talking with the employees, they provide such a great sense of community. Jessica, one of the leasing agents is one of the funniest, most genuine people I’ve ever met and am guaranteed a smile whenever we chat. Rahni, the resident experience manager, is always working towards making that “resident experience” the greatest it can be. There are constant parties and events going on at the clubhouse being thrown by Rahni and the other employees, they’re never short of spectacular. The one time I had a maintenance problem, the crew was there within 10 minutes of submitting the request and was done within the hour, they’re pros! Move to Cortland Riverside!

My husband and I have lived at Cortland Riverside for 1.5 years, and we have loved it! We started in the A7 1 bedroom floor plan, and it was amazing! Loved all of the finishings and space. When we found out we were pregnant, we were able to transfer to the B7 2 bedroom floor plan super easily even though we had a few more months on that specific lease. Lots of space for everything! It’s so big it honestly feels like a house. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, they come out the next day and have everything fixed right! I never have to call a second time. Parking is what seems to be most people’s main issue, but we’ve never had any problems. Make sure your visitors know to register their car, and everything should be fine! My sister in law was towed, but she didn’t register her car properly and stayed in the spot longer than 24 hours (her fault). This company is the absolute best!!! When we transfer to the brand new Cortland Riverside I was simply amazed at the absolute professionalism and actual resident care that was given. Real care too! The maintenance team is perfection the grounds are perfect and the residents,as a whole are wonderful!!! We have actually made some wonderful friends here. Like the block party friends. The new Management team I completed trust and the staff honestly from top to bottom are all 100%! It really feels like a single family home without all the stress that comes with home ownership. I love this property.. Lets start with the beautiful Spanish Tiling on the roofs to the all the little details in each building. The property is clean and tidy.. The Golf course view is gorgeous to look at. The leasing office and TEAM - Five Stars all the way. They are energetic and always helpful. The maintenance team WOW those guys work hard. I want to share my experience moving from Cortland Fossil Creek across the street to Cortland Riverside. Kali was the person who showed us the place and was so fast at getting everything ready for us to transfer over especially in such a short time and also maintenance getting a couple things fixed for us the day we moved in such a hurry it made our transition a wonderful experience. I love the size of our place and how beautiful the property is no complaints living there so far been an excellent experience. Everyone has been kind and awesome.

Cortland Riverside has the best staff I’ve dealt with while living in apartments. Always ready to help you and provide many events for the community weekly. The amenities are top notch with an amazing pool and a good sized gym. It also has walking paths along the golf course that I take my dog on often. I have lived her for over 3 years. They are a wonderful staff when ever I have a problem or need maintenance there are always right on it. The staff is great . The apt complex is well kept. They have a gym and a pool. May or have the other amenities that the new complexes have. But I got the largest 2 bedroom they have which is 1500 so feet plus for much less then I would have paid for a new apt complex. They really took care of their renters when Covid hit they helped them get funding when needed to help them keep their apt they even gave one person a maintenance job so that he could stay that in its self speaks volumes to me as a renter. Not many places will go above and beyond like that for a renter. The inside of Apts here are very spacious clean and very up to date in side and the prices are cheaper then any place in the area for what you get so if you are looking for a place to call home. Then you need to get in touch with the women in the office and get your new home I promise you will love it here plu

Cortland Riverside has felt like home since the day I moved in. It’s different from other apartment complexes because it’s located in a more secluded area even though it’s only 10 minutes from alliance town Center. There is a beautiful golf course right behind the buildings that is open to the public that my husband and I love going on evening strolls on. The apartment finishes are gorgeous. Our floor plan has a beautiful dark gray granite with bottom white cabinets and top wood cabinets. It faces to large dog parks and has a view that most apartment complexes don’t get! The leasing agents also make it all the better! We are always greeted with friendly smiles and were even surprised with multiple gifts from our wedding registry. They really go above and beyond to cater to your needs quickly and efficiently. We are very happy to live here!!!

Having been working in a transferable job and traveling places due to that, I lived in many cities and at many apartments. Cortland Apartment is the best one I have chosen so far. Most favorite part of the community is the club house and the swimming pool. I love it . You really can spend the entire day, playing billiards , doing BBQ , enjoying at the pool. I've been a resident here for a year now w/no complaints. The staff is always accommodating and friendly, apartments are gorgeous (kitchen layout is my favorite part) nice amenities, resort styled pool, gym has pretty much and and everything you need and open 24 hours... The maintenance team is just phenomenal!!! I admire their hardwork and dedication to the residents!! They come out for repairs same day, sometimes within hours of submitting the request and no matter what, they ALWAYS have a pleasant attitude. I know it gets hot out here in TX, and this 108 weather is no joke!! Kudos to them 🥳👏🏾 I plan on resigning my lease for another year.

