I’ve lived in some horrible apartments in Austin. This by far has been the most peaceful and pleasing experience. The staff is very helpful and informative, as well as being very quick to respond to any issue or concern you might have. The maintenance is top notch. They always come as soon as possible and don’t leave unless the job is completed. The community is clean, quiet and respectful. There is literally nothing negative to say about Cortland river place

I was truly impressed with Courtland River Place. I scheduled a tour & when I arrived I met with Carmen, she actually ended up taking me on the tour of the property. So clean and nicely kept. I really liked the property. I recently was approved for a home loan & that’s the only reason I didn’t pursue a lease with Courtland River Place. Thank you Carmen for showing me the property!

Being both a former employee and a current resident at this community for over three years, I can confidently say that Cortland River Place is an amazing place to live. You won’t find a better team anywhere — Denise, Donna, and Carmen do a fantastic job managing the office, while Manny and David are outstanding on the service side. Every service request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work is excellent. The residents here are friendly, and the turnout for community events is always great — you really feel a true sense of community that many other apartment complexes lack. If you’re looking for a new home in the area, I highly recommend Cortland River Place!

This is a great community. Management, particularly Carmen in the front office, was friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance was similarly prompt. I had good experiences with my neighbors (minus a few drivers who didn’t love bikes lol) but the community is pretty quiet and plenty of amenities for everyone to spread out. By far my favorite perk of living here were the bi-weekly food trucks (they’re all solid). Management also organizes plenty of events for connecting with fellow residents if you’re new to the city. I enjoyed it here.

I’ve lived here for almost three months, and after spending seven years in Austin, I can honestly say this is my favorite complex by far. My experience here has been nothing short of excellent! The property is beautifully maintained—always clean, with plenty of fun and useful amenities. The community is another highlight. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and the front office staff is outstanding (special shoutout to Carmen—she’s amazing!). It really feels like they care about the people who live here, which is such a refreshing change compared to other places I’ve lived. The location is another big plus. While it’s a bit removed from Austin, that’s part of the charm—it’s peaceful and serene, the perfect escape from the chaos of downtown. Overall, I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great community. 10/10!

LOWERED MY RATING FROM 5 to 4. I was skeptical about this place at first because the model was just too good to be true. The customer service from Tyler was too good to be true and all the talk Tyler told me about was just too good to be true….well guess what? I was wrong. If you want a great customer experience and honest customer service then YOU MADE IT! You’re home!! Everything about this place is unbelievable but believe it! It’s a place you should not turn down. I can’t say enough about Tyler. He defines excellent customer service. 1. You email him - he responds the same day. 2. You ever need to call the front desk? He answers. 3. You ever need a work order for maintenance done? The turnaround time is 100% done the same day or next. (Depending on what time the work order was put in) (SHOUT OUT TO MIKE AND MANNY) 4. You have random questions? Tyler is there. 5. You walk in the office at any time of the day during open hours, someone is there to take on your request. The property is well kept. Maintenance

The quality and speed of the maintenance and the office team is unbelievable compared to some of the other places we lived. The location is perfect out here with all the trails on site and near Travis lake and several rivers. It is super quiet looking over the wooded areas and quietness is what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean when we moved in and they just cleaned the buildings which made the appearance walking up through the stairs so much better. The amenities are well kept which include a great gym and a dog wash area! The unit amenities are energy efficient and pretty new. We really enjoy Cortland River Place and would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Four Points area. Update: Our a/c was struggling with the heat this week. Maintenance was out 10 minutes after we placed a service request on line. You can't beat the service! Highly Recommend.

Starting with the friendly staff at the front desk and the maintenance team, I certainly can to my job properly without the lovely and amicable team Cortland has to offer at the leasing office. i have loved living here so much, it is such a combination of beautiful property with land and also great management. i’m considered disabled by the government and cortland has been SO accommodating to all my needs and requests and ‘problems’ i have had along the way. the few times ive spoken to donna she was super friendly and sweet and very helpful, and carmen has been a super huge help with so making sure all of my needs are being met! i literally have been trying to make my friends all move here LOL!! my mom visited and said it was a GORGEOUS unit and property. safe to say we love our home. if you’re young, disabled, or just wanting to move here, they are amazing here and i HIGHLY recommend it. it is so hard to find places that are so accommodating and set on making sure you are happy while living there. this place is a rare gem!

