Best prices I’ve seen in this area so far . I really like that the pool comes with a Jacuzzi .The renovation are nice but I’m obsessed with the bathroom 10/10.

I had a fantastic experience working with Alexis while searching for a new apartment. The newly renovated unit is modern, clean, and beautiful, with upgraded appliances and stylish fixtures. I have lived in my apartment for 19 years and want to stay another 20. It is easy to feel at home here. It takes me seven minutes to get downtown for theatre and symphony. I love the location.

I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle, the apartment manager, during my tour, and I was thoroughly impressed! She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Michelle provided detailed information about the community and its amenities, making me feel confident in my decision. Her professionalism and genuine care for the residents really stood out. I’m excited about the possibility of making this my new home!

I’ve lived here for over a year and have loved it. Great location and safe neighborhood. The garage elevator has been broken more than it has worked but that is my only complaint. We had some roaches after the last couple storms (nothing too bad) but had the pest people come and it resolved quickly. The water does get shut off about once a month which is inconvenient but apparently up to the city.

A lot of wasp nests, especially in the summer that never really get taken care of. Just sprayed and the wasps are back within a week. Management made move-in very stressful and were pretty annoying about move-in documents despite it being their fault I didn't get a move-in checklist or resident portal login until move-in day.