I love this apartment! Brando is very kind, caring, professional & such a helpful person that has really taken great care of me and has made the move in process for me as smooth as possible. All the residents I’ve encountered have been really nice people also. The place smells amazing and the staff does a great job with keeping everything clean. Love it here! Quiet, nice neighborhood next to an accessible golf course with a great pool. Close to I35, grocery stores and a few bars, plus the pool is awesome. The office staff are MVPs as well. They have quickly resolved every issue I've had since living here. 10/10 would recommend

Cortland Riverside is a great place to live in. Beautiful grounds, spectacular pools. The girls at the office are so sweet, especially Kali. They usually have a monthly community gathering where they offer breakfast or they bring a food truck even wine down wednesday. Its so nice that they try to bring the community together. Everyone I've met so far is super nice.

I'm a single mother and found comfort moving into a gated community. Im sure this being a "gated community" was a factor in pricing, so why is it taking so long for it to be fixed?!!? DON'T EVER LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE FRIENDS OR FAMILIES VISIT REGULARLY. I visit my friends regularly, more than 2 times a week. My car was towed once and that's my fault, no complaining about my $300 by Apollo towing. After that, the Cortland Riverside front desk said make sure that we park at visitor parking, if without register we'll get tow if the car stay there MORE THAN 2 DAYS. But yesterday, we parked at visitor parking around 4 PM and register late, then they towed my car at 10PM. Good $328 for 6 hours parking. IF YOU GUYS WANT YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES TO HAVE AN EXPENSIVE PARKING TICKET PLEASE COME HERE AND LIVE. Also, if resident parked at visitor parking will get tow too if someone reported or noticed by the tow guy. The parking lot mostly full at night, so either resident or visitor have to find and park far away from where they lived. They have a GREAT CONTRACT WITH APOLLO TOWING 👍👍👍. Apollo also have a great eyes on picking car to tow, they'll hunting for luxury car.

I do wanna take this time to appreciate the maintenance team specially JUSTIN and OMAR for the job well done at my apartment. Come in very fast and went above and beyond to get everything fix. Very professional guys and very knowledgeable of what they do. One time Mr Omar helped I and my wife carried heavy stuff on 3rd flow super nice guy. JUSTIN is very friendly and helpful person always ask us if we need anything fix.

This is one of the best apartment complexes. The move in process was very smooth . Hunter and Stephanie guided really well when we were going through the apartment and when we moved in. The apartment complex is maintained well and the maintenance team is really good. Sometimes it is little hard to find the parking spots close to apartment especially during the night time. Also, They have Garages that they rent but it would have been nice if there were Car ports/ covered parking. Rest is all good. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to live in the North Fort Worth area.

I moved from a different Cortland property in Georgia without seeing my apartment in person. When I arrived the process was fast. I completed mostly Everything online so it was mainly getting my keys and the welcome packet. The complex isn't that big but the apartment size, community, and location make up for that. I picked this complex because I fell in love with the open floor plan, it doesn't feel like I live in an apartment because of the layout and space. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a dog friendly complex, this being said ... Mostly everyone has a dog so you tend to hear them from time to time. All and all I love it here.

Cortland Riverside Apartments are a great place to live! The whole staff are great to work with and they go above and beyond to help. I had a situation where the apartments I was originally going to move into, weren't going to be ready as promised and my apartment I was moving from was already leased and I had two weeks to find something else. When my boyfriend and I called to see if there was a three bedroom available, Stephanie was able to work around the date that I needed to move in so I could be out of my other apartments on time. Every time we have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of promptly. When I contact the front office, to change my vehicle information, or have any questions, they are always there to help me. When I see the staff passing by, they are always very friendly and speak to you. I have not had any issues and I love my apartment! They say everything happens for a reason, this apartment is better than the one I was going to move in to and I'm loving it!

Cortland Riverside is the best property in the area. When the property initially opened in 2019, I was one of the first to move in with the assistance of Stephanie Hegel. She is an awesome Manager and always willing to go the extra mile for her residents. I moved out of state for a year and returned to Cortland Riverside several months ago. I didn’t think to look at another property because Cortland grounds are well kept, very quiet and the staff is amazing!

By far one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in! The staff is always super helpful. It was a very smooth move in process. Hunter was amazing throughout the whole process. I was on a time crunch to move in and they made it work perfectly. Hunter made what is usually a very stressful situation, a very smooth and easy process. The apartment facilities are always clean and when needed, maintenance services are prompt and efficient! Maintenance goes above and beyond to ensure everything is working appropriately. Everyone is super sweet and friendly. I love that the apartment complex is close to good highway access so that I can get where I need to be yet is still very peaceful with no highway noise. This place is more than accommodating! I had a wasp issue on my patio that I reported late afternoon and by the time I came home that same day the nest was cleared and I was able to enjoy my patio! The property is absolutely beautiful and clean! The staff is a breath of fresh air compared to other places I have lived.

I've only lived here for ~1 Month but so far everything has been great. Service requests have all been answered quickly and the apartment tour was representative of what I actually got. Staff has been friendly, especially Hunter who took me on the tour. Sometimes I can hear the neighbor above me but I think that's something you have to deal with in an apartment. I haven't heard my neighbors on my sides at all. I think my only real complaint would be trash being left outside the compactor but that's more of a complaint with other renters and the apartment is trying to resolve that.