Carmen and Tyler both rock. Viewing the apartment was a breeze, all the info came quickly and accurately, the complex is very well kept and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Living here has been a pleasure! Couldn’t recommend enough! Update: I have had maintenance come and do a few small things for me here and there and the maintenance team rocks too. Very prompt, thorough, and professional. Seriously, this is the best apartment complex ever. UPDATE: I have to leave in order to move closer to school. I am very sad to be leaving the community because of how comfortable and easy it was to live here. If you are looking for an apartment in northwest Austin, this is absolutely the one you're looking for.

Cortland River Place is the nicest complex in Northwest Austin. Believe me, we looked at a dozen apartments before choosing this place. The apartment is large, with a giant master bath, very clean and light, with good storage. It has nice finishes, stainless appliances, and granite counters. It's the kind of place you can be proud to invite people over for a visit. The office staff and maintenance team have always been friendly and happy to help. The grounds are well landscaped with walking trails to explore and two pools. But that's not the best part if you have a dog! The dog park here is top notch. It's big enough to play fetch with larger dogs and they just did a major upgrade with wall to wall artificial turf. The dogs seem to love it and it's awesome for helping them stay clean while they run around. And if that's not enough, the community of dogs and owners here are friendly and welcoming so your time in the park is more like a social hour instead of a chore. The only reason I’m moving is because I’m leaving Texas. I’ve been in the Austin area for a long time (10+ years) and have been here for nearly four of them. The facilities and unit are extremely nice and rent is competitive. The office staff is a small team that gets a lot done, and they will remember you by your first name. Layouts are thoughtful and the finishing touches in the units are very nice. The community events are nice and food trucks come often. The common areas, dog park, and pools are all well-kept and manicured. I’ve never had a maintenance issue take longer than 1-2 days and Manny, the service manager, can fix almost problems in about 30 seconds flat. You will need a car living here but if you’re in Texas, you know that’s anywhere. That said, HEB, Target, Starbucks, and restaurants are all only 2 miles or less from this place. It has easy access to 620 and 360, so you can get about anywhere in 25 minutes. This complex is extremely dog-friendly and many of the people here are long-term residen

We’ve been living here for almost three years now and absolutely love the area. The community is well-managed, and maintenance is incredibly responsive—whenever we submit a request, they arrive within an hour. I have lived here almost 6 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else- believe me, I tried moving away for a year and ended up coming right back again! The office staff are amazing, friendly, and patient. The maintenance team are the best - they really do care to make sure your unit is in perfect condition and always with a smile and a wave outside. I love the grounds (minus the inevitable dog messes that are at every apartment complex - that's the fault of the dogs owners, not the management). There are little trails and lots of trees and shade. There is a fantastic dog park and little raised garden beds you can rent, even. The floor plans are well laid out with a few boasting large built in bookshelves. Easy access to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. If you have not already looked here - you definitely should!

We lived here almost 3 years and it was one of the most positive renting experiences I've ever had. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. We had our water heater burst while we were on vacation and the maintenance team was in our apartment 30 min after we arrived back and found the mess to help us clean it up and figure out a solution. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The good - People who work at the front are amazing. Always help however they can. Very patient and easy going. Places are super nice and well laid out. Pretty quiet with the exception of some overly loud car mufflers. ***Update, I have spoken with them about this and it was addressed very quickly. Impressed yet again*** Finally, when something is broken they are on it! I mean right away. The maintenance guys here are on the ball. The bad - Darn stairwells and hallways always look a mess and are poorly lit. I know it's a nightmare to keep them looking nice but they such a poor contrast to the beauty apartments. Entry system can be a struggle. Overall, it's a darn good place with great people. If you're looking around, this place is worth a look.

I have been living here at Cortland for 14 years. The years lived here speaks for itself but the reason being is that management, especially the current one, are truly amazing, great to deal with, empathatic, but most of all they know how to deal with people. They will sit down with you and listen to your needs and make sure it gets done. When we had that blizzard here 3-4 years ago, Denise (manager) was sending emails to tenants at approx. 6:00 a.m. to inform of what was done and will be done with the weather situation. Who does that? I, myself, was given a small temporary personal heater for my unit. She made sure we had outhouses, to use the water from the pool for flushing, etc. This is just to give you an idea of why this complex is so great to live in. It is all because of a management that cares. The land is well manicured, and improvements are always being made. The maintenance crew is just as great. They are on top of things and reliable.

The apartment is gorgeous and if I need anything at all, maintenance usually shows up within an hour or two. Once I sent my request through the property app and then got up to get some coffee; before I even finished stirring it, they were at my door. The office staff is BEYOND friendly and helpful as well. They are constantly going above and beyond to create small events for the community and pick delicious food trucks to visit each week. The moment you walk in the door of the office, they are ready to jump into action. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The common areas offer a range of ways to congregate outside on beautiful days. It was another year with Cortland, and we have been living here since 2017. I can't find enough words to express my gratitude for living in such a beautiful apartment. First, it is a perfect area — great nature around but still not in the middle of nowhere. There many businesses around here: HEB, Target, and McDonald's are within a few minutes by car. Also, there are places you can walk to: a coffee shop, a restaurant, and a vet clinic; a FedEx drop box is also very close. My dogs like the area so much, as it is calm and beautiful here. The team is the best. Tyler and Carmen, managers, and the maintenance team; I appreciate your hard work a lot! You are virtuously doing your work! Overall, we enjoy living here and can definitely recommend this apartment.

I have lived at Cortland for 6 months so far. I’ve had a delightful experience! The grounds are nice with full grown trees. My apartment feels way more homey than the new, cheaply built apartments coming up around Austin. Location is very convenient while feeling tucked away. I was on a FaceTime showing a family member my apartment virtually. My family member commented on how lovely the apartment is! The leasing staff is the best!! Both Carmen and Tyler are the sweetest, most friendly people. I always enjoy interacting with them and appreciate their sincere care ☺️

Updated 2024: My family and I have lived here for 4 years. The apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are absolutely incredible with all of the beautiful trees and nature. Denise, the manager and Donna the assistant manager have been here forever and are such kind and attentive people. Tyler and Carmen in the front office are so friendly and fun and make us feel welcomed and cared for. The maintenance team is so fast that they literally have fixed a request within 20 minutes of me submitting it. I love being able to stop in to the front office with my children and get hot chocolate and talk with everyone. They throw incredible community events that really make living here or something special! You’d be very happy here!

Beyond the heavenly location and actual property itself, let's mention the notable STAFF at this location. One night, one of the main entry/exit gates was damaged, it looked like perhaps a car hit it and the gate stopped in its tracks. The gate was fixed I wanna say the very next day. I have a friend who experienced the same issue at her property, and to this day, it still has not been fixed. They pretty much just no longer have a gate anymore, anyone can just drive in. When I tell you this property is ON TOP OF IT. They handle it all, this place is ran incredibly smoothly, which is, in a way, surprising considering how kind and genuine they are. They run the place as tight as a stickler without actually being sticklers. They are amazing. One of the best teams I've ever seen. <3

I've previously posted a positive review for Cortland River Place and continue to do so with this update. Both the office staff and the maintenance team are top notch, always personable and quickly responsive. My apartment layout is great with built-in bookshelves and a ton of storage in the kitchen. And it is supremely quiet here! All I ever hear are nature sounds, not neighbor apt sounds. I will be moving out of state in over half a year after having lived here going on 5 years and I can definitely recommend Cortland River Place to any new prospective tenant!