1,000% recommend Cortland Riverside apartments as a place to call home. Hunter, Stephanie, and the team have all been kind, professional, and answered all of our questions. We have never rented/leased, so this was a brand new experience for us. As we are ultimately relocating, we wanted our kids to finish this school year. We are so happy that we chose Cortland Riverside. I would like to add that Justin (The Man, The Tool Guy) is hands down the kindest person, and he is exceptionally good at his job.

We moved to Cortland at Riverside recently from New jersey. Due to our circumstances we were searching for our new home online and did not really had the opportunity to visit the property. Out of about 20 listed communities we went with Cortland at Riverside and i must say it was the best decision. The community offers amazing amenities (club house with my favorite pool table). Amazing gym, yeah the gym is huge. Pools are fantastic. Onsite compactor facility, trash pickup service, But out of all of this the best part is leasing office staff and maintenance staff. I had couple service requests, both were taken care of within matter of minutes and at my satisfaction. Sign up process was made extremely easy by my favorite leasing office representative “Hunter”, who helped me throughout the process and even after the move in helped me with all of my questions. Cortland Riverside's apartment management is superb! They are amazing, Stephanie and Hope have been so helpful. From the first time I toured to move-in I haven't had one question go unanswered. They are very responsive and understand your concerns should there be any. The maintenance and ground crews work hard and it shows! On move-in I had a few things that needed to be fixed and they were all done within the same day. Parking hasn't been an issue and the gates have broken but they get fixed quickly. Gym and pool are beautiful. Just watch out for flying golf balls every once in a while! Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Next month we will be here for 1 year and we loved it here. Staff and management are very attentive to residents, is a very quiet community and everyone around is polite. I love the open bar kitchen and very elegant fixtures and the big pantry on the kitchen gabinetes and the beautiful glass shower doors and super big walking closets for our 2 bedroom apartment. I love the big oval tub also. We have been very happy here and absolutely love our patio. I will recommend anyone who likes elegant and comfy living to come and check this apartments.

This apartment was breathtaking. My husband and I stopped by and the Leasing Manager was busy so we sat down with Ciara Arthur who was amazing! She was so friendly and informative, we loved working with her. She explained how the touring worked and we were able to sip on the clubhouse coffee while she explained the amenities. We could over look the pool and then after explaining we went to see the pool, fitness center, and whichever floorplans we had chosen. She was not pushy or anything, I love how she didn't seem rushed to push us through, we really enjoyed her. The gym is the biggest I have seen in an apartment complex, the clubhouse has party hosting abilities, a pool table, coffee machine, shuffle board, game station and a view of the pool. There's a 3-tiered pool with grills by it and a large dog park. Besides the amenities the apartments have a bunch of selections and are great quality. They have valet trash, the friendliest team (from maintenance to management), and they take care of the grounds amazingly. Honestly, highly recommend. They are our favorite apartments to live in to date.

This property is very modern with elegant fixtures/appliances. The management team is super friendly and I feel valued as a resident. It is a bit costly but if you have any issue- its resolved quickly. It is fairly new which naturally comes with some problems with electricity and water lines since no residents have lived in the units we have, but the issues are resolved promptly. I feel safe, respected, and the golf course views are beautiful.

I came into your community 2 days ago. lea Brewster was the sales person who helped me. she was awesome. I came in, not knowing exactly what i was looking for. have been to several communities in the area already and a little frustrated at this point. she picked up on this right away. she took the time to show me what your property had to offer. even though she had appointments set up and I was a walk in. she greeted me and let me know she would be right with me. I looked at several of your 1 bedrooms and then came back and looked at your 2 bedrooms as well. She was very supportive and patient of me coming in and out of your office for a few hours. I enjoyed my time here. It was quiet and the maintenance staff was extremely helpful. I never had much of an issue living here. Would recommend it to anyone. The only reason its not 5/5 stars is because I asked about Carports and they said they were building them and it never happened. Also the lease agreement requires a 60 notice, a 30 day would be much more helpful.

I've lived in many apartments over the years and the staff here are by far the most responsive and professional. The complex is kept extremely clean (especially the pool and gym) and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Even when there are issues that come up, the staff goes above and beyond to resolve it for the residents. The complex is currently brand new with good interior finishes that are above normal "apartment grade". I'll be staying here a while.

The apartments are nice and the staff are the best! Maintenance comes within 24 hours if there’s something wrong. I only have been here for a couple of weeks and I love it!

Having lived in several apartment complexes over the years, my husband and I cannot speak highly enough of this one! Our time at Cortland was absolutely wonderful. Aly, in the front office, was a delight to work with, and she helped us in so many ways! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Fort Worth area! :)

The entire staff is absolutely amazing but a personal shout and 5-star recognition goes to Ben. From the first day I moved in until recently Ben has been awesome. He is always so helpful and continues to go above and beyond to not only help the resident but the management team as well. Keep up the great work Cortland Riverside Team!

Beautiful Rooms, Pool and amenities as well! Very friendly community as well! Aly from the office was extremely generous and helpful, made the move in process feel really easy! 10/10 would highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a new beautiful home/community!