The good - People who work at the front are amazing. Always help however they can. Very patient and easy going. Places are super nice and well laid out. Pretty quiet with the exception of some overly loud car mufflers. Finally, when something is broken they are on it! I mean right away. The maintenance guys here are on the ball. The bad - Darn stairwells and hallways always look a mess and are poorly lit. I know it's a nightmare to keep them looking nice but they such a poor contrast to the beauty apartments. Entry system is a nightmare. Gate ONLY opens with cell phone app (or code at a single gate). It is a 4 button process to open the gate, and if you forgot your phone.....sorry, see if you can slip in behind someone. Overall, it's a darn good place with great people. If you're looking around, this place is worth a gander.

Carmen was excellent, full of information and patient with us. Communication was wonderful overall as well. Cortland River place has some unique amenities like shuffle board and pet cleaning station and is a great location.

When I walked into the leasing office I was greeted right away with with a warm smile and handshake by Tyler. Outstanding customer service! He took the time to show me around the complex and go over everything they have to offer. Before leaving he made sure all my questions were answered and if there was anything he missed. Maintenance is on top of their work loads - when posting a work order, they are at the door within an hour or two depending on importance. Dog park has improved but imo still needs work. My sister and I were looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and Cortland River Place was at the top of our list. We scheduled a tour with Tyler and he made us feel so welcome, we were able to tour the apartment and get a good feel for the area. Beautiful complex and great amenities. This is one of the best places where I’ve lived. I recently moved from NY and was so nervous about the whole move in process. Also moving to a place where I hadn’t been before was really stressing me out, but Carmen and Tyler were so patient and great in answering all my questions. The neighbors are great! The pools are well maintained. They’ve got small trails that I take my dogs to walk on very often. The best part is having trees around which makes the Texas heat a little bearable! They have food trucks alternate Wednesdays which is again great!! If you raise any service request, the maintenance team shows up within couple of hours of raising the request during business hours. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful and good community to live, this is the place!

I toured a few weeks back and absolutely loved it, Carmen toured me and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I ended up choosing a different Cortland community solely due to the location as it’s closer to my job but this place was definitely my second top choice! I have only lived here three months, but I decided to leave a review because I am so happy with how quickly the maintenance team fixes things. Our air-conditioning unit went out a few days ago and while they were getting someone in to replace the entire thing, they lent us a portable air-conditioner so we wouldn't die of heat. This is our first time living in the southern part of the US, there was snow this weekend in our hometown - our slowly acclimating selves really appreciate it! My last apartment took weeks to fix something like this (and it was only a small wall unit at that place... haha) and Cortland River Place was able to fix this in a few days and it was for a centeralized unit. Bravo. 👏

The people here make Cortland River Place better than you can imagine. There is an outstanding team but also, the neighbors are always friendly and willing to help with little things like walking the dog, checking on the apartment if we have to leave or letting me use the trash can when mine is full. The exterior is well maintained and the wooded environment is what drew us to this most pleasant, peaceful apartment.

Manuel is an amazing worker! He gets things done almost that same day when I place a work order. A very open space for when I have to walk my dog and the office is always so nice. They have dog biscuits and free coffee, and food truck it feels like every week. It’s an amazing place !

Cortland River Place is my second apartment in Austin, and all I can ask myself is why I didn't know of this place sooner?! The exterior is so beautiful and spacious, I love the archways inside. I think Tyler deserves a lot of credit. He is awesome and on top of it. He is full of knowledge, and answers all my questions without any hesitation or confusion. He made my moving process so incredibly easy, that I was questioning myself "no way it was that simple???" Lol. I was told the parking lots are going to be redone soon, which will make the exterior complex much more beautiful. The amenities here are lovely, including a pool that overlooks the hill country. And a playscape for the kiddos (hugeee win). If you are considering making Cortland River Place your new home, I would highly recommend. :)

I've lived here since September of 2023, and so far, it's been absolutely amazing. It's my first apartment in Austin since I moved from San Antonio for my new job, and I plan on staying for a few years. The staff are professional, polite, and truly care about the welfare of the residents. My water heater went out right before the cold front, and it was taken care of in less than four hours. The transition and living in Austin were made smooth thanks to the staff who were understanding of my situation.

Our experience at Cortland's River Place has been nothing short of amazing. Tyler warmly welcomed us during the tour, making it a wonderful experience that convinced us to move in just two weeks later. The layout is perfect, the environment is convenient and peaceful – everything we were looking for. The move-in process was remarkably simple, thanks to Tyler and Carmen who assisted us with work orders, packages, and promptly answered all our questions. Any issue that arose was resolved within 24 hours, showcasing their dedication. The staff consistently surprises us with their genuine care and efficiency. Since arriving, we haven't looked back and plan to stay until we decide to purchase a house. Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

Ive been living here now for a year and theres so many amazing things I have to say about this property and the staff that makes this place go round. (: The amenities are SO GOOD! We have 2 pools, a hot tub, a nice gym, dog wash station, fire pits, tons of grills and so many events to meet others that live in the community. My partner and I have shared many laughs and memories with the front office staff and even the maintenance team, which will come fix an issue in your apartment within 24 hours of putting a request! Huge shout out to Denise, Donna, Tyler and Carmen for making our time here at Cortland an amazing one. I dont see us moving from here for a long time. Very satisfied and i know of plenty of others that feel the same.

Long story short, my life took a turn, and I was suddenly looking for a place to move in. I found Courtland Apts and met with Donna and she was a godsend! She was so patient, informative and caring! She showed me several different floor-plans and apartment locations over several weeks until the right one for me came available. For an older complex it is very well kept up. The staff is incredible and the community is so family friendly, as well as fur baby friendly, which is very important to me! I love how spacious my one bedroom is and I am completely surprised at how calm and peaceful the complex is. My my patio is the perfect size for my little bistro set, so I can enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day at work! I am looking forward to spending time at the dog park and meeting my neighbors at the community gatherings over the next 18 months!

I have been living here for a couple of years now and I must say that Denise and Donna are the best! They make this community what it is. Whatever the issue, they’re there to help, support and rectify. The maintenance staff and upkeep is by far the best. I love it here.

You can reach school, Doctor clinic everything walkable. Situated in main road so easy to reach with out any u turns. Cool place with surround by trees. Calm and great amenities. We do see few Asian(india) people in our community. Apartment is spacious for 2bhk and full carpet, fridge, washing machine, dryer, oven etc. All are digital to pay rent, gas, utility etc. Spectrum internet available. Lot of parking there. One of best we found in this area with all accessibility

I was skeptical about this place at first because the model was just too good to be true. The customer service from Tyler was too good to be true and all the talk Tyler told me about was just too good to be true….well guess what? I was wrong. If you want a great customer experience and honest customer service then YOU MADE IT! You’re home!! Everything about this place is unbelievable but believe it! It’s a place you should not turn down. I can’t say enough about Tyler. He defines excellent customer service. 1. You email him - he responds the same day. 2. You ever need to call the front desk? He answers. 3. You ever need a work order for maintenance done? The turnaround time is 100% done the same day or next. (Depending on what time the work order was put in) (SHOUT OUT TO MIKE AND MANNY) 4. You have random questions? Tyler is there. 5. You walk in the office at any time of the day during open hours, someone is there to take on your request. The property is well kept. Maintenance is always running around doing

I appreciate the quality of care given by the team at Cortland River Place. From tree trimming to curb appeal to the clean dog park, Cortland River place does a superb job of ensuring its residents are satisfied. My only upgrade would be power washing the breezeways and sidewalks. Other than that, I periodically move to and fro Austin because of my work and I would like to return to Cortland.

I do fire sprinklers. It is quite refreshing when the apartment is all about getting things done! Any issue we've ran into gets fixed within a day or so. They ate quick, respectful, and enormously helpful!

Also, the Valet Trash Company "DoorSide Valet" is the best company I've used so far. Other companies weren't picking up my trash and since I moved here my perception on valet trash has changed.

This was the easiest move in process I’ve ever had and I’ve moved over 30 times in my lifetime. Tyler in the leasing office was in great communication with me letting me know when something became available, and all staff checked in on me multiple times after I moved in to make sure I was settling in well. So far I love it here.

Cortland River Place is full of trees and amazing natural landscaped areas. The people in the office were so nice and we felt that they connected with other people that live there when we drove by on our tour and people would waive and say hello. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and we loved that it came with a washer and dryer. Highly recommended!

My family has lived her for over two years. We have been very happy here. The grounds are beautiful with trees everywhere, two pools a hot tub a gym and an awesome front office with coffee and hot chocolate and games for the kids. The apartments are updated and the maintenance team is outstanding. I've had service requests fixed within 20 minutes of putting it in. Denise the manager and Donna and the front office staff are kind and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need and always find a way to make us feel special. There are always special events which really make living her fun like easter egg hunts and flower arrangements with wine for mothers day, even ice cream socials! The neighborhood is beautiful with great schools and shopping. We feel very lucky to have found this place.

My family and I have lived here for a few years. The apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are absolutely incredible with all of the beautiful trees and nature. Denise, the manager, has been here forever and is such a kind and attentive person. The maintenance team is so fast that they literally have fixed a request within 20 minutes of me submitting it. I love being able to stop in to the front office with my children and get hot chocolate and talk to Denise and Donna and Tyler and everyone there. They throw incredible community events that really make living here or something special! You’d be very happy here!

The staff are always very helpful and prompt! Love the layouts! A 1000sqft apartment with the study and 2nd balcony (love a little reading balcony) is competitive to the prices of other smaller 1bd 1bth apartments further out of Austin. Can't beat that! Plus, the community is beautiful and very well maintained. Walking to get the mail is a nice way to get out when the weather is nice.

I've lived here going on four years and absolutely love my apartment. The complex is wooded and I am surrounded by nature sounds outside while inside my apartment it is super quiet. The office staff and the service team are spot on and quick to respond. They are the best!

The location is perfect out here with all the trails on site and near Travis Lake and several rivers. It is super quiet looking over the wooded areas and quietness is what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean when we moved in and they just cleaned the buildings which made the appearance walking up through the stairs so much better. The amenities are well kept which include a great gym and a dog wash area! The unit amenities are energy efficient and pretty new. We really enjoy Cortland River Place and would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Four Points area.??

Maintenance was super fast and good! Leasing office is friendly. Under new management they start to care more about greens, and everything inside. Apartments pretty old but as I said - maintenance team is awesome and ready to fix everything in hours! There are trails, bark park, kid’s playground, second swimming pool with beautiful view. Moving out process was super easy and clear, did not have any hidden charges.

The management here is incredible! Denise and Donna have been here forever and they are fast, kind and also just fun to be around. The maintenance team is excellent. Many of the team members have been here for like 10 years and they really do know what they are doing. I have literally had a maintenance request fixed in 20 minutes! They also happen to be very very nice people who are awesome to my kids! It’s really close to all the schools and shopping and the grounds are really beautiful!

I love the nature feel, Lots of grass & trees, it backs up to a nature preserve so it has plenty of open feel. I have lived here 14 years! Most of the years the management team has been great. The current team is very nice and helpful. I can be at the lake or downtown in 15-20 min. (w/o traffic)

This is my first experience renting in Austin and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I moved to Cortland River Place in December and everything has been great. The property is beautiful and close enough to stores, restaurants, outdoor activities and an easy drive away from downtown. Amenities like the pools, gym, front office are always clean, usable and the maintenance staff is extremely timely and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Special thanks to Tyler, Davette and Sydney for being the best leasing office staff! They made the move-in process very easy and are always here for anything. I highly recommend this property!

Cortland river place and the staff here have been nothing less than amazing! moving from out of state is tough (or so we thought!) but from the help of davette and tyler(travis lol) it was such a breeze. they’re so personable and care about any and all situations were handed with. The maintenance team came out the day after we expressed some tiny things were messed and have had nothing wrong since. this team and complex deserves a lot of praise!! can’t wait to spend our time here.

We genuinely love living here. We moved in May of 2021 and have had such a great experience with the office and maintenance staff even through the ownership transition, which is rare with property acquisitions. I cannot brag on the maintenance team enough (specifically Paul, David, and Mike) who are always ready to help and genuinely care about our little community. These folks will literally show up to your apartment at 2am within minutes for emergency maintenance calls, and with a great attitude at that. The staff has always been kind to us and done their best to ensure questions are answered promptly and any complaints are resolved. Common areas are kept clean, the views from the back of the property are stellar, and we rarely hear our neighbors through the walls. The location is also great - 5 minutes to HEB, Target, lots of restaurants and parks, and about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Los apartamentos están correctos, el personal es encantador y los de mantenimiento súper eficientes.El interior es agradable ya que tiene muchas zonas verdes,cuenta con parque para niños y dos piscinas, una con sombra y otra más soleada, con barbacoa en ambas.Tiene varios colegios en los alrededores y todos muy cerca del residencial. Supermercado y restaurantes muy cerca y acceso fácil a la ciudad. Eso si, hemos visto escorpiones, serpientes y tarántulas, no se si eso es algo en lo que se pueda actuar . He visto los de la zona y nada que envidiar, este es el mas verde. En general se vive muy bien en este residencial.

Cortland River Place has improved so much in the past 6 years. It has an amazing group of people to help take care of any concerns that arise and the community of people that live here are over the top nice. Residents help each other with pet sitting, have doggie night out, and meet up at the pet park everyday to chat about life and let the dogs play. It is so beautiful to sit outside in the wooded surroundings and relax. It is a great place to call home.

The management team is so amazing and sweet! They're always super helpful and make you feel like family. The complex is gorgeous with all the nature within the complex and surrounding it. Definitely my favorite apartment I have lived in!!

This is a fabulous place to live!! I left here a few years ago and my return back to Austin had to be back at Cortland! Besides the beautiful and peaceful property, the staff is awesome. Managment staff, Denise and Donna are professional and always helpful. Tyler is friendly and he always greets you with enthusiasm and a smile. He is happy to help you with your request or package pick up. I love the walking paths and the fire pit by the pool. My apartment is perfect. The space and layout is comfortable. The new upgraded details are some of the best. Just down the road there are some cool areas to eat and with patio live music at Rock House Grill. After looking around Austin, Cortlamd River Place is one of the best apartment choices. For price, centrally located, beautiful apartments, and easy to talk to Managment, you can’t find better.

Had my eye on this place before moving in and have been super happy with the entire experience. My apartment is spacious and affordable and the staff has been super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Mike and Paul always go above and beyond to help anyone after living here for a long time. They are friendly and approachable, and they are there when you need help. They make living here a better place. So major props to them!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! My boyfriend, dog, and myself, moved all the way from Michigan to Texas, and out of all the apartments we visited, Cortland River Place was by far the most "like home" feeling. From the moment we walked through the door, Davette had helped us tremendously, from choosing an apartment that fit our budget, to communicating with us all the way up until we got our keys! Upon move-in, we officially met Tyler, the other leasing agent, who is also just as sweet! He took time out of his busy day and came over and helped us with a little ant problem and made sure that we were taken care of. Both Davette and Tyler give the best places to go to and are so communicative and always happy and smiling whenever Roscoe (my dog) and I go in to just say HI! Roscoe loves everyone here, especially when they spoil him with love and treats! He does know great people when he sees them! You would be hard pressed to fined a better facilities management team then the one at Cortland River Place. Denise Morris and her team always make me feel welcomed. They make me feel like they genuinely care about my personal well being. I feel like they listen and really do care about all my needs and requests. I recently had an issue with my A/C unit and it was after hours so I really wasn’t expecting the problem to be fixed right away. I mean I was hoping so. And they delivered. The a/c was cooling again and Mike was fast to call me and make sure all was well. I know I’m these times all rental properties have gone up and I did look around and concluded that there was not another complex with the management team or amenities that Cortland had to offer so I resigned a new lease in a larger apartment. Thanks again to Denise and her team for being so welcoming, patient and understanding. I truly am blessed to be a resident here at Cortland River Place. Regards, Mario Melendez

I lived here for a few years when it was called Ravina and had a positive experience. It might not blow you away but the front office staff is friendly and helpful and it was a great value.
